Iran More Prepared Than Expected! / War Spreads Across Region

About this episode

The US Empire has officially gone to full-scale war with Iran, and Iran has proven more prepared than anticipated. The mainstream media narrative is complete garbage. They want you to think this is about nuclear weapons or "defending democracy." It’s not.

Hello, everybody. Welcome to Dangerous Ideas, I'm Lee Camp. Since the wow, that was more wobbly than I thought it'd be. Why are we so wobbly on the camera here today? Since I last saw you guys, the US Empire has gone to full-on war with another country. The psychopaths of our imperial system have already murdered the Iatola and killed hundreds and that has all happened since the last time I saw you. The war is now broadening to the entire region and we're going to get into all of those updates, various things that are going on in Iran, around Iran. Iran so far has proven far more prepared for this than it seems Trump and his psychopath. Oh yeah, what it

was the term for? I was calling them the idiopaths. That's right. Idiot psychopaths, far more prepared for it than they had apparently thought he would be. Now every time I touch the desk here, I get a big camera wobble and for everyone watching the podcast, I mean, listening to the podcast, it clearly, that's a big concern of yours. But all right, so and yeah, this is a fucking horror show, it's hundreds of people murdered, hundreds of them are apparently little schoolgirls that Trump has already bombed in Iran. But I'm going to start off, I'm going to get into all the details of the updates and everything else. But I'm going to start off with it's like one and a half or two minutes of Professor Jeffrey Sachs. He was on interview and he goes through kind of a little bit of the history of what's going on here so that we can kind of just have a little background as to what this is and Jeffrey Sachs always does a great job with this. So I'm going to go ahead and let him talk

for something like two minutes and I think you guys will get a lot out of this. So here he is. This is a strategy that goes back 30 years. The U.S. and Israel aimed for agemony in West Asia and this has been carried out through a series of wars with Iran as the big target actually dating back to Netanyahu's entry as Prime Minister of Israel. So this is basically CIA Mossad long-term strategy. It has left a trail of blood throughout the Middle East, actually stretching from Libya, which the U.S. and Israel and others over through in 2011 killing more Markadafi and putting Libya into turmoil. It stretches to Sudan where Mossad played major role in fomenting the breakup of Sudan. It includes the genocide in Gaza, the occupation

and annexation of the West Bank. It includes the overthrow of the Syrian government, which was the CIA Mossad operation that began in 2011. It includes the invasion of Iraq by the United States in 2003 and the plan all along has been to overthrow the government of Iran one way or another. They have used bombing in the past. They have used assassinations in the past. They have used economic warfare in the past. Now they're trying again with another bombing campaign. This one will fail also, but I think the consequences for the world will be very serious. Well said, and something that Jeffrey Sacks does not get into there. I'm not saying he never does, but in that clip he doesn't get into it is the deeper reasons for this. One is because and I put out a substack on this. So if you want more on it, then please check out really

camp.substack.com. But the deeper reasons are one that Israel has long viewed Iran as their biggest adversary in the region. So many of the invasions, attacks and decimations of countries across the region have been by the pressure of Israel. But that doesn't mean that the US imperial rulers didn't want that to happen or were opposed to bombing and killing literally millions. I know it sounds exaggerating like it was killing millions. But no, if you look at the actual numbers of you add up all these numbers of these countries in the global quote unquote war on terror, it is millions. It's 4.5 to 6 million. That's just the global war on terror. That doesn't count Gaza. That doesn't count what's happening in Iran. It doesn't count anything after the year like 2020 or so. So it's easily 6 million there. If you count the deaths from economic sanctions around the world, then you're talking the UN estimated that that's 38 million. Almost all of those

sanctions are by the United States because the US is the one putting on all those sanctions, but also the one with the most banking power and the ability to put on those sanctions. So the UN estimated it's around 38 million have been killed with US economic war. So you add those two up, you get about 44 million people have been murdered over the past few decades by the United States along with Israel. But as I was saying, what he doesn't get into in that clip is that it's not, so it's partially that Israel wants to do away with Iran because they view it as their biggest adversary in the region. But the deeper level has to do with oil and the petro dollar and the power of the US dollar, which the US is the global reserve currency because it is the petro, because of the petro dollar without the petro dollar, then it's not the global reserve currency anymore. And the biggest threat, as I say in the sub-stack post to the petro dollar are those countries that

are pumping oil outside of the US dollar and have a lot of oil. So if you think about that list of country, the three biggest that exist right now are Russia, Venezuela, and Iran. Huh, interesting list that is. Trump so far in this first year of his second term has kidnapped the leader of Venezuela and forced them to give concessions so that he can probably stop them from pumping oil outside of dollars. And it's unclear what the deal ultimately is going to be with Venezuela. But then you have what he's doing to Iran right now. So that is the deepest level and that has to do with China as well. Iran is pivotal to China's Belt and Road. Iran is pivotal to China's hydrocarbons, their fossil fuels that they use. Large percentage comes from Iran. So Trump is actually going after China by murdering Iranians. And if you have to kill a few hundred or a thousand innocent schoolgirls in Iran, innocent people in Iran, why not? What's it

matter? I mean, if you're a thing, you got to put yourself in Trump's shoes. If you're a psychopath, consequences are not a thing that psychopaths think about. So they don't care about others, they don't view other human beings as really having agency. Really? They're not things they're like, it's like a chair. So, you know, you break a chair, you don't go, oh, that poor chair won't get to live out its dreams. Well, that's how Trump views murdering others. So it's important to understand, put yourself in his shoes for a minute. A lot of people don't do that. Let people don't take the time and put yourself in Trump's shoes. It's a psychopath. He can't, he did short circuits when he tried to think about caring about other human beings. Anyway, all of that and much more is at that substack really camp dot substack dot com. But okay, so let's keep going here. Trump and his goons have not really prepared, they did prepare, but they didn't quite understand how prepared Iran is. Iran, the government of Iran had many levels of contingency below the Ayatollah. So it is not like

