Here's His Plan to Stop Jesus From Returning

The sad part is that many Christians are any Semitic and are more influenced by podcast

and pundits than they are the Bible itself. I believe it's because Antichrist is going to be

rising out of the West and the West right now is being prepared of the hearts and minds of

people are being conditioned to prepare them for that leader who's going to come,

who will pretend to be a friend of Israel but he will not. There is a form of insanity called

replacement theology that a group of people, many people in the church today, many denominations

believe in replacement theology. Over 80% of the churches were good with Hitler.

Welcome to Tipping Point. I'm Jimmy Evans. On today's program we're talking about the most

important issue in Bible prophecy besides Jesus himself and that's the nature of Israel.

Antisemitism is off the charts in the Jewish group. The anti-defamation league has declared a

worldwide alarm because of how bad it's gotten. The sad part is that many Christians are

any Semitic and are more influenced by podcast and pundits than they are the Bible itself.

As believers we're called to bless and support the nation of Israel and the Jewish people. That is

one of the main purposes of this ministry and we are unapologetic in our support of the nation of

Israel and the Jewish people. But in the severe days we're living in when the world is turning

against the Jews just as the Bible said that will. We must be equipped from the Bible to both

support and defend the nation of Israel and the Jewish people with the truth of God's work to

countervalize and deceit. Today I have joining me an expert on the subject who is a former pastor,

popular author and speaker on the end times and also the founder of Hope for Our Times Ministry.

Tom Hughes is a champion for the nation of Israel. He's written a powerful new book called

Israel's Place in God's Eternal Plan. Fantastic book. I'm excited to welcome into the show today

and for him to give us an important insights from his book about the nation of Israel. Tom,

it's great to have you joining me today. Well Tom, thanks so much for joining me today.

Oh man, this is great. So good to see you finally. I know.

Totally get to meet you. We live in the same world. No, I have all the same friends,

but I've met before. So this is a real treat. I love your book Israel's Place in God's Eternal

Plan. Fantastic book. What an important time in human history for people to read this book.

And not just read the book, but to have this book to give to other people and to help to

answer the question. These conversations about Israel, Tom, everybody's having them with

friends or upwards? Oh, they are. In fact, it might seem strange. So you and I and some of our

colleagues and friends, we've talked about Israel for decades because it's central to God's plan,

past, present, and for what is still coming, the promises. So we've all talked about these things.

What's very intriguing is how many people say they hate Israel, but Jimmy, they can't look

away from Israel. They will stop talking about it. It's like it's bizarre. And I liken it to

Zechariah chapter 12 where God says, I'll make Jerusalem a cup of drunkenness to the surrounding

peoples or literally an intoxicating drink to the enemies of Israel and those stagger because of

her. And that's what Israel has become Israel and the Jews synonymously like this intoxicating

drink that they can't look away whether it's people on the left to aid Israel or people on the right

who are now being, they're coming out out of the closet so to speak to really give their thoughts

on Israel. It's become this intoxicating drink and I don't think Zechariah 12 will be fulfilled

today, but we can see everything trending that way from politics, media, obviously social media,

it's become a cup of intoxication yet God says, I will make it this way. And I look at it,

this is part of God's plan of redemption for Israel. Right. And it's understanding these things

biblically. Well, it's in the world we're living in today, Iran, Israel, Hamas, Hezbollah, all this

craziness. People are sympathizing with Hamas and Iran and Hezbollah and the enemies of Israel

and even blaming Israel for all this stuff that's going on. It's truly unbelievable. I honestly,

I never thought I'd live to see this day in many ways, but especially as it relates to the

absolute hatred for the Jews, even among Christians, Tom. Even among Christians.

Yeah. It's troubling, you know, if we go back to the days of Nazi Germany in Hitler,

we can see anti-Semitism, but it's pretty much localized to wherever the Nazis were. And we knew,

you know, we knew about Henry Ford and we knew about these individuals, no doubt, even part of

the presidential administration at that time. However, it wasn't the general concerns of the public.

