Meet Ann Shivas!

Ann is the Founder of LifeLift who blends her personal healing journey with expertise in Epigenetics and the Quantum Wave Living method to guide individuals toward health and self-discovery. After overcoming soccer injuries during pro soccer career and burnout she transformed her life by reprogramming her beliefs, habits and understanding her primary needs based on her genetics. 

With a degree in Teaching, Osteopathy, and a Ph.D., Ann now helps others break free from stress, heal their bodies, and align with their true purpose. Ann has been working in clinical for 10 years and has helped over 800 people transform their pain to power. Through LifeLift’s programs, she empowers people through her corporate programs and practitioner programs to make a lasting change on this planet and reduce chronic stress and disease.

Ann embodies a blend of rural roots and a passion for holistic living. Raised on a farm, she developed a deep appreciation for nature’s offerings.

Her academic journey reflects her multifaceted approach to personal growth. Ann earned a Bachelor’s in Arts, followed by a Master of Teaching, before delving into holistic health with a Diploma of Osteopathy. Her thirst for knowledge led her to complete certifications in Epigenetics, Non-Violent Communication, and Quantum Wave Living, enhancing her understanding of the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit.

Drawing from over a decade of experience working with diverse clients globally, Ann recognized a common thread: individuals thrive when they embark on inner exploration and take ownership of their lives. This realization inspired her to establish Life Lift, a platform that empowers individuals on their journey toward purposeful living.

In addition to individual coaching, Ann extends her expertise to corporations, offering courses designed to help team members manage stress, enhance communication, and foster mutual understanding. Her corporate programs catalyze harmonious workplace dynamics, increased productivity, and employee retention.
