Brace ourselves for this. Delicious. Oh, man. It hits every time. I know. So good. This one is titled Bad Advice and a Love Letter to Sarah and Vinnie. And it is very sweet. It's sad. This is this is not a super awesome problem. But they do slurp us. But they do slurp us. So it's true. Right. And it's actually really, it's very sweet the way she ties her life in with her experiences with us. It's really nice. So here we go. Bad advice. Long story short, my dad has late stage dementia. He's at the point where he has had a hard time communicating. He's irritable, paranoid and can be vicious when he's lucid, but also needs around the clock care for his safety. It's been extremely taxing on our family, especially our mom, who is the main caregiver. He will most likely be moved to a memory care facility in the next couple of weeks, which is the right answer for everyone. But it is so tough.

I thought that I had dealt with my grief of slowly losing him over the years, his personality, his love and his memory, but picturing him in a facility by himself is incredibly heartbreaking. I've been trying to throw myself into hobby, see friends try to keep myself busy, but it's a weird feeling to grieve someone who is mentally gone, but still physically here. I know this show has been through so much over the years. Sarah dealing with her cousin's ALS, Vinnie losing his dad, Maddie losing his brother, and more. However, you all cope with grief and loss, any guidance on how to get through this. So let me get to the love letter part and then we can take on her grief. Side note and love letter. My dad and I used to listen to the show. So this is the dad who's suffering with dementia. My dad and I used to listen to the show since the beginning. He would drive me into the city for school. We felt like there was so much overlap in our lives at the show. We used to live in Mill Valley. My dad also worked for the airline, so we were able to fly standby. My dad was a big surfer in his day, really felt connected to Vinnie, and overall he thought you all were hilarious. As the years went on, my parents moved out of

the state. I continued to listen throughout the years during COVID. I spent a lot of time with her dad on road trips, and I would turn on your show. He would say, they sound so familiar. Because he was losing it. He said, they sound so familiar and we're still laughing and commenting along with you all. Sometimes he'd roll his eyes and say, oh, no, not these people again. It would be listening closely and smiling throughout the show. Unfortunately, the default to negativity apparently is a huge side effect of dementia, according to her. But I would remind him of the commonalities you all have. And he always enjoyed it and felt connected to you all. Thank you all for the memories I was able to share with him. I know this is going to be a hard chapter for me, but I'll keep listening to you all as my comfort show. Grief is really personal. And it is incredibly difficult. My grandfather also declined and didn't know who we are. And that's a really common experience for a lot of people. There is nothing for it. It's time. And

when you start to be depressed about it, the only thing I would suggest is I've learned to do a redirection thing that I do for a lot of things in my life. Because I'll spiral down bad thoughts and I was taught to have a group of things that are pleasant to think about and start cycling through that list. Like put yourself on that list. Think of wonderful things about your dad, things that you love, memories that you had, even the story that you shared about us, that's so sweet. Like, oh, geez. Find ways to redirect. You can't get past grief. There is no quick fix for it in my opinion. But find strategies to help yourself remember the good stuff and not the terrible stuff. Because it, I mean, into every rain, into every life, some rain must fall. Like we all lose people. We all go through this stuff and it's terrible to watch someone decline like that. And the whole grieving before someone's even gone is a, it's real. Like that is to know

that someone's going and you're in your way, you're lucky to have those times and maybe here and there you do get a peak at your old dad. But for me, it's time and a strategy for finding, finding positivity when you start to spiral. Vince, yeah. So I would say Sarah nailed a couple things perfectly there, which is this is a normal part of aging. Like the worst scenario is your dad had to grieve your loss as a young kid. Like that's not the way. This is the way. So that's one thing is that this is the, it's happening in the correct order. The other thing is you, I believe this about almost all humans, let yourself feel it. You do have to feel it and you do have to grieve it using alcohol. Like I think you have to have coping mechanisms and skills to pull out of that. Yeah. In order to get your work done each day and in order to get to sleep at night.

