Good day listeners and welcome to Don't And Buy the Kullate on Kim Kennedy your host for today's program. Always always glad to have you with us here on the America LL Radio Network and today we've got some interesting things to talk about. Why does Gaffa Newsom feel that he needs to censor Nick Shirley? What in the world has him so rattled about this guy? Well I'm not going to pause it on that. I'm going to ask Dan Perkin who's with us today. Dan, what's going on? Why is he trying to steal the free speech of Nick Shirley? Because the Democratic Party has been caught. Complicit in the at least a minimum of 20 billion dollars in fraud of government programs
in the state of California and probably going to be a lot more. And so they want to stop him because he is a representation of a new journalist. And in my new book out called The Democratic Murder of America, the last chapter in the book is what do we do as citizens? The history of the Democratic Party, it was part of the Democratic Republican Party in 1790. They had a falling out in 1820 and split off. And the Republican Party at that time disappeared and was replaced by the Wigs. And the Democratic Party went on its own. In 1828 it got a congressional charter for their organization.
But the history in our book, the history of the Democratic Party is that it is a party of racism, terrorism, violence, murder, rape, and intimidation. And they have been doing it ever since then. And what's happened is that many times when the Democratic Party goes after people, they try and intimidate them to not say anything. No matter what they're thinking, they're trying to use all the power of the Democratic Party to intimidate people from having free speech. And so for the longest time, the Democrats had control of the agenda regardless of whether they had control of the House of the Senate or the White House. They controlled it through their tactics.
So as a result, America was intimidated. And everything from post-revolutionary war to the Civil War to civil rights movement, they use all these tactics to try and keep the right from speaking out. And it worked pretty much for a long time. But when we had a situation where we had a proactive president of the United States, Donald Trump, he attacked them and called them what they were. And their partners in crime, the news media, he also went after them. And because he was speaking something that the American people desperately wanted to hear, he was elected president for the first time. And America began to change.
And instead of being intimidated, people started talking. Now before that, we had a situation as you might recall where again, the Democrats were trying to intimidate the Republicans, we had an organization called the Tea Party that came out. And it was trying to help people take a stand and try and protect them. And it worked for a while, but it has kind of waned. This time around, make America great again, the mag of people were much stronger. And so when they started to encourage people to stand up and speak their mind, make sure they for one, he went to Minneapolis as an on-site reporter working for no newspaper, no magazine, and no network. And all he did was he took this. He took a cell phone with him. The cell phone had a camera and a microphone.
And he started interviewing people. And we discovered the magnitude of fraud and continuing to find fraud in the state of Minnesota. That bothered the Democratic Party in Minnesota, and they couldn't stop it. But when they told him that we're going to California, they were very nervous. Because they knew what kind of problems they had, and they knew that they were going to get caught. But they tried everything possible. So they actually, they actually have tried and passed legislation in the California legislature to change the Constitution. Now we have the Constitution is the law of the land. And the Constitution is very specific about how the Constitution can be modified. Either an amendment or the repeal of an amendment. There's a process that we've used many times to adjust the Constitution.
And they decided they were going to pass legislation that said reporters could not talk to people. And they were specifically going after Nick because he had started an investigation in the organizations that were supporting illegal aliens in the country. And so they went after him and he didn't stop. He didn't become intimidated. He began to publish his stories, which turned out to be very negative for the Democratic Party in California. And so they had to do something to try and respond. So what they did is they passed this legislation that basically restricted Nick's and anybody else's rights under the First Amendment with their modification to how they had to act with people and who they could interview and what they could publish. It's funny in a way that this kid with the camera has the big shots, the numerous and
shakers of DNC in the Communist Party because that's what they are. Right. Shaking in their boots. These are organic conversations. I mean, he's been in Europe filming the takeover of Spain. The pictures don't lie. It is what it is. And I think he's playing a big part in the dismantling of the Democrat Party. They want to shut this guy up. Is somebody going to challenge this law? It's unconstitutional. He has his free speech rights. Yes. It's going to be challenged. And it will probably work its way. The question is whether or not the Trump administration will ask for an emergency ruling with what's going on. I hope they will. They should. But we're also in the fri because in our book, people have been asking even before
