They raised them yesterday. It's already next, your next billing cycle will show it. This is not a, hey, at some point in June. No. This is the second time in less than two years. The prices previously went up in January of last year. The standard plan with ads went up by a buck. It's now about nine bucks a month. The standard plan with no ads and up to two devices went up by two bucks.

6:09It's now in 1999 per month. And the premium plan, because you know, I got to pay for my kids too. That's the four devices at once. And ultra HD. That's the premium plan. That went up by two bucks. That's now 27 bucks a month. A month. A month. My comment on that is, yeah, but everyone uses it. Yep. People will pay for that. We're not using Disney nearly as much as we used to, because we've plowed through a lot of those movies over and over. But Netflix, Ila, turns on Netflix every day. Does she? She watches the Gilmore Girls on repeat on Netflix every day. That's really cute. She loves it. Yeah. It's a weird new world as we sort of change over. I feel like it's a change. We're moving away from broadcast television. Nobody wants to watch ads. Nobody wants to be recording things.

7:09You just want your TV on demand. So the streaming is kind of the way it's going to go. But it's become more expensive than cable. If you've got five or six of these and you'd buy them without the ads, you are paying more than you're paying for cable. Well, we have it all too. Yeah. As someone in the media who's got to watch stuff. Yes. We have it all. It's expensive. And some of these bundles, you think, oh, that'll save money. Because I think Disney is Disney, ESPN, Hulu, which I can't lose Disney, even though I really don't watch that much on the actual Disney Plus. But I can't lose Hulu and I can't, and John can't lose ESPN. The integration is the next big step where you don't have to leave your TV to access Netflix content or like that's the one step that shouldn't all of us have lived through this growth and know better than to be so spoiled, but we're all so spoiled that you'll sit there and go,

8:10oh, load already. I know. Wait, isn't it funny? Like we can watch anything we want whenever we want. And I'm like, Peacock, could you go on your slower? The app failed. Hold on. Let me reboot it. Totally true. We're so spoiled. But that is the next step, I think. Oh, you don't already have it all on your TV? No, it's all on the TV. But if I want Netflix, I have to go to the Netflix world. Oh, yes. And that's got to fire up. And it takes a second. I'm what I'm saying is I think full integration where you just hit the shows you want on Netflix without that like skip away. I think Apple TV does that. Apple TV gathers the shows that you're watching if you hit the little home button. Except for Netflix. Except for Netflix. It has all the other ones. But not enough. You can put them their app on their platform so you can go to it and select it. But like every day, like for the daily shows on there for me, survivor pops right up. It's all right there on the top.

9:10And so you're using Netflix. No. You're using Apple mostly as a... That's my interface. Oh. Are you doing that too? No. Are you? Yeah. We haven't done that since. Yeah, I love it. Smart. The Peacock app does suck. I thought it was just me because we use an Xbox as our operating system. So I just thought it was maybe not as good on that platform. But it sucks. And it takes me like 15 clicks to get to the only show I'm watching on there. It's ridiculous. Like, please load the thing I'm watching up. Do I not have a profile here? I had to select it. You know, it's those six little dots that are going like... Yeah. As you're waiting for it to load up. I'm like, oh my god. I just want to watch Seth Meyers. Anyway, the new prices are already in effect. If you already subscribed to Netflix, you get an email within the next couple of weeks notifying you of the price increase. According to Netflix, existing members will be notified by email a month before the new prices are applied to them with the timing,

10:10depending on the individual member's billing cycle. So you're going to pay more for the thing. You're probably going to keep. I mean, we all accept it here. But I guess if you didn't have to, maybe you... Even YouTube now, if you're subscribing to the YouTube stuff, that's how expensive. Like, John gets some NFL stuff through there. Like, I think that's where the red zone is now. And it's hundreds of dollars. That's one of the few things we don't have is the paid subscription to anything YouTube. Right. So you're just clicking over ads if you need to. Savannah got three. Let's talk about this. Savannah is part two aired this morning. Although this does not look like the update from today. But I have a couple of stories here. She said in this interview, so she said, this Savannah got three. Her mother was abducted from her home in Arizona on January 31st. And that's the last we heard of that woman. Her mom. So it's been horrible. She left her job on the today show to focus on this.

