0:00On April 2nd, a 62-year-old man from Warrington, named Gavin Shaw, has been sentenced to life in prison with a minimum of 14 years and one. 196 days for murdering his 55-year-old ex-partner, Michele Kennedy. Their long-term relationship was rocky and ended back in August, but Shaw couldn't handle her moving on, especially after she started seeing someone. News she met on a trip to Turkey. On October 13th last year, after downing five pints at a pub, he showed up at her place on Manchester Road, stabbed her twice in the chest, and bolted all in just three minutes. Michele made it outside before collapsing on the pavement. Kind strangers helped her, found the knife, and even I need Shaw to cops before an air. Ambulance rushed her to entry hospital, where she passed five days later.
