The decision by two of our colleagues to blindside the entire House Democratic Caucus and join with the Republican majority to pass a procedural rule on the brink of feeling represents a significant breach of trust. It necessitates a serious response and we have asked the committee on caucus rules to take this up in short order. What did he do? What did these two colleagues do that got Jeffries all up in a tizzy?

1:00House Security Leader Hakeem Jeffries said he was blindsided because the two Democrats defected and joined Republicans to force a vote on a resolution condemning socialism. That was a crime. They want to go on record as two Democrats essentially who condemn socialism. The two Democrats are representatives Dan Golden and Marie Glucencomp Perez who joined the Republicans to advance a resolution in a 210 to 208 vote. And then last night it was adopted. The resolution was passed in a 220 to 192 to 2 vote CBS News reporting House votes had condemned socialism with eight Democrats joining Republicans. So as you can see the story got even juicier. The House adopted a resolution to denounce socialism in all its forms and a political messaging exercise ahead of the November elections.

2:04The House adopted a resolution in a 220 to 192 to 2 vote with eight Democrats voting with all Republicans in favor. Two Democrats thus the one night the two at the end of the 220 to 190 to 2 vote simply voted present. The Democrats who support the resolution include representatives Kathy Castor of Florida. Probably I'm guessing a Cuban American hand with Kriar of Texas Henry Kriar has been on the right side of certain issues several times for a Democrat. I mean when you're right you're right with your Democrat or not and Henry Kriar has been right. I would say several times. Don Davis or North Carolina, Karen Golden of Maine, Vincent Gonzalez of Texas, Marie Glucencomp Perez of Washington, Daren Soto of Florida and Gabe Vasquez of New Mexico. The present votes were Chrissy Hula-Han of Pennsylvania and Maggie Goodlander of New Hampshire.

3:09Now here's where the drama happened the GOP leaders had scheduled a vote after the Democratic primary voters embraced a number of Democratic socialist candidates. Even though Jeffries has denounced the DSA for all intents and purposes doesn't want Democrats to go in record supporting a resolution that denounces socialism in all its forms. Why? Because the DSA primary voters voted many of these Democrat socialist candidates and they are running on the Democrat party. You don't want people defecting and essentially saying that they do not accept in America socialism any of its forms when under their party umbrella they have several people that have won primaries and will be in the general election and during his midterm elections in November representing the same ideologies that some parties of the Democrat party are now in record denouncing.

4:16Quote, not only do we denounce socialism but also the idea of people that aren't American citizens voting in our election because that's part of their platform. The Republicans connected these wins to their own push to pass President Trump's signature voting regulation bill, the Save America Act. The resolution also reaffirms their support for the legislation that has been installed for months in the Senate where it lacks even a simple majority. This is also in a front to the Democrat party as a whole who loves anybody being able to vote and being able to count any ballot that comes in to make sure that their candidates win whether those ballots be legitimate or not. Quote, not only do we denounce socialism but also the idea of people that aren't American citizens voting in our elections because that's part of their platform. House Majority Leader Steve Scalise, a Louisiana Republican said of the DSA which by the way we've got Ocasio Cortez who identifies as such but guess what?

5:20She's not leftist enough for DSA they kind of know even Truster or Liker. The vote nearly didn't come to fruition as a handful of Republican hardliners voted no in a party line procedural vote earlier Tuesday to tee up the resolution and other related measures for final passage. The protest votes stand from their issues with a short term government funding bill but once again it was those two moderate Democrats who defected and helped the procedural votes succeed putting some of their democratic colleagues in a politically tricky situation. And that is why we got this censure if you will this tizzy this tantrum from Jeffries. It's all about politics not about policy when it comes to the Democrat party. 6:24Now listen to what Pete Aguilar noted that prior to the vote some Democrats had put forth a separate resolution on condemning socialism that removed the statement of support for the Save America Act. Even though a majority of Democrats want voter ID and citizenship citizens only voting in our elections and look the reality of this whole thing going down is this is the House once again reaffirming their support for President Trump Save America Act and soon won't even take it up in the Senate. This is just is this the fourth time I think the House passing this but the Senate of course because of doing won't won't take it any further. Court House Republicans continue to desperately push toxic voter suppression legislation instead of working to make life more affordable for every day Americans in the midst of a Syrian cost of living crisis House resolution 1490 explicitly calls for an act of the so-called to America Act which is a top legislative priority of the far right extremists.

Now why are we even in this position with the DSA with having to have in fighting in one of the two major US political parties when it comes to this whole socialist thing to begin with. Because they are really unattractive to voters either you know except for some hardcore people and some young people some still alive Bernie bros or the new generation of Bernie bros they just want something for nothing.

Charges after a bizarre attack that caused tens of thousands of dollars in damage will them be the for 26 p.m. guilty to engaging in acts of physical violence against government officials and causing willful injury to property of the United States the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Ohio announced Tuesday.

Now prior to the incident this year 2026 a couple years ago the four was charged with two counts of vandalism and after breaking windows at a local business and was ordered to receive treatment his mother was granted legal guardianship because he was found incompetent because of mental illness so he's facing 20 years for these two counts of to which he's pleaded guilty.

21:58But this young person this young trans person I say young because I they're half my age on 52 exactly half my age 26 but they're not a child but they're they're they went after him they went after him. The four defense attorneys were hoping that he would have released from custody while this case was pending saying that these actions are someone in crisis rather than someone who's an inherently violent offender even though they've had several issues of damage several of these incidents I should say by the way he's not poor to for grew up in the affluent high park neighborhood and as a child of two doctors. Judge Cole did not give them privilege denied the four be allowed to await trial at his parents home and he has remained in detention up to this point. Oh and by the way there's still trying to tell us that trans is just a gender identity thing it's not a dysphoria and we should dismiss any evidence or proof that we have even though there's multiple.