11:14And Hota Kotby, who was the old co-host is filling in for her. And Hota sat down and did a pretty long interview with Savannah. And they've aired it. They aired part one yesterday. And they're airing part two today. But it's nine o'clock in the, it's already aired. So I think I have an update in one of these other stories. But the headline here is Savannah on Nancy Abduction. Two ransom notes were real. Savannah got three. She got three stated that she believed two of the ransom notes that the family received regarding her mother. Nancy got three's disappearance were real. She reflected on those during her sit down with Hota Kotby and said she believes that the ones that her family responded to are real, the rest are likely phony. They were demanding millions in Bitcoin claiming Nancy was safe but frightened. But you remember that the family was saying, we need to know she's alive. We need proof of life. And apparently that was the thing that they never got because they never paid any money. They were like, we're willing to pay.

12:14We will pay. We need to know our mom is okay. We need proof of life. And by that time they were working with the FBI. Okay. So I'm sure the FBI said, I wouldn't pay it before you, before you know. And despite a million dollar reward for anybody with information that brings Nancy home, there's been no break in the case. They are as in the dark now as they were when they started is what it seems like. She was very emotional during the interview. And if you, you know, if you watch the Today Show, I'm sure you saw it. Savannah got three is returning to the Today Show. She looks like NBC isn't on. She's going to return to the anchor of the show on April 6th. That's a week. Wow. Okay. Yeah. That's tough. That's tough. It is tough. And it's tough for everyone around her too. I mean, when things happen to people, we all get weirdly uncomfortable. Yes. Because whether it's, we don't know what to say, or how to be a good friend, but also we have work to do. Like it's a weird situation. And she, by the way, I didn't watch her before.

13:17But she looks, and I don't say this with, she looks like she's aged five years or 10. Right. Like I looked at a still and went, whoa. She looks like a woman who is not sleeping. Right. Right. Savannah got three is returning to April 6th. Part of what she talked about is that this is, um, I actually felt like it was really, it was really nice. Savannah said to a hodocot be during the second part of the today interview. It's hard to imagine coming back to the show because it's such a place of joy and light and lightness. I can't come back and try to be something that I'm not, but I can't not come back because it's my family. And I think it's part of my purpose right now. I want to smile. And when I do it, it'll be real. And my joy will be my protest. I'm with her. And I think everyone there probably wants to support her too. It's just hard. She says this is one of those things like we would be weirded out if she was happy and look great.

14:17Yes. We'd be like, what is wrong with her? She says, I don't know if I can do it. I don't know if I'll belong anymore, but I would like to try it. I'm not going to be the same, but maybe it's like that old poem or beautiful in the broken places. So there you go. I think that she will be happy to be busy and she'll find a groove quicker than she even thinks. I believe that. I hope that that's the case. I wish her nothing but good things. I feel like what an incredible ordeal to continue to be going. They don't know what happened to their mom. She's just gone. The saddest part of that interview was she, like when she said to her mom during the interview, I'm sorry my fame caused this. Like she really is blaming herself and her fame. And like, what a terrible thing to carry. You know, like thinking of your mother because of the choices I made in my life. We all, first of all, I think most young people don't seem to have that sort of shame and regret that older people that we've kind of got instilled in us

15:18through the church and other things. Feel guilty. Do it now. Go in your corner and be guilty. No regrets. No, sometimes you should have regret. Anyway, what I'm saying is, while I would probably feel the same way, and I already told you that, like I can see how her fame would make her feel very guilty about this. The truth is, and I would say this to her face if I saw her, you didn't kidnap your mom. Those guys kidnapped your mom. This is not your fault. It's that guy's fault. Yep. And while your fame may have alerted someone, there's a million famous people and they could have chosen anyone of them. With a million moms, exactly. So it's just really, it's horrible. Yes. But this person, and if we ever find them, hopefully they never get out of jail. Right. Ever. I'm 100% out of time. Vinnie, what's coming up in the news? I'm not someone that. I will go sit out there with her. If she says, you want to come sit outside. And I'm always like, well, you know, uh, yes. Let me put down what I'm doing and come sit. Hmm. You know, how you need to go in the middle of 10 things. But you go, yes, you're right. I should. Top on wound up. Is this isn't enough time that I've been sitting here with you? I know that's it. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know.

