Cells that operate with little knowledge of each other, this setup boosts secrecy and mirrors early Hezbollah tactics from the 1980s while also prepping for coordinated missile barrages from both Lebanon and Iran. Israel views Hezbollah as still dangerous despite the damage with the group firing hundreds of missiles since entering the fight on March 2nd.
