Our number two is ready for you talking pro bouncy ball a historical stat line in South Florida. What is the word for bam out of bio scoring 83 points. The way that he got to 83 points for the Miami Heat against the Wizards. Also is it true that Coach Eric Spolstra and the Heat orchestrated, orchestrated, bam out of bio's historical performance as payback, payback to a franchise legend. We'll talk about that and what should the NBA do about the officiating crew

of Ben Taylor, Pat Flair and Dietrich Taylor after the bam out of bio 83 point conga line to the foul stripe it was a foul shooting jamboree. We'll discuss that and more right now settle in. It's our number two. The heat is on and on and on and on. Welcome in the beginning of another hour of the Ben Mallor Show. We are in the air every where side by side as we wobble, wobble, wobble, wobble, wobble with the wall versus we do. Yeah, coast to coast border to border and beyond on the vast end magnificently powerful microphones of FSR emanating live from the journey, the joyful journey

through the overnight from the world famous Fox Sports Radio Studios. Now Wayne in Duluth reminds us that this hour made possible by our friends at tire rack for over 40 years tire rack has been helping customers like tree in Chicago find the right tires for how what and where they drive ship fast and free which is very important backed by free road hazard protection with convenient installation options like mobile tire installation tire rack.com the way tire buying should be in the cues says hey can you tell me about express employment professionals absolutely shipping the cues. Don't let employee turn over slow you down express employment professionals finds the talent you need to keep productivity on track from the warehouse to the front office express staffs all jobs as it express pros.com today so like going on

we talked earlier about Max Crosby as he is back in the NFL and it's telling the NFL general managers many of them appear to be upset because they know what the Ravens are doing is dirty dirty dirty dirty dirty dirty dirty so we'll talk more about that later on but our lead this hour is from Pro Bouncy Ball. Now you know if you listen to this show on regular basis for us to talk about Pro Bouncy Ball in the month of March something like really crazy has to happen something really really crazy has to be taken place there some kind of accomplishment. Well that happened there was an historic performance and assume you've been paying attention here and you know what we're talking about but there's a chance that maybe you missed it somehow you were not paying attention maybe you're watching the world baseball classic the Italians taking down team you in the world baseball classic not eliminated

the story get to the point please so the story is bam! Bam out of bio who? Bam out of bio the Miami Heat Big Man just your generic NBA Big Man scored let's see how many points do you score 50 points no 55 points double nickels no how about 60 do I hear 65 do I hear 70 from the woman no do I hear 75 75 from the fat guy with the cigar no 83 points bam bam 83 points against the Wizards which I'm told is an NBA team but not really I'm told an NBA team but not really that is the second most points in NBA history let me repeat that last part because it seems somewhat interesting that is the second most 83 points there have only been one person scored more points in an NBA game the goat the greatest of them

all will Chamberlain and now bam out of bio so the story here is he passed Kobe Bryant 20 years ago little over 20 years Kobe Bryant had 81 points against the Toronto Raptors on a Sunday night at the arena then called Staples Center a Ragtag Laker team by double digits at halftime against the Toronto and they won that game and Kobe Bryant ended up with the 81 point performance and so now bam out of bio has passed and not the all-time record will Chamberlain still has the all-time record but considering the reputation or lack thereof of bam out of bio he's had how many games this year with less than 10 points seven and now he goes out and puts up an 80 83 point game yeah but considering that

and also the opponent here and how all of this went down as much as I would love to sit here behind the bully pulpit in the Benny Bright side and just sing sweet little buys about how amazing bam out of bio was and then the I was the problem I watched the game if I hadn't watched the game and I just you know watching the the score and looking at the box or so wow we oh man wow we because that's so exciting but I watched the game that's the problem and so there's a lot of people that are like well this is not a great accomplishment how could this not be a great accomplishment so some trying to diminish the performance so that's a good jumping off point let us discuss the question for the class as we discuss this what is the word

what is the word for Miami Heat Center bam out of bio scoring 83 points the second most in NBA regular season history or playoff history that he did it for the heat what's the word so my observations I've got skid row sleeper cell and checking account and we will combine all of these things together and we are going to make the reading rainbow is what we're going to make so number one number one yeah so my word is deplorable with a capital D as in an absolute jumbo sized basket of deplorable the whole entire thing smells el stinko is the phrase that I will use the Miami Heat

