How can we tell the truth from a lie?

There are plenty of reasons why people lie, sometimes just to protect the feelings of another, other times just to prevent some dark secret from getting out. But what happens when that lie gets exposed? You know, lying is one of those things. We have this kind of weird relationship with it. The Bible says that we shall not bear false witness, we

1:02shall not lie. But then we often may say, well, what if it's just a little white lie? Or what if it's a lie to not hurt somebody's feelings? Is that okay? We try to see just how close we can get to that edge before we fall off into some of this? No, we've all lied in order to prevent hurting someone's feelings. Every married man on this program is probably one time or another, hurt his wife ask him, does this outfit make me look fat? You're gonna lie. Whether it makes you look fat or not, you're not gonna tell her that it does because you don't want to hurt her feelings. That's one example. But there are plenty of other lies that are trying to hide deep, dark secrets. And when those lies get out, it tends to create quite a stirrer. For example, according to Thomas Massie, representative Thomas Massie, Congress has paid over $17 million in hush money for sexual

2:07misconduct inside of the offices in the Congressional buildings. $17 million in hush money. So you have members of Congress or their staff, I would assume. And they perform acts of sexual misconduct inside Congressional office buildings. And money is paid to keep people quiet, to keep the truth to hide the lie. But Representative Massie went on, he said, it was more, is that it was taxpayer money. So this came up during the debate about, you know, President Trump paid $130,000 of his own money in order to support a non-disclosure agreement. It was hush money, but it was his own money. And it was perfectly legal. And yet, members of Congress tried to get him thrown out for it, tried to get him thrown in jail for it. But now we find out there's $17 million in

3:09hush money, taxpayer dollars paid to hide, to cover up, to conceal the lie of sexual misconduct inside Congressional office buildings. Is that what you want your taxpayer dollars paid for? So what do you want to use for? Now you might think, well, gee, well, I didn't know that was happening. Certainly this, you know, is going to get exposed and, you know, it'll, it'll stop. Right? I mean, the, the house had a vote on the block transparency on sexual misconduct probes, protecting potential slush fund cover-ups for congressional harassment cases, legislation that, while I haven't read the actual language, really meant let's, let's stop hiding this. Let's, let's, let's see this. I should say they want to block transparency. They didn't want this information going your representatives, your employees didn't want you to know about probes into their sexual misconduct into

4:13the slush fund that's used to cover up congressional harassment cases. Guess how the vote went to block congressional transparency? It's 357 to 65. Does that mean we have 357 sexual miscreants out there? No, but it certainly does show that Congress does not want their dirty laundry aired, even though they're employees of the people. See, when I worked in corporate America, everything I did in their offices and on their equipment was there for them to be exposed. You know, if I use their email, if I use their cell phone, then that was company property. They could look at everything I did and use that against me, right? If I performed some form of misconduct, they had everywhere to search my emails, to search my texts on a company phone and to use that as a reason to fire me. Now, it never happened because I didn't do such things, but there was a knowledge of a level of

5:15transparency there, but it can not with apparently with members of Congress. And I wonder if we're covering up the sexual misconduct probes. What else are they covering up? Gee, I don't know. Maybe that all those lies have been exposed so far. And let's face it, none of us should be surprised when a politician is lied. After all, how can you tell when a politician's lying? The answer generally is their lips are moving. So really, are we surprised when lies come out of politicians? No, take, for example, this little press conference in response where Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer was responding to a question about the Trump and his promotion of the SAVE Act. Yes, but their bill isn't voter ID number one. It is about voter registration. It makes it, it allows ice to kick tens of

6:18millions of people off the rolls, off the rolls. And they don't tell them until election day. And you show them you say, you're not registered anymore. You're not registered here. You're not on the rolls. And they say, I didn't know that. Okay, let's break into there for a second, because there's something I got to answer here. This is this is Chuck Schumer. He's been known to lie often enough. And he's partially lying here. Now, the SAVE Act includes two main provisions. One is that you provide a photo ID when you vote. By the way, that's the only one that has any possibility of constitutional legitimacy, because Congress has the authority to establish a time, place, and manner of voting for the House and Senate. And since the House and Senate are the only federal offices the people vote for. No, we don't vote for president. We vote for state elected for president. That would fall under that category. But he's talking about the voter registration. It does not empower

