Well, I just want to look on the, I guess, the anxiety or panic as to why it was so concerned that she didn't respond. It was a really specific question about a time impact to her kids.

1:23:32That's something she will always respond right away on. Other than that, that was an object that felt... Yeah, because I, you know, I said I wasn't in the office today and I actually had caught sick because one of my kids was ill and so my phone was rolling out all day. I was kind of putting everything together all that one time, so I really apologize to her. I like a communication like you today. So, I'm just trying to understand really like what was going on in your head. Like, what did you think was going on? The text that I got from her said she had to meet with you.

1:24:36I know better than to ask her an advance about those things because she has to mentally prep for everything. So, I asked after the fact, how did it go? So, I didn't want to father her, but I needed to know what time to begin. Because I remembered when they were getting ready for steal talking about picking her up early and asking, what she wanted packed for dinner because our rehearsal that she's not after right then. What was that rehearsal for? Do you know what? It's kind of like search, select, check it out, fix, and all that. The fabrics and who's hanging through the ceiling.

1:25:38Pink does that in her shoes? Yeah. It's interesting that she likes pink. I just think it's super cool. It's really tough to see her draw. It takes a lot of strain. I care about her with her, I'm sure. Well, I've got to hide before it was my eyes when she goes in both my head. No. She has a show on Saturday. Today is her dress rehearsal. I know I'm kind of late to the game on this because I haven't been that involved in the investigation that Detective Martinez has been doing for a long time. He may already know this or have a sense of it, but I've asked these questions because I want to try to understand, too. I'm just going to throw it out there. The meeting with Detective Martinez today. And she tell you specifically what that was about or why it was occurring.

1:26:42All I have is the one sentence, the text message that I already gave him. And then tell me a little bit more about your guys' relationship. I mean, I kind of want the intimate details to be perfectly honest because it's important for us to understand what's sort of led up to today. I mean, what's a normal winter? You were super detailed in your account of the last 24 hours, but none of it really included your relationship or your interaction. And I know how families are. I have my own family. It's very much like a business, right? We all have our rules and we all got to get it done. But what's going on with you guys? Because it seems like there's been a lot of stress on your relationship. We are not in a good place. Okay. We have not been in a good place for a while. Okay. I was older. I wanted counseling. She said no. And what was that through the ultimatum?

1:27:44What long time ago? Well, it's okay. We live together. We have joint finances. We obviously compare it to kids. We do maintain separate bedrooms. That's kind of where we are and we have inflow over the relationship. Okay. So... It's tough enough to say this, but let me get it out. Sure. So other than talking about the kids, there hasn't been a lot of dialogue for a little while. I can't let it happen. It... It hurt me.

1:28:46That she didn't tell me about the stalker when it started. But she brought me in right away once he sent her a picture of me. I think that was staying there. It's Halloween. Okay. She told me the next day. And... I was definitely hurt and angry that she was keeping that. This is great. She said that she'd been confiding in her brother and wife. And... So... Did she ever tell you why she didn't tell you that? Because she had a holiday with her. Okay. No. If she had any good and healthy place, I wouldn't have thought about it.

1:29:49So she was confiding more in him as she told me. I wanted access to our logs. I wanted to know what the conversations were with our teammates. And at that point, she brought me fully up to speed. I saw the horrible messages. I saw the D-pad hat, all that crap. And that's when she and I started working on game plans. Again, what do we do to protect family, to protect the kids, to define your threat level? So that we had a clear plan of attack. We could just say we're a new clear.

1:30:49There's a full lock down. Here's what it means. We're at a threat. Here's what that means. And the kids were kind of involved in that too. Because you kind of shared a little bit with the kids. We're somewhat aware of what was going on. They had to know enough to be cautious. I started carrying these weapons. Perstile also has her own pepper spray. She started carrying a handgun that her father had given her who right up until she took it to a range at jam. And she said she didn't trust it anymore. So she wound up on anyone. Okay. So she had to get on. She was armed. I don't want lethal items.

1:31:49So she and I were planning together. I was playing security cameras. She had gotten a referral from somebody for some home. A home protection, a home security expert. I don't know if she's always scheduled or if she's going to reach out. Have him come out, look at the house. And I would move cameras. I would put up the last two cameras. I kind of forever. He suggested my brother Matthews. And he would review the plans. Just give another advice once we got them. Okay. Now she shared information with me. We were in the heavy duty and the planning of everything.

1:32:49We didn't let each other kind of be alone anywhere. Had to take dogs to walk or dog for walks. We would do that together. So it almost sounds like all this kind of maybe even brought you guys closer. Not maybe emotionally closer. But you guys were physically sort of working on things besides your kids. There was a mutual. Yeah. There was over the course of the November. There was a better team feel. Okay. You have to respond to graces. I don't remember why I came in and we had our earlier interview. But you asked me why she didn't tell me earlier. I didn't have a good answer other than we were all rough.