and again this is something if you're not a knowledgeable fan you don't watch ball you don't understand i get it you're like all excited and that's problematic so the heat were up I think it was 25 or 26 points or something like that and the Miami Heat were intentionally fouling the Washington Wizards players on the inbound just so bam out of bio would have more opportunities to get the ball I'm not making this they wanted more possession so the Miami Heat not hack a shack but hack a wizard hack a wizard it's like something from Harry Potter that's what they were doing and i'm supposed to sit here and celebrate that the Miami Heat up 26 are trying to elongate the game so bam out of bio can get a record

my fat ass they also missed foul shots intentionally so again more opportunities missing foul shots on purpose it wasn't basketball it was the dumbing down the dumbing down of the NBA record book did you know the term dumbing down came from Hollywood when they were making movies and if things were too complex the studio executives would say they thought their customers were idiots and so they had to make everything elementary so the term dumbing down is a movie term from early Hollywood anyway look that up i think i'm writing that so you got the wizards the wizards who are one of the many tumbling tumbleweeds of the NBA just kind of floating like a tumbleweed

down the country road not trying to win not trying to win they want lottery balls everyone knows what's going on there's about 13 teams of bakers dozen that are not trying to win in the NBA and they roll out a line up the wizards that look like a collection of middle aged leftovers from a late Saturday at the YMCA that's the Washington coach so many named Brian Keefe he's standing there in the sidelines with this aw shucks look on his oh what do you do come on keep on the wizards now they're culpable as well they did not attempt to double team bam out of bio until midway through the fourth quarter he had over 40 points at halftime last year

because they weren't trying to win the game hello yeah and then it was so comical they were doing three against one so you had three guys guarding bam out of bio and then you had the two other guys on the wizards who were just kind of dancing around I guess that's the the three and two zone and meanwhile while all this is going on on the fourth quarter the game's long over the wizards aren't even trying to win the game they're conceding the game and then you have bam out of bio being force fed the ball like he's Joey Chessnut at the 4th of July hot dog eating contest the glizzy globber just going for it there just trying to attack that is not just a record that is a trip to skid row for the NBA

and when I say skid row I'm talking about our favorite truck driver truck stop fungus who is wearing his tidy whiteies but this is a skid mark is what this is on the NBA does anyone disagree does anyone I see no one raising their hand this is a skid mark on the NBA what bam out of bio did is historic no it is not historic it's synthetic it's kind of like going and walking around on ikea and you know they got all this plays they've got the sofa display section they got the the office section they've got the kitchen section like going into the kitchen section while you're walking around ikea and grabbing one of those plastic apples it's not real but wait there's more now have you heard as we turn the picture have you heard the conspiracy

that is going on with this bam out of bio so you're not okay good so there is a conspiracy theory that what led to bam out of bio having an 83 point performance for the Miami Heat the greatest modern performance Wilts Chamberlain of course a million years ago and back back in the day but at the fact that in the history of basketball bam out of bio his performance here and what he was able to do and how little he had done up until this point six actually 16 points a game I believe was the the number in the history of the NBA in the entire history of league somebody with that kind of stat line goes out there and scores 80 so let's get to the conspiracy through 83 was his number so question is it true that heat coach Eric Spolstra

coach Spolstra orchestrated bam out of bio's historic performance as pay back to a franchise legend developing hot dot dot dot I'm gonna wear my tinfoil hat just imagine I've got a tinfoil hat on a slight that down here nice hat thank you so both Eric Spolstra and bam out of bio in their postgame referenced comments made by flash now not the actual superhero flash the basketball version the guy that has a statue that looks nothing like him outside the arena in Miami the four father of the glory days of the Miami heat Dwayne Wade Dwayne Wade so Dwayne Wade did some interview on a podcast for friends and family recently