7:23ice to remove them. I've looked at the legislation. I said nothing about ice. It merely said that in order to register to vote, you had to prove you're a citizen United States. That's constitutionally invalid, not because basically because the constitution doesn't get or grant to the United States the power to regulate voter registration. Now, every state of the union whose constitution I've checked requires you to be a citizen of the United States in order to vote. So it's the, you know, they're saying, well, you have to be a citizen vote. This is basically be federal law trying to to enforce whatever state constitution already that I'm aware of already says and that is you have to be a citizen United States to vote. But that's the unconstitutional. But say, oh, no, ice is going to come in and ice is going to pull people off and they're not going to tell anybody. That's all hogwash. That's just fear mongering because the funny part is Mr. Schumer actually would have a leg to stand

8:27on. If he actually understood the document, he took an oath to support that the federal government doesn't let the authority to regulate voter registration. But he doesn't know that. So he goes off on this crazy, a gaffled and hyperbole monster to try and scare people into, well, voting the way he wants them to vote. This is a bill that destroys the country and it is not about showing ID when you show up to vote. It's about the voter registration roles, destroying them, purging them, not letting people know and taking the rights in a algorithm put together by ice, put together by doge and must. It's an outrage. And that's why so many people don't want to pass it. I'm sorry. The only outrage is the fact that you couldn't come up with an actual legitimate opposition to the voter registration component of the save act. I mean, that's that that to me is the outrage. You're sitting here going, you know, it's not about a photo ID. It is in part. It's not

9:30only about that, but you're worried about the voter. And again, well, there's going to be an algorithm. It's going to purge people. No. What it says is that to register to vote, you have to prove that you're a citizen. But you see that Chuck Schumer is a Democrat and he has supported illegal immigration for decades. So the last thing he wants and why do you think he's focusing on ice? Because the last thing he wants is to make sure that people and only American citizens are voting. That is what appears to be the truth behind the lie of of this nonsense. Yes, he doesn't, you know, I'm sure he doesn't want photo ID because then there'd be less opportunity for, you know, voter fraud. There'd be less opportunity to cheat. And of course, no, we don't want to actually make sure that someone's a citizen before they register even though that's a state function, not a federal function, because we want illegal immigrants voting because we believe they tend to vote Democrat and that's what I want. By the way, those aren't just my words.

10:34These are the words of documents from the Democratic National Committee claiming of the future destiny of the Democratic Party is to have non-citizens flood the country and impact the voting. Meanwhile, while Chuck Schumer is saying, well, it's not about the photo ID. Well, three Alabama women recently indicted for voter fraud in August 2025 in a municipal election. It's not these are charges. These are indictments against these three women for filling out absentee ballots for other people. Isn't that something that a photo ID would have helped prevent? But we don't want to make sure that the election is fair that it actually accurately represents the people who are legally allowed to vote. We want to win. At the same time, you have the Justice Department illegally selling states for not voluntarily

11:40handing over their voter registration rules, which the federal government has no legal need for. They've got no legal justification for demanding. None of it. Because none of the laws that the DOJ is claiming actually override the Constitution, which says nothing about delegating voter registration to the federal government. Why? Because people don't vote in federal elections. They do not. They do vote in elections for federal offices, but only for House and Senate. Yet not only does the Justice Department want the voter registration rules, they want personal identification. They want your driver's license number. They want the last four digits, so security number. And yeah, about a dozen states simply handed that data over. How do you like that? The state simply bound the need to the federal government and illegal demand for the federal government. They just, yeah, here go ahead. Take all of your personal information. Wait a second. You're telling me as a citizen of

12:43one of these states, you had to turn over this information in order to get your driver's license and whatnot. And they're just going to hand it over to a federal agency when they illegally ask for it. See, that's the lie behind this whole thing. Oh, the DOJ states aren't cooperating with the DOJ. They don't legally have to. In fact, I'd probably, if I did a little research, it may actually be illegal for them to do so. Why? Well, because most states have privacy laws, which control how personal identifiable information is handled and where and when it can be turned over. And in order for them to turn it over to another government agency, I bet there's probably a requirement that there has to be a legal reason for them to do so. And the DOJ, the US DOJ has no legal need for this information. It doesn't exist. You see, I don't care what law Congress passed. If it's not made pursuant of the Constitution or following the Constitution, then it's not the supreme law of the

