Yeah, and look at that. Another power play goal gets them on the board, a little breathing room, as they lead the stars. Three one in the second. Well, unfortunately, the next two go to the stars. Blackwell then to their Hughes. Ties the game at three a piece, but late in the second. The wild do it again. It's another power play goal, and it's a redirection from Ryan Hartman. Right back over the offensive blue line comes Hughes. Spotted along, dispersion loads. Fire's on the back, pussy star! Ryan Hartman tips it in! Boys, he hot. Third power play goal, the night in Minnesota's back in front of Dallas. It's 4-3. 23 goals on the season for Ryan Hartman set up beautifully by Spurgeon and Hughes. 1949 of the second, or with 10.1 seconds left to go. In period number two, wild get the lead back.

2:04They lead the stars now, 4-3 after two periods of play. Wild three for four on the power play, the stars are old for one. Back out to American Airlines center, Tom Reads with the captain. Well, the end two periods, Minnesota's taking the lead once again here by a score of 4-3. Downstairs right now is the guy who assisted on the game-winning leading goal right now at the end of the second period, Jared Spurgeon. I guess, first of all, little disappointing in that second period, giving him goals like that. He had a nice comfortable lead, but now he's got to work with that much higher in period number three. Yeah, they're a good team, and they were the right for a reason. They're like two hook ones there, but the way we're sprung it all, like we got back right to our game. I hope it's just after they're through the power play, and I'm going to capitalize on it. You look at a game like this also, and I know that it has a lot of meaning whether you have home-mice events, or maybe not have home-mice events. How about players work together? Well, obviously, we know what's coming up here. There's a big measuring stick for us, and obviously a couple of weeks here,

3:04it's going to be a lot more so for us as they come in here, and keep playing our game, keep running our game the way we have the last couple of weeks here. Yeah, and Jerry, you've been in the league for 16 years now. I think of the national hockey league. You've seen these things before and before, and is it better to have the advantage being on the road or being at home? Is there one? I don't know, but honestly, I'm thinking it can be blown up or portioned at sometimes, but at the same time, honestly, if you would be home and get your surroundings involved, but we're comfortable playing our average. I think it's through that final goal also, because Hartman, once again, has had a great run for Minnesota as a little laden, and of course, you're shot right to the point. Are you looking to get the puck just in the front of the net? Are you looking to score a goal? I'm putting it in a great play on that tree there, and he's coming to come in laden. I could just see Hart's out of the corner of my eye, beating his demon off out of the corner, so I tried to sell a shot as much as possible and get to him, so he had a chance at redirecting it. You're the captain, you're the leader of this hockey club. What did you say to the players before you stepped on the ice for the third period?

4:07Yeah, I think we were playing a great game. Like I said, I just meant them. And at where they get some, we have some, but we're going to keep riding those waves and be even able to deal with it. I agree with you. I think the team has been a very hard-fought physical through the first 40 minutes. For sure, it was a playoff made out of mixed fear out there, and I think we're playing well through the first 40. We got another 20 here, it's a fished off. Jared, thanks for being with us. 5:10Spotted along Spurgeon, loads fires on the back post a star. Ryan Hartman tips it in. Boys, he hot. Third powerplay goal of the night in Minnesota's back in front of Dallas. It's 4-3. Yes, sir. Ryan Hartman extends his career long point straight to now eight games. Seven goals, 11 points. In the last eight games for Ryan Hartman on that instance, right place, right time. You heard Jared Spurgeon tell Tom Reed tries to sell the shot. He does so successfully and Hartman gets the nice redirection in the low slot to give Minnesota the lead back. Once again, Tom Reed is that American Airlines center with an abbreviated, with an abbreviated Tom Reed hotline with a question you sent to 64686. Let's jump right into it Tom. Let's squeeze in a couple and we'll start with this one from Tom in Matamidi. Could this heavy fourth line be the difference for the wild in this Dallas series, Tom? Well, it could be obviously. You have to kind of set the tone for the games.

6:11I think they've tried to do that in this last game. They'll see the Dallas stars and before the playoffs and it will be against Dallas just a matter of where it's going to be. We'll start here at American Airlines Center. We'll go back to Minnesota at the Grand Casino Arena. We'll wait and see on that. But it's interesting also Kevin. When Minnesota is leading after two periods, the record is 33, 0 and 4. So they pick up points, 37 and 37 games. They pick up points and everyone. I look at the Dallas stars when they trail. They've won 7, 14 and 4 when they trail after two periods. So this should be an interesting third period coming up. No doubt. Adam and Des Moines has go eye a while, but he wants to talk about what he calls and quotes playoff Hartman. Does it feel like playoff Hartman has already shown his face and he's flipped that playoff switch already? I think he has switch. He's been, Hartman has been so good for Minnesota this year also. And he's kept his nose pretty clean all year long. And I think that's a big reason for it. But when you look at the eight games that he has played right now, he's got seven goals, five assists.

7:12That's his career best streak that he's ever had in the national hockey league. And he has been an awful lot of good positive things for the wild this season. From Eric, Tom, what's going on with this goal-tending situation? Not only for the wild and Philip Gustafson, but Jay Cottinger, the two of combined, to give up seven goals tonight? Yeah, goal-tending is such a precarious position. If you don't have goal-tending, you're not going to win the other hockey games. And that's what Minnesota has got to find out who's going to be the best guy. They've got games that prepare for that. And when you look at Minnesota's goal-tending, of course, you would think it might be Gustafson, that number one guy, but all set is making a name for himself also. But I don't care what's guy it is. Whoever's between the pipe has got to stop it. At the same time, they're looking out into it. He can't be very happy on the other side as well. But he's a guy that they have counted on. So for so many years, and he's a big-bodied young shirt of Lakeville. When you look at the size 6-6-2 and a quarter, I mean, he's been actually tripping for this hockey club,
