I want to remind you of something.
It's something you already know.
But it's something that for me is life-saving.
Which is the capacity to choose to engage your entire being,
your body, your mind, your heart, your energy field.
To call it back into yourself from whenever and wherever the energy has been dispersed.
It's easy to get dispersed these days with everything that's going on in the world.
It is easy to get hooked and called and clicked and baited.
So what would be possible if throughout the day you just said,
I call myself back into myself from everywhere and everyone and everything that I have been engaging with.
Right now, calling myself back into myself and then using your hands to generate motion towards you.
Simultaneously, once you're complete with that and sometimes at the same time,
you could push your hands out from your body and your field and say,
anything, anyone that is not mine is now being released from my body, my heart, my brain, my field.
It isn't formulaic in that you have to do it exactly the way I'm saying for it to work.
It's just a recalibration into this moment of presence.
We teach it in our community. We just call it source presence.
We just come into being, allowing and releasing what no longer serves.
Try to do it today like at least three times. I call myself back into myself from every place I've been
or I release anything, anybody, any energies that don't belong to me, that no longer serve me,
returning them back to their perfect source.
This allows you to be in collaboration with your nervous system to regulate on your terms and your timing.
And as often as you remember to do this,
is as often as you're able to feel the benefits which creates a practice.
In our Stardust lineage, we also say, our feet are on the ground, our head is in the stars,
our heart and our brain are in coherence. They are in a space of coherence.
And sometimes we wave our arms around and wiggle around in a circle.
And these really simple practices are good to remember when we're navigating such curious times.