Iran's going to collapse because the Ayatollah has been killed. Now, I don't have a crystal ball. I can't say for certain to, oh, Iran's going to do fine and outlast all this bombs and what brings tomorrow. I can't give you the certainty, but there's a high likelihood that Iran is going, that their government is going to be okay getting through this. At least the people I respect think that is likely to happen. There have been massive pro-Iran protests around the world. You won't get coverage of this, mostly in the United States. Here are some people are saying it's million person, but clearly massive protests in Yemen supporting Palestine and supporting Iran, you know, whether it's a million people or not, I don't know, but it looks bigger than just about any protest you've seen in the United States in recent memory. And you know, that's just Yemen. There's been protests and violence outside of U.S. embassies at various cities around the

world, including India, Pakistan, etc. Some people I believe were killed actually at the protesting outside the U.S. Embassy in Pakistan. These protests are massive. There is world support for Iran to have some agency, some sovereignty. And it doesn't mean you've got to love the Ayatollah. You don't have to sit there and go, that guy was awesome. I love that guy. No, that's not really the point. The point is the United States is a mass murdering machine led by psychopaths and you don't have to love other countries or other countries. Leaders to say the U.S. psychopaths should not just be murdering anyone they want. That's all. That's the end of the debate. And really that's what the argument should be. Instead, people like to go, oh, well, yeah, yeah, it didn't. Iran doesn't treat women well. Oh, yeah. Well, what about blowing up schoolgirls? Is that treating women well? Are we helping the women of Iran right now by obliterating their citizens?

I don't think so. There also is zero thought given to kind of what comes after collapsing this government. The aim of the U.S. is just to collapse the government. We saw this in Syria. We saw this in Libya. They were hoping that Iran would go the same way of Syria and Libya. Now Syria did take a long, long time. Libya less so. But once the leader was killed, once Assad fled, once Mo Mar Gaddafi was executed, literally the country just fell into disarray. The U.S. and Trump and his psychopaths, his ideopaths were hoping that same thing happens to Iran. You murder the Ayatollah and then just all disarray, collapse, unstable government, just fucking straight up war in the streets. And therefore, Trump and Israel celebrate that they have a collapsed government in Iran. Millions of people suffer. Millions of people don't know what tomorrow is going to bring, whether they're going to have food for their family. Millions of people are just thrown into the

worst fucking hell you can imagine. And it's great for Israel and the U.S. ruling elite. Wonderful. Awesome. That's what they were hoping would happen. That has not happened so far. And it does not seem like it's going to happen immediately. Another important fact is that the U.S. is racing to quote unquote accomplish this absolute hellhole situation. They're racing to accomplish it because they're running out of interceptor missiles. The U.S. and Israel cannot defend against Iran's barrage without intercept missiles. Yet even the Wall Street Journal is saying U.S. races to accomplish Iran mission before munitions run out. When the U.S. military's top general laid out the risks to Trump of launching a major and extended attack on Iran, one of the issues he flagged was America's stockpile of munitions. Now that it's being put to the test as the U.S. races to destroy Iran's missile and drone force before it runs out of interceptors to

fend off to Iran's retaliation. Current and former officials and analysts say the precise size of the U.S. stock of air defense interceptors. What the Pentagon calls magazine depth is classified. But repeated conflict conflicts with Iran and its proxies in the Middle East have been eating into the supply of air defenses in the region. Since Saturday morning to run time, the U.S. and its allies in the region have pounded an array of leadership and military targets in the country, including Iran's missile launchers, drones, and airfields. One reason the U.S. and Israel struck first a senior official said Saturday was to blunt Iran's ability to retaliate with missiles and drones. Well, they also struck first because they Iran was not going to strike them. Iran has only proven they will strike out of retaliation. They have never proven to strike first at the U.S. and Israel. And it's also the fact that this whole deal, let's make a deal with Iran that Trump tried to portray was a real thing is bullshit. It's bullshit on its face, both because the U.S.

is the one that ripped up the deal that they had with Iran. But also the fact that Iran by many accounts was not actually trying to develop a nuclear weapon. So and Trump has actually murdered one of the main reasons that Iran has not really tried to create a nuclear weapon, which is the Ayatollah has said that the one that was just executed has said that Iran, sorry, that Islam was opposed to weapons of mass destruction to killing loads of innocent people. And although innocent people to some degree are dying in Iran's strikes right now, they're not aiming for innocent people. They're aiming at various infrastructure in Israel. And by the way, Israel uses human shields. Very important to know that they put a lot of their version of the Pentagon, the IDF headquarters and everything else. They put it just amidst residential areas. It's just straight up for human shields. So if you try and hit the IDF,

you hit all those human shields around the IDF. Anyway, since Saturday morning to Iran, time the US and its allies in the region have pounded in Arabia. I did that. But one of the challenges is is you can deplete these really quickly, these meaning intercept missiles. We're using them faster than we can replace them. He says air defense interceptors aren't the only munitions that are in short supply. The US is also expending sea launched Tomahawk cruise missiles widely known as T-lams and aircraft launch weapons against Iranian targets. The Trump administration has fired T-lams at an extraordinary rate in operations around the globe. When we war game, this is a quote, when we war game T-lams are some of the first munitions to go within the first week of a US China conflict. Basically, they run out quickly. So even though the US bends an absolute unbelievable amount of fucking money on the Pentagon, they still don't have an

