It happened at Temple Israel in West Bloomfield Township on March 12th. Federal officials identified the suspect as 41-year-old Aiman Muhammad Ghazali, a naturalized citizen born in Lebanon. Local synagogues have ramped up security over the years due to past threats. This latest incident has everyone on high alert, with leaders stressing the knee for even stronger protections. Rabbi Eric Solomon described the theorist tough to put into words, but said the community remains resolute in living out their faith. He emphasized continuing Jewish life without backing down.
