Islanders Overtime Heroics Top Blue Jackets

Simon Homeshtrim netted the winner at 147 of overtime with a slick move to the net. The aisles came back from a two-goal hole to snagged their fourth win in a row. Scott Mayfield and John Gabriel Pazzo, each scored a goal and added an assist in the rally. Two bars out, dished out two helpers, and goalie Ilias Serokin turned aside 27 shots to seal the deal. Meanwhile, Zach Warnski picked up two assists for Columbus, pushing his point street to nine games with 13 points. Jet Grief stopped 22 shots, but couldn't hold the lead. The Blue Jackets had built a two-nothing advantage early on, goals from Isaac Loondistrim and Mason Marchment.