Nick was doing what he was doing. How do we get involved? How do we stop what's going on? And so we entered into an arrangement with a website, news website, very large, millions, tens of millions of people. And they have a program called Citizen Journalists. These are people who can sign up. Doesn't cost them anything to sign up. They go to yournews.com, hit the link on Citizen Journalists. And they can now become reporters who can report and have columns on your news, telling the American people what's going on in their community and if there's corruption and what's involved. What we did in our book is in the last chapter, we answered the question, what can I do? And so we want these, we want 435 people to become Citizen Journalists whose primary responsibility
is to track all of the candidates in a specific congressional district. And we've given them two specific questions that they need to ask first. After those questions are answered, they can post the candidates response or lack thereup on the website so that people can go there and see what's happening in a local district. Man, that's fantastic then. Now we're not starting from square one. They already have over 4,000 Citizen Journalists. But they're working with us to put together a group of people to go there. And there are two questions which we have decided of all of the issues that could be asked how the greatest amount of impact on American and the American people. The first question is to deal with crime. And the question that we ask, both questions we ask, can be answered with a yes, no, or
I don't know answer. So the first question is Mr. Candidate or Miss Candidate or Mrs. Candidate, whatever they are. Our first question is, are you happy with the murder rate in our city, our state and our country? Yes, no, no. Nobody, no candidate worth his salt has got any brains. It's not going to answer yes. How he's down to two, he's down to two and the two are no and I don't know. If they answer, I don't know. We are teaching the report to say, then if you don't know whether the murder rate is acceptable to you, why should we support you for a candidate on this very important issue? So we're not going to support you. Is this a national initiative, Dan? I'm sorry. Is this a national initiative? Yes, yes. So the third question, the third answer is no, I don't think the murder rate is so we're
going to say the reporter is going to say, fine, wonderful. Give us three things that you're going to do to impact the murder rate in your city, in your state and in the nation over the next 12 months. And we're going to grade you at the end of 12 months to see how you did on your commitment. If you failed your commitment, we're not going to support you for re-election. Do you think Dan that people are rightly informed on the impact of illegal in the country, on the murder rates in the cities? No, no, they don't. I do know that Pew Research did a study in 2025 that 40% of the households, this is important. 40% of the households in America are reluctant to go out after dark because they're afraid of being injured or killed, so they don't go out. They're prisoners.
40% of the country is afraid. And so when we add, so we're looking for 435 people or more and you're going to go to your news.com and sign up as a citizen journalist. Can you repeat that website again? Certainly. It's your news.com and look for the citizen journalist tab. It doesn't cost you anything. And Sam Anthony, the founder of that, as a friend of mine, we worked together when he first started it. And it's one of the fastest growing news sites. And so we want to try and help educate the American people on these two important issues. And more importantly, we're trying to get candidates to commit to something, something that we can measure. And then when we come back and say, you didn't deliver your promise, why should we support you? Those are kind of things that put fear in candidates. And we realize that there are probably some who won't answer the questions.
But we tell that citizen journalists, you keep asking the question everywhere you go, they go, you go. And when it comes to questions, you ask the question. And you're going to tell eventually you're going to tell the candidate, Mr. candidate, we're going to see you everywhere we go. And we're going to look and we're going to how much you give you an opportunity to give us the answer to those three questions. So this is in the last chapter of the book, The Democratic Murder of America. So we have put together the concept of a way to create a new national news network made up by moms and pops and grand brothers and grandmas and college students and young children to take it to stand up and say, we're not going to deal with this. And so what's happened, Nick is an example. But what we're trying to do is take Nick and clue on him 435 times. We also want reporters for senators and governors and major city mayors.
So that we'll have this entire universe of independent, patriotically motivated people who want to hold the elected officials in this country accountable for what they can do. And we know it's a big mountain decline, but you got to start somewhere. And that's what we're doing. We're starting. Yeah, yeah, you know, Dan, I mean, we only have a minute left in this segment. We're going to pick up the conversation after the break, but there's been a lot of talking on the right while the left is organizing and doing. And I love what you're doing. You're not sitting around talking. You're mobilizing for action. I think that the late Charlie Kirk has been an inspiration behind a lot of activity on the right because he got a lot of the red tape. And he said, you know, he went on the college campuses, he asked the right questions.