unlimited number of these interceptor missiles. I mean, you've got to remember that during the 12-day war against Iran last summer, Iran was able to deplete most of Israel's interceptors in those 12 days with just something like three to 500, the combination of drones and missiles fired at Israel. They were able to deplete most of Israel's supply of these interceptor missiles. And Israel needed four countries to stop those from hitting Israel, four countries for their Tofu Dome situation. But let's give a bunch of updates from Dropsite news, Dropsite doing good work on this as they've also done good work on Gaza while your corporate mainstream media is just utter shit show is just absolute pro war pro empire bullshit that is pumped out of all of these outlets. Even when you even when you read an article that seems a little unbiased, it still

doesn't mention that these are fucking psychopaths Netanyahu literally has a warrant for his arrest for war crimes. Trump is a classic war criminal in every respect to the word. Trump, if you and I also am covering this on the upcoming unredacted tonight, uh, Trump is also a, uh, a dictionary definition of a psychopath. If you actually go, go and when this is over, when you're done watching this, do you want to screen it? So wobbly. Uh, if you if you actually after the every didn't watch this, go look up the dictionary definition of psychopath, uh, or just watch unredact tonight this Thursday. And Trump is he checks every single box. But okay, let's go to drop site news for a few minutes. Uh, heavy bombing of Iran as war enters its third day. Multiple airstrikes hit to Ron. Uh, on Mondays, the US is really war on Iran expands to Ron streets have largely been deserted with people fleeing to other areas. Al Jazeera said army hospital other government sites also struck. Uh, 20 people were killed in a strike and

nila for new Lufar square, a densely popular populated residential and commercial area. So they're killing loads of civilians in these strikes, uh, by Trump and company. Trump and, and of course, the worst was that, uh, girls school where they murdered over a hundred innocent children in one strike. Trump on Saturday announced that Iran's leader, Ayatollah Khameini had been targeted and killed. Uh, also, by the way, this isn't mentioned as much. Trump also killed a bunch of other innocent family members in that strike. Our Pentagon did Khameini's daughter, his son-in-law, grandchild daughter-in-law, all killed in the strike. Iran state media, state media also announced the deaths of chief, his chief of staff, defense minister, supreme, uh, national defense council secretary and Islamic revolution at guard core head, uh, momar park poor. So they're, they're assassinating loads of leaders in Iran. And something else that's pretty hilarious is, of course, Trump and Netanyahu and all of them,

they're like, this is our amazing intelligence. We had all the intelligence on where Khameini was gonna be and we took them out and they do all that bullshit and you have all your mainstream media running with that kind of shit. Uh, he was in his office. Ayatollah Khameini was killed in his office and he, it has been well reported that despite other people saying he should fear for his security and he should be in some bunker somewhere, he refused and said, I'm gonna live life as I normally do and if they want to kill me, they can kill me. And they did, but let's not pretend that Ayatollah Khameini was hiding somewhere like Saddam Hussein, uh, you know, in a bunker with a, with a, with a fake beard, uh, he was literally murdered in his office. So when Trump dances up and down about US intelligence, uh, they just blew up his office. Uh, this is the daily, the deadliest recorded attack of the war and airstrike on, oh yeah, this is the, so now the number, this is the girls elementary school in Minab, a small city near the Strait of Hormuz, it killed 165 people in a single strike,

165 innocent people. Over 100, I believe, were like little girls. Um, so Trump is literally like trying to distract from the fact that he are words little girls at home in the US and he's doing that by murdering little girls in across the world. So for all of you, uh, MAGA supporters out there, I hope you, I hope you think long and hard about that. At least 555 people have already been killed in Iran. That number is probably quite low. Iran's ambassador to the international atomic energy agency said the US is really airstrikes target, targeted the Natans enrichment facility on Sunday. Again, they attacked Iran's peaceful, safeguarded nuclear facilities yesterday, uh, said Nijafi, who is the Iran's ambassador, the IEA, IEA, say it fast, and it just sounds like you've stubbed your toe. He's the ambassador, the IEA, their justification that Iran wants to develop nuclear

weapons is simply a big lie. As I already mentioned, they many believe that the reason Iran has not developed nuclear weapons is because Ayatollah Khmerni has been, uh, dead opposed to it, I suppose dead in the right word to use right now, but furiously opposed to it and said it does not connect with, uh, Iran. I'm sorry, Islam. Iran responded to the Saturday attacks by unleashing a series of sustained missile and drone attacks against Israel and US military facilities across the Persian Gulf, striking the UAE Bahrain Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Qatar. Iran also targeted Jordan, Oman, Kuwait, Iraq and Cyprus. Why did they say Kuwait twice? I'm not sure. Might have been accident. The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps described its offensive operation as the most intense in its history, at least 11 people were killed in Israel, along with three in the UAE, two in Iraq, one in Bahrain and one in Kuwait. Also important to note that Kuwait shot down,

