Inside Epstein's World of Powerful Men

0:00Epstein class. I really hate using that word because, well, because as work client came up with it and, you know, as much as I appreciate his work, I kind of hated the idea that a bunch of men, a bunch of bros got together and over a podcast, decided to come up with word of the Epstein class, even though it is a really good term. But I don't know what else to call these. I guess you could call them oligarchs, but they have acted with a sense of entitlement, defiance, call. I mean, one of the richest men in America, Leon Black, worth $10 billion. Does not think he has to answer to Congress. I think we've seen it three times already. First time, Leon Black stormed out of his interview, not even a hearing that was under oath, right? He didn't have to testify under oath. He was given them the courtesy of just doing an interview before Congress. I think it's

1:01crazy to begin with. Second time, so he storms out. Second time, Congress subpoenaed him finally as they should have all along. I don't even understand how this man was free enough to just walk into Congress in the first place, considering the number of women who have filed complaint skens him in connection to Jeffrey Epstein. They all seem to be handled with NDAs, which is unfortunate, but often how it works in this legal system because there is very little justice for survivors of assault and they often have to just settle for cash. It's all they get. But Leon Black won't tell you about those NDAs. But first, he storms out of Congress when he's asked about the NDAs. They subpoena him. He's supposed to come back July 16th, but then he reschedules. And now it is September 3rd. And I will tell you that 24 hours ago, I don't know if he was showing up. And I wasn't the only one. I mean, I was asking members of Congress, their staffers is Leon Black going to show up and they didn't know the indignation of this man.

2:01He doesn't answer to the American people because obviously we elected them and they're supposed to represent us. He doesn't answer to anyone. He is in fact a part of the Epstein class. These people, they are rich enough, connected enough, power powerful enough that the normal rules don't seem to apply to them. And you know, Leon Black, I'm sure is a donor probably thinks that he can just control these lawmakers. And that's an unfortunate part of our system isn't it? Money controls power, right? Controls people in Congress, Congress, they, those people let me power people who have the money that pull the strings. They're just puppets, right? And I think that's what we're seeing in all of these hearings. These men they show up, they say what they want to say, just daily was just there. He was another associate of Jeffrey Epstein who's been accused of crimes by women. He denies them just slightly on Black does. And you know, he shows up. He does his

3:02thing in the leaves. I mean, these guys, they have paid no crime. The only people who have actually been investigated are Glenn Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein. Okay, I'm going to get into all of this because it might not just be the fact that our system is so broken that people who are rich enough believe that they can buy off of the most Congress and for the Congress have shown that they are not that powerful because of the system that they have allowed to create after all this time. But maybe there's someone in our government who's protecting him. He certainly has some allies at the very top. But I'm going to go into that as well. There's a person in the office that should have been investigating him that wasn't. He's moved on, but look into that. And I'm also going to go into all of the men in this Epstein class. Thomas Massey. He rattled off a few of them on the house floor, just a few, just a handful really. When you think about the number of men in Jeffrey Epstein's orbit and the number of women who have accused them of crimes and yet none of them have faced any consequences Virginia Dufrey, as you

Okay, let's go into what Leon Black exactly did today. He didn't just not show up. He decided to sue Congress because this man who Forbes said is worth $10 billion and co-founded one of the world's private equity firms. He decided he's not only going to not show up

6:10after going off the last subpoena and walking out of the last interview. He's not only just showing up, he's going to sue them for asking for the NDAs that he has with these women. He's only produced one. Okay, and he's offered to produce one more, but there are others. And his lawyers, they won't hand him over. In fact, they've decided that instead they're going to sue. And like I said, 24 hours ago, members of Congress didn't show up. He doesn't care. He believes he can control them. And this is a man who has been accused of brutal violence by women. In fact, even Epstein complained about the violence. Okay, and that is saying something. He's denied all this, but some of these women, they have said that he made them bleed. Okay, this is a man who is accused of raping an autistic 16 year old girl and Jeffrey, at Jeffrey Epstein's mansion back in 2020, 2002. And that's not the only allegation against him. You see that document up there?