But I also think you need to feel it. You don't do yourself any good. Being in denial or finding way negative ways to cope with this like booze or drugs or whatever. So I have some people that can be like an automatic turn to right for sure. Here's how I cope with this. The other thing I will say is that I just had a friend go through this and I know his mom because we all grew up together in the same neighborhood and his mom was racked with guilt. Racked with it just because she was dealing with this person who could no longer make good decisions would walk off and there would they need to be lost and they'd have to go find him and it was just one of those things where he went. I needed a cookie and then he forgot what he even wanted to cook. Like it's just the amount of stress she was under. And yet she didn't want to send him to a place

where he could be looked after and she held out as long as she could. You have to not feel guilty for needing the help to keep this person from her harming themself, harming someone else. Yep. Like you just have to be do what you can to be so that you don't come back to it and go I wasn't there for him at the end like visit him. Yep. You can visit him. You don't need to visit him every day with every waking minute, but visit him. Right. But this is one of those things where the guilt is I think that's a huge part of your thing. Don't want to put their people into places where they feel like they're not at home. I'm they're not getting cared for by someone that loves them. It's sometimes it's the best choice for everyone. So while I'm saying that you this is all normal. It's all stressful. It's all part of this process where you are you are a family and you love someone dearly. You also have to look at I don't know is the mom did she say her mom still

her mom is caring for her. She says here's what she said about it. The our mom is the main caregiver. He's most likely going to a memory care facility in the next couple weeks. So the other thing is and I believe this because I watch my mom go through this and I watched my friends mom go through this is you have to be there for her too. She's losing her life partner and watching him deteriorate and experiencing the most stress of her entire life. The grief distress pressure. So the guilt while you get to have your own grieving period you also need to look after your mom and that's another thing that will help you yes by helping her and maybe talking talking through it with her is helpful for both of you. That's nice. I think you too nailed it. I couldn't add anything if I wanted to. I'm very sorry. Yeah that's a bummer that you're going through this. This is that is it's terrible. This too shall pass. Time will pass. You'll

just you know remember the good times and thank and actually thank you for sharing it with us because that was I sort of loved thinking that she's doing a road trip with her dad who's declining and he hears us like for the first time. These guys put this these guys again. No it's very uh that actually is an important um bad advice despite not being about backdoor or anything it was it's we all experience this it's all something we go through and we all need to be reminded that there's there's normalcy and everyone is experiencing this same kind of stuff and I think it's good because we should care about each other as humans like you really don't ever know what someone is going through in their personal life and it's a good room just to be a little more gentle with each other and just be a try to try to be a considerate thoughtful person. I think that watching kids play it they don't do it as much but I remember myself

experiencing that you go you something would happen your shoe comes off whatever times out times times life should freaking have that where you are in the midst of a divorce or a declining you know parents health or whatever whatever you can't work today yeah and we don't really have that I mean we kind of have some plays ways you can take a leave but it's brutal to go live a day when you are experiencing the loss of your dad that's very difficult I know and experiencing it for such a long time like the dementia is just the worst I think we all really fear I fear that I I fear it for my husband my parents for you know everybody's it's for myself I it's to lose yourself is incredibly difficult and to you actually put it really well with the mom is losing in the process of losing her life partner the person that she was going to go off into the

sunset and listen the the feelings just because I know what my friends mom went through the feelings of frustration she would have also brought her guilt like I can't handle this it's too much and I feel terrible but I also can't drop him off at some place and drive away right and that is creating incredible stress in the partner's life nine two five says I lost my dad to dementia five weeks ago it's called the long goodbye because we've really been losing him for a long time I made the most of my time with him walked play games whatever I could to make his days better it's so sad and hard so cry let it out only time will hear you Vinnie nailed it all right this next one is interesting it's kind of like a what's going on here situation well I'll tell you and then I feel like I feel like that's ultimately what her question is here like what's going on here in investigation we shall launch a little bit it is it here we go

