The Charlotte Hornets head into Friday night's home matchup against Division rival Miami Heat, with nearly their full rotation ready to go. It's a big game, and they'll have key bench player Grant Williams back in action after he's set out their win over the Boston Celtics. The team stuck to their plan of resting Williams for just one game in the back-to-back, even after Tijane Salon went down with an injury. That decision paid off as the Hornets easily beat the number two seed in the east. Williams has been solid this season, putting up 7.4 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 1.8 assists per game. He's shooting 42% from the floor, and 37% from 3, and he's hit double figures in scoring in six of his last 11 games. Salon's injury is now listed as a calf issue, rather than a knee problem, which thins out the front quarter bit.
