In his president role, he guided player safety during the COVID pandemic, helped negotiate the latest collective bargaining agreement and created, team report cards to push for better team facilities. Players showed strong support in picking Treter from over 300 candidates. He replaces the union's fourth executive director and plans the focus on building union strength while standing with player leaders.
