Barrett Brooks’s resume is quite the list. Back in the day, he founded Living For Monday, a business dedicated to helping graduates to pursue a meaningful job versus becoming a cog in an unforgiving wheel.

Among other business ventures, Barrett was also the Director of Marketing (and then COO) of Convert Kit – a business he grew from $3 million to a whopping $30 million! Not bad, huh?

But despite all of this, Barrett’s not always been happy. He’s been burnt out. Overworked. Even to the point where his wife threatened divorce if he didn’t turn his life around.

While that may sound dramatic, the truth is: many of y’all will relate to this. Working your butt off within a career you don’t really believe in. Or that you have no chance of actually making it big in.

So what are we gonna do about that?

Today, Rachel Rodgers and Barrett are putting their entrepreneurial brains together to devise a plan. The mission: to help everyone to hone in on their existing skill set and find the job FOR THEM.