13:45land. And it doesn't supersede state law and state constitution. And you would think the department of justice would actually know what the Constitution, oh, wait a second, they're lawyers. And they don't teach the Constitution in law school. I don't know when they did. I don't know when they stopped, but every attorney I've talked to when I asked them, did they study the Constitution or Constitution law? Everyone but one said they studied Constitution law in law school, which is not law. It's just the opinion of judges. They don't study the actual Constitution. They study what judges say about the Constitution. And then we wonder why we end up in messes like this. See, this is what happened when the lie gets exposed. And by the way, ladies and gentlemen, there is more. But before I go to that, I do have a break I have to take. But I want to remind you before we go on that, that all the stories you talked about today involved people we hired

14:47to represent us. Members of Congress acting immorally and covering it up with our taxpayer dollars. Chuck Schumer elected by the people of the state of New York, lying through his teeth about legislation that he doesn't like. Even though there's evidence that again, the half of it, the voter, the photo ID part, at least can be justified in some instances because I read the actual law. And they do talk about, you know, and it only applies to elections for federal offices. With the only elections for federal offices, people, the we the people actually vote in, is House of Senate. So, okay, that fits. But he's no, no, we, we, it's about all that he has to lie about. I see us to lie about an agron. He just has to make stuff up. That's why we have to expose it. 27:22have a beneficiary or there's not a will to do something with it it just kind of becomes delinquent it did nobody does anything it's considered uh um unclaimed property and there are state laws about claiming unclaimed property if they doesn't get claimed it gets turned over to the states yeah a hundred and ninety two million dollars of your of your money that was fraudently collected by the federal government it was embezzled from the american people to play to pay for benefits the federal government's not legally in that authorized to spend money on in response to illegal actions by both the federal government and many state governments to deprive people of their liberty without due process of law and now that the even the money is sitting out there and people are saying well we're not going to buy the news i mean let's face it towards the federal government one hundred ninety two million dollars is a rounding error but that's the the the lie of covid the lie of these programs and the lie of the government is it all competent in managing any of these programs really

28:26well that should be obvious by now but apparently not so much and of course it wasn't just covid that has cost the taxpayers these these dollars for these illegal programs loosen to this testimony by the director of the center for immigration studies a Jessica Vaughan sanctuary states typically have other policies that attract illegal settlement and thus burden taxpayers with support of illegal immigrants besides funding emergency health care and schooling for all a number of sanctuary states go farther and choose to provide Medicaid subsidize health insurance nutrition assistance housing and much more illegal immigrants use these welfare programs in large numbers my organization is found that over sixty percent of illegal alien headed households are using at least one form of welfare program and usually more than one at a cost of tens of billions of dollars to taxpayers okay so this is testimony before congress and i would like to see

29:28the data i'd like to see the proof but if her numbers are correct of all think of the the millions of millions of illegal immigrants that were imported by the Biden administration the millions that have been imported into cities and states that have encouraged this type of immigration by their policies and recognizing you know they want to say oh no they pay taxes they also consume welfare programs and if this number is right sixty percent more than half of families headed by an illegal alien are consuming some of these in potentially multiple of these welfare programs some of them funded by state some of them also funded by the federal government but does this exposure of this lie begin to make a bit more sense in other words if we have a political party who promotes a generous welfare benefits taking money from from the American taxpayer to pay for

30:34people who either won't or can't work for themselves that they promote the importation of illegal immigrants and protecting them once they're here that they promote the idea of well they they they oppose the idea of making sure the people who are registered to vote actually are citizens United States as legally required by i believe all 50 states and they promote this idea that hey we will take people that will bring them into this country we will make them dependent on our welfare system will make an addicts and then since the one party promotes the the providing more and more of these benefits to the people who are unable or unwilling to to to work they create their own photo base does that sound like a completely crazy out of the world idea or does that sound like it makes a lot more sense than we'd like to admit

31:38is it possible that they're at least at the leadership of one political party in agenda to promote their own power base to promote their own growth through the breaking of our laws through the violation of our election system through the destruction of the republic in other words it's it's it's chucky but it's not it's not the the requiring citizenship to vote is not what breaks the republic it's not making sure that citizens are the only ones voting that destroys the republic could that be that the Marxist left that has taken over the democratic party is willing to destroy everything that makes United States the United States in order to promote their own power could that be the the lie that no one was was talking about because well they'd be exposed and that is how some of these governors seem to act don't pay attention to what we're