7:16This one up here that I've been, I mean, I'm kind of obsessed with this document, honestly. I bring it up all the time from 2019 to non-prossecution document. It's a prosecution memo. Sorry, created by the STNY, the Attorney General for the STNY, Jeff Furman. He's not there anymore, but actually an ally of black replaced him. Isn't that funny? Can you get that explained place? Never been investigated. But in this document on page 33, one victim who's redacted said that she attempted to give black an ordinary massage, but black began initiating sexual contact, contact at which point blank, Jane Doe ran out of the room. She complained to Epstein who laughed it off as a funny incident. She also recalled a woman named also redacted, being directed to give a massage, a black and afterwards told, afterwards, this Jane Doe told the other Jane Doe that she were blinded black with oral sex to write a massage. He's mentioned

8:20in this file multiple times in the eye, this file, which I find so fascinating, because it really just focuses on the women around Jeffrey Epstein. If I'm not like, they just want to prosecute the women around Jeffrey Epstein, the women that actually did create the sex trafficking, you know, bring the largest in the world. They just want to prosecute them, they don't want to prosecute them, and because these men are named, just Stale, he's named, Harry Wine, scene is named in this print's Andrews name, this being on black, and yet they're not the targets of the investigation. I'm going to get into that another day, which is another reason why you should join either, you know, the red letter, if it's your first time learning about it, here on YouTube, join YouTube, I'm become a member there, but we have a lot to get into this story, we are just scratching the surface. As you all know, government is sitting on three million more files that they won't show us. JD Van said that they're all another man named Jeffrey Epstein, and some of it is national security reasons, that's why, right. And we know there are 40 terabytes

9:22according to the FBI video that they're sitting on. 40 terabytes, huge, all we've seen is 300 megabytes. Back to Leon Black though, how is a man like Leon Black so able to live freely, to the point where he can give a figure to, he's put the bird to get Congress frankly, still, I'm not showing up, but I'm going to sue you. Who's sue is Congress, right? Well, Marita Chartuni, who is a survivor of Jeffrey Epstein, I also traveled around the country with her, working with Virginia to try to help them put together the pieces of their lives with their crimes that happened to them. We did this on the Broken Podcast back in 2019 in 2020. She told me this this morning, Leon Black's lawsuit is Machiavellian. Lawmakers are learning the hard way how vindictive rich donors can be when politicians no longer dance to their fiddle.

10:23It's amazing to me, I really do think sometimes, not sometimes all the time, that really only the survivors get it. I mean, they've been telling the story for so long, they've been telling the story for three decades, and politicians have ignored them along the way, it's out of control. So the question is, who's actually protecting Leon Black? Who's protecting him at all? We're going to get into that later into the episode. Because I have some ideas, some of it is based on reporting, but there's a reason why a man like this is not sitting in a jail cell next to the gun Maxwell. Of course, he denies all the claims against him, some of them were dropped and settled, but he's a man who was paying Epstein $40 million per year in 2012 after Epstein was a registered certified sex eventor. He paid him $170 million for a state planning, and we all know that Jeffrey Epstein wasn't a financial guru. He was no Goldman Sachs top banker. He dropped out of high school.

11:27I'm going to tell you how they met. I'm going to tell you all of that more. But first, since Congress had nothing to do this morning, the House Oversight Committee, I'm going to play you a clip from the chairman. Here is Congressman Garcia. He is the ranking member of the House Oversight Committee. To Jeffrey Epstein, $180 million. And he has yet to tell the committee or the public as to exactly what that funded and why he did it. They were friends. Leon Black already knew of Epstein's crimes and continued to be friendly, continued to fund his operations. And there's no question that that money was used to fund the sex trafficking and abuse of women and children. Leon Black, when we brought him in to testify who, when he walked out, we made it clear that he needed to come back. We supported Chairman Comer in that decision. But also, we need to access the NDAs. And the NDAs, we understand from survivors, victims of Jeffrey Epstein, are an important

12:30part of this investigation. We have had survivors tell our committee that Leon Black was involved in the abuse of women. That's been noted by survivors directly, both publicly and directly to our committee. And so the process of contempt has to begin. He, along with Les Lexner, are the two key financial figures in this whole investigation. So not acceptable that he's not coming in. His lawsuit against the committee is laughable. And it's incredibly serious that he's got to come in to answer our questions. Okay, so he's got to come in. Let me make that happen. I don't know, so far. He's still the burden of them. Twice. He doesn't care. Wonder why? These guys have run our government for so long, right? Well, the donors, they have been basically running our country. So, why would they show up? Why would they be accountable? Why would they think that they would face justice? Hmm, wonder why? Maybe because the entire political system has been designed to cater to

