I’ve been letting the false self win.

For the last 6-10 weeks I’ve been in a rut.

One of my own creation.

A rut that has only come to fruition due to my running away from my problems instead of running towards them.

Don’t avoid your problems. Attack them.

And if you’re not currently willing to attack them, be radically authentic with yourself about why.

If you’re unsure, open yourself up to others so they can help you discover it.