hi sir of any Maddie and Bob Maddie we're hoping is back on Monday I randomly found the secret show podcast on Apple about 15 years ago and now I'm a loyal listener through podcasts from SoCal that's amazing I love that me too here's my situation I've had a crush on this guy for over 10 years he was a vendor that would come into my work weekly we would occasionally text once every few months just to say hi during that time so just a just a guy who came by will place that she worked and they somehow exchanged numbers body block last October he sends me and I miss you as a friend text we went to lunch a total of two times in the last 10 years so since we started texting in October I told him in November that I had a crush on him for 10 plus years and this made this yeah this made him speechless so he reaches out I don't know if there was a lapse between I had a

crush on a guy for 10 years vendor came to my work we would occasionally text last October he sends this I miss you as a friend text maybe something changed in one of their work lives or whatever so he texts her so and it says here we went to lunch a total of two times in the last 10 years I don't know if that means while while they were seeing each other a vendor at work yes so we started texting since October I told him in November that I've had a crush on him for 10 plus years this made him speechless but he told me he was not going to start any kind of relationship because he was badly hurt during his last one during the pandemic oh his girlfriend got pregnant and married to someone else because he would break quarantine so he wouldn't go see her and so she just started seeing someone else and then got pregnant and married and moved on with her life he lived with family who was highly susceptible to COVID so he didn't want to get them sick he doesn't want to break he doesn't want to go to it wasn't like they could go move in together or anything so he

couldn't leave he didn't want to expo potentially expose his family to that he says he thought she was the one like this girl that married another guy and for me right he values our friendship and doesn't want to hurt me but he's open for friends with benefits if I'm willing I told him no okay thank god here is the part I'm confused with ever since November so a few months now we have texted and talked on the phone almost daily he's invited me to his apartment almost every weekend just his friends and we've been just talking at his place nothing romantic has happened other than him hugging me and not letting go after he drank a little too much he's told me he will not make a move on me because our friendship is valuable I've told him I won't make a move either although I think I made the first move by saying I have a crush on him go go stand off I've ever know if she goes over to his apartment every weekend she told him she has a crush and he

and they're actually clearly are talking about this like I'm not gonna make a move on you our friendships too valuable so she says here's her thing it's like what's going on here am I crazy for continuing this situation ship for this long should I just punt this guy is there something else going on that I can't figure out I need some bad advice thanks h y g l with lots of o f o c confused in so cal that's hope you get laid and overwhelming feelings of concern for anybody new to the show really listener like for real yeah that's nice so this is a person who you told you had a crush on you're now going to his apartment every weekend and he wants to do a friend's with benefits things so you so there's a there's an attraction yeah but he's all I'm not going to make a move he's not ready he has to deal with the pain from his last relationship and he's not ready to get into something new and he and neither want to get both

blowing their weekends they're not going they're not going to find anybody else while they're doing this I mean in the end I tell you what's going to happen you're going to make a move and it's going to be a friends with benefits things that's what he wants because that allows him to hold you at arm's length and not get over his other person and you're going to be doing the thing you didn't want to do just banging someone with no commitment and you're going to keep getting feelings and he's going to have feelings too but he's not going to be able to commit to you because he hasn't dealt with yeah I don't I don't think you can change this guy no I don't think you should enter into trying to fix him he needs to figure that out on his own if this is taking you away from dating other people and taking your energy away from every weekend yeah but also it so could be a great friendship yes and maybe she says I don't want to not be friends anymore but I also need to move on with my life and I feel like I'm in a weird limbo like could you say I'm not going

to come hang over here every weekend I just I told you I have feelings I'm going to take a step back and then maybe he realizes she she I miss her or maybe he doesn't right and then you also have your answer that is definitely the strong wise independent woman thing to do hard to do them it's impossible to do in my opinion I just can't help it I know when you like someone you just want to be around them yep all right Vince I think you punt I think you punt and I think that this is one of those scenarios where he's been up front and you didn't take him like letting you know straight up because you like him but he you will somewhere down the line if you continue through this process to end up as a friend with benefits and now you're trying to wrestle him into a real relationship but he's still pulling this like I told you I told you but he did told you he

