So the Jets made a couple of moves on the practice squad front.

They brought back offensive lineman Cole Laval.

This dude is a big body, 6'6", 350 pounds.

He was around with the team all preseason, played in all three exhibition games, and was

on the practice squad last year too.

Before the Jets, he was in the USFL with the San Antonio Brahmis, playing center and

guard.

He actually had a pretty solid college career Hawaii, where he only gave up one sack

his senior year and got some honorable mentions in the Mountain West Conference.

So they're bringing back a familiar face who's got some experience on the offensive line.

On the flip side, they let go of why receiver cam camper.

Camper had a decent preseason himself, catching four passes for 63 yards.

He also got some reps on special teams.

He played in the USFL for Anthony Bex Orlando Storm, where he put up some good numbers,

25 catches for 3-6-6 yards and 3 touchdowns.

As seems like they're shuffling the roster, trying to find the right pieces.

Laval's size and previous familiarity with the team likely played a role in his return

to the practice squad.

The team is clearly evaluating talent and making decisions to build the best roster they

can.