accidentally shot down, I believe three fighter US fighter jets. Uh, apparently all of those US airmen survived air men and women, but, uh, it's kind of hilarious. That Kuwait accidentally shot down three US fighter jets. Uh, although I believe Iran is taking credit for one of those, so maybe there's a bit of a lie going on. I'm not sure. F-15 fighter jets. Over the weekend, Iran fired ballistic missiles at Israel, including strikes on Tel Aviv, West Jerusalem and Batchimesh, where nine people were killed in a residential building, uh, brought the national death toll to 11. The US military said a fourth service member has been killed since the start of the operation against Iran. Now, the US media has been making a lot of the fact that US service members have been killed. Uh, and, you know, I suppose as a rhetorical device, it makes a lot of, uh, it's a big deal, but I don't know about you. It seems to be a bigger deal when, in my view, when, uh, children are

murdered, like we've done in Iran, than when a US service member or whatever you want to call them, US fighter US, uh, US member of the US death machine, uh, when they're killed and they signed up to be in a war. That is why they signed up, uh, as opposed to murdering 100 children in a school. But if it, if it helps with the rhetorical discussion of this issue, then, uh, yeah, okay, uh, four US service members have been, uh, killed in this suspected drone strike also hits a UK base in Cyprus. Iran is basically spreading the amount of targets they're willing to hit because they're trying to show that guess what? You are all involved in this. The UK is involved in this. Israel is involved in this. All these other countries, all these countries with military, US military bases on them, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, they're all in some way involved in this. And Iran is spreading the, the area they're willing to hit. Uh, Cyprus, I feel really, uh,

might get people thinking differently about, whoa, well, this is in our war. We get to just watch it on our television. Um, the incident in Cyprus followed Prime Minister Kier Starmer statement that Britain would permit the United States to use its bases for limited defensive purposes. There's nothing defensive about this. There is no defensive purposes. When you attack a sovereign nation and murder their leaders and murder their military leaders and murder their children, nothing that's done in response to you has to do with defense. It is all an offensive posture. You are the belligerent. You are the one that set this up. Their Iran did not start this. Iran is not coming after the United States. And if you understand any fucking thing about geopolitics, this is about the US and the petro dollar and the power of the US dollar. That is what's at the heart of this and the US great power game with China. That is what's at the heart of this.

Don't pretend for a second that this ever had fuck all to do with Iran getting nuclear weapons or the ayatollah doesn't treat people well or they don't have a democracy or there was a latest one. Oh, yeah, after Trump started the war after he assassinated Committee, he then claimed that Iran tried to rig the elections in 2020 and 2024. So he's just like it was amazing because when they first started bombing, they legit hadn't even made any reason for like they because they can't really use the they're trying to get nuclear weapons excuse anymore because as you were called her in the 12-day war last summer, Trump said they annihilated and eliminated all their nuclear efforts. So what happened to that? Oh, I thought you eliminated their ability to create nuclear weapons. Did you eliminate them? And Netanyahu has been claiming their one day away from getting a nuclear weapon. He's been claiming that every day for the best 20 years. Literally, you can watch videos of him in the early 2000s and shit talking about

that. They're one day away from one week away from it's all bullshit. It's all because they've been looking to strike and murder Iran for years and years and years. And as I talk about in my sub stack piece, look at the other countries that were pumping oil outside of the US dollars that had a lot of oil and were pumping it out of the outside of the US dollar. Russia, Venezuela, Iran, Syria, Lebanon, Iraq, Iraq, Syria, and Lebanon all murdered attacked and destroyed. And another point, which I have a video to elucidate this point, but is that the reason the US does not care what comes after collapsing a government. They don't give a shit. The reason is because they just want to make sure they have enough power over that country to ensure it doesn't pump oil outside of the US dollar. That is the game. That is the goal. And also kind of that it doesn't align

with China and doesn't pump oil to China. So if you go, well, wait, we helped and NATO helped us kill Omar Gaddafi and Libya. And then Libya just collapse. Why didn't the US go? Oh my god, Libya is collapsing, but we care so much about the Libyan people. We have to go and help and make sure that they have a legit government and that things are stabilized. Why didn't the US do that? Why didn't the US care? Because it's not about having a legit stable anything. It is just about collapsing the fucking government so that you just have warring tribes that can't create an oil system, you know, pump all of the oil outside of the US dollar. Like once that's done, that's all they care about. That's all they care about. And they got it in Iraq, they got it in Libya, they got it in Syria after many years. But by the way, and I'll just point this out, thank you Dan for supporting the show. But by the way, with Syria, you'll notice that the first thing the US did because they couldn't

get rid of Assad. They had a lot of trouble getting rid of Assad. Russia was supporting him. So the first thing they did is the US took a third of Syria. They basically claimed they owned the third of Syria. What third of Syria was it? It was basically the oil fields. So the US took over the oil fields years ago, years ago before I think before even, yeah, before even Trump got into office the first time. And the reason for that was, well, we might not be able to take down Assad. But at least we can still like make sure the oil is not pumping outside of US dollars. And they succeeded for years. Now they still wanted to get rid of Assad because as long as he's in there, they run the risk of losing that power to control those oil fields. Anyway, here is, so here is proof that the US does not give a shit what comes after you collapse a country. They don't care at all. Here is Lindsey Graham, who's wanted, he's wanted to bomber on like since birth, literally like a bellical cord still attached. He was like murder those people first words. Anyway, here he is.

