It is the third day of March. We are back at it here in the audio sweatshop. And our number three, we start out in Vegas where the Raiders are hoping to fetch a Michael Parsons, a Micah Parsons-type package for their star defensive end, Max Crosby.
How serious is this really? And you play matchmaker. Which team would be a good match for the Raiders Max Crosby? There are eight teams being mentioned. We'll turn to Big Ben's Big Board for all the answers. And how believable in Pittsburgh is the report that these Steelers tied in. Pat Firemuth is unavailable on the trading market. The auctioning block. We'll talk about that as well. Here it is, our number three. Leaving Las Vegas. Welcome in the beginning of another hour of the Ben Mallor Show. We are in the air every where we wag our tongue and enjoy the audio safari. Coast to coast, border to border and beyond, on the vast end. Overwhelmingly powerful microphones of FSR

So our lead this hour is from a Viva Las Vegas as we await some of these dominoes to start falling. And one of those dominoes involves a defensive star for the Raiders. Back when they used to be good. I haven't been going a while. So if you didn't see this perhaps not some reporting over the weekend indicating that Max Crosby with two axes. A trade from the Raiders things are being ramped up. Oh, the drama! They're being ramped up right now. It kind of likely happened by the end of the week. So today's Tuesday, the end of the week believe is on Saturday, right? Saturday because the new week starts on Sunday. So trade done by Saturday. Now I think he means the work week
which would be Friday. Most people don't work on Saturday. That's it. Vegas also. I love that. They always put these plausible deniability statements. And so what the reporting was, well, Crosby's likely to be traded. However, bye, bye! Yeah. Vegas could wait until the NFL draft in late April in Pittsburgh. How it sounds like they've got a bug up their tookus and they want to get rid of this thing, this player quickly and they're said to be using the Cowboys model as a blueprint. The Cowboys model as a blueprint. So that is a good jumping-off point. Let us discuss the question the Raiders. Looking to fetch what is being called a Micah Parsons. Micah Parsons level bounty. For their star edge rusher Max Crosby.
How serious is this really? How serious is this? How likely is this to happen? So I've got state farm Starless Knight and hollering James. And we will combine all of these ingredients together. We're going to make some corn-beef hash is what we're going to make. Corn-beef hash, delicious breakfast food, corn-beef hash. So first of all, how serious? How about not serious at all? How about not serious at all? That is the E-bay buy now price. But nobody is going to buy now. They're going to haggle. It's not no haggling. They're going to haggle and all that stuff. And this comes down to the GFT, the greater fool theory. That the greater fool theory is you've got to find that the greater fool there's got to be somebody out there that's dumber than us is the greater fool theory. Now since Tom Brady took over the operators have been the dumb dumbs. There's no one dumber than the writers with Tom Brady
calling the shots. So the sales pitch, what is the sales pitch of your Tom Brady? At this point, I believe it would be the state farm slogan from back in the day called the Brady Bunch Discount Double Check. The Brady Bunch Discount Double Check from Tom Brady. Now despite popular opinion by popular people Even with Tom Brady hanging out in Henderson Nevada at the radar building there, you're not getting the godfather offer for Max Crosby's not happening. Now we like to play. I like Max Crosby. Love him on my team, good player and all that stuff. He's an absolute maniac, the way that he plays. It's like he's out there and he just had an entire case of Red Bull and he even chewed on the Ken, like it's bubble gum. That's how he does it. He's about to turn 29 in that business. That's great. You're right in your prime. You got several more years to go and does have some baggage.
