Is “INDIA” & “BHARAT” two separate countries?

When religion is linked with patriotism, it can drive people to extremes. Not long ago an Islamist group in Somalia, the Al Shabaab, banned samosas in the country. The reasoning was that the triangular shape of the samosa was a trick to spread the trinity concept of Christianity. Did you know Bharat was the native name of our country and India is probably the only country to have two names? Why are we to make the equation of Bharat and India in the constitution?
