Jasper Campus Delayed Due to Power Outage

0:00It's March 12th in Birmingham. Let's get into the news. The Jasper campus of Bevelstate Community College will open late on Thursday, March 12th. It is now set to start at 10am because of a power outage. Severe storms roll through Central Alabama the night before, causing widespread issues. Those storms knocked out electricity for thousands of residents in the area. Power crews are working to restore service, but the delay affects only the Jasper location. All other Bevelstate campuses plan to open on the regular schedules.