13:32these men. So as the justice system, and we're certainly not going to get any more justice with Todd Blanche at the at helm of the Justice Department as Attorney General, Trump's former personal attorney who scoffed at the survivors of Jeffrey Epstein when they finally had a chance to meet with him and to tell them that they want a real investigation. He passed them off to the FBI. Not his problem. All right, Leon Black. How did we get here? How did this man end up becoming Epstein's biggest client? $170 million. While they met in 1994 at the China Grill. Black and Epstein, they ended up being at the same lunch. It was a mutual friend. And shortly after that, Black put Jeffrey Epstein on his board. The board of his charity, his family's charity.

14:38Little creepy, right? Well, Epstein became, he became in charge of a state planning for Leon Black. He, Leon Black wrote in his 50th birthday card Epstein's 50th birthday card that he had a unique estate planning, way of planning a states. And he had women across the board geographically, you know. And it seems that towards the end, their relationships started to crumble because Epstein started to started to demand the payments from Black, the $40 million per year. He insulted his children in an interesting way. He said, you have a bomb of colored string that your retarded children have formed. Yeah. That is Epstein's way of trying to get money from Leon Black. And why was Leon Black

15:38committed to using Jeffrey Epstein for a state planning? Was it because Epstein was doing more than that? Was it because he was involved with the women? Yeah, let's go to the women. Multiple women have accused Leon Black of sexual violence or misconduct. And Black has denied the allegations. But some of these allegations have an extraordinary common denominator, Jeffrey Epstein, and violence. Pick Sherry Pearson. Pearson sued Black alleging that in 2002, Jeffrey Epstein brought her to his Manhattan townhouse where she alleges Leon Black raped her. Notice 2002 that date. That's before Jeffrey Epstein went to a county jail to serve time for solid-sitting a prostitute. Okay. A prostitute who was under age as if an under-aged person could be a prostitute.

16:42And you heard me. He was in a county jail. And that was with a ankle bracelet and work release. And during that period of time, he attacked and raped more women. Yeah. Before that, though, Leon Black was his friend. And this is what this woman alleged happened. Another woman describes Epstein directing her to massage Leon Black. And she said she tried to give him a normal massage, but Black allegedly initiated sexual content. Contact. This is the time when Epstein laughed. The violence, though, is what really is interesting because it is all over the files. One account says violence was arousing for him very painful for her. There are allegations involving biting and violent sexual content encounters. And then there's another disturbing allegation involving a girl described as 16. Okay. That was the one who had autism, the mosaic

17:50autism. Material describes Epstein and Black allegedly talking about a victim and referring to her as being 10. Yeah, I'm going to pause for a second on that one because it's just insane. Berides allegations investigated. Berides women interviewed. Where the leads followed. Because putting an allegation into a government file is not the same thing as investigating it. And yet, here's Leon Black, a free man, a free man who's mentioned 8,000 times in the Epstein files. A free man who the FBI at one point put together as part of their deck of potential COVID spurs that they could investigate. Nothing ever happened there, though, weird, right? Nothing ever happened. Okay. Jizal Geneva, then there is Jizal Geneva. She had an affair, the Black for years. She then accused

18:54him of assault and abuse. Black told congressional investigators that he believed Geneva was a Black mailing him and extorting him. And Epstein was one of the people he told about it. Why would he tell Jeffrey Epstein? Weird, right? Like wouldn't he blackmail you with that information? So he eventually entered into a non-disclosure agreement with Geneva. When Congress asked Black about that NDA, he stopped talking. That's about the time when he walked out. So was Jeffrey Epstein a part of this NDA? Did they meet through Jeffrey Epstein? Was Jeffrey Epstein handling the NDAs in the cleanup? For Leon Black? And that's where I can give to follow the money and put the pieces together. Because Leon Black is paying Jeffrey Epstein enormous amounts of money for a state planning.