32:47doing we have spoken don't contradict what I say I have spoken don't worry about the law the justice department has spoken don't worry about sex main department of justice has or department of corrections has spoken really see the lie is governments don't actually have these powers they borrow them from us we lend them to them we when we when you delegate your lending your power to government and when we do so we create a constitution that says the boundaries and limits on those powers the lie that government can do whatever they're not told not to is hard of how would they get away with it people believe that but look at the 10th amendment to the constitution the power is not delegated to the United States by this constitution nor prohibited by it to the states are reserved to the states respectively or the people better government has limited and enumerated powers if they aren't specifically said they can do in the constitution they cannot do it

33:52but the lie that they can do whatever they want still permeates so much of our society and it leads to a lot of the problems we have with government and I always laugh when people talk about the the convention of states as if somehow the problem is the language of the constitution not the fact that nobody here bothers to follow it most the the people calling for a convention states most of the problems are complaining about are already unconstitutional people don't realize that and therefore they continue on this this mess it's why exposing the lie is so important it's also why I think it's important how you expose the lie with facts and evidence and data and details too often people just say well it's a lie because I say so I can't tell you how many times people will make a statement and when I ask them well where's your evidence because I say so or something to that effect exposing the lie is important but how we expose is just as important it requires

40:07incredible it's ridiculous right first of all electricity is not a source of power it's the transmission of power you don't mine electricity you don't drill for electricity you mine for coal you drill for gas and oil in order to produce electricity electricity is produced by some mechanical power right so if you have electric vehicles well the first thing you have to do is create the power the electricity for them to run then once you you don't even burn the coal or or oil or or in some cases use hydroelectric or or nuclear well then you have to transmit it from where it's created to where it's used and we don't have the infrastructure to transmit that much power even if we could produce that much power we don't have the grid to handle that much power and let's face it not everybody wants an electric vehicle they don't make sense in every situation

41:11not sure if you live in the city or suburbs they make a lot of sense if you live like me out in the country not so much and this push to get people to to to make electric vehicles saying the people will buy them well that's the lie that's been harming a lot of of auto manufacturers the latest being Porsche the the Porsche AG booked a 3.9 billion euro loss from its EV unit 3.9 billion dollars they basically wiped out almost the entire operating profit of Porsche in the one EV division now I don't know about you but if I were if I had a business and I had one division that was losing so much money it was almost wiping out the entire company I think I would shut that one down wouldn't you and again Porsche is a German company and the European Union

42:15is really pushing hard to to get people to build electric vehicles saying well they're not as expensive than they used to oh they're still expensive it's just you're paying for it through your taxes not just at the you know at the dealership so they're more expensive they they do have certain limitations because let's face it battery technology is not really prepared to deal with that much much power to get enough battery to make an average electric vehicle worse at work you have to have a significant increase in the weight which of course makes the vehicle less efficient again in certain situations they may make a lot of sense I'm not saying we should ban them but it's the lie the government can make them affordable that they are our our future without other technological advantages advances it's the lie this that's you know killed was it ford stop the lightning Porsche now had a huge write-off Chevy shutting down their more electrical vehicle plants they just shut down a plan here in Tennessee I think for making batteries it's the problem we have

43:18is the lies underneath and the lies too many of us have swallowed well hook line and sinker here's another one and this is both a lie and a truth you never know the game two truths in the lie well this is a story that's both a lie and a truth in the same story it starts with a school girl a school a student actually only knows the boy or girl and and that's I believe it's a girl um she wasn't named in in this matter but that school apparently was a a black lives matter picture and she wrote the words any life right so it's not just black lives any life matters right and she said that this message uh that she was a first grader it was inspired on a lesson they did on the Reverend Martin Martin Luther King Jr now the school principal told her that drawing the drawing was inappropriate and they punished her this is according to her legal representation of a Pacific legal foundation the principal forced her to apologize and prohibited her

44:23from giving drawings to her classmates and excluded her from recess for two weeks for a saying any life matter any life matters was considered inappropriate to this school principal well the parents filed suit again they got the Pacific legal foundation to help them um however the district court found in favor of the school district yet a three judge panel of the ninth circuit court of appeals vacated the lower courts ruling opinion I should say and sent it back for further review for the proceedings now the appeals court said that the school bears the burden of proof when it comes to restrictions on student speech when it must be necessary now here's and so it you've got freedom of speech and you know the the courts here's the lie in the report let me read you the the the the the title of this particular article first graders any life

