Miami Heat assumed the position that this would lead to nothing but goodwill. Who could possibly have a problem with an 83 point game? Apparently most everyone has a problem with this, it is inspired a primal scream, a visceral reaction as it continues the watering down a pro-bouncy ball.

6:10Now if you have not been following this, if you've been off the grid down by the river, no cell reception and can't really connect with the outside world, I get it. There's a lot of people that are commenting on this, I could just pretty much pick anything I want. The one I want to focus in on and play off of is the comment by Mr. Big Shot there, Robert Ory. A Laker, Rocket, Spur, Journeyman player, Robert Ory. Big Shot Bob. So former Laker Robert Ory, appearing on state-sponsored Laker TV, suggested that bam out of bio the 83 point game should not have been celebrated the way that it was celebrated because of the way the game ended. And then Robert Ory tossed out, he's not alone, we're just using him as a point of reference here. Robert Ory said the game deserves an asterisk, that the 83 points deserves an asterisk, he's not alone.

7:15There's a number of people that pay very close attention to this, that feel like there should be some kind of mention on just how bogus this accomplishment is, in meaning it's not as big an accomplishment as it would appear to be to the untrained eye. So that is a good jumping off point, let us discuss the question, give me the odds, give me the odds, all these people grumbling, what are the odds on the NBA slapping an asterisk on bam out of bio's 83 point game for the Miami Heat this week. So my views on this, I've got trivial pursuit, farmer John, and Morton's kosher salt, and we will combine all of these together, and we are going to break the demonic spell, which is over Lucky Tony. That's right, he's under some kind of demonic spell.

8:16So first of all, to answer the question, give me the odds on the NBA slapping an asterisk on bam out of bio's 83 point game. I love capital L love, the people who are pretending like the NBA is going to put some kind of asterisk on this, you not understand who the leader is of the NBA. The odds of Adam silver putting an asterisk next to a player's accomplishment are the same odds as Sasquatch being hired to referee game seven of the NBA finals. I'm going to set the Mallorads at zero point zero to infinity and beyond zero. Squadoosh, Bupkes, absolutely zero. Adam silver does not do asterisks, he does not. He's doctor feel good is what he is. He wants everyone to feel great. Go team, go, go team, go. Especially about their stats, that's the business he's in.

9:19This is the same league that treats load management like it's a wellness retreat and embraced it for years while it killed their product. It killed their product and they they've loved it. And tanking, it's only recently that these bozos figured out, wait a minute, if half the teams in our business are not trying to win and 85% of our star players are so soft, they don't want to play. This isn't good, right? But they treat tanking like it's urban planning they did for so long now they're all the sudden up and on. You think that guy, that guy who is a like I don't know if he's from the the the lizard planet. I don't know, I've no idea, but you think that guy is going to slap a scarlet letter on Adam or BAM out of bio's box. Well, Adam Silver's not going to do that. It's not having silver would rather rename gravity.

10:21If a player complained about falling too hard. Never let Robert Ori he does have a point. When you are up by 25 points and you are intentionally fouling to get your guy more possessions, that's not basketball. I don't know what it is. It ain't basketball and it's embarrassing and it just goes against everything that these kind of things are supposed to be and it's really an open and shut case. I don't know how one can see the highlights of the Miami heat players intentionally fouling up 25 points or more to help their guy finagle the record book. And then there's like these these dudes who are just like they carry the water for the NBA and I don't understand why people are some people are complaining and all my guy don't get it. My God. How do you how do you live in this world?

11:21It's like running up the score in monopoly and so my my advice and I think there's a 0% chance based on what I've seen unless there's a new commissioner that actually has balls that would do something like this. But go buy a trivial pursuit set and put the answer in bold fine print. Bam scored 83 points in an NBA game with tremendous late game choreography. And while the NBA won't add an asterisk because they just don't have the backbone to do that real knowledgeable fans already have it has been overwhelming. I am so proud I'm so happy that so many people agree with my judgment that this is one of the most fugacy things that has happened in sports. It is more than a blemish and and the people are obtuse they don't understand it that BAM out of bio and coach spa and everyone else is silly by what happened it hurts every single one of those that participated it is a doozy.

12:27And they're so dumb they don't realize that that's going to that stank is going to follow them around. All right now secondly speaking of following following BAM out of bios historically shady 83 point night former Fox sports radio host metal world peace or Ron our test or whatever I think he's got a third name whatever you want to call. Now how do I know Ron our test worked here I did a show with him. Yeah we went back when Jay Moore hosted a show in the mid days one of our many shows that's been here and Jay was away. And I got called in and I co hosted with metal world peace was a really good to really good to kind of felt like I was talking to weed man hippie. Anyway metal world peace has weighed in long time NBA player and he believes that when B is going to eventually break Wilk Chamberlain's 100 point record.