19:56$40 million a year. And women at the same time are making allegations against Leon Black and a lot of those allegations involving counters inside Epstein's home. Two women say Epstein sent her to Black. But two of them say that Epstein sent them to Black. So that's why I think it's totally normal to ask what was Jeffrey Epstein doing for Leon Black? Was he simply the world's most expensive estate planning planner in the world? You know, was he most was that just their relationship? He's just the most expensive estate planner. He does the best estate planning out of everyone. What was he useful to Leon Black in other ways? And what did Epstein know about Black's relationship with women? Why was he the one it was informed about a woman he signed an NDA with? And what's in those NDAs that Leon Black

20:56won't release? Because Congress is asking for the NDAs. He handed over one, is willing to hand over another, but the others, he won't hand over. And that's where we're getting into a very fascinating part of this story. It's the nine-page letter that chairman of the House Oversight Committee James Comer sent to Black lawyers. They were abundantly clear that they sent a letter to lawyers to Leon Black's lawyer saying Black had to hand over these NDAs. Black lawyers indicated that the counter parties, the other people in these confidentiality agreements were abundantly clear that they didn't want Black to provide those agreements to Congress. But why? They don't want, according to Comer, they don't want to become a small sliver of the investigation concerning Black's role in Epstein's life, dealings and crimes. Excuse me, who are these people?

22:00Who doesn't want their NDAs seen by Congress investigators? Why? Are they connected to Epstein? Are they connected to Maxwell? Are they actually victims? Or are they witnesses? Are they completely unrelated? But how would Congress know without seeing the agreements? And that's the committee's argument. So Blacks, Suala lawyers in exchange, they offered Congress a deal. According to Comer, Black wanted to provide one more NDA than Congress would have to agree not to hold them in contempt. They also wanted to lay the interview and they don't want it videotaped. And Congress said no. So Comer sent Blacks lawyers a nine-page letter and they basically said turnover the documents show up September 3rd or Congress will hold you in contempt. Which brings us to today. And like I said, 24 hours ago, Congress didn't know if this guy was showing up. Today,

23:03he says, F you and I'm going to sue you. I'm not only not showing up. I'm not giving you the NDAs you don't want, but I'm going to shoot sue you. That is insane entitlement. That is the epitome of this Epstein class. That is the rot in the system. And what has Congress done so far beside hold a gaggle on the steps of the Capitol? Have they held them in contempt? I mean, last time I checked, if you've been held in contempt of Congress, you have to go to jail, right? It's going to happen that Leon Black. Congress going to actually do what they say they're going to do? Are they going to? Are they actually going to show the full way of the law and what they can do or they just going to let Leon Black remain a free man as he has been for many, many years. Despite even being mentioned in this memo from back in 2019, a prosecution memo,

24:04where that he's been mentioned in this with multiple survivors, nothing happens. It's just more of the same. Now, there is something I will tell you about. There was someone very high up in this administration that was in charge of the Epstein piles. And guess what? His name is Jay Clayton. He is now the national intelligence. He took the job of Tulsi Gabbard. But before that, he was the attorney general for the Southern District of New York. He was appointed by President Trump. And he made millions of dollars. He revealed that in his financial disclosure document that they have to fill out to become administration officials, become attorney generals, not attorney general or US attorneys. And in this financial disclosure, he showed that he made at least over a

25:11million dollars from Apollo. That is the private equity firm that Leon Black co-founded. That is the firm that made him ten billion dollars. That made him one of the richest men in America. And guess this? So Apollo, they had to get rid of Leon Black, obviously. But they never really got rid of him. They just kind of kicked him upstairs. He still has equity. He still makes money from this billion dollar firm. Leon Black is doing fine. Trust me. But someone had to replace him in his role. Right? And guess you got to pick his replacement despite being found that he had this close association with a man who created the largest sex trafficking ring in our country. And that multiple women accused Leon Black of assault and connection to Epstein, which he denies, of course. But you know, they had to do something about it. They couldn't keep him there. Right? Plants wouldn't like that. Just a little messy. It's for optics at the very least. So Leon Black picks his successor and he picks Jay Clayton. Now Jay Clayton, you think, okay,

26:18so he's a US attorney who cares Tara. Now he's the US attorney at Southern District of New York, the very district in which Epstein was charged. Golem Maxwell was charged and indicted and convicted. And it is the very district that is in charge of compliance of the Epstein Files Transparency Act. He as US attorney was in charge of compliance that act and also in charge of future investigations into, well, President Trump put a qualifier on this. Democrats. Democrats, that's right. Who were associated with President with Jeffrey Epstein. I don't know where Leon Black falls into that. But last time I checked, Jay Clayton was basically tasked with investigating. And he never went after a guy who made him very rich. He never went after a guy who I'm sure he met at cocktail parties and was part of the same elite circle. Kids went to the same schools and they probably