45:30message sparks major first amendment ruling there's actually two lies in there first of all it's not a ruling it's an opinion from the court the courts do not rule read the constitution read the federalist 78 courts have neither forced nor will merely judgment they don't make rules they offer opinions and they offered an opinion the three judge panel of the ninth circuit offered the opinion that this the school hadn't met its burden of proof that it's the school that must prove the point not the student but they also mentioned this first amendment thing except this isn't a first amendment violation it can't be because the first amendment says Congress shall make little law Congress didn't make this law this school district wasn't acting under a law made by Congress so it cannot be a first amendment violation now it is a violation of the Constitution of California the state where this happened it's also violation of the 14th amendment because the

46:31school as an entity of the state made a lump made a rule that deprived this lady of her liberty without due process of law but the underlying truth here that I want you to also recognize is that apparently to this school or at least the school principal the idea that any life matters is offensive is inappropriate for school what does that say about our school districts does that expose the lie that you know they're there to to educate our children to teach them to be good citizens does it show the truth that they're indoctrinating them into a certain point of view and that's the point I want you to realize the lies are out there the lies are everywhere now they're not lies because somebody says they are their lies when they're actually factually incorrect when they're wrong again not just because somebody said so there's got to be evidence

47:32that they're wrong for example I said this is the lie about rulings I pointed to the to the Constitution they they offer opinions a court is listing it says in the opinion of the court doesn't say in the ruling of the court it says in the opinion of the court I point to Alexander Hamlin for 078 courts have neither forced nor will merely judgment under dependent on the executive arm for the efficacy of their decisions I pointed the first amendment Congress shall make no law Congress didn't make this law therefore can't be a first amendment issue so I want you know again the truth is out there it's not because I say so it's because people have evidence you have evidence that I'm wrong show it to me I'll be more happy to consider it I don't claim to be perfect but the truth is yes we have the right to freedom of speech you don't lose that right when you walk into a school district a schoolhouse or any other government building but that doesn't

48:33mean it's necessarily a first amendment issue and oh by the way the court said the 14th amendment and corporate to the first amendment of the states well that's a ball face lie there's nothing in the language of the force the men 14th amendment that rewrites the first amendment that claims a first amendment now is you know it applies to the states it does say that a right protected of one citizen a state can't write a law that deprives a citizen of a right but it doesn't change the language of the first amendment see these are the lies that regulate so much of our life mainly because most people are unaware they haven't looked they haven't searched they've simply accepted the lie and never bothered to find out if it's actually true or not now someone like me I've spent years reading and studying the constitution so I can can recognize them fairly quickly I go back to our first chief justice John Jay every member of the state ought diligently to read and study the constitutions of his country teach or action generation be free by knowing their rights they'll soon perceive when they are violated and be the better

49:38prepared to defend and assert them notice that I've read instead of the constitution why I'm prepared I recognize when rights are being violated I do it quicker than most people because I've been reading and studying the constitution I'm prepared to defend an assert not only my rights but the rights of others why because I read and studied the constitution I've prepared to see the the truth not follow the lie when my wife when we were young for it before we were married she worked at a bank and in fact I've talked to people in secret service when they train people tellers and banks or secret service personnel that working in the counterfeiting division they don't hand them counterfeit bills they only hand them real legal tender do you know why they're not they don't want to train them to recognize what is wrong about the bill they just want them to recognize that something is wrong about the bill it doesn't feel right it doesn't

50:39smell right it doesn't look right there's something wrong I can identify it and then I can go find out what's wrong with it it's kind of the same thing right when you've known the truth when you spend time with the truth the lies even if you're not sure exactly why the lies just okay there there's there you know there's something wrong and it it points you to investigate whether that be you know hey you know what maybe we shouldn't be cover you Congress shouldn't be covering up their own sexual malfeasance and you know maybe the leader of the senate shouldn't be lying about a bill in order to swing the vote a certain way but if you weren't around if you didn't spend time how would you know how would you know that uh uh uh you know Congress has a a problem with a slush fund to pay off sexual harassment charges nobody talks about it how would you know that Chuck Schumer is lying about the state of America I'm not saying the