Nick Shirley too, you know, he listed in Nick Shirley, he's a great reporter. He's a natural. He's asking good questions, engaging in, he's off script, which scares the heck out of it. It's not just the left. This is politicians on the right that don't like this guy. You know, when you get people like him, and I know that there's more than 400 Nick Shirley's around the country who are chopping at the bit to get on this urnews.com and going to citizenjournalists.com slash, you know, the tab for that. And you know, or you might know somebody, listeners who would jump at this opportunity, send them this podcast, tell them to listen to it, tell them to do it because I have to say I've been full agreement with you, Dan, that the preservation of liberty, the professional class of politicians, they're not interested in preserving our liberty. They have no interest in that. It's up to us. Just like it was 250 years ago. Yeah. When you say that with the 20 seconds we have left in this segment, give us something
that will bring people back to jump into this topic more and have a great. When you think about what we're doing, where we are re-instituting America's voice. This is supposed to be not a democracy of republic where people hold their elected officials accountable for what they do. And when you have a democracy, you don't hold them accountable. You have mob rule. And so it's important to understand that the Democrats don't like what's going on because we're questioning their power. And if you think about one question, how many people on the right have asked this question, if you heard? And the question is, why is it that Democrats get off free and Republicans go to jail? It's a terrific question. And folks, I must go and break. I'm running long. Stay with us. We're talking to Dan Perkins. You're listening to Don't Abide the Cool Aid on the America LL Network. We'll be right back.

Now is our time, my fellow Americans, America Out Loud.News, Liberty and Justice for all. Welcome back listeners to Don't And Buy the Kool-Aid going into our second segment with Dan Perkins having a superb conversation. These are action people not just talking about Liberty, but talking about how to preserve it from the bad guys. Many of too many of whom are in our government. Your radical extremist kin, I have this crazy habit of looking at what people do and not listening to what they say. That's why I made that statement. Before we jump back into it though, I'm sure people are wondering who is Dan Perkins. You're an author, murder of America. We want to talk about that. We want to talk about that. Dan, tell us about your background. Please introduce us to yourself.
I started writing in 2011. I had no formal training in the creative writing process. I used to live on Sanibel Island in Southwest Florida outside of Fort Myers. They had what they called a big art center. There were residents who can go in and take all kinds of enrichment classes. I was, it's still in my money manager. I was looking at the communications, typical communications between managers and customers. It's all usually done on paper. You get a report of what was the last 90 days or a year to date. Maybe you might really get a commentary and then it was mailed out to you. You got it about halfway through the next quarter when you finally got it. I came and I was coming down. We were what they call snowbirds in Florida.
I came down in the fall of 2010. I wanted to take a course in desktop publishing because I wanted to make everything electronic. It would be almost instantaneous to go to the clients. I went to all the colleges and universities for 50 to 60 miles around. I said I went to different departments and I said, I'm looking for a course on desktop publishing. They said, what was that? I couldn't find any college or university in Southwest Florida in 2010 that had much in terms of coursework in how to use the internet as a communication device. I had made a commitment to come down and spend six months in Florida and I was going to use a good part of it to develop my program and it didn't happen.
It ultimately did happen but didn't happen. I was looking for something to do and I went into the office and I've taken clay and glass and watercolors and charcoal and all kinds of things. I looked picked up the schedule and they had this brochure that said introduction to writing mysteries and thrillers, three classes. I said, I got to find something to do. I signed up. There were nine of us in the class and the woman who taught the class had published 12 novels. She was a creative writing professor at Temple University in Philadelphia. Anyway, I went in and within the first half hour she said to us, you will know within two weeks if you can be a writer. I raised my hand and I said, excuse me ma'am but I can't change my golf swing in two weeks.
How am I going to be able to determine if I could be a writer? She says, believe me, you'll find out. I didn't take two weeks. I went home that night. I wrote the title of a book. I defined the major characters and I wrote a thousand words. By the time I got in for the second class, I had written five thousand words, knew how the book was going to end and decided it could not be a singular book. It had to be a trilogy. After class, I sat down and explained to her what was going on and I said, I had no experience but is that normal? She said, are you kidding me? I've never seen it before. Wow. So I told her what I had done that I had figured out the other two books, what the opening and closing were. I said, I think I can write this and she said you should try. So in literally 18 months from the first key stroke to the last key stroke, I wrote a trilogy.