Been forward to social media post Sunday. President Trump wrote this quote, hopefully the IRGC and police will peacefully merge with the Iranian patriots and work together as a unit to bring back the country to the greatness it deserves. Is hope planned for the future of Iran? No, the future of Iran is going to be determined by the Iranian people. They're that same saying there is no plan. We have no plan. We just want to collapse things and then walk away. The new Iran, whatever it is for this ecleric or or representative democracy, our goal is to make sure it cannot become again the largest state sponsor of terrorism. That's a win. Terrorism means nothing, by the way, the way these people use it because the largest state sponsor of terrorism is the United States and Israel. So to say that Iran is the largest, it's just insane. The US and Israel have killed tens of millions of people over the past few decades, but Iran is the largest state sponsor of terror or Venezuela. Like it's just

idiocy for us. But is there a plan to make sure that happens, Senator? Is there a plan does the president have a plan to guarantee that that happened? No, it's not his job or my job to do this. How many times to have to tell you, our job is to make sure Iran is not our job to have any kind of plan after just murdering their leaders. That says where our plan ends. That's what we got, murder their leaders and and make sure their government collapses so that people are starving in the streets done finished. No longer the largest state sponsor of terrorism to help the people reconstruct a new government, no boots on the ground. We don't own, you know the side there, you break it, you own it, I don't buy that one bit. Of course he doesn't because they broke Syria, they don't, they haven't done shit to help the people of Syria. They broke Libya. They haven't done shit to help the people of Libya. They broke Iraq and even though Iraq, Iraq is not as just, you know, destroyed and destroyed as Libya, they still haven't done shit to help the people of Iraq.

They don't care. They just want to collapse these places so it's not a risk. It's not a threat. And these people are psychopaths. It's important to understand what a psychopath is and how they function. All right. Here is, if you want to see someone getting, if that made you, if that left a bad taste in your mouth, uh, here is someone doing the opposite, which is, uh, obliterating this, be, uh, this, uh, this, uh, this, well, okay, he didn't, he didn't obliterate the news host, but he, uh, he does a good job of refuting the kind of bullshit question, which the opening question from the host is, is there a off ramp for Iran? And it's like, dude, the US is murdering hundreds and hundreds of people right now blowing up school houses of children and you're asking, is there an off ramp for Iran? How can Iran get out of this? It's like, the question should be, when will the US stop being a war criminal? Uh, but anyway, here we are. Where do you see this going?

Is there an off ramp for Iran? Uh, I, I think what will happen is that even if the United States is able to kill illegally Iranian leaders, the next generation of Iranians, the Iranians that did not see American atrocities in Iran before 1979. Some Iranians that did not understand why their parents and grandparents were anti-American. Those Iranians will take over. Now they understand why American government is an imperialist, vicious government and a government that attacks other countries and kills little children. Then they're fighting the Epstein class that either rape little girls or bomb little girls. This is the government that we are witnessing. They're going to fight back against that government and they're going to ensure that the Islamic Republic of Iran will live many years after America destroyed it. So fascinating point there that by doing this, they're reminding the younger generations that they are up against an imperial threat.

They are up against some of the most massive terrorist entities in the world. And a lot of the younger generation, that's his point. A lot of the generation doesn't remember the 70s and the 60s and stuff like that. So they're, they've forgotten in a certain way how horrific the U.S. can be. And here he is saying, well, this will teach them. This will show them the horror show of what the U.S. can do. And I think that's a great point. If you want another example of how terrible Western media is on this, this Alan McLeod, they're supposed to this. But anyway, here are the two headlines for, no, someone else posted. But here are the two headlines from BBC. It says, the first headline says, at least 153 dead after reported strike on school, Iran says. So they point out that they say strike, but they don't say who's who's striked, right?

Who was this? Was it, and they put there, was it a lightning strike? Was it, was it maybe, maybe it was Palestinians that striked the school? No, it was the U.S. and Israel that blew up the school. But the BBC won't put that in the headline. And by the way, most people just read headlines. So when you leave something out of the headline, you're leaving it out for a third of all readers, which is the goal. But then by adding Iran says at the end of the title, you're basically saying like you're skeptical. We don't know. Iran saying this. We don't know that it's actually true. Iran said it. Now here's the counter examples. Also BBC, same outlet. Nine dead and missile attack, attack, attack means not a retaliation, right? Nine dead and missile attack on Israel as Iran strikes region. So here you say really clearly who, who is doing the striking? You say Iran strikes the region. You give a, you give a perpetrator. You don't, you just not pass a voice. And also by

calling it an attack, that is not a retaliation. That is you just decided to attack someone. It is absolutely putting Iran at the center. There's also no Israel says, right? Reported. In that first headline, there's two separate words that mean we don't know if we trust this. The first is reported. The second words that say that are Iran says, right? In the second headline, when it has to do with harm done or those dead in Israel, you don't get any reported. You don't get any Israel says because Israel should just be believed, right? They're always, they always tell the truth. So they should just be believed. No problem there. All right, I'm going to keep going. I got a lot more updates and information on this war. So that's coming up, including some of these right wing goons, Trump's goons getting annihilated on CNN, believe it or not, even on CNN. Who knew that could ever happen? And all that's coming up right now. I just want to spend one minute

to say, if you feel like you're getting a cup of coffee worth or what? Okay, two cups of coffee. Maybe if you get that really expensive, nice fucking lavender with the fruity stuff on top. Okay, one cup of coffee. Otherwise two cups of coffee. If you feel like you're getting that out of this live stream, then please, please become a member, become a paying member at, uh, really camp.substack.com or patreon.com slash Lee camp or my local's page Leecamp.net, which is more of a community. If you want to hang out with awesome, like mine of people and post your own stuff, that's at Leecamp.net. But I'll put the, uh, substack on the, on the screen there, really camp.substack.com. Like I said, I just put up a column on Saturday about would about the attack on Iran, uh, with the real reasons for the attack on the wrong, which we've been talking about here. And all that stuff not behind a paywall, I've just put up loads of free content. So if you, you know, I've been, you guys don't need a reminder. I, my YouTube main YouTube page banned around the world, my Spotify podcast

