I love this title, it really hits the mark. 
Going to the bathroom for the first couple times is intimidating. There is bleeding, pain, and sometimes dizziness. This Podcast is one to listen to if your listening to any. 
It is all about using the bathroom for the first time after a vaginal or C-section delivery. It can be scary, but I'm here to teach you that it doesn't have to be.