Three volumes. Something matter was radical nuclear terrorism from Islamic people against the United States. The first book was the most controversial of the three because the first book was called Terrorist Perspective. I decided when I was writing, I'm going to write this book that the American people really is as now as this early 2011, February when I started writing, that the American people didn't have any idea how dangerous the Islamic terrorists were. So I decided that the first book needed to educate the American people who these people are, what they believe, what their goals were, and what they were trying to do. And at the end of the first book, they planted several dirty bombs in a refinery in Houston,
Texas. And when they were exploded, eventually contaminated the pipes and the refinery and the ground to the point that they had to evacuate the entire southeast of the United States to different places. And then the second book is America starts the rebuilding process, America reveals, and the third book is the rebuilding the country and now how has the America got to respond to these terrorists. And that was a trilogy. About six months after I finished the third book, I started getting emails. And the people were saying, I love the books, when's the next book coming? And I would send them a note back and email and I say, look, just tell me, what does it say on the book you're reading? Is it book one, book two, book three?
What is it? And people come back and they say book two or two or three. And I said, doesn't it say book one of three, book two of three, book three? And I said, and they said, and so I said that off to them. And a couple weeks later, I get an email back. So, okay, but when's the next book coming? So I went to my publisher and I said, I'm getting these emails every day that people want to want a fourth book. And how do you put a fourth book into a trilogy? She says, I have no idea. So she finally came up with the idea, you're going to have to write a book because people are demanding. So we call it a sequel to a trilogy. So we wrote a fourth book. Is that the Democrat murder of America? No, that was terrorist gold. And it's how the terrorist group who set off the bombs went left the country and then
decided to do a biological attack against the United States, orchestrated out of a Caribbean nation. Is this based on real information, Dan, or these novels? And while they're historical novels so that there are a great element of history involved in, but people tell me about my books because I've written several more sense that we can't figure out where truth starts and where fiction starts. And I said, that's my job is to make the fiction so compelling. I spent probably 40% of my time doing the research. So all the technology is real. It's is in the book. The characters are not. But then the next one. Well, I have to go ahead. Oh, I'm sorry. I'm just, I mean, I'm looking at the cover of the Democrat murder of America. It's pretty darn realistic.
Yes. And there are those and you know that I'm sure you've run into them who say you've gone off an edge. Do you, you know, do say that the Democrats are trying to murder America to say that they've been taken over completely by a radical agenda? How do you defend that position? The all the books I have written except this one, Democrat murder of America were all fiction. This is my first attempt at nonfiction. And I wrote it. The catalyst for writing the book was I also write, I have my own television and radio network, but I also write commentary for about 35 news blogs all over the country on a rotating basis. And I wrote probably more than any other thing I wrote stories about the murder rate in
Chicago. And I wrote about infants and small children being shot in their beds by straight bullets that came through the windows and killed them. And I kept saying why doesn't the police department, why doesn't the mayor or the governor do anything about this? For 13 years in a row, Chicago was crowned the murder capital of the United States. Yes. So I said, it's crazy that we have all these murders and people that are shot that don't die. And it just, it goes unchecked. So then I started, let's say wait a minute, let's look at other cities. So I went to the FBI research and I asked for the top, the highest crying rate top 20 cities in the United States. And I got them and started looking at them and putting them down on a spreadsheet.
What I found was 19 of the 20 cities were long term run by Democrats. And they were not all in blue states. There were some cities in red states that were dangerous. And I said, there's something going on here. And I decided to write this book and I was interviewing Sheriff Mack on another show. And I said, I need to talk to you about an idea. And I told him about the book and he said, I'm with you. Whatever you want me to do, I'll support you. So we were started about a year ago on this journey to produce what I've been telling people is a history book. Because most people have no idea of the violent history of the Democratic Party. And so we do a chapter in verse about examples of violence in the Democratic Party right
up to today. So this isn't a hit piece, Dan. This is extremely well researched for you and Sheriff Mack put a ton of time into this and did your homework. And you see us, Dan, and what we did, we discussed in the, when we were writing the book, what was the best way to justify our facts? And most people will put a footnote that's down at the bottom of the page or it's at the back of the book in a, I'm sorry, excuse me. So most of them are footnotes or at the bottom of the page or in the, in the back of the book. And we said, no. So what we did in every situation we had, we talked about who said what, where they said it, what was the date that it was said and where did it take place? So you had the ability to, you've got all the information in the book in the chapter when we're talking about a specific event that you can search, search, search that on
any search engine and you'll find what we're saying is absolutely true. So we put it right in the, right in with it so that you didn't have to turn a bunch of pages or wait till the, go to the back of the book. We want to write there. So one of the biggest challenges that we had is figuring out when to stop because every time we said, okay, this is it, we're going to, we're going to go to, right here, something dastardly would happen and from the Democrats and we said, well, okay, we'll put this in, we'll put this in. And I finally said to Sheriff, we want to get this thing out before the midterm election. We've got to stop and he agreed and we stopped and went into the production situation and I have people who have looked at the cover and said to me many, many times, that's the most disturbing cover I've ever seen on a book.
