It Never Stopped Following Us

A single mother (Felicia) struggles with financial hardship and grief following the murder of her husband, all while trying to protect her young son, Benjamin, from "The Thing" a malevolent entity taking the form of a child that has haunted her family for generations. After the entity leaves a ominous message in toy blocks inside her locked home, Felicia decides to actively fight back rather than live in fear. Enrolling in an anthropology course on folklore and mythology, she researches supernatural boundaries and rules to understand the entity's vulnerabilities. Through her study of cross-cultural legends and urban folklore, she attempts to uncover the entity's origin and true nature in order to break the nightmare cycle before it claims her son.
