CJ Graham faces charges of custodial sexual misconduct for allegedly having sex with an inmate plus promoting prison contraband. Cassie Foster and Martina Brown are each charged with first-degree promoting prison contraband. Meanwhile, officials say Foster and Brown brought in items like cell phones, razors, vaping devices and earbuds, which are not allowed inside. Bibb County Sheriff Wade made it clear this kind of behavior will not be tolerated, stressing the need for strict standards at the facility.