did tell her and she pushed through that because people do not listen it's not that she didn't listen it's that she wants this other thing and she feels like she can you know yes wear him down but that's why would you want a scenario where you've worn a guy down and he is a guy and so he is ultimately you know gonna he wants to he already said that to you he what he offers we can do without anything else and I feel like that is the common move for dudes today it's very common it's like I was talking to you about that girl in New York where every guy that she was dating as a friend of Christina's every guy this girl dated as soon as she put anything on him in like the slightest like a piece of rice size need guys go I'm gonna do that I'm gonna say anybody go somewhere with you that I don't want to go nah that's not happening you can make it

I'll just lose you bring it to my house you know put it down on me and then get out that I'm in for but the you have you need something for me nah this is what he's setting up on you and I don't think he's a bad guy but this whole like I'm I'm broken from this okay no do let him be broken oh him being just do not help him through this you will end up in the end burnt and going I wasted X amount of time of my life and and he told me yeah he doesn't have that for me but I kept I persisted and I you know we've seen so much romance sort of story lines in our life and I'm as guilty as anybody I want the guy to get the girl and I want everyone to be happy I want the ending to me you know with the sunset in the background and the two lips touch happily ever after nothing ever went wrong again no I just don't yeah I just don't I feel like

you're setting yourself up for that down the line two years later I did this to myself two wasted years later too like get just just move on yeah but you're you want more than that so you're not until you can he's made his needs clear you should make yours I need more than that I already said no to the friends with benefits thing call me if you want to date me yeah for a wait says he's just not that into her for one five says he's keeping her on the hook and she needs to punt nine to five says sorry Bob he just wants to hook up COVID was so long ago I know I know I think that there are guys who think this and it's working maybe it's like romantic that he can't let go of his first law or this love that he had it's not romantic he needs to work through that yeah not drag so you're gonna be hung up on that the rest of your life punt bad advice 973 at gmail.com we would love to take on your problem see how I think we

just really help some people today I feel good about it it's fantastic all right baby what's coming up in the news I have uh uh is it wrong it definitely it's what you don't know yet always is after these oh my god that's a great idea you're waking up with Sarah and Vinnie wait for Alice 973 all morning run away run away Alice 973 Sarah and Vinnie Alice morning show it's Friday my San Francisco bake office takes an extra delicious gift today check out the Alice 973 Instagram for video reels and pictures from the Sarah and Vinnie morning show daily our Bob is hard at work over there and links are there to all our personal profiles what's up everyone this house report is brought to you by the Sarah and Vinnie podcast listen to the Sarah and Vinnie full show podcast on Odyssey also Apple podcast Spotify and wherever you get your podcasts yeah writer

earlier said they found us on randomly found the secret show 15 years ago it's wonderful yeah I love we just did bad advice and there were a ton of emails or a text as you'd expect so the numbers 804 3697 Bob is here to read a few of your contributions 408 says Vinnie is right we if we actually listen to somebody when they tell us their truth we would have so much less heartbreak 510 says he's not into her other than a hook up he will soon meet someone else and move on she should move on now 510 she needs to move on the pandemic was 6 years ago he needs help moving through difficult things in life with therapy as he doesn't have a strong something I don't know and but one on the other side 408 says that relationship bad advice was my story as well it started out as friends turned into friends with benefits then I told him I had feelings and ultimately told him I couldn't be just friends it would be best if we went our separate ways that was 22 years ago we've

been married now for 20 years yeah that's a different generation of people though that's long enough ago that there's a totally different reality for young people or young single people today yeah they're very quick to pun well but every situation is fraught with its own stuff you know if somebody it has gotten feelings and you've said this before like when you get intimate with someone you've made a decision to do that and you you catch feelings well and so personally I'm corny I absolutely will like someone if we do it I mean unless something goes horribly wrong I'm that guy that's I there's people I've met women I've met who I'm there like no because they know I'm not going to be I won't be well well that was fun want to hang out tomorrow that's how I am yeah I'm saying that there are all kinds of people out there so I mean

