4:03her husband got the flu. So then she had to handle the kids. I felt so bad for her. I think she's the world of having kids. Like always, some form of sickness. Yep. She's never had a good immune system. Our Shelley. Well, no, no. Every time I'm around those little snout nose kids, my little niece's I always come back with some kind of fun. Because I don't have that. Because I think you build super strong. I think you really have to get it good as a parent to feel sick because you do build up the super immunity. But then I also think like someone like me who doesn't have that is not hanging around elementary schools, which is a good thing. It's a good thing. Then I don't get around and I get sick all of a sudden. But do you feel like you have super immunity? I like to think that I do because your kids like rubbing her hands on the ground and licking them and then putting them in your mouth. You know, everything, hands, mouth, toys, we're touching. I mean, they say once they go to school, it gets worse. If it's like day here at preschool, whatever. So now that she does go to school, I am definitely getting things quicker.

5:03Some fighting them off. I might have even seen. But I do come in here with snout in my nose. And I try to stay away from you guys. I know that it's very consistent. Always snout the nose with you. Always. It's like, God, can you knock it off with a snout in my nose? Just not here. Kiki's court this morning on the show. Bottom bump. And then every now and then I'm going to be like, that was pretty good. And then every now and then I'm going to be like, well, we shut up. Sometimes I'll be listening. I'll be like, God, is it we're still talking about this?

7:05I'm ready to shut up. Oh, Fred, shut up. Okay, so first of all, you went on vacation. You won this trip. This was three weeks ago. Yeah. Okay, you won the trip. You took your partner of 15 years and then he invited his parent. Yes, we are. We got to talk about that. So I had Turks and K goes, you won the trip for being an exemplary employee. Caleb won a similar trip for being an exemplary employee. None of the rest of us won any trip. I'm not exemplary. There's still time. No, exemplary. Exemplatory. Right, or exemplary. You're new to one of those things. No, and neither am I. So I can say him. So how did that go? That was so fun. And you also never traveled on a plane together. We had never traveled before. So we get, we're at the airport here and we go through TSA. I go through his parents go through. Mike gets stopped. His birthday is different in their system versus like on the ticket. So it's like five a.m. We're trying to make our flight. The first hour that we are all together

8:07and there's issues. And we've already gone through. So now I can't leave it. And help him. And help him. So now he needs to like go. So the rest of the time we went through stuff. I always went last because I was like, let, you know, let me like whatever figure it out. But other than that, it was very smooth. We traveled well together. There was no tension. And Turks was amazing. You know, find it all and nothing. No. Now did he go off and do his little like whale watching? Well, you, I don't know if they have whales there. But you know, did he go off and go spearfishing or whatever? Well, you did nothing because I know that he was big on the on the activities. Yes, looking for a chance to disconnect. Yes. So we kind of split it. So like most of the days were beach days where I just laid and did nothing and drink on the beach and switch between the pool and the beach and the pool and the beach. We did two excursion days, which I felt like, okay, like he wants me to go, I'll go. So we wrote those little buggies around, which was really fun. You look so cute in that. Yeah, I was jammed up in there girl.

9:07It was it was giving stuff sausage. But I was in that, that was in that buggy. Okay, um, and then I did attempt to go snorkeling. I saw a dolphin and then that was it. I was in the water for about 10 minutes. And then I just a little boat ride because I didn't like it. So, um, rather than that, the rest of the days we just laid and ate and drank, which is exactly what I wanted to do. And we're all happy for you. Anyone who's been listening to this show, we're all happy for you. Thank you. Were you able to disconnect somewhat? I did. So there were days I didn't even touch my email. I didn't touch my computer. When did you notice that your computer was a fake computer? And that we switched it? I was wondering how long it was going to take you. When you left there, you opened it and you realized it was just a paperweight. I just had to be inside out of it. Was there an emergency that you needed it for? No, no, you can have the inside of your computer back now. Thank you. Yeah, plug it back into my case. No, I really, really, really tried to like disconnect. Like, I left my phone in the room. Like, yeah, I really, really tried. Okay. And then you got home and they fixed your meniscus. Yeah, then I had meniscus surgery literally a couple days after I got home.

10:11And of course, it could have went two ways. It could have been, I could have been walking in 48 hours, which in my brain, that's what was going to happen. Or I could be in this nice leg brace for six weeks. And I woke up and I saw the leg brace and I was like, crap. So now I'm in this leg brace for six weeks. But do you want to know how I react to anesthesia? Yeah, I woke up. I know I tried to get in the room. I really wanted to be there when you woke up. Just to hear the things that come out of your mouth. Oh my God. So I woke up and I'd never been put out before for anything. I woke up. I'm sobbing like full on like emotion. I don't even know why I'm crying. And the nurse is trying to like ask you questions. Like, how do you feel? I'm just, I can't even talk because I'm just crying, crying, crying, crying. My mom, who's a nurse for like 40 years is like, why is he crying? The nurse is like, well, sometimes people get emotional, like coming out of anesthesia and I'll be like, insurance accepted this. Oh my God. They really did. They really did. The insurance is really going to pay for this. It's over.