And what's happening now, it is global and it has especially affected the West. And when I look

at that, why is it affected the West so much? Well, the West is full of wokeness. In the West, we

now have this thought process that a man can get pregnant. And we have, we can see the invasion of

Islam and Europe and also here in the U.S. So why is this anti-Israel sentiment coming from

the West? Why is it have a root or such a stronghold in the West? And I believe it's because

anti-Christ is going to be rising out of the West. And the West right now is being prepared.

The hearts and minds of people are being conditioned to prepare them for that leader who's going

to come. Wow, who will pretend to be a friend of Israel, but he will not.

So, talk about why Israel still matters. I mean, biblically, does Israel still matter? I mean,

scripturally, there are people today come and they say the Israel of today is not the Israel of

the Bible. So why does Israel still matter? That's a huge subject. So Israel is central to God's

plan of redemption. When we start thinking of the words of Jesus himself in Matthew chapter 23,

where he says to Israel, he says, you will not see me again until you say,

brook about the shaman. And I bless you to see who comes and name Lord, meaning I am not returning.

My plan of redemption will not be complete until Israel cries out. The Lord save us now.

Till Israel cries out, Hosanna. Now that statement from Jesus is really interesting because it

fell right about the same time of Palm Sunday when Jesus rode into Jerusalem on Palm Sunday.

And the people were crying out that same thing. They were crying out, blessed to see who comes

name Lord, Psalm 118. Lord save us now. It was a messionic Psalm and we know the religious leaders

said, tell your people to keep their mouth shut. And Jesus said, if I tell them to keep their

mouth shut, the rocks will cry out. And then he tells the religious leaders all within that

same time frame of his last week, Israel will cry out Lord save us. And Israel is being

led towards the place of redemption. When we think of it and it's central to Jesus coming back,

there's so many different dynamics to this when in Daniel chapter 9 verse 24, Gabriel tells

Daniel, 70 weeks are determined for your people, your holy city. And then he lists six different

things that must take place that the 70th week is for to fulfill. Bring an end of transgression,

that we're transgression there literally is a Hebrew or pesha, it means rebellion. God says,

I'm going to end the rebellion of the people of Israel. And then he lists different things,

bringing everlasting righteousness and so forth. And one of the six things he lists is

seal up vision and prophecy. Prophecy will not be fulfilled until Jesus comes back. Revelation

chapter 19 verse 10, the Bible tells us the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.

So replacement theology teaches everything was done in 70 AD. Well, that's a huge problem because

in order, prophecy didn't begin in the Garden of Eden and then suddenly stop in 70 AD or stop

when the church began at Pentecost. So it's linear. It starts in Genesis. It doesn't finish until

revelation. And we look at the 70th week of Daniel where the angel says, 70 weeks are determined

that we're determined Hebrew word that means settled. God says, Daniel settled. It can't change.

I will end the rebellion of the people of Israel against me. Daniel chapter 12, God says,

I will shatter the power of the holy people. They're rebellion. And so all of this is a process

in Israel, Zechariah chapter 12, because you know well, Israel will cry out verse 10. They will

look upon him whom they pierced and mourn for him as one mourn for their only son. That's when they

cry out. Jesus does not come back until Israel cries out for Jesus to come back. And another thing

that's really interesting, according to Ezekiel 36 and 37, the final 70th week of Daniel in the

seven year period doesn't it be Israel's return to the Lord or coming to him or repentance

doesn't happen until the 70th week of Daniel. In other words, the gathering of Israel, Ezekiel 36

and 37 takes must take place. It is a prerequisite that it takes place before Israel as a nation

turns to the Lord. It takes place before they repent. So they have to come back. A prerequisite

of the last days is Israel has to be gathered in unbelief before they turn to Yeshua, turn to

the Lord. And it's during that 70th week that he will shatter the power of the holy people. He will

and then when Jesus comes back, he's ending the transgression, sealing a vision of prophecy,

and then Daniel 9 verse 24 concludes with and to anoint the most holy. That is talking about Jesus

coming back and ruling and raining. Jerusalem must be here and the Jews must be here. That's right.

