ESPN analyst Bill Barnwell recently looked at roster holes for NFL teams after free

agency and for the Jacksonville Jaguars, he pointed to Linebacker as the biggest gab.

Devon Lloyd is now with the Carolina Panthers, leaving a void in the middle of the defense

where he handled a lot of duties.

Barnwell sees potential fixes from within.

Like Ventro Miller stepping up on defense and Branson Combs covering special teams alongside

foyer, Oluo Kuhn, and Dennis Gardek as key options right now.

Not everyone agrees that's the top priority though.

Some insiders argue the current Linebacker group and new defensive coordinator Anthony

Caponele's scheme can fill the gap just fine.

Instead, the real need stands out at defensive tackle where depth is thin and the past rush

faded late last season, so General Manager James.

Gladstone should target that spot next.