1:33:53But that nagged it. And kept eating that meat. I kept asking her why. And it felt like she was holding something back. She shared the log with me. All the screen captures. All communications. That she shared. And she would tell me. They really kind of where she was going. I made sure she was new where I was. Because the threats were against my safety. And her just be. The puppet. She wasn't as honest. I guess she wasn't as open about where she was going. And that.

1:34:54That way. I'm sure especially as you're trying to work together to be safe. Keep your family safe. It is as functional as it is. You still both had the common goal of keeping it safe. And so. After our earlier interview with things nagging at me and her not answering my questions. I got to a point where it wasn't an ultimate. But it was a. I had her as a partner to protect the family. But it didn't feel like a partner who value me. And I. And I told her at that point.

1:35:57I told her I didn't want to die for someone who didn't care about me. That's very hard. I told her I wanted to do it for someone. And when did that conversation happen? Oh, weeks ago. Before the next step. Okay. And how does she take that? I agree. Obviously. And mostly anger that I said it down with everything else going on. So she said she didn't want to talk about it until all of this was done. And then he got quiet. And we just kind of sat in that. And so we kind of alternate conversations between how do we protect the kids?

1:37:00How do we secure the house? How do we start the process? And so we had already planned on doing Thanksgiving in multiple locations. Because with the pad, we were really scared about after Thanksgiving. Because that was the birthday, that was the weekend that the pad was targeting. So it was very much a dividing culture. Several locations. We were nearby so we could get to each other. But thanksgiving. I had two kids. I had one kid. You were literally right down the street. She was on large. This big large. His house in Lafayette. I was down the street with Laura's and Kate. That pink fox house. Mine, that's the way. So separate Thanksgiving.

1:38:01And then she. I arranged for everyone to be in a different place day after Thanksgiving. That's she just wanted to be at home. And I couldn't wrap my brain around. That's just supposed to be with her dad. Because he has more firearms. I don't. And it felt weird. I was annoyed with her that it felt like we'd gotten one of those messages that she might have been leaving town. And it seemed like she. Few days. No threat anymore. Now I was. Really. So I have to about it. And it's so very threatened. So you. Do you think you wanted to get a divorce? Or what do you.

1:39:01I mean, do you think she was? Is that why she shut you down? Like we're not doing anything until this is over. When you kind of have your opinion of like. I mean, it felt like it's not like you fit. You feel like you're completely. I don't know. Were it not fire or that you. She has zero care for you anymore. I hope all that. Okay. I have. I was hurting when I said that. And. What I wanted was her to say. She cared about me. She did. And. She was ready for divorce. So we talked about how do you do the FESS?

1:40:02How do you start to. Have you started to do that? And so. I would say it was. I would say it was. I would say it was. I would say it was. As. Available. As we could be. For two people who. May or may. Just in talking stages. There wasn't any paperwork. There wasn't any. Anything going on now. What about. And I don't want to. You know. Open and even bigger wound. But. Do you think there was any. I don't. Either on either side. Were you. Seeing someone else. Was she seeing someone else.

1:41:03They. Absolutely. No. No. I have. Remained completely faithful to her. So. Very first. Wow. I don't feel like this is my place to say it. But I feel like it. To say it as well. Lars and Kate are also going through a divorce. Okay. So. She and her brother have been talking about. Logistics of Lars's divorce. And. What went wrong with them. And. I. Yeah. Let's say. 1:42:03You're trying to make sure you're. You're panic. Well, you have kids. You. You still care. About. You. So. She had been talking a lot. That's her. That's her. That's her. An. I'm. I'm. I'm. And I asked bars if you would stay outside with me,

1:43:03because I wanted us to stand guard, and that's what I asked, would he stand guard with me? And he did, and he and I talked for two hours about this, and he said that he didn't think she was having a affair, that he admitted her terrible problems to her, and she didn't say anything about having anyone else. After he brought that up, I think it was after he brought that up. I asked her, if there was anyone else. And she said, no. It wasn't a well drawn out, it was just, no. Okay. From what you said earlier, it kind of made me feel like you feel that there could have been somebody else, because she's not being honest with you about where she's going. She's only telling you, she's only letting you in so far, right?

1:44:04Like, she's showing you what she wants to, and then, I mean, you got hanked up by her saying, why are you working from home today? Today, right? Why are you here so late? So, I mean, I don't know, am I reading into what you're telling us that you think that there may be less something else going on, or is that just me in my suspicious nature? You should have suspicious nature. Because you seem to be hinting towards that, am I wrong? I don't know. Okay. But what's your feeling? What's your heart? What you got? What's everything else? I've worked with her. Yeah? I'm sure. Okay. But there's no other obvious signs that... Earlier, you were talking, you know, where she's gone for hours, with no communication, and, you know, where she's going.

1:45:07And recently? As recently as two nights ago, I wanted to say, I had a four-hour rehearsal tonight. It's fine. I, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, I'm going to get back at my office, your team, because I do matter with your team, in case you didn't notice. Fear of craft. I've been trying to get back into my office, your team. My boss is super talented. He's also. So I was in the office on Tuesday, but I make sure I'm home to pick up and take her to dance class. And then Kristiel was taking her own schedule. So I took the dance class. I stayed there.