Does have some baggage and there's some tread on the tires that's starting to go down a little bit there. The high ankle here. I think I had a knee thing and the what you might call the nicks, the bruises, all that stuff that have popped up. The damage goods sticker, the damage goods sticker. It is there. It is absolutely there for Max Crosby. They are basically auctioning off at this point. They're auctioning off a five star chef. Five star chef that happens to have a bum elbow. So can't lift the porterhouse steak up because the elbow is a little messed up and still a five star chef, but you don't have the elbow can't lift that very pricey porterhouse steak, which is a problem. So unless somebody loses their fricking mind, unfortunately, Jim Urce is not around anymore. He's not around anymore. Unless someone loses their mind, a micaparcin style trade is not
happening. It's not even close. Jim Urce was always that guy that he could go to say, okay, Urce will do it. He killed for a caution. The wind will do it. Now, secondly, keeping the beat going and going and going and going. So the cowboys, the bears, you've got the bills, Patriots, Eagles and Rams, all among the teams that have been mentioned here. So a bunch is a gaggle of teams, gaggle of teams that are supposedly, quote, keeping tabs, keeping tabs on Max Crosby and his availability. So question, you play matchmaker, you play matchmaker, which team, which team would be a good match for Max Crosby of the Raiders on the trading block? Again, the story is, if you're late to the party, bad job by you. I'm going to give you detention. You're going to have to listen to the fifth hour podcast this weekend. But the the storyline is that the Raiders are supposed to trade Max Crosby by the end of the week,
which is just a few days away. So the way I'm going to do is think of it like speed dating for past rushers in honor of Terry in England, who is the person that invented the list. This is not a list. I'm sorry, Terry. I'm not going to do a list. I'm going to do Benny's big board. So on Benny's big board, there are seven, I believe seven teams that are being mentioned here for Max Crosby. So at number seven on Benny's big board, number seven, number seven, that would be the Cowboys. Now, why would I put the Cowboys at the very bottom of the big board? The reason is because the theory is that Max Crosby wants out of Vegas because the Raiders aren't trying to win. The commitment to excrement with the Raiders. I mean, you've seen the Raiders play the last 20 years. Obviously aren't trying to win. If you were trying to win, even the Browns of what I play off game, you know, the Raiders have been irrelevant since the early 2000s. So they're not trying to win. But the Cowboys, are they really trying to win?
Right. So like, that's the Raiders light. All hat, no cattle, Jerry Jones would turn Max Crosby into an ad for perfume. Then you got the Ravens on Benny's big board. Now the Ravens, Lamar's got more mileage than a rental car. You didn't look injured in the last year. Is that the new Lamar or is that just a bad situation? They've got the new coach. So who knows with this guy knows what he's doing. Jesse Minter. So good luck on that. Bears at number five on Benny's big board. They swing with you for you. All right. It was all fired up. You feed me and tree and Chicago. All my guys there in the windy city. They'll fired up and all that. However, now you got to play a tougher schedule. And there's some doom and gloomers out there that Caleb Williams. There's some things underlying things there. So I put the Bears at five Eagles at four. That window, while it's not closed, it's not as high open as it was in Philly. Jaylen Hertz got
some stuff going on there. He's not mobile anymore. And in terms of just passing, he's just a mediocre quarterback in terms of passing. You've got the locker room soap opera, which conceivably would would be gone if Brown has traded. If the AJ Brown has gone, that would change that up. Then at number three on Benny's big board. Number three at Benny's big board. Number three. So they need the bills need more than one guy. Like you'd be the one guy, but they need more than one guy on defense, which is the problem there. In fact, they could you could argue they need two guys on defense and one guy on offense. So that's within. And then at number two, number two, the kill the alarm. Because you can ram it all day and you can ram it all night. The Rams, thanks to the generosity of Rahim Morris. The Rams got an extra first round rap pick. And so got some wiggle room. They can trade one of those picks and get Max Crosby. And Crosby's not going
to get a Micah Parsons offer. You get if you get a first round pick, a late first round pick for Micah Parsons, you do it. So they more like a second round pick. And then at number one, at the very top, the team at the top of Benny's big board for Max Crosby, the New England Patriots. That's the team. Obviously, you got Mike Raible defensive pedigree there. New England, despite being the reigning AFC champions, they sent out a defense that was the starless night when they played in that at super. They don't have a big time superstar on that defense. They don't and you put Max Crosby in there. He becomes the crown jewel, the steak and potatoes and everything else is just microwave leftovers. Everything else is just microwave leftovers. All right. Now final thought to Pittsburgh. We go Pittsburgh PA. And as we wait, our lonely hearts wait for Aaron Rodgers.