Jews must cry out. I mean, we can go on pray for hours just answering that one question,

but that's that's the nutshell of it.

Well, there is a form of insanity called replacement theology. And you just talk about it.

The group of people, many people in the church today, many denominations believe in replacement

theology. But when Israel was defeated by the Romans in 8070, and by the way, the Israel has been

continually inhabited by the Jews for over 3,000 years. Even when the Romans beat them, there

were still Jews living there. They were Jews living there during the Babylonian captivity. The Roman

captivity, the Jews have perpetually been in the nature of Israel. But these people in the church,

especially in the middle ages, came up with a bright idea, well, God divorced Israel. And Israel

doesn't even exist. Look, the Jews were scattered all over the world. And Israel's occupied by a bunch

of Arabs over here. And now, you know, the were Israel, all of the promises and all of the

covenants related to Israel. Now these are true for us. To make it even worse, Tom, they are

all millennial, many of them, which means they don't take Bible prophecy literally. They don't

read Zechariah. They don't read the book revelation like you and I read it. That this is literally

going to happen, you know, Daniel, chapter nine, that's literally going to happen before Jesus

returns. They just say, well, we're living in the millennium right now. Jesus is really the

church, you know, and we've replaced Israel. And this is the seabed of anti-Semitism in the church.

Today, I went to the major evangelist had this crusade one time and he gets up and starts, he calls

Israel an armpit of a nation in the Middle East that doesn't matter. And he's criticizing

America's foreign policy and helping Israel, a pastor, a man of God, a minister, calling Israel

those things. He was replacement theology. This is a dangerous, dangerous belief system that

is pervasive in the church today. It is. And it's, it's terrible. When you follow it through,

you know, some people put this in themselves and say, well, I'm the omelennial. I'm post-millennial.

And you know, as we know, the church is going to fix the world and then Jesus will come back.

There you go. After we fixed everything. And there's many people that made that very popular.

And the problem with both of those, the thought on both of those, they have to come to a point

of turning against Israel and looking at the destruction of Israel, especially if you look after

the rapture. Because after the rapture, what's the one enemy going to be? It's not going to be

a Jimmy and Tom anymore. Because we're going to be, we're going to be gone. So who's the enemy going to be?

It has to be Israel because they're going to look at Israel and go, you know, you're the problem that

we don't have world peace. You're the problem we can't move everything forward. In fact, this is the

exact narrative that is coming out on TikTok. It's coming out on the right. Israel is the problem.

Like you just mentioned with this popular evangelist saying, Israel is the armpit of the mid east.

I mean, if you go to the mid east, you find out it's exactly the opposite of that. But nevertheless,

Jimmy, this is also fascinating too. Because we think, okay, who, the Jews have been in Israel since

at least 3,000 years ago, the time of David. We know that. But we can even go further back to

the time of Abraham and Melchizedek 1,000 years before that. That was a Salem. That was in

that was in Jerusalem. And then there's remarkable things that God did with Israel in their ancient

history. Five different land purchases. Purchases that Israel did. They legally bought the land. In fact,

just one of them was Jeremiah chapter 32, where Jeremiah purchases the land from his cousin.

And that's at the time of the Babylonian innovation. And then God lets Jeremiah know as you

continue reading, you have to read that whole chapter there. He lets Jeremiah know, hey,

this is a legal deed to the land. And then twice in that passage regarding the regathering of

Israel at the end. And we know it's at the end, because he says, I'll give you new heart. I'll

bring you back into the land. You're going to purchase the land. You're going to live in peace

of safety. We know that happens at the end. So God says, you have this legal deed of the land

purchase as a sign that I'm bringing you back in the end. He wasn't talking about after the

Babylonian chapter, being released like with Ezra and Nehemiah. He's talking about the end that

we are still looking forward to and starting to experience. And then twice in Ezekiel, or Jeremiah

32, he says, is there anything too hard for the Lord? And this is God himself speaking. No. And

what he's talking about is bringing them back. So I mean, there's, and again, there's five land

purchases. Israel's the only people that can make a rightful claim to the land based on legal

things. Listen, as much as people say, Israel acquired the land by the British mandate or the