27:20knew each other from God knows where. But no, he never made Jay Clayton never investigated Leon Black. He then, though, he probably, there's probably more evidence about Leon Black in these Epstein Files than anyone else outside of Jeffrey Epstein and Golem Maxwell. Nope, nothing happened. Not at all. And you can read more about that at the red letter. That's what you just saw. That's where I do this kind of investigative journalism where I put the pieces together that you won't read elsewhere. That story's never been covered by the mainstream media. Jay Clayton got a promotion. You know, he was supposed to be investigating people, right? He didn't do that at all. Have you heard any new names? No. Instead, now he is the director of national intelligence. And I have a feeling you're not going to hear any new names while President Trump is in office. Because why? I mean, why would Todd Blanche, who sat across from the Len Maxwell and allowed her to throw it clear, you could say, in a way that preserved the president's innocence, you could say,

28:26or reputation? Why would he keep going? Why would he press any further? God knows what would come out if you actually tried to investigate this story. Nope. So Todd Blanche is not going to pursue this any further. He even made that clear to the survivors of Deborah Epstein in that closed door hearing. I reported on that too for the red letter. You can hear word for word that back and forth. It is, it is something fireworks. You can find that at the red letter. Now, obviously, there has been very little justice. We have files now. We can read through them. We know three million. We still haven't read. But Thomas Massey, he lost his primary for defying President Trump on the Jeffrey Epstein files. He and a number of others did too, because President Trump really doesn't want the Epstein files. So we released, I don't know why. What do you think that is? He's also mentioned the Epstein files thousands of times. But Massey said, listen, if I'm going to leave Congress, I'm going to try to pass the Epstein files Transparency act two.

29:33They passed the first one. He was in charge. He basically pushed that bill forward, the discharge petition. He was the driver. He wrote it the first one. We got a thank him for that. He got it over the line. There's more that we know now than we did before. That's for sure. I'd been beating the drum forever that this was a huge, sex-shot-ficking operation of our time. But now, finally, people can see it. They can see files, but we still wonder what is in those three million other files that are related to either national security or another guy named Jeffrey Epstein. According to JD. Yeah, the new spokesperson on the Epstein files, how Trump was somehow a hero, and we know that's not true. So Massey, he goes to the house floor and he starts naming names. And this is important because I keep saying that the survivors of Jeffrey Epstein need to go to the house floor and they need to have the opportunity to name names. A big part of the reason why

30:35people say, oh, why won't the survivors name names? Why won't they say the names of the men that abuse them? Well, first of all, it's terrifying. These men have all of the money in the world. They have so much money at their disposal. They've used private investigators to terrorize them, frankly. One of the survivors told me private investigators tried to run her off the road, okay? They will use intimidation tactics. They'll sue them for defamation. A lot of other survivors already signed on disclosure agreements with serious lawyers. And once you've signed that agreement, it's pretty hard to turn back on that. But if you go on the house floor, you're protected by constitutional speech. Yeah, congressional speech. There's a debate clause. It protects you from defamation. Anything you say on the house floor, you can say it. So Thomas Massey, he took the house floor and this is what he said. Mr. Speaker, it's been a year since the president signed the

31:35Epstein Files Transparency Act. And the government continues to withhold over three million files. That's why we've introduced the Epstein Files Transparency Act to to bring the fight to the state courts, accountability to the Department of Justice and closure for survivors. We went perpetrators of these crimes to be investigated and prosecuted. Men like Jess Staley, Leon Black, Les Wexner, David Copperfield, Lapo Elkham, Tom Pritzker, Glenn Dubin, Frederick Fokai, Eduardo Ronny, John Luke Pranell, conveniently dead by suicide in prison. Daniel C. Yon recently discovered dead in Paris, Ramsey, Elkholy, and Prince Andrew, who committed sex crimes in the United States too, and women like Leslie Grough, not a victim, who conspired with Epstein to traffic other women. Perhaps hearing these names will shame the Department of Justice into delivering justice. I yield back. Okay. Now, we're going to do a little story time. I'm going to tell you what I know about each one

