Husband Arrested in Missing American's Case

Meanwhile, the U.S. Coast Guard launched a criminal investigation. Brian told authorities Lynette fell overboard with the bullkeys during high winds and rough seas, killing the engine. He last saw her swimming toward shore before currents pulled them apart. Search team shifted from rescue to recovery Tuesday. Her daughter, Carly Einsworth, raised red flags, saying Brian waited over 24 hours to notify her. She wants a full probe, citing past family issues and her mom's decade plus as a skilled sailor and swimmer. Carly can't fathom how it happened.