we I don't think we can make a sweeping generalization as to how this guy might ultimately react I just think she needs to consider herself first she's upset about this in a way that has made her reach out to a radio station like I feel like and I agree with the person who said he does he's not that into you he's off of friends with benefits he's gonna find somebody else you're gonna really get hurt because you're holding out hope the fact that she's going there every weekend to this guy's house means that she she's gonna get hurt in this so I think be preemptive that's what I that's what I think too that's what we said protect yourself don't try to this guy told you don't waste any more time with this guy told you if he if you stop wasting time with him and then he realizes I don't think I can live without you I I feel like maybe I do have more feelings let's explore it's really a thing that happens probably in a lot of relationships where someone is who they are and you think it's charming or cute or you ignore it or you think I'll

change that and then down the road it ultimately drives you crazy and you find yourself going I've always been that's always been the case I've always told you exactly who I am what I do where I go what I how I spend my time and now you're mad that I play poker every Wednesday night with the boys right I don't do that but you know what right but whatever whatever it is whatever whatever whatever is now bothering you to the point where you really need to make a stand if they told you about it yeah and you accepted I'm not over this person I'm not looking for anything with you but I can offer friends with benefits take them at face value that's not good enough for you get out of there he would love some pre-sex hmm who wouldn't yeah I'd be fine with no pre-sex well but it's yeah I mean I really feel like sometimes in we've said this before with that advice too because actually even though we just started recently doing it on the main air for years we did this on the secret show and so often the answer to your question is right in your

email like you've you've presented the fact that this guy is just not he's not the one for you there's someone good out there for you and you deserve that agreed speaking about there the weather is epic today as we broadcast from downtown San Francisco studio nine the view is bright blue and sunny so I hope you're seeing that already and if you're not that's what you will see today a nice day isn't wrong Sarah I will be curious to see what you think of this this could be considered very good business practice a smart in in almost every way okay let's hear it a new Jersey Girl Scout troop has taken cookie sales to new heights as they have set up shop

right outside a popular cannabis dispensary that's not wrong South Jersey based troop recently teamed up with daylight dispensary to sell their beloved cookies at the cannabis shop this cookie season to the people who are there to buy do be weed yeah and then they can double up and get some snacks on their way to their car am I like hallucinating this is that a box of Samoa's okay how much for that how much are they now I think seven dollars I think a box yeah the yeah they were four dollars for a long time and I was thinking they can't be four dollars anymore I remember them being 450 oh but I paid seven I will gladly pace oh you got some last weekend oh yeah is it that's is it that season I guess so yeah it's on that's the story is not this is from today you you use cannabis you get the munchies daylight dispensary owner Steve Cassidy says

there's a connection between snacks and cannabis and the fact that we don't have to pretend that doesn't exist anymore is really awesome I wonder if they have like a whole snack counter in all the in all these dispensaries like if you know there's bagsy chips and M&M's and stuff well in some cases haven't they turned beverages and food into dooby weed oh yes so there's also the mixing of the two like this cookie will actually get you high hmm here's a great brownie for you just to tip but that here's the problem with the brownies in my humble opinion it's brownie I don't eat the whole thing yeah right the dosage the dosage sketchy yeah well anyway I didn't I don't necessarily think it's wrong but I you are putting well you're putting your kid outside of this sensory it's like putting your kid outside a bar they're not in there who I mean yes it's

somewhat questionable but they're they're to raise money for this great organs organization I think it's fine I think it's fine too but I definitely don't leave them there alone I grew up getting my as a young man this is in high school I would go to a place I lived in Irvine I would drive to Santa Ana where we knew the drughouses to be and I would go to a drug house and buy dooby weed from them so it does and while it's legal that's a drughouse it's just funny as I'm looking at like the world that I grew up in going to take your life and it was so sketchy like I can't even buy a bag of a 16 year old walking into a drughouse today these were places where guys hadn't showered for days why would we shower we're just and there's no furniture and they're just sitting there like staying mattresses on the floor it's all like a picture I like to think of my daughter like walking into one it's tough so I have some some baggage associated with drughouses but of course