and Wade said that he had visited Miami on paraphrasing this but he had visited Miami the heat were missing a star player but to the city and he implied that Miami just wasn't buying into the Miami heat because they did not have that star that got people excited that things were a little sleepy when it came to the heat and by the way Dwayne Wade is not wrong he's not wrong Tyler Hiro and bam out of bio do not move the needle they're a middling team they're a middling team the eastern conference is not very good they're a jack J-A-T just a team that's the Miami heat nevertheless the conspiracy is that that commentary was so upsetting the coach

and to bam out of bio is their former teammate and in case of obviously so that they were upset and these comments were kind of a big deal in that world but that was a big deal so that was a C-T-A situation a call to action situation activating the sleeper cell and the result was what happened in the game on Tuesday night that's it so I buy that I buy that air expulsor now we're opportunists they didn't know going into the game that this opportunity would present themselves I'm not going to go that far to say that this was rigged from the league office however they took advantage of the tomato cans from DC they should really change the

wizard should change their name basketball yeah why not the heat in this game they never trail they never trail in this game the game was over from jump street and despite holding a commanding lead 25-26 points something like that in the fourth quarter the heat did not pull bam out of bio get the most bogus stat line you've ever seen in the history of the NBA the second highest single-game point total in the history of the association and it's all because D-Wade said there's no buzz and the star players don't really do anything for the people who are sports fans in Miami and Wade takes a shot at them and all of a sudden this happens and let me ask you a question here

seriously where the bell the shame bell shame shame the heat culture they have sunk to a new low I know the way this works over time the low information fan doesn't remember the nuance they only remember the outcome they just didn't know and I guess they should have they always failed to mention the fact that there are some context involved in this and it always gets lost over time and I know we talked a lot over the years about the greatest scandal in my life time the cheating, ask 1-1000-2000 calls and I'll bring that up and So I said, those details will vanish over time, then bam out of bio, the ridiculousness of this will vanish. And only certain

people will remember what we all know in the moment. And things, certain things get stored away and other things go away, and they don't make it to that lasting memory. Alright, now final point to the zebras question, what should the NBA do about the officiating crew of Ben Taylor, Pat Flair, and D. Drake Taylor, after the bam out of bio, 83 point congal line to the charity stripe, it was a free throw jam barry is what it was in this game and NBA record for attempts NBA record for make foul shots in this game. So my answer on what the NBA should do with these guys is simple. You send Ben Taylor, Pat Flair, I believe that's his name, and D Drake Taylor, send those guys a box of chocolates and a rule book, an NBA rule book, old school, not on a tablet, an actual rule book, preferably the one they ignored, the one

they ignored in this game. Fowls are judgment calls, you are never supposed to call every foul. You have to be able to let the game breathe. You don't call everything, you have to swallow a whistle at times. That's a grown up referee. These guys have a bunch of amateurs, a bunch of amateurs, right? These schmendrix, the three horsemen of the NBA statistical apocalypse out there galloping through the game with whistles blazing, right? That's like they just discovered a new toy. We let's call a foul. We oh, somebody breathed on bam out of bio foul. Oh my god, someone's in his same zip code. Call a foul dumb dums. Bam out of bio didn't just get to the foul line. He opened a checking account at merchants bank, even SGA thought that was egregious. What happened to that game? Even even shade yoga, Alex, and it's like, oh my god, you're a you're a merchant. It's ridiculous. 36 of 43 from the foul line. That

is not a stat line. That is a membership plan. A Costco membership is what you got. All kinds of records were absolutely vaporized here. And yet, if you're honest, out of bio, again, he didn't do it alone. The Washington Wizards were part of this. They're incompetence. The coach with the aw shucks body language. I don't know what to do. And then you've got the referees over there that were like the lookout person and the getaway driver. That was the referees and Washington, just any kind of, if a little bit of sweat got on, bam, that was a foul. If one of the guys on the Wizards checked out a hot girl in the crowd, that was a foul. The whole thing. So using mal or math, and I watched the entire second half, I didn't watch a second of the first half, but watched the entire second half, 65 percent of the foul calls were softer than a marshmallow in July in Arizona. Okay. And so yes, the league, why not you

investigate everything else? Not that anything's going to come at this, but you might as well investigate it. It was so bad that it made you think that something funny was going on. Yeah, I know the NBA not don't really care about credibility anymore, because of load management and got coaches advocating for less games because the players are soft and all this is embarrassing. But the message should be simple. Stay in your lane. Now, is it possible that they just got carried out carried away in the moment? Do you think somebody from the mob got a hold of them? I don't know what it was. I've no idea. Just look so shady that it makes you wonder. And there have been games where people have fixed stats and whatnot. And that's going on right now. So it's the kind of thing that makes you go, hmm, wonder what that's all about? It is the Ben Mallor Show. In the meantime, you can call in right now, 877 99 on Fox on X at Ben Mallor, that's at Ben