Yeah, and I don't mean like it, it grew some way like it, it's, it's not porn or it's not, you know, something that's really grotesque. It's the reality of it, Dan, the reality of it. That's what hits you. A picture says a thousand words. Right. Yeah. So it's, so what we do is we, we, we, we capture history as objectively as we can. And sometimes we'll comment on, on a, on a situation after it's been reported, but it's basically a history book. It's a history of violas in the Democratic Party since 1820. This is a must read. This is for anybody who truly loves and cares about their country and wants to understand what the heck is going on. And there's a lot of people, Dan, we hear from them. What's happening? What's happening? Sounds to me. So you're trying to answer that question. Yes, because what, what, another thing that we hear from readers. I know I hear it all the time.
Mr. Perkins, I'll come, I never heard any of these things. I said, even on right-sided media, Dan, you don't hear a lot of this, right? Right, right. And I said, it's because the Democratic Party has control of the education system in our country and the news media. And they decide what's going to get, which printed. So, but let me give you one real quick example of, of their, that what they do. They use people. And I mean, they literally use them. And one day, they are no longer useful to the Democratic Party, to their agenda. They throw them away and get somebody new. Yeah, just look at the Clintons, right? Trail of dead bodies behind them. Yep. And I say to people, and I don't do it to embarrass you or the other talk show host that I'm on. But I say, can you name the two people that were shot and killed in Minneapolis? I cannot. No, why?
Because the Democratic Party used them for about a week and did story after story after story about the violence and the corruption and all this stuff. But when that story wane, they went away. And front to the next person they were going to go on. And those people and their families who were affected by them being shot and killed, there were no longer important to the Democratic Party. They used people until they're no longer useful to them and then they throw them away. And that's what happened to those people who were killed and then let their case around the country. Yeah. Damn it. That, you know, and this is just a part of the dehumanizing process. You know, like we think and I put myself in there. We think in sound bites. We, you know, what happened three months ago in the news cycle? I'm sitting here wrecking my brains. What happened last week?
Because we're just so bombarded. I've caught back actually on my consumption because I'm convinced that so much of what we read or see or listen to isn't true or is just half truth. So I don't want to fill my mind with a lot of stuff that just isn't worth your time. But finding the truth, that's the key. And that's why I'm so excited about this. Our news dot com project, but listeners, I have to take another break. We have so much to talk about. Dan, there's just not enough time in the day, but stay with us listeners. Our last segment, we have so much to talk about. And I'm going to put Dan on the spot and say and ask him if he'll come back at some time in the future and continue these conversations because this is the stuff that we need to not
only to talk about, but Dan is a man of action. He says, yeah, let's talk, but let's do. And that, you know, there's a lot of talking on the right and it's great talk. But what do you do with this information? How do you implement it? And he's already given us one suggestion. But this book, and I'm going to just say, and I've said this before about a couple other books that by the time I get done talking to the author, I realize, these are must reads. This is a must read. If you're going to fight your enemy, know the enemy, right? I don't know who said that, Dan, you probably do. I love this. Chapter nine in the book, the Democrat murder of America, which you'll find at murderofamerica.com. You'll want to go there. But danger, exclamation point, white chicks ahead. All you have to do is turn into TikTok, Dan, or YouTube and hear some of these crazy white chicks. Yes, yes. And so what we do when we did that particular chapter, I would say, I'm going to say,
I have for some time, several years, followed the protests on the college campuses. And I kept looking at the photographs. And I kept saying, wait a minute, there's something wrong here. If you look at all of the photographs, and you look at the people that are in the front line with the bullhorns, vast majority of the time, the vast majority of people are white girls. Yes. And so I began to do some research, and I found that the far left of the Democratic Party is controlled by women between the ages of 18 and 39 who are white, who are not married, have never been married and never had children, and have advanced degrees in education. And so I asked the bachelor's and master's and PhDs. And I said, so those are what we used to call the elites, the ones who think that they're
those ones smart enough to decide where this country should go. They're the ones who have decided with the radical Democrat Socialists. We need to eliminate the president, the Senate, the Supreme Court, Jail's borders, pardon for everybody who was in here country illegally. Eliminate the declaration of independence and the Constitution. And so when you look at that, you say, wait a minute. Why is it that even some of the protests on campus that are supporting the rights of black people will also have white leaders. And so this group of women also have significant mental health issues. I'm not saying that. That's again, research recorded that those people, they are generally speaking unhappy,