32:42in these men. Okay. Based on what I've learned from my reporting over the years since 2019 when I started digging into the Epstein Files, what Virginia told me during the time we spent together. Let's start with Les Wexner. Les Wexner is the founder of El Brand Company. Okay. That includes Victoria's Secret, Bath & Body Works, Limited Brands, and basically he created the malls that we grew up with in the 2000s. His Victoria's Secret magazines, you could call them, they were catalogs, remember catalogs? Crazy, right? They created the image of what we believe was beautiful. I mean, he really did control what was sexy. And he created this pink line, which was sexy for young girls, little on the money, right? And I looked at it, everybody did, right? So the guy who

33:46decided what we consider beauty, which was men insanely thin and young looking and could be sexy for pink, yeah. He was besties with Jeffrey Epstein, one of his biggest clients. In fact, Jeffrey Epstein bought his mansion on the upper east side for a dollar. That's how close they were. The Zoro Ranch, so much of the real estate came from Les Wexner. Why? Why? Why was Les Wexner such a good patron of a guy who was a high school dropout? Well, Virginia claimed under oath that Epstein trafficked her to Wexner. Wexner has denied that and knowledge of any of Epstein's crimes, despite the fact that Epstein and he was so close with Epstein, he, Epstein introduced him to his wife. That's how close these guys were. Like best friends. And by the way, Epstein, according to Golan Maxwell, was being serviced three times a day. He was abusing girls three times

34:52day in her mind being serviced, but in truth, being abusing women three times a day. And Les Wexner, his best friend had no clue. And there's Glenn Dubin, another wealthy financier, billionaire, Virginia says that she was sent to the breakers to give Dubin a massage, but the massage was type of massage that Epstein wanted, which was sex with an underage girl. He, he denies us. She says that she also sex with his wife, Eva Dubin, famous doctor. Eva is Epstein's former girlfriend. She was a misweetened. So that's another man. He lost his job, but it's all very weird the Dubin's Epstein was obsessed with the daughter, Selena. He had said that he would marry her if

35:55he could. Barry Bizarre. And then John Luke Brinnell, that was his partner in the modeling agency MC Squared. Yeah, they had a modeling agency together. Those name after Einstein and his theory because they were using Einstein visas to bring models from abroad, beautiful women or it's traffic. I wonder how they got those visas though, the State Department. That is something that I've always racked my brain around. Who was giving them these visas? Did they have an inside route? Hmm. John Luke Brinnell, Virginia accused Epstein of trafficking her to Brinnell on multiple occasions. This is the crazy thing. Brinnell was about to, he was about to work with prosecutors in France, right, where he was arrested and he was going to flip. And then Brinnell

36:58is found mysteriously hanging in his jail cell. Sound familiar? A lot of weird deaths around this Epstein story. Glenn Maxwell's father, Robert Maxwell, who said to have introduced to Jeffrey Epstein, he died mysteriously as well after he robbed the pensioners at the Newt Skape where he owned, Mirror, the Mirror. And he was stealing their pensions. He was obviously easy to compromise. And he died off the side of his yacht, the lady, Glenn. Afterwards, he was buried in Israel in the mount of olives. He's thought to have been an Israeli asset. Prince Andrew should get rid of the name Prince, right? He's not a prince anymore. But Andrew, that man, he has lost his title, whatever that means. He was another person that Virginia alleged

38:02Epstein traffic to, and see them in this picture together, a picture that Andrew said isn't real. They apparently went to a nightclub together, where he was sweaty. He claims he doesn't sweat. He lost his ability to sweat in an award in Argentina. It's insane. But he's lost his title. And now he gets to hang out in another palace, not Buckingham Palace. Sandringham. Doesn't look too shabby. He's denied allegations, too. And later settled Virginia's civil lawsuit without admitting liability. But again, this is how so many of these cases end. And that's why these NDAs in the Leon Black case matter. Because these NDAs are how all of these cases set up and settled. And I don't blame these victims because there is no justice. That's the only form of justice. Frederick Fakai. Now, I just broke the story a few months ago in the red letter.

39:03That's another reason why you should join. But Sarah Kellin, who was one of Epstein's deputies, she said that he abused women in the House Oversight Committee. And he's a famous hairdresser. You know, him Fakai. I mean, I think that a fifth avenue, Salon. I actually knew his wife. I called her when I found out about this. And she said, no, Fingue, would he do this? But I'd actually heard from multiple survivors that this, that he was, he abused girls. And he abused them. They came for a massage and they were abused. He denied them. And there's Tom Pritzker. He is a billionaire runs the Pritzker company. Pritzker's own the Hyatt's Royal Caribbean, huge family money related to J.V. Pritzker, the governor of Illinois. He's someone that Virginia has mentioned before. Jean-Luc Bernal, we mentioned him.

