The New York Met signed Infielder Jose Rojas to a minor league deal this spring. He's a classic, quality player, thrives in AAA, but is never stuck in the majors. Rojas fits the power-hitting corner profile, with plenty of pop in the miners and winter leagues. Rojas bounced around Asia and Latin leagues before landing with the Yankees AAA team last year. That season marked his best in six years, slashing 287 over 379 slash 599. He crushed 32 home runs and drove in 105 runs across Infield and Corner Outfield spots.