depressed, angry, frustrated, and are not interested in relationships with men. They want to get rid of white men because they think it's a scourge on the country. If I can, if I can interject, that's a white woman. I think this goes back in large part to the legalization of abortion, where white women, women in general, but white women in particular, were sold a huge bill of goods that, you know, just get this procedure done and take care of the problem. Not realizing that it was ending a human life and that it was no big deal. It's just another procedure, right? But having worked in the per life industry for some time and I've talked, I've done door knocking. I've talked to post-aborted women. And a lot of them are racked with guilt and pain because the very people who told them that they were their salvation were going to help them kick them to the curb after they
got their abortion and they're dealing with the pain and the broken life afterwards. Don't have the time of day for them. So that's where I think a lot of this movement has started. We're at the point now. What do we got going on with this Lindsay Clancy? And you've got white women mostly from what I've seen, standing outside the court, the house saying, yeah, kill those kids. I mean, she has this pope, no Spartan. She's dealing with so, you know, there's no crime here. There's nothing to see here. We had a situation last week where the governor of the state of Massachusetts signed a new abortion bill that allows abortions to go, could take place up into the moments before birth. Yes. Yes. Before birth. What do you say, what do you say, Dan, to that? What's next? Where does it stop?
What you say to that is we have people, in this case, and in this subject matter, particularly women and particularly white women who have lost their moral compass. You know, the idea that we, years ago, the people who were in favor of abortion said it wasn't a child. It was an aggregation of cells. Yeah. No, it's a child. And when a society begins the process of killing both the young and the old, you know, it has no moral compass any longer. You're right. And I believe, and I think, you know, you cannot eliminate from the mix here, is that, you know, today in American religion, Christianity, they talk about the love of God. And as we should, right? But you seldom do hear about the judgment of God.
And I believe Western culture, where there has been tremendous light, biblical light, has been rejected. There's a certain fearful looking of judgment, as the book of Hebrews says. And that, you know, God gives us over. And Romans one, it talks about him giving us over to a reprobate mind. That literally means a worthless, vain, useless mind. Real scary place to be at. Right. And so you're dealing with today, the reality for the Democratic Party, again, we're back on the Democratic Party, is that white young males and young Hispanic males are leaving the Democratic Party in droves. And the Democratic Party has figured out that they don't know how to talk to men in a favorable light. And so they're trying to figure out how can they get them back because as they leave and they go to Democratic Party, and they see all these wild, crazy things that the Democrat
Socialists are talking about, the men are not going back. And so they're losing people. Now the second thing that I said I wanted to talk about was Dr. Martin Luther King. And this, this again is a situation where we've gotten a lot of people who said, I didn't know this. And that's okay. We're we're making it known now. When Lyndon Johnson became president, he wanted to do something about the poor. And he talked about creating his great society. But he needed the support of the black people and the black leadership in the United States in order to make this work. And for a hundred years after the Civil War, the black people in this country didn't no longer busted the Democrats because they were responsible for much of the much of what
happened to the black people. Quick side note, after the war was over and we had the 13th, 14th and 15th Amendment to take care of the responsibilities and rights of black people. The Democratic Party instituted what they called a revival. What they were trying to revive about was bring back as many of the old ways as they possibly could, which meant that white males became the masters for the black people. And the black people were trying to find their way. When Jim Crow was put in place and was its place until 1950, there's an organization that tracked as best they could the number of black men who were hung as a result of the enforcement of the Jim Crow laws. It was 4,000, almost 4,000 and probably much more than that because many of them were
never reported. What the unknown and unreported fact is that when the 13th, 14th and 15th and before that while they were working, the abolitionists in the north who were the supporters of black people and their freedom sent missionaries into the south to help black people get their rights and they were taken care of. In the same time that the south killed 4,000 blacks, they killed 1200 white Republican volunteers. And most people don't know that. Now go forward and the Democratic Party is really working very hard to try and get the blacks. Lyndon Johnson has a meeting with Martin Luther King who was not in favor of the Democratic Party and after a great deal of pressure, he capitulates and encourages black people to
start voting Democrat. Now Martin Luther King had a very famous speech that a lot of people know, at least they know the title. It was called I Have a Dream Speech. It was given in Washington, D.C. on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial. Very powerful speech. But later he was in New York City, a couple of years later, he was in New York City at a Presbyterian white church where he gave another speech. And in that speech he criticized the American government of the greatest genocide in the history of the world. And it was later titled his Vietnam War speech. He was so angry that the Democrats who were in control were drafting in Vietnam, they were drafting black soldiers to be the shields for white soldiers.