UN League of Nations, guess what? There were mandates all over the land after the war. And it

wasn't just Israel, but that it was legal. It was the UN and it was a trust smaller. Even then

then it is now they acquired it legally. Then they were attacked to be eliminated. Israel also

acquired more, a tiny bit more land. They should have the temple mount, but they didn't want World

War III to start. So they said, okay, you guys can keep temple mount 1967. You can, yeah, we know

with a walk. You know, Israel has it that they let the walk fabric control of it. We look at Judea

and Samaria. Israel says, all right, we'll make a deal with you guys. I mean, so you look at all

of these things. You can look at war. You can look at legal. You can look at land purchases. You

can look at the Jews to say they're the only people in the entire world that can say they are

indigenous to that land. That's exactly right. All of the other people, they're gone. The Jebusite

are gone. They ammonite are gone. They ammonite are gone. They're all gone. The Philistines are gone.

So what happens? A lie had to be made up and say, well, these are the new Philistines, aka the

Palestinians. So it's because nobody can make a claim to this. The Jews are the only people in

the whole world that ever had Jerusalem as their capital. I mean, you could go on with list after

list. So what happens? Why they are the only rightful, the ones who can make a rightful claim to

the land? The list is so huge. There's no other people on earth that can make a claim like the Jews

do. So the lies have to be made up about them. And that is why we are seeing the lies that are

off the charts. It's spiritual. It's an attack of the devil. And anybody that is not born of the

spirit is susceptible to being led by these lies because they don't have the Holy Spirit in them.

You bet. There's a book right behind me by J. Seclo called Jerusalem. And J. Seclo is this

brilliant legal scholar who's argued before the Supreme Court many times. He says exactly

what you just said. Legally, they are the owners and indigenous owners of that land. And it's

proven. And he just goes into all the legal reasons. Talk about the covenants. God made covenants

with Israel that were everlasting. Talk about how important those covenants are.

Yeah. Okay. This is huge. So we have Abraham a covenant. That's what I want to focus on.

And I think what's happening, Jimmy, in the, you know, you talk with a lot of people. You

pray of a might have better handle on it than me. But I think what's happening is people

confuse in the church, the mosaic covenant with the unconditional covenant that God made with

Abraham. And a genesis God is very clear. I'll bless those. I'll curse them who curses you.

And as you follow that through, no matter what the Tucker Carlson's of the word world say,

if you follow God's word through based on that, he's talking about Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.

And one of the proof texts is in the book of numbers at the time of Baileum, that covenant is

reiterated. I'll bless those. I'll curse them who curses you. That's after Jacob.

So as you, as you follow that through, you can't make an argument that is not the people of Israel.

Of course, we know Jacob's name was changed to Israel. So we get it. Jacob is synonymous with

the people of Israel. Okay. The 12 tribes. You follow it through God repeatedly says it's an

everlasting covenant. In Deuteronomy chapter 28, God, he says, hey, if you do not, if you'll

obey my word, I'm going to bless you. I'll bring the bless your socks off. I'm going to bless your

land. I'm going to bless your herds. I'll bless your farms. I'll bless your children. I'll bless

your bank accounts. You'll receive blessing upon blessing. However, if you disobey me,

cursed will be your land, cursed will be your herds, cursed will be your families and everything,

and then you'll become a byword, every word that I scatter you. In other words, anti-semitism will

happen. But that has to do with the mosaic covenant. And God disciplined Israel regarding the

mosaic covenant, and he scattered them. We have the diaspora, but nevertheless, as you continue

to follow through, God says to Israel, because my name is on the covenant, I will bring you back

into the land. He's talking about the Abrahamic covenant. And the mosaic covenant led to their

discipline. God displeased those that he loves. But the Abrahamic covenant was a one-sided

covenant, and this is huge. When God made the covenant with Abraham in Genesis chapter 15,

he put Abraham, he didn't change his name yet to Abraham, put them to sleep. And then he walks

through the burning flask. It was God in the split animals. He walks through them, but Abraham was

asleep. And the reason why is because a no man could be faithful to hold up his part of the deal

with God. And no man is going to be good enough to be able to say, hey, I did everything that God

said. God knew that ahead of time. So he puts Abraham to sleep. The animals were split down the

middle. The calves, one side and another side. The birds and everything. They were split down the

middle. And through the covenant, the covenant was saying, if I don't keep up my part of the

covenant, as was done to these animals that have been split in two, so will it be done to me.