That wasn't enough time that I've been sitting here with you. I know. I can just pick straight off that poor woman. I can just pick straight off that poor woman. So, we don't have to throw them in the garage anymore and have them spending the season getting moved from here to there. Oh, that's great. It's a sealed box. It's raining, it won't get wet, and the cushions live in there. It's just like a plastic crate. Kind of a plastic crate. Yeah. Which is not, you know, but those cushions are a deal for people who sit in their backyard, you know that. You just said it. Got to have them, and you don't want them to get wet. They get moldy. Right, yeah. Anyway, there's an idea. Yeah. The can, the outdoor cushion container.

22:24Yeah. I gotta get something. I got one of those. Imagine that. I never knew I would, but I do. You're so domestic. I know. I know. How did you get here? How did I? Oh, it's in the days go by. Humming birds. Oh, I love hummingbirds. I know. Everyone loves hummingbirds. They're beautiful. They are beautiful when the sun catches them just right off. It's neat to catch video too, because then you can relive that moment, which they're just... They're like bugs. They're like, they're just the wing. It's, they're amazing. How are they possible? Nature's pretty rad, and that's one of the themes of this, the latest Pixar movie, Hoppers is about nature. How just looking at nature and watching it do its thing, not the hunting part, the part where a hummingbird is just flittering around. Yep. Over here and over there. When we were kids, Finn. Yeah. It was boring. And I remember laying on my front lawn

23:27with my face down and pulling the grass apart. And just this is, I'm going to, I'm qualifying this. It was boring. That's entertainment. And you would watch like the ants or you'd find a roly-poly. Or you'd be like, I... Oh, roly-poly. I remember just, we had nothing else. In the house, your mom's going to try and make you read a book or clean a room or something. And then you go outside and be like, all right, well, I guess I'll look at the ants. But I loved it. I think about it all the time, like in my backyard, I'll sometimes go and look and see if I can find some ants. That's fun. You know I'm talking about it, right? I know it. Of course I do. Just being in the people don't go in the woods anymore. Here's an example that I believe could happen any day, even now you could sit down on a sidewalk. And this only happens. If you sit down on a sidewalk, you will start to become part of that little environment. Yeah.

24:28Even though it's a sidewalk and it's cement, you will see cement. Oh, there's an ant. Look at that guy go. Oh, look at that. Look at that dandelion pushing up. Oh, roly-poly. There's all of a sudden things you would never have noticed you're seeing because you're in that little environment. It's fun to be in that little world. It's one of the things I loved about honey-ish-runs the kids. I was just... Oh, funny! Because it is that thing where they've got a... Oh, man! A miniature person now just in grass. Yep. And it's like... We're trying to cross that lawn, right? Oh. And never mind, hummingbirds. Okay, yes, sorry. We're not... We haven't even gotten to the hummingbirds yet. Answer weird, though, because if an ant is on something and then you pick it up and take them away from wherever their queen was, they just, wherever they land, they just keep moving. I wonder if they join a new tribe or if they think they're going to make it back? Maybe they can find a way back. I don't know. I thought that they all follow their scouts that go out and create trails.

25:28And because aren't they blind, even like they just follow? Answer blind. Something like that. Like they're mostly those feelers out the front. That makes it even weirder that they're able to... I don't know if they're blind. They're not completely blind, yeah. They're poor eyesight, though. What about those scouts, though? I mean, I think that they lay tracks. I've even heard that bees. They lay tracks down. They go scout out and then they follow their own track back because they found something. So that's how they know to get back and then they get everybody else. I've heard with bees, bees find a patch of flowers where they're some pollen or whatever nectar they want. They go, they know they went, they went, you know, this direction for this long and then I went up and then I went down. They go back and communicate that to the other bees. Here's how you get there. Yeah, they shake. They shake when they're in the... Yeah. And then they stay there for however long it took them. I flew this long and then I was down here

