Is there an upper limit for caffeine in ultra-endurance? Scott Tindal saw that Josh Amberger rode 356 miles at Unbound XL on roughly 1,600mg of caffeine, about four times the FDA's daily ceiling, and assumed it was a typo. It wasn't.