In God's mercy, he put Abraham to sleep. God walks through the covenant. His name is on the

covenant. Hence, you see in Ezekiel 38, God says, because my name is on the covenant, even though

you profane my name wherever you went, but because my name is on the covenant, he doesn't say because

Abraham's name is on it. And he's not talking about the mosaic coming. He's talking about the

covenant he made with Abraham because my name is on the covenant, my holy name, I will bring you

back into the land. After you are brought back into the land, I will put a new heart in you.

I'm going to bring you to that place. I'm going to breathe my spirit into you. I'm going to

bring you to that place. So the plan of redemption is must go through the people of Israel based on

God's unconditional covenant. It's not the mosaic covenant was conditional. The Abrahamic covenant

is unconditional. And as I mean, there's so much in this that if people were willing to rightly

look at the Bible, they would get it. Problem in churches, as we know, is how many pastors say

we know we don't even pay any attention to the Old Testament. Oh gosh. Unhitch ourselves from the

Old Testament. Oh yeah. And this Jimmy, the attacks against the prophecy teachers like you and I,

how could you even believe that kind of stuff? Hentry, placement theology,

homilinealism, post-millennialism, making everything spiritual. You have to get rid of the

prophecies of the second coming of Christ. So the rapture is attacked. Any prophecy regarding

the millennial kingdom and Jesus coming back and ruling, the reign is attacked,

ruling, reigning the attacks against the nation of Israel. God doesn't really have a plan for Israel.

It is spiritual and is demonic at its core. You bet it is. All of these things have to be attacked.

So you can't believe these things if you are going to follow that narrative that God has done with

Israel. Absolutely. Now, of course, the replacement theology and a lot of people, you know, Israel

doesn't matter. We've replaced Israel, but Israel was reborn for the second time, that's Isaiah 11,

in 1948. And so how big is that related to Israel? God's covenants with Israel and Israel's

importance in these times? It is absolutely enormous. And I don't care what pastor out there says,

there's no relevance. Israel, that's not even legitimate with Israel being born a second time in

1948. That was again, that UM British mandate blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Well, guess what?

The devil believes it. That's right. The devil knows darn well. That's, that is that marker and

amus, even writes when they are brought back, they will never be uprooted again. So we are living

between 1948 and that time when they're never going to be uprooted again. And Jesus coming back.

And for, and here's one of the absurd thoughts, if Israel's illegitimate, right? Then that means

because of the British mandate in the United. And that means all those nations over their illegitimate.

But nobody talks about them. Okay. But we already covered the legitimacy and the legal rights to the

land. It's a done deal. Here's the thing. It God moves in the hands of men. When Jesus turned

the water into wine at Cana, what did he do? Have the men fill up the water pots, fill up the

pots with water. He always involves people in the miracles that he does. When Israel crossed the

Jordan, the, the Levites had to take the, the, the priest had to take the ark of the covenant

upon themselves and step their feet into the water before God would stop the Jordan. God always

includes men and his plants. And the thing is, God wasn't suddenly shocked. It's not like God's

heaven. Oh, Peter, I can't believe that I didn't know the UN was and there's going to be a British

mandate. It's going to be a nation to get in 1948. Boy did I mess up in the Bible when I said

how one. I mean, the absurdity of it as if God couldn't see what he knew he was going to do.

And God is sovereign. And how often in the Bible does God not use men in the plans that he does?

That's right. He's always incorporating men, whether it be the Book of Esther, miracles in the

New Testament, miracles in the Old Testament. He uses men to bring about his plants so much so

that, and this is a very interesting conversation I have with the tour guide in Israel.

