Besides the TV show, Jay is an accomplished Author, conquerer of mountains and is no stranger to an icy cold bath. Having spent 14 years in the Army 10 of which were in the Special Air Service Jay has a fascinating approach to life and Andy, Amy and John all got stuck in exploring his way of thinking.
Of course, there is plenty of car chat too as Jay is about to embark on an exciting motorsport career with Praga. We are sure this may well be one of the deepest and hard-hitting podcasts we've recorded to date!