40:04Just stale. He's in the files. He's all over the files, including when this 2019 prostitution memo that was obviously never investigated because they didn't actually care about the men in the memo. He's a former JP Morgan executive, the same bank that continued to work for Epstein after he was a sex offender, the same bank that continued to give, to actually deposit money into the counts of Epstein's victims. They were running his sex trafficking operation. Why does JP Morgan, why is it still exists right now? It helped propel, it helped one of the largest sex trafficking operations in the world exist without, without payment. How could you, how could you keep this going? So, Jess Staley, he went before the House Oversight Committee, another man who has seen very little, he's seen no justice. He said, this is interesting. He said that Epstein had

41:05connections in Israel and that he met senior officials in Israel that Epstein knew. He said, I met Echhud Barak and I met the Prime Minister Netanyahu. It's interesting, right? Why was Epstein working for Israel? How would Jess Staley know to ask Epstein for connections in Israel? It's always been the cloud over the story, is that why there are 3 million files that we can't read for national security reasons? Just asking. David Copperfield, I think you guys know him, he's a famous news magician. Virginia spoke about him to me. He had an island, creepy. Lapo Elkin, the fiat heir. We don't know much about him but we know each friends with Epstein. Eduardo Terdani, he's a Maserati board member, another friend of Epstein. Daniel Sayed,

42:05he's the model scout from France, he recruited girls. Ramsey, I believe he just died, actually, mysteriously by suicide. I'm going to look that up really quickly because I want to make sure I get that right. So it's right after... Yeah, he was found dead in Paris after in July, July 20th, after CNN investigated him and interviewed him. Hmm, found it. 69. Weird. He was a model recruiter who introduced young women to Jeffrey Epstein. Ramsey L. Cole, music producer, scout for Epstein. See how long he lives. And then there's Leslie Graff, a woman who was in her 30s who was booking people for Jeffrey Epstein. In fact, she was

43:08as assistant. Of course she wants to say she's a survivor. It sounds very common actually. You start to see the people who worked for him all day, they were survivors, right? But also I'm going to say. And I mean, you look at the Epstein files, Leslie Graff was there for a very long time, like a decade. Interestingly, Leon Black is 300 times it's written, call Leon Black in the Epstein files. It brings me back to Leon Black and what we need to know. We need to know what's in those NDAs. Here he is. We need to know what's in those 300 million pages. We that are still missing, that the DOJ is holding on to. What the hell is in those pages? We need to know what's in those NDAs. Why won't he hand those over? Who are the other parties that don't want to be a part of these crimes that want they don't want to be known? And why does he think that he can do this, that he can just

44:12sue Jeffrey Epstein? I mean, he can just sue Congress. Why does Leon Black think that he can sue Congress? Will he, but he think he's just not going to face any repercussions. He's not going to go to jail. Last time I checked, people have gone to prison for defying subpoenas. And here I've got one more question and then I'm going to take yours. Yeah, I mean, banan actually served four month, a four month term. See banan Trump's ally. After Congress held him in contempt of Congress in 2022, served a four month prison term. Do we think Leon Black is going to go to prison for four months? Will Congress hold him in contempt? So far, I'm not seeing anything that shows that they've moved, but they should move soon,

45:15especially if they want to know something, if they want to learn anything about what Leon Black did, if there's any justice, it would be kind of ironic. It's like almost like all these mobsters that go down for tax evasion, not for the actual crimes they committed. Is Leon Black in a finally served time in Congress, not for the crimes he committed with Jeffrey Epstein, but for just defying Congress? Is that what we're going to see happen? This is the indignation of Leon Black. This is the indignation of the Epstein class. I'm going to show you Leon Black storming out. And then I'm going to take your questions. By not showing up is Black and contempt. You're right. I mean, Black isn't contempt if he doesn't show up. And I agree, Colleen, I thought that he would just plead the fifth the whole time. And I did think he might not show up because they didn't know and call... They didn't know members of Congress that he was going to show up yesterday. Let's see another one. Tara, how the hell can he sue Congress? Does Leon Black realize this makes him look even worse? Tric, I agree. I know you could sue Congress, but apparently you can. I mean, it's next level. It's the next level entitlement in Ignatian. It's something you could only see from the people who have seen whoever they did justice for three decades. People who clearly don't care that they can associate with sex offenders.