He's a good friend, not a believer in Jesus. Get this, Jimmy. He took the position, you know,

we're on the bus. He takes the position that when Israel crossed the Red Sea, right? We know that

as a great miracle. He says to my group, he said, well, it was actually the sea of reads. It wasn't

really the Red Sea. So I let him do his spiel. Then I said, not so fast. You know, I took the microphone

from, I said, well, it's a huge problem because if it wasn't a miracle, then there's a greater

miracle because the sea of reads is only like what? 12 inches deep. And the entire Egyptian army

drowned in the sea of reads. I said, that's one problem. But I say, here's another problem.

Twice in Jeremiah, Jeremiah 16 in Jeremiah 23. God says, when I bring Israel back into the land,

it will be a greater miracle than when I parted the Red Sea and Israel crossed.

Wow. From Egypt. And so God, and I said that, and he said that says that in the Bible. I said,

it does. So obviously God says, this is an incredible miracle because he, he agrees with me that

there is an incredible alleyah that's taking place right now. They are absolutely back into the

land even during the time of war because of anti-Semitism. He totally agreed with me on that.

And so just showing him, look, this is, this is all part of God's plan. And God will use the wickedness

and then also the anti-Semitism to draw his people back. Absolutely. It's, it's a miracle.

The anti-Semitism is a miracle, but also the draw, the driving back of Jews to the land.

Absolute miracle in our days. Talk about the importance of Jerusalem. Jerusalem is ground zero

for Bible prophecy. And of course, you know, Zechariah 12 talking about Jerusalem becoming a cup of

drunkenness to the surrounding nations. Anyone who tries to pick it up is going to hurt themselves.

You know, this is what we're seeing today. So what's going to happen in Jerusalem?

Well, yeah, Jerusalem is central to God's plan. And he gave it to Israel. I mean, the Bible is very

clear. And also, let me talk a little bit about Zion too, but even before either of those

is another one of the land purchases that took place in the Old Testament was David who purchased

the Threshing floor from Aruna, the Jebusite. So the Jebusite, this is proof of God's sovereignty and his

prophetic word pointing to the days that we live in. Because David says to the Jebusite, and it's

the place, the Threshing floor where the temple is going to be built, where I believe the first

and second temple were built. He says to Aruna, he goes, let me give you this for free, this land.

I'm going to give it to you for free. David said this, and this is huge. David says, no, Aruna,

far be it for me that I should offer to the Lord that which cost me nothing. David purchased

ground zero. A legal deed. Another one, ground zero for the epicenter of Jesus returning the first

and second temple. This is not, it's not a coincidence. It's not a mistake. God put it on the heart

of David to do that. And God knows the future. He knows the end from the beginning. That property

right there is the biggest argument in the world of that piece of real estate. I was in one of our

tours we're doing. We're down by the city, David. So you know, you're walking up and you're,

you're looking at the temple mount. And I was with a couple of real estate agents at that moment

while we're walking. And they were bringing up, you know, certain things about the land. I said,

you see that piece of real estate right there? Whoever can make a deal on that piece of real estate

will become the king of the world. And I was talking about Antichrist coming in his attempt. Because

he wants to usurp the authority of Jesus Christ. It is ground zero. Jerusalem is the most mentioned

city in the Bible. I think 700 times or something like that of memory serves me correctly. Zion

is not an invention of men. Zionism is not an invention of men. God is the original Zionist.

For all the King James only people, 152 times in the King James Bible, Zion is mentioned favorably

and it's Psalm 14 verse seven. God talks about his people. Jacob returning to Zion because

salvation is going to be in Zion. So Zion is not in this with Jerusalem. But then when you look

in ground zero, baby, it is that temple mount. This is why there is so much angst worldwide over

now we know people on the right. It comes down to that area. We look at all of the different

peace plans. It comes down to the Jews. It comes down to Jerusalem. It comes down to Israel.