banned around the world, my TikTok page banned around the world, uh, suppression on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. So basically, uh, whereas, you know, you could have another commentator like me who's not actually getting to the deeper levels and they might be a millionaire. Like, it's just a completely different world. If you want to actually bring the truth to you guys, if you want to actually dig down to what the US Empire is involved with and what Israel's doing and the actual truth behind the Epstein files, uh, which by the way, we'll be getting to, I'm going to play the new episode of Unredex tonight at the end of this live stream and, uh, we'll be talking about Epstein's boss, uh, some as well. But if you want to do that, then I don't get the big ad dollars. I don't get the big sponsors. I don't, I like, not only would I not have a, uh, a string of monster energy drinks like in front of the camera, but, uh, no corporation wants to be within a 10 feet of me. So it comes out to you guys. It comes out to whether you guys are like, yeah, I'll throw in. I think it comes out to like 40 cents an episode, 38 cents an episode.

I'll throw in 38 cents an episode to see that this show continues. It comes down to you guys. So really camp.substac.com. That would be amazing. And you'd be a fucking hero or heroin. But I think you should get off that stuff, okay? Cause it's, whoa, I don't screw up your life. Let's keep going here. I just just kind of, this is only 30 seconds long, but it's kind of a fun clip of, uh, and Israeli spokesman getting kind of a viscerated. He, uh, he's at the site of where one of the Iranian bombs has hit in Israel. And as you can imagine, he's trying to make everyone feel bad for Israel. So he's like, how dare the Iranians? Anyway, you'll, you'll see. But your prime minister is a wanted war criminal. If you don't have the high, the moral high ground here, at all. This is a war crime. This is a war crime. Targeting civilians. Target. You don't, as he just changed his subject. Because the guy says your prime minister is a war criminal. Why is that, you know, you don't exactly have the high moral ground here. This is a war crime. Targeting civilians,

targeting elderly women, killing, murdering her caregiver from the Philippines. And the Iranian regime is targeting not only us in Israel, they are targeting the entire region. What about the hundred or so school girls in Iran that have been killed and it's striking that this must stop. This must be stopped. And this is what we're trying to do. Yes. This is such a victim, right? This is my stop. We're just genociding people that are like eight feet from where I'm filming this. But this much stop. We got to stop this, this, this Iranian missile that hit some more updates from drop side news. Thousands are stranded as air as air travel has been disrupted across the entire region. Trump claimed on truth social that the military action was justified because Tehran tried to interfere in the 2020 and 2024 US presidential elections. Yes. You remember that, right? Iran totally manipulated those elections,

right? You guys saw that. I love how they bomb. They assassinate world leaders. And then after the fact, they're like, just throw in some reason. Just give some reason. On Saturday and Sunday, Sunday, Trump said US strikes on Iran would continue until American objectives were achieved, warning Iranian security forces to surrender while urging citizens to rise up. Oh, yeah, my other favorite thing for them just that they've been saying is they go, Hey, Iranians, now it's your chance for you to control your country. Guess what? A lot of Iranians were controlling their country. Iran was controlled by Iranians. You assassinated a lot of them, like a lot of them. And by the way, Iran's president went into the side of a mountain last year, and I feel like not enough people go, Hey, where was Israel when that happened? You just got a curiosity. Where, where was the CIA when Iran's president presidential helicopter took him into a mountain and killed him last year? Are we really assuming that was a true accident?

As I already said earlier, US and Israel are burning through their munitions. They can't sustain this for very long apparently without taking a lot of hits from Iran. Chinese foreign minister Wang Yi told Iranian counterpart Abbas Aragchi in a phone call that Beijing supports Tehran in defending its sovereignty, security, territorial integrity, and national dignity following US Israeli attacks that have killed hundreds since Saturday. Wang also urged the US and Israel to immediately cease military operations, avoid further escalation of tensions, and prevent the conflict from spreading to the entire Middle East region. Speaking of the war spreading, it has spread to Lebanon. Hezbollah in response to Israel's strike on Iran because they are allies of Iran. They fired back at Israel, at least 31 people were killed and over 140 wounded in Israeli attacks on Lebanon late Sunday and Monday after Hezbollah

fired a barrage of rockets at northern Israel. And let me just throw this in here. In case you want to go well, that's, look, the Hezbollah started that, right? Because this war was with Iran and then Hezbollah decided to get involved. Israel hadn't hit Lebanon or has blah. Oh, my friend. In fact, in March, although, although Hasblash firing on Israel marks a, a violation of the ceasefire by Hezbollah, it is the first violation of the ceasefire between Hezbollah and Israel since November 2024 over that period since November 2024. Israel has bombed Lebanon near daily on a daily basis. They've committed 15,000 ceasefire violations according to the UN. Israel has bombed Lebanon 15,000 times since the ceasefire and Hezbollah has never responded until now. Think about that for a minute.