26:28and I flew this long. Like it's amazing. Okay, hummingbirds. Maybe hummingbirds know from birth to poop outside of the nest. Another birds don't? I guess. I guess there's no potty training for hummingbirds. Well, it's gotta be the tiniest of nests. How big is a baby hummingbird? My god, they might be like... They look like the top of your finger. They look like a wasp. They're, you know what? Yeah, because we had a lot of hummingbirds in my backyard in LA and you'd see them once in a while and be like, is that a bug? No, it's a little baby. It's so awesome to have hummingbirds. You know, you can put those feeders out but they get gross and then the birds start to depend on them too. It's better to plant things that they but they will naturally come to in my opinion because I can't... I've just picked up my hummingbird fader and got, well, this is going to just go in the trash because this is disgusting. Because the sugar, like, I don't know,

27:29mildews or something is like all crawling with mold inside. I'm like... Well, you got to clean them like every other week. Yes, and I'm not, clearly I won't do that. So I plant things that they can eat from. You were doing that? Yeah, we had lots of flowers I planted and also humming two hummingbird feeders. And we just had like an army of hummingbirds in our backyard. They start fighting and chasing each other. It's like, it's non-stop entertainment. So the babies know from birth to back it up over the edge. Yeah, can I go back and book it? You know, when I listen to him, Maddie, when I listen to you talk about your life with your wife back in LA, there are moments where I think you guys were so domestic and it seems cool. Like, I didn't realize there were other issues there always are. But to hear you saying I planted flowers and we would sit and watch the hummingbirds, like, it's a shame that that didn't like somehow work out. It's sad to talk about, because I, like where we lived, I did the whole backyard. I had everything in it.

28:29It was something you planted. I'm ready to shoot little place. And yeah, and I miss, yeah, I do miss that. Oh boy. Sorry, buddy. You got to join a friend group. Gardening club. Sure. The official tourism ambassador for Tokyo's since Shinjuku Ward is... I don't know what that means at all. Shinjuku Ward. It's the neighborhood. It's got Zilla. Oh, really? Oh my God. It's got the official tourism ambassador for Tokyo's Shinjuku Ward is Godzilla. Shinjuku? That's what I'm just saying, like they say it on the subways over there. Shinjuku? Like, oh, that's the next step. This is us. I think Shinjuku is the biggest, it's the busiest intersection in the world. I think is the one. Say it again. Shinjuku? Don't I sound Japanese? You do. I know. My son speaks Japanese around the house all the time, so I'm always...

29:30Yeah, right, speaks Japanese. No, okay. The other one's not. I've been around the house for a long time. Well, I see him fairly often, often enough. You mean when you do like... Are you talking about on camera or you just visit? No, if he visits me, if I visit him, we see, I try to see my kids as much as I can. Except for the one who lives in my backyard, I try to see him as little as I can. It's got to be cramping the nude hot tub and the nude tanning. You have no idea. Oh, I do, actually. I have a pretty good idea. The idea that your kid would look out and... I text him in morning. I say, we're going out to the hot tub. Please, keep your... Stay inside for 30. Yes, at least. He's like, don't worry, I never leave. He doesn't have to write that, it's implied. The facts machine, these are fast facts, if you haven't already, you know. It's our mind. Oh, oh. The facts machine was invented in eight. Did I do the... Oh, I did do the hummingbird one, like... You did, eventually. Why did they make it? Oh, so the whole story was the babies know to poop outside the nose.

And I had to go to the kinkos and have it faxed over there in order to sign this thing and get it sent back. Yeah. Oh, so you signed it there and sent it back on their machine as well. I didn't have any other way. I know now it's all like docu sign and all the world is just getting easier. Yeah. 35:41I'm just kidding. I'm sure that will never happen. I haven't stopped thinking about what you said about Dan Brown yesterday and how we're gonna start meeting with the AI. It's not that we'll meet with them. It's, we're already seeing it though. And in this book, it's called Origins. It's a Dan Brown book with the Robert Langdon character, you know, from the DaVinci code. He's talking about the stuff we're already seeing where chips are being put in the human brain. And that person is now able to do things they couldn't before. Right. And this, that's just the beginning. Right. As we've, like a show that I watched regularly when I was a boy was called The Bionic Man and they replaced his parts with mechanical parts and he was able to do things super power. I don't know that we'll see super powers but the idea that if someone loses their arm and they can have a new one put on. Right. That's the beginning of this cyborg thing that they're talking about. Somebody paralyzed from the waist down could suddenly walk again.

