Jam Master Jay Killer Pleads Guilty

0:00On April 28th, after more than 20 years, the murder of Run DMC's Jam Master Jay from 2002 just got another piece of closure. Jay Bryant, a 52-year-old man, pleaded guilty in federal court on Monday to helping the killers get inside a Queen's recording studio where. Jason Mazzell was gunned down. Bryant flipped his plea after initially saying he was not guilty nearly three years ago. In court, he owned up to letting the shooters in and admitted he knew they planned to use a gun on Mazzell. This comes right after two other guys. Carl Jordan Jr., and Ronald Washington, got convicted for pulling the trigger in that execution-style hit. Officials from the U.S. Attorney's Office, ATF, and NYPD are calling it a win for justice after an exhaustive probe that never quit. They say Bryant's admissions shows they stick with cases no matter how long it takes. Bryant now faces at least 15 years behind bars, up to 20 max assentencing, bringing some long overdue accountability to a hip-hop legends. Tragic End