it's not wrong sell your cookies but don't just drop your nine year old off in front of the dispensary like you know that's the thing about the when they set up in front of the safeway or whatever and the mom is looking at you like come on man the kids for the kids right I feel a lot of pressure for that I'm surprised John doesn't come home with more maybe eat some other way home and I just don't get any guys certainly seen and I know everyone has seen that person who just wants to be alone in their car outside the grocery store and eat their ice cream I don't know if they're falling off their diet or they just this is their version of booze like the thing they need now is some Ben and Jerry's and then you just see him going in the in the car they go oh they're having a hard day yeah or they're steamy or they're blowing their diet sure one or the other that's their lunch I'm having an ice cream for lunch what judge me

having one of those kind of days United is going to be doing something united airline sorry I should say they've updated their policy to give themselves the right to refuse service to passengers who listen to audio or watch videos without headphones oh that means and look I get that's an airplane's very different from the beach but there are those people who want you to hear what their song choices are and they'll play them loudly and you hear that at the beach where you're just like we don't all need to hear this yeah like I'm just turn it down a little I love for you to enjoy it but I can feel that base in my teeth like I get it but I also would like you to get it can I relax yeah I'm here at the beach now family that is still just a beach day and you're never going to stop that but in trapped

in the in the airplane yeah yeah I don't want to hear your TV show that you're watching that's hysterical I don't yeah I'm trying to read yeah so united has changed their rules that means if you're blasting audio or being a jerk and being a jerk about it they reserve the right to boot you from the plane oh no refund and they can even ban you from flying with them in the future so this goes for the movies you watch the TV you watch and the music you listen to just round dog it man oh put your headphones on well yes I mean that would be the obvious answer that's all they're asking of you yeah no in and enclosed space like that you have major issues if you're playing your stuff out loud yeah yeah even just talking on like a we take the airporter from the airport all the time and there you are and you're you know you go and two or you're coming from it and someone is just four or five seats behind you talking at just more than full volume on the phone

about their trip and oh my god I can't wait to tell y'all it's like we want to just tell them now you're you're disturbing everyone you know what that doesn't really bother me really now totally bother I just I'm like I got you grating me I just want I'm on a bus just be quiet the out loud conversation bothers me too hmm hmm hmm like no yeah stop it you're you're headed there way yeah be there as soon as the bus gets there okay I'll see you the bus not pick up what car are you bringing I don't know you get to see a little glimpse into someone's life and I got my AirPods anyway so I can't even really hear them okay yeah I guess I'm there but you know what thing I really don't mind and in fact I like when somebody's playing their music out loud not super loud but I'm on a walk and then someone passes me and they're playing their own music out loud and I just get a little glimpse into their vibe I like that yeah I guess as long

as they're not you know sitting next to you on a on a plane while you're trying to sleep right that's psychotic hmm this next story I'm gonna tell you how I I had to work to the point where I have the whole picture a restaurant in California is getting backlash for a logo they created with the help of AI okay the backlash was to the point where they had to change the logo they'd chosen and now I've gone with simple type written words in order to please the people who gave them crap for their logo so I went all right I got a dig into yeah I want to know what's this what's the name what's going on what is happening such a problem so it turns out this isn't Santa Cruz okay okay up until last week a colorful logo of an otter on a surfboard welcome customers to the salty otter a restaurant and sports bar that opened in downtown Santa Cruz last spring I've never

been okay this is where I like I see that there it is there's a there's the logo we've got otters we've got surfers we're in Santa Cruz all right the salty on any AI art or even if you've played around with Google that will give you different pictures for backgrounds it does have that like mystery yeah it's kind of like an element of fantasy like a theory or some kind yeah it's fantastical yeah kind of okay missed but it's clearly an otter on a surfboard with a wave in the background and the sunshine the sun is setting there's some sparkles coming off of him like flex of the ocean and people gave them enough crap what is their beef I guess it's the use of AI oh they were calling them out on you made chat GPT give you that or not hiring a local artist oh why would you well so weird there are