36:41It's real. It's already happening. It'll only improve. It's a, it, I, we are alive at an amazing time. Mm-hmm. And it's moving. Exploding. Faster than. You can't keep up. Right. I just said it. I didn't even have a phone and I was like 30. Yeah. Well, they were like not willing to be contacting. I know, but it was still like. It's because for a while I could contact you and then you'd like donated your computer and like, no, I don't have that anymore. I'm like, what? It's really, it's, I get into your world in a way and I've gotten more comfortable with it now, but I definitely try to put my phone down and walk away from it. Yes. Just be a human. Mm-hmm. Okay, next story. Okay. People online are talking about the adult cheat codes that change their lives. Oh. Here's a couple of the things they're talking about. Do you like a life hack kind of thing? It's kind of. Realizing most people aren't thinking about you as much as you think. Oh, yeah.

37:41It takes away a lot of unnecessary pressure. You are the center of your universe, but you're not the center of everyone else's universe. Right. You're not really anyone else's universe. And it's that it can be as simple as, what are you looking at? I'm out in public. Yeah. And my eyes look everywhere. I look all around all the time. What are you looking at? Why are you looking for a fight? What'd you come out for today to get in a fight? Right. It is actually, that is a huge, I lean on that. It's like the whole pretend confidence thing. People will take you as what you present. They just will, because they're also in their own head thinking everyone's thinking about them and judging them and wondering about them. It is a massive strength if you can cage it. Like to walk into a room and say, I'm gonna look confident. And people will react to you like, oh, there's a confident person. And inside you might be like a quivering frightened child in the corner.

38:42But if you present that, and then the more you do it, the more actually confident you become. It's incredible. I'm struggling with my oldest daughter right now as she's dealing with the teen pressures and all the stuff that's happening in school. These are hard years. They're hard years and I'm trying to help sort of, she's 12, sort of bolster her up and remind her that you are the best you there is gonna be. And there isn't any point in comparing yourself to the other kids in school. And there's things where she puts on, I got her these shorts and they fit her perfect. And they also work with the dress code. But she's like, I don't like them. They're not the right style. And I had to show her, no, they're exactly in style. I bought you the, I understand when a parent gives you the tough skins and you're like, no one wears these anymore mom. These are for third graders. But these things were in style right now. And I had to show her that and then she went,

39:42oh, and suddenly she, they're okay to wear. Right. Okay. Anyway, that is it. Oh, that's them. They're here. Hi Lisa. Our help for the big show. We got our guest advisors. We got our time just went poof, didn't it? You're all right. What were you talking about? The adult cheat codes. Yeah. I've been social media not caring what others think. I think that's the key of like yes, you might be embarrassing

40:44yourself. But who cares? Like nobody's going to remember it. Move on. And I also I agree with that what you just said. I think that there is an interconnectedness for us that should be considered a positive, not a negative in that if you actually say hi to someone, you can make friends with them. That's where it starts. We have a tendency to smile. A smile. And I'm hiding. Do what we're in or ahead and we're isolated. But if you just said, hey, oh, hey. And all of a sudden, how are you? There's a friendship flower blooming right there. I believe that we are going to be. I picked up my friend Brian that way. I saw him and I was, but I'm not shy. So I guess it doesn't matter which I was. Hey, what's your name? I can picture it. Brian, you surf. I do. Let's go. Yeah. That was that easy. And we've been friends ever since. And now our wives are friends and people want friends.

41:45Like people are friendly. They're just we're all like so wrapped up in our own internal dialogues and our anxiety that we're, you know, if you just reach out like breakthrough yours and reach out to somebody.
