I Decide to Lead Affirmations

Today's affirmations are titled, I decide to lead affirmations. I'm going to say an

affirmation. I'm going to pause leaving you time to say that affirmation out loud with feeling.

I choose to lead even when it feels uncomfortable.

I no longer delay the life I meant to live.

I step into leadership with courage, not perfection.

My voice matters and I use it with intention.

I refuse to shrink when I'm meant to expand.

I am responsible for the example I set.

I take action before I feel ready.

I build confidence through bold decisions.

I am done waiting. My time is now.

I lead myself first and others follow.

I embrace discomfort as a sign of growth.

I am capable of more and I act on it.

I stop playing small and start leading big.

I create opportunities by how I show up.

I trust myself to figure it out as I go.

I lead with courage, clarity and conviction.

I release the fear of judgment from others.

I am becoming the leader I meant to be.

I take ownership of my life and my impact.

I close the gap between who I am and who I can be.

I choose growth over comfort every time.

I show others what's possible through my actions.

I step up because others need me to lead.

I am building a legacy through how I live today.

I decide right now to lead my life fully.