Tens of thousands in southern and eastern Lebanon are estimated to have fled their homes after the Israeli military ordered residents of 50 towns and villages to evacuate. The Israeli military threatened to invade Lebanon and Israeli minister Israel Katz said, Hezbollah, Secretary General Naim Kasem is now a target for elimination. So just announcing that we'll be assassinating more world leaders. That's what they do because these are all psychopaths. The Israeli military has reimposed a total closure of Gaza. The 40, whatever, 7% of Gaza that still has survivors in it. They had slightly opened it to some degree and now Israel has announced a full closing of it yet again. Israel has continued their genocide if anyone needs a reminder of that just because there is a ceasefire does not mean Israel is not genociding the 47% of Gaza that has survivors in it. They are continuing to starve them death, continuing to make it possible to live there,

continuing to make sure they die from disease and illness. Anyway, they have completely closed off Gaza again until quote further notice. Israeli forces began enforcing strict restrictions on movement for Palestinians across the West Bank as well. The occupied West Bank on Saturday as it launched its war on Iran, some thousand checkpoints and entrances to cities, towns and villages have been closed until further notice paralyzing daily life. It's tough to understand like what the West Bank is if you like have never been there and I've never been there but I'm just I'm talking about if you've never been there and never read a lot about it. Literally every little movement in the West Bank is slowed down by the IDF. The IDF has like it just said thousands of checkpoints. They are constantly stopping any car. You often people will wait hours to go very small distances because the IDF isn't letting people through just because just because and as this is saying they

have the ability because they have these thousands of checkpoints to just shut down all daily life. No one can go anywhere and most business in the West Bank needs some sort of commute as you would imagine. In order for any store to have their goods a truck needs to come in in order for any employee to get from one little town to another they have to be able to move. IDF has shut all that down further crushing the West Bank and the West Bank is kind of an untold story because of Gaza because Gaza is so horrific. The the the West Bank has not talked about much but the US sorry well US and Israel continue to ethnically cleanse the West Bank as much as possible. They just are doing it slightly more slowly than against Gaza. Okay, I'm about to do something I thought I'd never do. Little ashamed about this. For some odd reason, joy read the absolute propagandists and ass clown from I think she was on MSNBC which is now multiple sclerosis now. I think she was on

there for years and I guess she's a CNN commentator now. I don't know, didn't really matter. But I could do 18,000 hours of just tearing apart her idiocy and how pathetic she is. However, in this odd clip from the other day, she actually is the one giving me true history of what has happened to Iran. And it's it's kind of amazing to see this stuff even said on CNN. I am thrilled that the United States is trying to police the proliferation of nuclear weapons. Imagine what the world would look like if if if it was otherwise. And I will say maybe I would still be the only country that has ever bombed another country with nuclear weapons and let me ask you one question. Why did the Iran hostage crisis? I mean, so strictly I'm asking the Middle East radicals took over the government. Why? Why did they take over the West? Why? Because they're religious jihadis who want to

eliminate Western society in a way of life or they overthrew the Shah of Iran who we imposed on Iran because the Dulles brothers, one at the CIA and one at the State Department, decided that the oil beneath the soil of Iran belonged to BP and belonged to us. And when Mosadak, who was the leader of Iran, the democratically elected leader of Iran, said that we would like to audit BP because we want to know if you are cheating us or paying the people of Iran based on the oil under their soil. And they said you may not audit us. And then we overthrew him and he wound up dying in prison because we decided that we in our arrogance as a country got to own their oil. No one moment, one moment, and so the hatred of the United States had to do with the hatred of the Shah who brutally repressed the people of Iran for 26 years, until he was overthrown within Iran because he was not their natural king. They didn't want a king anymore than we wanted a king. The bottom line is the arrogance of the United States is foreign policy. We act as if people act in a vacuum and that nothing we do

has ever led to the hatred of us in our country that I'm not. So yeah, it does. Someone said this is sign of the apocalypse. It very well might be. I'm not sure. Maybe it's AI. Maybe Joy Reid didn't actually say those things. Maybe this is the new. Maybe this is the new use of AI is getting new customers to say some real shit. I look, if we're going to use AI, that's one of the better uses for it. No, obviously she decided to educate herself for eight seconds, unclear, but she still doesn't get down to the deeper level. She's still operating from the premise of we're attacking Iran because they hate us. She did get a little deeper as to why they would hate us, but of course we're not attacking Iran because they hate us. There are plenty of countries that hate us. In fact, in polling, the US is seen by most of the world as the biggest threat to peace around the world. So there's plenty of, because I think the French hate us. There's plenty of countries that hate us.

So that is nothing to do with it, but she doesn't get past that. However, credit to actually saying some of that stuff on CNN actually gives some of the history of Iran on CNN. Again, maybe it's AI. Maybe she didn't actually say that shit. I don't know. Big shockery. This is actually from Politico, which again, the fucking garbage outlet, but sometimes, you know, blind squirrel funds and hate corn. Pentagon is offering no evidence to support its claim that it attacked Iran in defense. Yeah, in defensive oil, in defense of the petrodollar. That's what it, that's what it attacked in defense of is absolutely just oil petrodollar. That's the real source of this horrific war. Let's see, I got a little bit of more and then I'm going to show you the new episode of Unredacted Tonight, if you haven't seen it. But this is a list of Trump's lethal presidency, just how,

you know, he claims to be a peace president. Of course, he's bombed 10 countries already and aiming for more, but pretends to be a peace president. No president in the modern era has ordered more military strikes against as many different countries as Donald Trump. He's attacked seven nations, three of which, Iran, Nigeria, and Venezuela had never been targeted by US military strikes. Of course, they've been targeted by CIA coups. Yeah, I mean, this other thing is like, these mainstream outlets, they may do something like this where they're like, Donald Trump is a uniquely awful horrific, but then they leave out all the CIA coups, coup attempts, right? They act like those didn't count, those weren't real, those were, even though like, they, most of the people writing this, they know they happen. Like, you're going to Wikipedia and read about most US coup and coup attempts. Like, it's not even that hard to find, yet these people still want to pretend they don't exist. Anyway, Donald Trump authorized more individual air strikes in 2025 than Biden did

in all four years. Why it matters, Trump explicitly ran as an anti-war candidate. The White House argues he still is. He thinks he deserves the Nobel Peace Prize. He always exhausts diplomacy. They claim he always just exhausts diplomacy before acting there, right? And that projecting overwhelming force is itself a path to lasting peace. The death of three US service members in the first 24 hours of Trump's Iran strikes is putting that argument to its brutal test. Sadly, there will likely be more, he means death of US Army members. Before this ends, he says, that's the way it is. President, and then they try and make a difference between, I mean, this is, this is classic, some of this is classic US propaganda garbage. They try to make a difference between Bush and Obama and Trump. And they say, President Bush is post-9-11 campaigns. Isn't campaigns a lovely euphemism for just murdering innocent people, for just killing babies?