Mallor, if you'd like to be part. Roger, Roger, what's our vector can say a little Lorraine, the FSR tech queen high bell, do not talk to me, or else I'll talk to HR and right over there Koopa loop at all Bronco fan, that's a Bronco fan, your comments can and will most certainly be used against you by the Mallor militia. Thank you for understanding. Alright, back to what we go, Mallor prop guy writes, and he says Al Fergdog and I are proud endorsers of tire rack. However, we feel as if the NBA has some explaining to do since this fine company got trapped in a sponsoring a play of the day segment for a total sham of a game. Yeah, I can't get over the fact that I'm watching, I'm watching some of these highlights, I watch the game and then you watch some of the highlights back. And he just like all these guys are buddies, they all played AAU together, they all hang out together in the offseason, whether you know, East Coast

guys go to Miami, the West Coast guys go to LA and they just hang out, have a fine time and they don't seem to like nobody on the wizard, so maybe we should do something here and send a message to bam out of bio. And it's just like, no, we want to do it. And I cannot get over the fact that the Miami heat kept fouling the Washington wizards when they had a 2526 point lead. So bam would get more possession. Cooper thoughts. I think it's a disgrace. It's, it's a new low. Is it not a new low for the NBA? And people say we take shots at the NBA, but do they not provide us the material to take shots? Coop is this, I mean, where are we supposed to do? We're supposed to sit here and say that's legit. That's not legit. No, it's, it's disgusting. Exactly. And then I get called names like I'm the bad guy or something like that. I'm a hater. So I'm just supposed to sit here and be like I'm on the payroll for the NBA and everything's great. And everything's wonderful. My fat ass. And like bam out of

bio of all people. Bam out of bio. Bam out of bio. What would be the, what would be the football equivalent? It's like, it's like if, if Geno Smith through 52 touchdowns. Well, that kind of remember that Nick didn't nick falls have like so. Yeah. So bam out of bio is the nick falls of the NBA. Like seven touchdowns for the Eagles. Wasn't that against the Raiders or something like that? I remember we talked to you know, that was a long time ago, but I remember you happened about that. Yeah, there's the comp. We figured out the comp. We figured out the comp right there. It's bam out of bio and nick falls side by side. It's just so crazy. It on every level. It's crazy. The 36 foul shots, the most enemy history, most foul shots attempted. And he joined a real Chamberlain's the only players with 20 field goals and 25 foul shots. Indicate passes Colby Bryant passes him by. And we

mentioned seven games this year for the heat where he had less than 10 points. Seven of them with less than 10 points and he goes out and then the perfect storm of events and the Dwayne Wade thing, which is a nice little wrinkle and all that. But here's the stat, the mother of all stats. I'll give it to you right now again for more pen attention. So bam out of bio, the heat was averaging 16 points per game in his career, entering the game on Tuesday night, he put up 83 points. No other player in NBA history has scored at least 60 or more points than his career average entering the game. So that had never never happened until it happened. And now now it's happened. So late night drug tester writes in says, let me get this straight. The NBA cancels a night celebrating a strip club because it could be offensive yet a player getting a score sheet like that was it was like an all-star game. That's okay. Yeah, yeah, that pretty much. Very similar. Trucker Joe,