people I miss the logo we make signs for you yeah this person says lifelong dream has been crushed by a group of locals I've received a one star reviews from people saying they want well I don't understand that reference but they say and they should have paid a local artist to do the logo instead of that crappy AI logo the salty otter which opened looks like last year uh had to change their logo and now there here's their new logo it's just the words the salty otter sports girl Santa Cruz California now I understand the idea that you would like to see local artists get paid and that the what but to attack like reopening a restaurant hard enough it's a huge risk for the person who's doing that it is hard enough and then in this case what do they say like nine out of 10 restaurants

fail or some crazy huge stat well and I think even the ones that make it you're just working to stay in business yeah you do make some profit or whatever but you're not you're not becoming yeah no one's getting rich off the restaurant business or maybe you are I don't know hell's kitchen what's that guy's name the usage Gordon Ramsay the use of AI is a big sensitive subject right now and so people I just thought this was an interesting experience from these people that where they open a business create a logo I would never pay attention to somebody's sorry I might go oh cute sign or oh I wonder if that's an AI I mean I guess these days I might say I wonder if that if that's an AI thing but it will I would never occur to me to like get on them for it would you no but I don't write there are things I like there are things I love I've never written any of them though and that doesn't mean I don't want you to write us or whatever it just

means I think I either like you and and use you and appreciate you my dollar yeah vote with my or I don't I would never say what you just said sucks and I'm changing my station right now I would never say the logo you chose for your restaurant is gonna make me leave you is putting an artist out of work right you wouldn't say you just if that's how you feel about it then just don't go there you don't leave a one star review don't I don't know we're just so quick to forget that there are human beings involved as there's one time yeah as we tank their businesses what a weird thing to be like of all the hills to die on yeah there's so many real problems in the world good I and I've never eaten here I've never seen this restaurant but if I get a chance I will go to the salty otter and give them at least a try and maybe you could too because it's very sad to hear that this person feels like I manned up out of business because I used an AI used AI to create a logo right they've been she even said this person even says oh she says I can't afford to outsource

things like that right now I'm starting a business yeah that makes sense it does and I feel like maybe someday you know you will get a local artist to recreate your logo AI is doing so much of everyone's work already and we're only a year and a half into it where will it go we are we're rolling a year and a half into it clearly there's been some more put in eight hundred four hundred three six nine seven is our text number five one oh says girl scouts need to set up outside of an OBGYN medical office if we're at the OBGYN appointment we do not want to be there and what's going to make us feel better caramel delights cookies I pretty much every time I pass a girl scout booth I buy cookie yeah yeah I feel like I feel like it's a joke that I because they yeah they are they're hiding their their you know product underneath this thing where you're like oh I want

to support the girl scouts no it's a yeah I'm supporting young women in business okay that too all of it and and the economy side benefit the last year some sort of always on the way home uh or thin minutes whatever I'll take a thin minute I like I'm frozen the Jorge says the out loud conversation doesn't bother Bob because that's her this is a leniel yapper I may have talked to my mom on the phone on the bus oh dear you oh my god is that not okay I like are we really not allowed to do that I think that you're in in public and should have been doing that really you can't talk on the phone in public well here's here's keep it short this is what I think you can do anything you want yes no one should be telling you what to do in that scenario but I do think it's uncool like we shouldn't all have to hear it and if if we have to hear it well put it on speaker so we can hear her side of it too then yeah and talk dirty well what about this nine two five says I had a cute moment on Bart when someone was playing

music out loud and I got up and started ballroom dancing that is some beautiful music okay that's cute yes you're right sure once in a while there's some cute one out of 10,000 right coming up on the show movies and TVs this weekend plus Savannah got three and more wake up with good vibes and variety oh my god that's brilliant we got to do that Sarah and Vinnie Alice 97-3