11:11And we get home and I'm like, looking it up like, why do people cry when they come out of anesthesia? And I guess in 40% of children, this happens. Like, you're probably like a 3% of adults. Does this happen in when you're crying? When you wake up and I'm in that 3% which totally makes sense. But yeah, so I've just been laid up leg straight just out here. Going into week three, so. Well, I'm so happy that you're back. We're all happy that you're back. Thank you, I'm happy that you're back. And it was your birthday. Yeah, so it's your birthday party today. Oh, okay. Yeah, so much debate about that. I mean, it's just been, oh my gosh. The planning has been excellent. I know. It's been a moving target. Well, it's all right. We got it. We got it. Well, they got it. They got it. I just, you know what? I just sit back and let it happen. Right. Yeah, he also cried out of his anesthesia this morning. I know that you were coming back. I know. Yeah, I woke up this morning and I thought, oh my god, thank god. He's been through a lot of emotions. Thank god. Some days it was anger, some of that. Yeah, I know I did. I've been under anesthesia for the last two weeks actually.

12:13Yeah, and I was crying, but that was. Oh my god. Really? I'm like, it's going to be okay. It was numb. Yeah. You guys are wondering what the pole and the medicine hanging off of it was in here, but let's see what's the IV drip. Yeah. And when there was a woman coming over and getting spit off my camera. Yeah, that's what that was about. Yeah. Oh my gosh. But I heard, I heard a rumor that one of our competitors in one of our new cities was bragging about after three weeks of us being there, how amazing their ratings weren't, how they were annihilating the competition. We've been off for three weeks. Okay, girl, hello. Got him. Okay. I pulled Jason out the bag. Good night. Hello. Good night. Who are you? It's over. It's over. I'm a friend. Let's get into the courtroom and says, hey, Kiki. Am I wrong for refusing to give my ex-husband his last name back? I was married for 10 years. I took his last name, built my entire career with it, degrees, business license, social media. It's literally my brand. Then he had a full blown affair. So we divorced. Now he's engaged to a woman that he cheated with. And suddenly, he wants his last name back. He says it's disrespectful that I'm keeping it while he's starting a new life. Apparently, it's making his fiance uncomfortable.

14:15However, I'm the one who carried the trauma and the paperwork with his last name. I told him I'm not rebranding my entire existence because of his new relationship. I'm also planning to adopt and still use the last name like we had originally planned before he cheated. He says, I'm obsessed in using his family name for a clout. And my mom says, I need to let it go. But what do you think? Am I wrong? Huh. Judge Kiki. I'm a little torn on this one, not gonna lie. At first, I was like, girl, you'll get the man back his last name. Like, you know, when I divorce you, I don't want anything from you at this point. Like, get out of here, scram. I can go back to my maiden name. But when she says that she's built a business, she is on her degrees. It's a part of her brand. I don't know. Like 10 years in a game. Maybe that is her last name. Maybe she does get to keep the last name. I certainly wouldn't be worried about how you're the one of you cheated on me with feels. I wouldn't care at all. So, you know, on one hand, I'm like, maybe she should just get over it and give it back.

15:16But at the end of the day, she did put in a lot of pain, sweating tears into that last name. And if it has become a part of her identity, I don't think he can just say, give it back. Okay. You guys are the jury, by the way, 855-591-1035. I tend to agree. If you give someone your last name and they have it long enough that they've changed everything. Right. They've changed all their documents. They've changed their credit cards. They've changed their everything. They built their business around it. That's now their name. Sorry. You should have thought about, you know, before you gave somebody your name and certainly before you cheated on them, I don't think you have much of a leg to stand on here. That is now their identity. Sorry. Right. And your new woman doesn't get to determine when it's time to give it back. Now, a lot of people I understand when you have children that adds an extra layer, you know, the kids, I won the same last name as my kids and, you know, the teachers know me as that name or the other students know me as that name. So I get that, it's always, you know, you get to keep the last name in that scenario. But in their case, they don't have any kids. And she's actually planning to adopt and still use the last name for the baby.

16:17So I'm like, do you see yourself ever remarrying though, you know, or moving on with someone else? So I'm kind of torn on that. Yeah. Yeah, I mean, they all get to have the same last name, I guess. Sorry. I mean, as far as the fiance is concerned, like if she wants some kind of ownership over being his wife, I don't know. I mean, especially considering, if that was her issue, then why did she take somebody's husband? No, that part. And granted, he played a role in that too. I'm not blaming it all on her, but like, you had to know this was going to be a complication. Right. This wasn't a simple path. So I don't know why any, no. Hey, Rebecca, how you doing? Good morning. And to flip it, I work with a lot of doctors who got their doctorans and their degrees before they got married. And they keep their maiden names because they established their

17:17career with their maiden name. They got their degrees, their doctorans, with their maiden name. And there's never been an issue with it. So I say because she's gotten all her degrees with her married last name, she should keep it. Yeah, it's kind of a branding thing too. Like if she built a business around this name, then she has to go rebrand everything because the woman that cheated with her husband has a problem with it? No, no. I think it's okay for the mistress to feel a slight bit of uncomfortability because she created a situation with the man she is about to marry. So you made this, you deal with it. So I felt like I had the right to that name. I earned it with the years of marriage. And in my scenario, I had children. So I didn't want them to have a different last name. So that was just another layer. Yeah, it's a whole thing. I mean, the paperwork involved with it had an all the rest of it. I mean, I can't imagine how layered it is. I mean, yeah, it's a big thing. And yeah, if you're going to give someone your last name, I think you have to accept the fact that they're going to have it for at least be aware of the fact they may have it forever. Correct. But I think more importantly, like for 10 years, that's become her identity. Why should she change it now unless she wants to? It was probably a big ask at the time. And maybe it was his ask even to change your name. Oftentimes it is the dude that's like, I want you to take my name. So then so she did it. And then he changed his mind.