Black soldiers were there to take the bullets that were coming before they got to the white soldiers. And he gave that speech and Johnson was outraged, some of the leaders in the black community were outraged. And exactly 12 months to the day after he gave the Vietnam speech, he was murdered. And James Earlway was arrested for the assassination of Martin Luther King. Mr. King's Reverend King's oldest son went to visit him in prison. And he talked to him at great length and he finally asked him, did you kill my father? And he said no. Then why did you admit to it? Because there was a great deal of pressure on me to admit it so that they could get the issue over. Remember off the agenda? Yes.
And he said, and he believed him. So he took his sisters and brothers to visit with James Earlway to ask the same question. And they all believed that based on their conversations with Mr. Ray that he was in fact a dupe of the Democratic Party and didn't shoot. But the family tried and tried and tried to get a trial for James Earlway. So he would have a chance to speak his mind and tell his side of the story to the public. Never happened. Never happened. So we have situations time and time again in history where the Democrats have controlled the agenda, controlled the news media and controls what being said and manipulating by lying. And I recently came up with an analogy which is even more controversial than the book.
I said, if you look at the radical part of the Democratic Party, they are in synchronization with the radical Islamic government of Iran. I believe that truly I believe that how did they still in election it wasn't just locally, it was a global theft. Right. But people will react and have reacted to that. At least initially they are very upset with it. But the more they think about it and they read the book and see what is going on, they understand that it is certainly possible. And so we have to deal with that the history of the party is that of being violent. We had one time had six senators in the United States Senator who were members of the Klux Klan and one of them was the grand wizard.
Who was that? The senator from West Virginia. Bird? Yep. Oh my. I didn't. I knew. I thought he was a member of the Klux Klan. I did not know he was a grand wizard. That's right. Wow. So we had Democrats in Congress that the Civil Rights Act of 1963 was not the responsibility of the Democratic Party because too many Democrats were opposed to it and they refused to vote for it. It was Johnson begging the Republicans to support the bill that the bill passed. It was the Republicans who gave us the Civil Rights Act of 1963. And the voters right act as 1964, not the Democratic Party. This is Dan. You know, I'm sorry, I'm speechless. I'm digesting a lot of stuff here. Folks.
A lot to digest. Yes, it certainly is. We've got two minutes left. Okay. We have to have you back. We have to have more in depth conversations. Let me give some websites again murder of America.com. You really ought to check this out. You need to check it out. You also want to check out constitutional sheriffs and peaceful professors association cspoa.org. In the show notes, all this information will be there. So if you're driving or you're, you know, not in position to write it down, the links will be there. And you know, you can check it out then. And this is another conversation we need to have because unfortunately in my state and in my county, the sheriff's or Democrat. And I don't think I don't know if they understand what the role of the sheriff is. I'm sure you, you dealt with this and are familiar with that issue. Dan. And that's the conversation we need to have.
But in the last minute, we have what is the final thought you want to leave our listeners with? I think that what I'm trying in the sheriff matter trying to do is to create a book of the history of violence of one of the political parties in our country. And it's cut progressively worse. And that when we walk into the voting booth in November and we see that person's name with a D, we shouldn't pull the lever just because there's a D there. You have to understand what the party stands for. And listen to the radicals and not vote for them. We have to send a message to the Democratic Party. Your philosophy is not acceptable to us as American citizens. And it is anti-constitutional. It is undercuts everything that our founding documents stand for. And I know that we stand together and saying we want to maintain our limited government system.
And we join with you in that fight. Dan, this has been one of the best conversations I've had so far in my tenure with America out loud. I'm so grateful that you joined us today. I look forward to talking with you again soon. Thank you. You're welcome. Listeners, make it a great day.