And it is spiritual because then we know. If he can illuminate the Jews, if this is like his

only hope, as you know, if he can illuminate the Jews, then he can keep them from saying

Baruch Abab Hashem and he can keep them from saying, Lord Jesus save us now. He can keep Jesus

from coming back. That's not going to work. Hence, his attempt to have the battles, the armies

of the world gathered together against them. That's not going to work. But his whole purpose of

having his man sit in the temple and claim to be God and then doing everything can second half

of the tribulation to destroy the Jews. That's what it is. He's attempting to fulfill Isaiah chapter 19

where Lucifer says, I will be like God. I will be the most high. I will ascend above the clouds.

That's what he is trying to do because he knows if he loses, he's going through the lake of fire

forever and ever and ever. And we don't want to go there. You know, any cynicism has just

exploded, especially since October 7th. It is exploded. It's getting worse. Young people,

it's you talk about Tik Tok, Tucker Carlson, Candace Owens, Nick Fuentes. He's very, very

influential people are rabidly spreading any cynicism through lies. They act like they're

telling the truth and they know all the details. What they're saying is just to absolute lies.

Do you believe, obviously, you know, Jesus said, you'll be hated by all nations for my namesake

in Zechariah 12, Zechariah 14. Tom, you believe we're living in the end times? I know you believe

that you believe that any cynicism is announcing the return of Jesus.

I think what we are seeing now is, I would say it's the number one or number two sign in this regard

that I never imagined seeing it explode this much. But it was, again, October 7th was a marker.

I have many guests pre-October 7 of 2023 that I thought we were in agreement on. By October 8th,

I found out they did not, they were totally against Israel. I mean, you look at what's happened

and everything became, became blame Israel, but it's growing exponentially. We know that, again,

I say number one or number two sign because I've often said the number one sign of the last days

is the convergence of all things. The wars and rumors of wars, nation against nation, lawlessness,

abounding, so forth, at a time when Israel is gathered back into the land and anti-semitism

increasing. So it would be a convergence of all things, but the shocking sign is the anti-semitism

and that so many in the church are buying into this, which is, it happened in Nazi Germany.

I understand. For everything, I read over 80% of the churches. We're good with Hitler throwing

Jews into the gas chambers. They believe the blood libels. They believe that Jews were causing

the crash of the economy. They were controlling everything. You look back then,

were they controlling the media back then? No, they weren't. Joseph Garibles was the mouthpiece

for Nazi Germany. You look at today, are the Jews controlling the media? Well, obviously not,

because everywhere there's anti-semitism. You and I just will be lit up in the comments section

and every Jewish friend that we know will be lit up right now. Who controls the airwaves?

Satan is the prince and the power of the air. So you look at what's coming. You look at who controls

the money. Well, the number one bank owner in Israel is a Palestinian. Then you start looking at

where the funds come from for the things on social media, the things in the university campuses

here in the US. You start looking at people say, A-pack this, A-pack that. Oh, you look at the

billions of dollars coming from Muslim countries. Right. And you look at you, wait a minute. And then

people say, well, the Jews are colonialists. Well, whatever they ever colonized, it was the British

mandate who gave them a lot less land that they were actually originally promised here,

promised to land on the west and east side of the Jordan River. Then we got a tiny portion,

smaller, whatever everybody sees today, west of the Jordan River. But nevertheless, are they

colonialists? Well, the number one way you can tell the colonialist people is by how many nations

speak that language? Well, there's how many nations speak some form of Arabic? Well, we know 57

in counting. Wow. And now the UK, Dearborn, Michigan, Minnesota, New York was going that way. So how

many nations speak their language? In it was only one nation speaks Hebrew and I don't see them no

matter what people I'm tick tock are saying. The war in Iran is Israel's war because they want

the land in Iran. That's just one of the most absurd arguments this out there is going to be proven

that it's simply not true. And they're not going to be speaking Hebrew in Iran. We know that

just from what the Bible tells us of what is still coming. But you look at this and you go, no,

there's one very tiny nation that speaks Hebrew. They're not the colonialists. I don't know if the

Jews ever come in from the other parts of the world trying to start to buy force, take over a

nation. But we've seen the Western world do it. We said the Arab world do it, the Muslim world

and so forth. So Tom, final question, what responsibility does the church have toward Israel today?