you got to have a fall guy. Trucker Joe writes in says, I lost a day of pay because of the recycle plastic blank. Never again. Well, I hauled this blank. I had to do trailer washout and it still smells like took us. Well, if it makes you feel any better trucker Joe, it also looks like took us. It also looks like took us. So it's not good. Not good. I lean in San Francisco says weed man hippie could have gotten me Miami heat a buzz. Yeah, they'd sign weed man. That would have been a lot of buzz. Yeah, absolutely. Ferg dog says I agree with everything you said, Ferg dog says I agree with everything you said, Ben, but I'm still having a hard time not thinking I just witnessed the second greatest basketball performance of all time. The basketball Hall of Fame should induct Bam out of bio. Immediately throw out that fraud and muffin McGraw. You know, less than 50% from the field. Yeah, yeah, he's the first player ever to score over 70 points and

shoot less than 50% from the field. He's trash. Bam out of bio. Bam, so ridiculous. I still the video. I should haunt people that work in the NBA. Like they don't seem to care. Like they were falling up by 30. So bam on a bio would get more opportunities. Like, like what are you doing? It's disrespectful to Kobe. Let's be honest. Exactly. Kobe right now is rolling over in his grave. They're a new port beach. It's a very upsetting. Alfie, alien oponors says I don't know. By the way, I've been to the cemetery where Kobe was buried. How about that fun fat cooped? You know that? Yeah. That's it. Well, even I haven't done that. Well, I was there for a, yeah, I don't know if I need to say who who had died, but I went to a funeral and I looked up, you know, when you go to a cemetery, I go to a, you were there to visit Kobe. No, I was definitely not there to visit Kobe. Uh, but however, I did know Kobe before he became Kobe when he was like a rookie and nobody talked to him because he, you know, he was, he was, um, remember that was serious against the Utah Jazz when he didn't play very well. Dale Harris, remember that there was a, he didn't not play

particularly well. They had Eddie Jones who was playing anyway. But I was there and I drove up and, and Kobe's got the plot at the very top. Like he's got his own, like, um, mausoleum house thing at the very top at this cemetery and new port beach there right on the border of Irvine, by the way. And, uh, yes, I drove up there and it's like gated. Oh, yeah, you can see it, but you can't get real close to it. You know, it's like a private part. And I'm like, that's a lot of money to spend on a, uh, on a mausoleum. Like, you know, that's, that's got to be primed. So I'm a hill and looking over the Pacific Ocean. That's expensive. And now I should have a mansion at a graveyard. I gotta tell you, if one of my relatives was buried in a cemetery, I, I'd like want to get an apartment there. Like it's really nice. Like I'd like, you know, he's, he wouldn't mind, you know, just get like a kitchen in the bed and bathroom and just kind of chill out. Drop off little offerings every day. Yeah. Uh, Alf, the alien of Piner says, I don't know what galaxy Adam silver comes from, but there's not a snow cones chance in Miami that he

investigates these shenanigans. Why, we agree on that. Oh, look, me and Alfred hanging out at a, at a game, look at that. We're buddies there. Oh, that's great. And you got a tinfoil hat on too. That's outstanding. Yeah. Uh, trucker Joe says Dwayne Wade forgot the biggest star resides in Miami hell, even bigger than him. Well, that's a, that's a messy take by you. That is a messy take by you. Is where I score the phones and we'll say hello to Lucky Tony, who's up next. Hello, Lucky Tony. Welcome. More hot muffin talk, any nickels? Thanks, Ben. Andrew is in Bakersfield. Hello, Andrew. What's up, Ben? I just want to speak on Kobe. I was at the game when he scored 81 points, and it was majestic. It was magic. It came out of the blue, okay? And this out of, out of bio, he should have taken himself out of the game.

The magic are soft and they need to be ashamed of the, no, the, I agree. The magic are soft. Were they, was that not the team that played my, what was your class? Ladies and gentlemen, this calls sums up all of the Ben Mallow show. You're calling up to rip the Orlando magic. The Orlando magic is who you're ripping, is that correct? You said the Orlando magic. You just said the Orlando, that's rip the Orlando magic. That's more fun. Wizards use magic, my friend. So it's not not the, without the basketball wizards. They don't, they don't use any magic. Okay, the wizard. Oh, it is so embarrassing. My God. What does have? I still love the NBA. What has happened to the game? I loved my God. I spent so much of my life watching basketball. I went to games. You realize I go to 80 games a year in the NBA and it's just terrible. Why did it get this bad? I can't believe why Leonard