What's going to happen? We're there in Rogers. Some other games are news. So I saw this as like, well, this is not a big name. But I think this is one of those ridiculous stories that we get this time of the year. And I love a good, ridiculous story. I like to lean into a good, ridiculous story. So I thought we'd do that right now. So red that not one, not two, not three, not four, not five, six, plausibly NFL teams. I don't know if the Winnipeg Blue Bombers were in there or the BC lines. But I believe six teams, all NFL teams were supposedly interested. They were knocking on the door at the stealer facilities and we don't want terrible towels. We want that that tight end guy, Pat Friarmouth, the tight end. All right. So six teams. And as of now, the story is he's not available. So question. How believable is this report that six teams contacted the Pittsburgh Steelers about tight end Pat Friarmouth and that the stealer said he's unavailable. You can't have him.
So this is just poppycock, right? It's unavailable. Like that's as believable as my guy, hollering James going on a date with a mermaid and then getting chauffeured by a centaur, like the human torso, the horse body and going down to the beach to watch the crack and rise from the ocean. Like, come on. You'd have to be on some really good stuff, some really like jed who fled level stuff there to make that work. It's nonsense. Now, now Friarmouth, here's the issue. He played all year, 17 games. He didn't start all 17, but he played all 17 games. He was targeted 54 times. That is not a featured weapon. It's not that is a background extra. You get paid the daily rate. It's a non-speaking role. 54 catches. Friarmouth was an afterthought in the in the offense there.
And that's supporting actor energy, not even supporting actor. That's extra energies. What that is there? He's the guy holding the boom mic. He's on the crew while the people that are actually in the story are working their magic and all that stuff. And Friarmouth averaged 11.9 yards per catch. We said, pretty good number. It's wonderful. However, again, he's not someone who they focus the offense at. He's a decoy. He's a he's a pigeon. He's a stool pigeon or was a stool pigeon last year. I know they have a new coaching staff and all that, but if you're the bears or the not the package, but the bears or the like the Patriots, uh, teams like that. And if you're the stairs, you dangle, you dangle. You say, all right, here's Friarmouth. He's available. And right now, like, he's not worth more than like a fourth or a fifth round draft pick. That's not that much. So, you can trade him. You're not going to get much in return. But if you're not going to use him, you might as well send him on his merry way and all that. But the whole not
available stuff, like when I hear that, I snicker like a candy bar in the vending machine. I snicker not available. That's infomercial talk. But wait, there's more. But wait, there's more. Every player, every single player is available. If the price is right, every single player is available. A Friarmouth, the tight end for the Steelers. Is he Rob Gronkowski? No. Is he Travis Kelsey? No. Is he about where Travis Kelsey is right now? Is a washed up tight end shirt? Sure. Uh, sure. You know, but he's inventory. And when you're inventory inventory moves, when the offers write inventory moves, it is the Ben Mallor Show. If you would like to be part, you can join us right now. Is that the correct answer? No, uh, Noah Eagle wants you to slap him slap him if he's calling games. He says if I'm calling games in 2077, whoever I'm around at that time has full permission to slap me. Yeah. So I always laugh at these kind of things. I remember when Jim Rome, uh, I was doing the local
radio in LA in the 90s and Jim Rome did an interview and said nobody wants to hear an old guy talk smack. My man Jim Rome who worked here still talking smack as an old dude. You know, still doing it. Life goes pretty quick. You know, he goes, uh, goes pretty fast. So we'll see, we'll see what happens. How old is Noah Eagle? Uh, I think he's in his, I think he's the late 20s. He got the job with the Clippers when he was like a teenager. So I'm in my god. That's already been 10 years or something like that. I think since he's been flapping around and time flies. All right, let's go to the phones. Halloween James is in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Hello, Halloween James. The pause. He stops breathing and then he'll start breathing here in a second. You listen to

