00You found the Minnesota Wild Podcast, presented by Acrocia. For these guys this time at the season and then maybe back-to-back kind of practices, what you're seeing? Yeah, I think the two days was I think good for everyone and then you know, yesterday we had a good little bit longer practice but and today was more high intensity, some lot of puck touches, small area stuff and then kind of get into a team game I think that the guys guys just find it well, both practices, I think the pace was high, the competition was high I thought we had good details so you know, I think that we've had a couple good meetings and now you know, gets back in the game mode but I think from our practice perspective it was certainly worth it just to get some things worked on that we wanted to button up but I think also just timing, pace, a little bit of competition, a lot of touches with pressure like puck pressure so I think hopefully our execution can be sharp This person is going to be okay and are you back to Quarantkoopian healthy? I would anticipate he's had two full days of practice so I would anticipate that spurs you would be back and as of now

03I would say that we're fully healthy With the fourth line with the Plano Brothers and Trenyon, if that's the direction you go here in the near future what have they done as a group that gives you the belief they could be an impactful line down the stretch in the past season? I think they've been very consistent and solid, I think they've impacted the games I think that they've been strong defensively but I'd say where they've made a big impact, very good on face-offs forechecking presence, offensive zone presence, they've been physical, I think that they've managed the puck they've set the game up where they can all three of those guys can play to their strength which is heavy on the forecheck, hard on puck, making life difficult for the other team so I think they've been very effective I don't think you've lost that or a gust tomorrow Well, it's really good since the break, it seems like it's just what have you seen it walk from his game? I think he's gotten back, I think the break was a great experience for him to be at the Olympic Games but obviously when sometimes you're the third guy for the most part as a tournament went on, I know he wound up being the back up later in the tournament

06but you just don't get as much work and game ready so I think he's done a nice job of learning from that experience but he's come back and I think Freddie's done a good job with him and he's put the work in and it's good to see him playing where he's where he is right now because as I said I think both guys give us a chance to win and it's it's great to see Wally coming down the stretch here as a young guy playing at the top of his game as well Sean was only for your USA happy work Small area games is a big tenet of the American development model I mean it's interesting when you're out here on the ice with NHLers doing the same stuff that they might be doing at the at the peowy level some places as they're trying to develop you know kind of the next generation of American players yeah you know I think small games when you have opportunities like this to practice they're great they're great at any level but I know like even with our guys you know they enjoy it they're they love the game I think when you do it there's a lot of lot of situations a lot of reading react a lot of puck touches that you get their brains working a little bit and then you know sneakily it adds in some competitiveness to where guys are competing where they don't they're working where they don't think that they're working so

09I think it's a good switch up form they always have fun fun with it but I also think it is valuable for your skills and and your and your mind I see a big story line is Quinn facing Vancouver it's my also three of your guys coming back for more players with with Rossi and Steve and Liam just what do you think about what they've had in Vancouver and what you start to see from them tomorrow I think all those all you know obviously Quinn's been great for our team and and we're certainly fortunate to have them and you know I think you know Marco Z and and Liam have done really well I've seen Marco's coming back from injury and I watched a game the other night and all three of them you know they're young guys highly talented great kids competitive so you know they they they've done a good job there and they're going to be a big part of that team moving forward because this is a strange time year because some teams are locked in some teams are out of the playoff race and you know it's not the same as playing some of these teams in December that have a lot of stakes still I mean do you account for that you know we're a team that in the standing so they might rest if they're looking at young players all that yeah you know we don't talk about as much I do I would agree with you it's a volatile time year because

13there's a lot of teams in different situations but to be very honest I think we're your cognizant of you know what another team is doing or where they're at but for us right now you know coming on out of these few days and just getting making sure that you know we're ready to play our game and and get to the game that gives us a chance to win it be consistent in that and make sure that try and make sure and help the guys feel good about their individual games moving forward over the next couple weeks there's a couple scenarios where certain teams win tonight you guys would clinch a playoff spot without actually playing the mean more to to win it yourself and you know clinch that way or do you want the extra matter how it comes yeah I mean I think it's always nice when you can do that but I will say you know there's a reason why we can't clinch if we didn't have to play because all the hard work that we put in you know throughout the year so you know in my opinion the important thing is you know we know that's that's a situation that's going to happen at some point however happens it happens but it's more about just getting ready for Vancouver and making as I said coming out of this last few days and trying to make sure that