It's if we recognize that and this is this really grinds people say you're on God's side. God

didn't abandon Israel. No. And it's understanding what his word actually says. So if I'm a faithful

church goer or faithful pastor, I'm going to read all of his word. And let's say, okay, I'm not going

to read the Old Testament because you already bought into God's done with Israel there for the Old

Testament is all it's done. I'm only going to read the new. Well, then if you're going to read the

new, read all of the new. Read the all of the discourse. Read the prophecies that pertain to the

second coming of Christ. Read what the Bible does say what Jesus himself actually said about the

Jewish people, the nation of Israel returning. Read and don't get to a passage and everywhere where

you see it challenges your thinking on Israel. See if you could take it literally because you can

because if you take it literally, it makes sense. Yes. And you'll be able to get it. So the church

by by far has the the the number one priority is to trust in the Lord Jesus Christ. The other one

is to regose word. Believe what he says. And you can't say, well, it doesn't really mean this. If you

say it doesn't really mean this, whatever passage it is, then you can say that throughout anything

in the Bible that you don't want to agree with. That's right. You can say, well, it doesn't really

mean I'm a sinner. So therefore, I don't need to be forgiven. I mean, if you start going down

that path, it's also understanding that when it comes to Israel, Israel is central to the ultimate

plan of redemption. Absolutely. Jesus came the first time and he's coming again and he's not coming

again until Israel cries out. Lord save us now. So it's understanding the Jesus Jewish, Mary's

Jewish Joseph was Jewish. The apostles were Jewish. We have a Jewish book. The church began at

Pentecost. It was it was Jewish. It was it was an all Jewish church with exception of a couple

of Gentiles that were mixed in there. It was all Jewish. And it's understanding God is not done

with Israel. And repeatedly we see that in the Bible, God says he is not done with Israel.

The church has experienced the blessing of redemption and it has it's tied into Israel's

rejection Romans chapter 11. But we become arrogant as Romans chapter 11 verse 25 says,

where Paul says, do do not be ignorant of this mystery rather than less you become arrogant in

your own mind, thinking God is done with Israel. But blindness in part has happened to Israel

until the fullness of the Gentiles has come. And then all Israel will be saved. And then God

goes on and says the gifts and callings of God are irrevocable. They cannot be revoked. And in

that passage, he specifically is talking about Israel. And when we understand God's covenant,

then we're going to want to be on God's side. When we understand what God's word actually says,

instead of what we are told on TikTok or what we are told by just some political leader or

somebody who's clearly teaching anti-Israel sentiment. If we actually go back and read the Bible,

we understand, we'll wait a minute. God says this about Israel. Therefore, I want to be on

God's side regarding Israel and his people. I don't make excuses for Israel. I don't make excuses

for government. I don't make excuses for sin just like I dealt with the Gentile world. But I

understand that I do line myself up with God. That's exactly right. This book Israel's place in God's

eternal plan, a wonderful book. How can people get this and how can people find out more about

your ministry? Both on my website, hope for our times.com. And that book is on the just the front

page of my website too. People can get information on how to get that book. It's not sold on Amazon

or anywhere like that. And I don't see it being sold on Amazon anytime in the future. But if

somebody wants to get a copy and I designed it, Jimmy, I want to get, it's the first in a series

of Bible prophecy made easy. But I deal with some very deep topics. But I want to make it where

anybody could get it. So the skeptic can get it and go, okay, and it's not argumentive. You know,

I'm not telling people they're going to hell based on their thoughts of Israel. It's not argumentive.

I just want to make it easy to understand but deal with some very deep topics. And it is loaded

with scripture and explanation to really help people go, okay, that's what the Bible actually says.

It's a great book. And I encourage people to get this book, but also get it to give away to

friends and family. You know, this conversation is being had by everyone because of TikTok,

because of pendants are on, you know, social media talking about it. We need to be equipped

as believers to understand what God says so that we can be bold, also gracious, but we can be

bold and give an educated response. You know, when people are saying, this is true and this is true

because you're an expert in this subject. Tom, thank you so much for being with me today. We really