48:27They can have multiple women accuse them of abuse. They can continue on with their life and live in luxury and sue Congress. It's a whole other class that people I can't even tap into it. I can't even understand it. Will Congress do anything about it though? That is the question. Will they show that there isn't an all-barkey in this country? Can the courts know Sarah Ransom's NDAs that she can speak? I think that NDAs, I believe, and I will look into this, Heather Wallace, it's a good question, but... I think NDAs are null if you're on the House floor because it's protected speech. So they let Sarah Ransom go on the House floor. Be interesting to hear what she says. Benjamin asks, should we be concerned that the files we burned shredded and deleted lost? What wouldn't these guys do to avoid prison? I mean, I thought the same thing, Benjamin. It's kept me up at night. I have thought about why do we think that those in

49:27side of the Justice Department aren't actively working against any sort of disclosure when it comes to this story. I hope that there are whistleblowers who are making copies and holding onto this. I believe we will only get to the bottom of this through journalism and whistleblowers as we would have never really known about this without pressure. And as you know, and you can see that's actually in the show, we did an entire show with a member of Congress who went inside the Justice Department and demanded to see an email with a subject titled Trump and it's all re-backed. But it's a conversation essentially, it recaps conversation between Trump's attorney and Epstein's attorney and it makes you wonder why are Epstein's attorneys and Trump's attorneys talking to each other at all when it comes to a conversation with one of the victims lawyers. The really, really good story. It actually explains Trump's true relationship with Jack Epstein and it's on the red letter. You can read about it

50:32and you can see it on YouTube. At what point does Blanche face possible jail time for refusing to comply with the Epstein Transparency Act? You know, I think that could only happen in another administration. Maybe he could be impeached, but I doubt the Democrats are going to do that. They've got a lot to get through. Ryan Burton asks, a lot of survivors were paid and NDAs, can they talk to Congress? They can talk, I think that they can talk on the House floor, but I'm going to try to find out that. That's a good question. It's really a lot. I should ask that. I should find out because that keeps coming up, but I do know that a lot of them are, they're afraid of defamation. Oh, there you go. Abby just did some Googling and she found out that, yes, they can break their NDAs on the House floor, which is exactly why they should be given the House floor. The problem right now is that we have Republicans that are controlling the House. They have

51:35the chairmanship. They actually don't have control over what makes it onto the floor. That's that's up to the chairman of the committees and the Speaker of the House. If the Democrats win in the next Congress, I hope the first thing they do is give those survivors time on the floor to tell their stories. There was a shadow hearing in Florida that I attended and they gave the survivors a chance to tell their stories, but they're not protected speech there. It's not protected speech. They can't tell their stories there. They can be sued. Okay, Benjamin asks another question. He's a member. If you are Black, Trump, what's the escape plan because Trump is only controlling DOJ for a short time longer? Good point, Benjamin. What is the escape plan? I mean, stay in office forever, which is terrifying actually.

52:41Tara, I'd like to, Benjamin says, I'd like to hear you, especially for a second, about what was, what you suspect, you suspect the source of the Epstein web is was. I think that Epstein was doing influence campaigns for various governments. I think that he was laundering money. I think he was even involved in drugs. I think that he was, I think he was selling secrets. I think that was his most powerful weapon. I think that he had Black male and very powerful people. And he could sell secrets and that made him very valuable to many governments, including the US government. I think it made him value to valuable to Russia, to Israel. And you can see, I mean, he used to brag about having friendships with dictators. I think he'd also controlled in the UK in some ways through his relationship with Prince Andrew. Okay, there's an absolute legal immunity. It is granted by, so to speak on the House floor,

53:47there is an absolute legal immunity. It's granted by the speech or debate clause of the US Constitution. Can they subpoena Sarah Kellan again? Not sure good. It would be because she probably deflected and I, I think, and I, everything the Congress should keep pushing. Yes, Sarah Kellan was interesting because she's been around for a long time. I know that she knows a lot of the men. She only mentioned three and I feel like she only mentioned one man who was dead, who was involved in fashion, Demorsha Lea, and Frederick Prachi, who I mentioned, who, you know, he's not as powerful, he's a hairdresser. It's not going to probably unlikely to sue her for defamation. And then she mentioned the former mayor of Miami, Levine, his last name, and mayor Levine.