13:28Yeah yeah on social media world world peace. Ron our test the man that helps start the malice at the palace the greatest night of talk radio that I've done in terms of basketball. Metal world peace says that he believes Victor when by nyama of San Antonio will eventually have at least 101 points in a game. He was asked about all of this when B was recently when asked if he was inspired by BAM out of bios 83 point game when B just kind of shrugged. Just kind of kind of shrugged that was not the answer that the reporter was looking for. So the question is 101 points 101 points a real possibility for when B someday or is this just content farming gone wild just gone wild. So this one is a farmer john special farmer john out in the field that crop is pure nonsense.

14:32It is engagement farming at its finest the NBA has hosted tens of thousands of games and only one man stands atop Mount Olympus. Wilton Norman Chamberlain the great Wilk Chamberlain who climbed that mountain to score 100 points in a game. Now when I first got into radio I was a called a stringer radio reporter and I go to games every night and Wilk Chamberlain when I was a very young lad. I'd see him out at the forum and I'd heard I'd heard stories but it's very funny because most of the stories I heard about will from other reporters were about his skills with the women it wasn't so much his basketball stuff the basketball stuff came later on. But he had written a book a few years earlier about his proclivity with the ladies there and that was the thing but back to the point so to hit 101 points.

15:32You don't just need talent right you need what I call the bam bam package now what is the bam bam bam package. Now bam out of my obviously didn't get 100 points or 101 points but here's the things that have to happen all the planets have to line up you need to play a ham anegger squad that's already checked out the wizard you need a coach who's a co conspired co conspirator rather a small coach spoke right throw him out there you have to have teammates who intentionally foul messing with the basketball gods to stop the clock. Shout out Tyler hero you also need the zebra whistles to send you to the stripe 40 times or more tossing this 101 point prediction into the air everywhere it's kind of like throwing a bag of gold into the wishing well near sleeping beauties castle it's a fairy tale is what it now when be who is the Parisian prodigy and

16:42he's an extra terrestrial half man half UFO and all that freak of nature and you say the skills are there to have one of these 80 point games and all that and the promise the spurs even even though popovich is not there is a frail old man now Greg popovich like the mindset is the same the mindset is hey you know that's we don't do things like that we're not like the Miami Heat that are frauds that's not what we do here and they generally don't believe in stat padding at least I I haven't seen it maybe I've missed it and when be doesn't you don't get that tendency that he wants to be that kind of a guy like a bam out of a box. And so he's not the type that's going to turn a game into wrestle me like most guys I would like to think would feel a great amount of shame that if they pulled that stunt that bam out of bio did like this is ridiculous and and yet obviously there's a lot of people that carry the water for the NBA that are like oh that was great oh man and I said well that's snake oil. Right but this whole thing is content farming gone mad.

17:56It's gone wild and I'm not biting art final part great old guy debate great old bot guy debate you have to know your audience and I my art and this you listen to show old guy debate good talk radio so pistons legend Isaiah Thomas he says that Michael Jordan is not the greatest player in basketball history. You see he said this recently Isaiah Thomas in his view he said that honor belongs to who do you think LeBron James no Kobe Bryant not hard reboot not not Kobe Bryant Joe do Mars no not you do Mars definitely not you do Mars that would be none other than Karim Abdul Jamar the sky hook guy so Isaiah Thomas thinks that Abdul Jamar stands head and shoulders above everyone else he said recently when you talk about the greatest for me and so I wanted to back it up with stats analytics you know the whole body of the career there is no one who has had a better basketball playing career than Karim Abdul Jamar close quote question how does Isaiah Thomas a pistons

21:32bald Isaiah from the dream team and he said I'm not playing if Isaiah's on the team and Jordan was the biggest thing in the world at the time in sports and so that we had to have Jordan so Isaiah's not on the team even though statistically Isaiah absolutely deserved to be on the dream team and so Isaiah's held that against Jordan and there was the documentary during the pandemic was six years ago now and the Chicago Bulls dynasty look back you know the last dance and they trashed Isaiah in that and Jordan produced that thing he had final edit rights and so was it it was a big mess and so Isaiah Thomas though is the chaos engine for that generation of the NBA but choosing Kareem Abdul Jabbar over Michael Jordan is like saying I would rather use my VCR then watch Netflix or Amazon Prime video or any of these things you know it's like and say what are you doing is it well no I really like the VCR I like it more the Netflix because the Netflix CEO blocked me on X