ruined the NBA. That is incorrect. It's bad take that is Greg Poppamich who ruined the NBA and Adam Silver was not the commissioner. That was that was David Stern who realized he had the foresight that the dead David Stern. He realized that this was going to ruin our product and he attempted to be the grown up in the room. He attempted to punish the San Antonio Spurs. He did punish the San Antonio Spurs and then he left office and then Adam Silver came in there from wherever he came from, whatever lizard planet he came from and he just said, okay, do whatever you want boys. Well, we don't care. In fact, he agreed that load management was the way to go. My God. So my friend and I were walking through the streets going back to my car. I was in the sober driver. No, I don't care. All right. I don't care. I don't I don't care. I'm sure it was going to be a fascinating story. Yeah, just like his Orlando Magic take, it was going to be fascinating. So good. So good. Well, I love this. Bobon Marjanovich, whose gigantic he became a student journalist, sneaking into the Yukon women's basketball news conference.

Bobon is about 10 feet tall and weighs about 700 pounds. There's the former and I love the he's cool. Looks like a cartoon character, but some funny funny clips of Bobon trying to be a student journalist there. Oh man, that big trying to sneak sounds comical. Exactly. Very funny. Comedy gold. Time now though for the Insta trivia. blank was the first tight end in NFL history to record three consecutive seasons with at least a thousand receiving yards. That way the weasels that are in management will leave me alone. That's at Ben Mallor Show on YouTube. All right, back to it. Time to have for the Insertrivia Blank was the first tight end in NFL history to record three consecutive seasons, with at least a thousand receiving yards. That is the question. What is the answer? Let's see. Does anyone know? Kathy Lee Gifford from Keyline Pie Bobby in Florida, Kevin Ware from Andy and Lionel Lakes. Who else? Uncle, baby Billy from Alfie, Daniel Piner. Who else have a Jody Comer who's 33 today, guess by late night drug tester, Jim Mad Dog Manditch from Rob the goat man, Butterbeen from Trucker Joe. I met Butterbeen at Dodger Stadium. He was a go algae crumpler from Eek and Rose, O'Minnesota. Who else we have Fox Sports Radio's Provost for the World Baseball Classic? What say you will rain up? Merlin! No, the correct answer is Fox commentator and former Carolina Panther tight end Greg Olson.

Greg Olson is the answer. It's Mallor. How about that? To the third degree. This is one big bet gets grail. Go, Balu. The Arizona Cardinals signed quarterback Gardner Minchew on Monday and now Minchew joins Jacobi Berset and Keaton Slowvis. Why do you say it like that? It's a question mark. That's the only quarterbacks on the roster. Ben, do you think the Cardinals signed Minchew to be Calamary's replacement or are there still moves to be made? Yeah, well they don't have a replacement. I like Gardner Minchew but he's made me look like an idiot. It's fair to say the Cardinals are running a low and they're not trying to win Coupe. This is a sign you're not trying to put a winning team together when you have that quarterback room by your Cardinals season tickets. Next, Jags White Receiver Brian Thomas Jr had an outstanding rookie season but came crashing back down to Earth last year. It's now being reported that the Jags are listening to offers for the White Receiver. Ben eating Jacksonville's giving up on him too quickly or was last year more than just a sophomore slump.

All right, so the way this goes Coupe, the rumors pop off that Brian Thomas Jr is going to be traded. Then the Jags and I, then the rumors pop up again, then they deny it. And so they did deny this round. But if someone's willing to meet the asking price, it's kind of like an auction, right? If you meet the minimum, the requirement, you get the player. So it's absolutely there's a shot. He gets traded between now and the draft and I don't think it's giving up on him. I think he's got issues. Next, this is funny timing but the other day, Steve Kerst said over the weekend that the NBA needs to rethink how the games being officiated. It's offensive players have too much freedom with their off-arm, puts defenders in impossible positions. Ben, is he right? I think they need a lot of soul searching at the NBA Coupe. I think they need a come to Jesus moment. I hope this band-out-of-bio thing was the moment. How did we do? You passed us in. That is a win! I won! I won! I'm a winner! Wow, all right.