That's how you put Jen who fled on. He's a convicted crystal meth dealer praising Donald Trump. Donald Trump is a piece of crap, dude. All right. What are you doing, Scott? Well, you're just very angry. Why are you so angry this week? What is on? What is going on with you? Well, we have a child molester for president brow. All right. Uh, Jen, who fled? Would you like to say anything, Jen, to blind Scott there? Jen. Anything you want to add there to blind Scott? Jen, I think he does a pretty good job. I think you know, I've been no further questions. Your honor. Okay. All right. Nice. Mike DeLepricon is up next. Hello, Mike DeLepricon. Good morning. The full moon is out. The eclipse is in about an hour. The Celtics are winning. I think I actually called the Wusauk

Yes, it works for them. Okay. All right. No. Well, it's a Friday or the Saturday. I think we'll do Friday. I think we do. Well, well, I don't know. No, no, no, no. The Friday is for Boston because we're flying in and then the Saturday is a four o'clock game and you can have the brief meeting greet after it. Oh, so you've already got that. Look at these. I already got this whole thing. Well, I already have a band lined up. So you have a band lined up? What kind of band or what kind of music? Rock and roll. Oh, rock and roll band. Are they good? They're excellent. They're far like you and me. Oh, far like you and me. I'll speak for yourself. I tried to get I tried to get big conditions, but not available. It was only available. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Well, I'm going to do an Ohio meet and greet too. So I'll see I'll see the dictionary at some point here. That's the plan. So we'll we'll make that happen. This is very
exciting here. There's a tentative date and I will double check that and we can confirm that and we'll be good to go. Yes. You can kind of give me a call so I can. All right. All right. All right. All right. We'll figure it out. Like from the hamster wants to be involved. My God. I got you. All right. Big mallermeen or the Boston Mallermeen greek, which will be taking place and not that long. See our cookies because and you read them all and you read them all. I don't eat them all. I mean, I eat some of them. I don't eat all of them. I'm trying not to become as big as I was before. I eat I do enjoy some. Is that a problem? Do you have a problem with me? What's wrong with you? I don't eat sweets, but anyway, can you do not eat sweets? I do. I hate sweets. Really? I don't know. What is that? Who doesn't like sweets?
I'm made. Anyway, I am a rambler. I'm a gambler. I'm a long way from home and if you don't like me, just leave me alone. I leave when I'm hungry and I'll drink when I'm dry. If the moon shines more, kill me. I'll live till I die. Thank you. All right. There you go. All right. What is it? James. Oh, James is gone. I was going to go to James and then James is gone. And then that's all right. We need some contestants here. If you would like to play Mallor's Mountain Money. By the way, the computer I'm using here, it says the battery is getting low. There's no plug. So I'm thinking I'm going to plug this in. I'm going to plug this in right now. Hold on a sec here. Live cover. Live coverage. Just not die. I'm going to plug this in. This is the top computer from. Top computer. 2002. 2002. I see. I think I got it. And he. I got it. Look at that. That is a success story. And we are good to go unless the thing dies. And then the plug
didn't work. But I think it works. I think we're good on that. So are these the guys we're going to have play the game? I don't know. I don't know about that. We'll see. I guess they want a place. So we'll have them play. All right. Let's introduce them real quick here. And let's see. Who do we have? We've got D block in Miami. Hello. D block in Miami. Welcome, sir. Good morning, sir. Happy Tuesday. Happy Tuesday. You're in a year. This is a very important game to me. You're not going to. You're not going to fudge around with this, right? You're going to try. You know your sports. And we have a jed who actually was online to play Malor's money. Hello, jed. Welcome back. I mean, I see the metaphor for Mr. Crepe and tell me. Am I not supposed to stick