It's campaigns. Bush's, but President Bush's post-9-11 campaigns in Obama's drone wars were massive in scale, but concentrated in inherited or at congressional authorized theaters. So as long as Congress allows you to murder little kids, then it's fine. Alongside traditional counterterrorism efforts, Trump has opened new fronts, such as his Christmas Day strike on Nigeria, the drug boats, he's blown up, and they're not actually drug boats, most of them are fishermen. The boats, he's blown up in the Caribbean, Nicholas Maduro, kidnapped from Caracas. His preferred model is consistent, no boots on the ground, no lengthy entanglements, overwhelming force applied quickly and framed as essential to defending American interests. Yeah, because if you understand, you know, if you didn't understand the deeper reasons as to why the US Empire is doing this stuff, then you might not quite understand why Trump isn't concerned about holding ground or holding

territory. Like, yeah, he kidnapped Maduro, but why isn't he concerned with taking over Venezuela long term? Why isn't he concerned? Why isn't the US Empire in general concerned with taking over Syria long term, taking over Iraq long term, taking over Libya long term? Well, the reason is because they just need to make sure that that oil is not being heavily sent to China, at least not any large way, and is not being heavily pumped outside of the petrodollar. If they can ensure those two things, then the rest doesn't matter to them. I can't stress this enough. So he kidnapped Maduro. Delce Rodriguez, who everybody I respect on Venezuela, and speaking the truth about Venezuela, says she is a true revolutionary. Her father was killed for the revolution at cause, but she's got a gun to her head. She knows that like if she doesn't work with Trump to some degree, they'll just murder her next and or a kidnapper or whatever. So she's she's making some kind of

agreements with the Trump administration. It's unclear so far. What? I haven't heard people really know, but and as long as as as long as Trump is able to stop Venezuela from pumping oil to China and pumping it heavily outside of the US dollar, it doesn't matter. Well, like they don't cater. But again, if you are looking at it from what the mainstream media is giving you, you can't even fathom why? Well, if you're doing it for the people and for the democracy, then clearly we have to stay there and make sure they have democracy or Syria. If we're doing it for the people and to help the people, then we need to have boots on the ground to make sure that the people in Syria are treated right for a change or like no none of it matters as long as you got the oil or the resources and it's not going to China end of story. That's it. And it all makes sense. It all adds up there's no action that they that they do that doesn't fit with that. Like the only other actions

outside of that in a in like horrific large scale actions have to do with it. They do it for Israel, you know, like steered like genocide in Gaza is just it's just at the behest of Israel. And you know, Epstein's got some videos. So he's kind of got to do what what it's all what's all right. Let me read one little after this. I'm going to show the new unredacted tonight. If you haven't seen it came out Thursday, but of course, all still topical. But let me read just a little portion of Caitlin Johnstone's article. She says she says US ambassador the United Nations Mike Waltz used the word unprovoked to describe Iran's retaliatory strikes on US military bases in the region. And of course, it's hilarious. He said quote indiscriminate and unprovoked a text by the Iranian regime today against our regional partners Kuwait the UAE Bahrain cutter Jordan and others reinforce exactly why such actions are necessary, meaning why US

shit show is necessary. Only the US back to Caitlin Johnstone, only the US could bomb a country, kill its leader massacre its children declare the intention to destroy its military and topple its government and then call that country's retaliation against its US military bases unprovoked. She also says Iran is reportedly rejected the Trump administration's offer to make a deal of course when Trump says he wants to make a deal. It's the deal I guarantee you what the deal is behind closed doors is start pumping the oil in US dollars and don't pump into China. Those are one and two on the list of deal. But anyway, they have apparently rejected his offer to make a deal. Quincy institutes treat a party assesses that Iran believes it needs to impose severe costs on the US before returning to the negotiating table because they know if they make a deal now, they'll just be attacked again in a few months unless they establish clear deterrence. Here's a quote from Parsey, Iran understands that many in the American security establishment had been convinced that

Iran's past restraint reflects weakness and an inability or unwillingness to face the US indirect war or maybe they just didn't think that war was what was fucking needed. You psychopath. To Iran is now doing everything it can to demonstrate the opposite despite the massive cost it itself will pay. So I hope that this hour and again I'm about to show you the new unredacted tonight episode. But I hope this hour has given you more to more understanding of what the hell is going on here where it might go where it could lead. Hopefully the least large girl bombing will be over soon considering the US is running out of interceptor US and Israel running out of interceptor missiles. But Trump's so unhinged who knows again I hope you will keep unredacted tonight going I hope you will keep my livestreams going by becoming a member for the shocking and bank ruptee causing price of $7 or $8 a month. It's about $0.38 an episode. So if you feel like you got

$0.38 then please join up at reallycamp.substac.com that's really camp.substac.com
