Jody Fortson, a tight end looking to revive his NFL career, is visiting the Tennessee Titans this week. He sat out the entire 2025 season, but hopes to land a spot for 2026. Earlier this year, Fortson got medical clearance after tearing his ACL in week 8 of the 2024 season, while playing for the Kansas. City Chiefs, despite being ready to go last fall, no team picked him up. Fortson show promise early on with the Chiefs, grabbing 14 catches for 155 yards over 19 games in 2021, and 2022. Fans remember his solid blocking and occasional big plays. He missed all of 2023 on injured reserve, then bounced back briefly with the Miami dolphins before returning to Kansas City in 20. 24. This Titans visit could be his ticket back on the field. As teams often scout cleared veterans like him for depth at tight end.
