Dear Lord, you have set eternity in the hearts of all mankind. We are but a mist that appears for a little time, and then disappears. Yet you remain ever faithful in this fleeting life. You provide us with moments of joy and sorrow, as well as laughter and sighing. We bear the burden of mortality with grace and understanding for you have promised a hope that will never fade.

1:01May we look to you in this life, trusting in your unfailing love and tender mercy. On the days we feel weak and faithless, remind us of your good works and compassionate deeds help us to remember that even though our life is brief, it has worth and meaning, and that you have given us a purpose to fulfill in Jesus' name, amen. Again our goal for today's meditative prayer is healing grief. Lost is a heavy emotion to bear. Let's take a moment right now to simply center ourselves. So as you breathe in and breathe out, focus on relaxing your body and on quieting your mind. Now turn your thoughts toward the healing God has prepared for you this day. Today again we'll be meditating on Ecclesiastes chapter 3 verse 11 from the King James version. Erid's he has made everything beautiful in his time. Also he has set the world in their heart so that no man can find out the work that God make it from the beginning to the end.

6:09My friends take a moment just to pour out your adoration to God. God I praise you for your word that never fails. All your work is done in faithfulness. Father I worship you for setting eternity in my heart. I give you praise for the beauty you have in store for my life. I exalt you Lord for the wonderful things to come. And Father I praise you for the plans you have conceived for my life are good. God creates beauty from the ashes but let's be honest it's hard to believe this truth when you're living in the midst of the ash. When your world is crumbling in and around you and you feel powerless to stop it. Sometimes as if going through fire you find yourself choking on despair and burned

7:13by loss. And it's in these times fear threatens to become greater than faith but do not give up. Even if you do not understand what's happening you can trust that God has a purpose in a plan. You cannot have beauty if you hold on to the ashes. My friends confess your losses to God and hand over your ashes to him. Now consider for a moment God's work in your life and thank him for it. Thank God that even through your doubt and fear he remains faithful. Thank the Lord that when you go through the fire the flames will not destroy you. Thank him because he is in control and he has a beautiful plan for your life. Thank him for continuously working in your life.

8:13And thank him because at the right time he makes all things as they should be. God is present and he's listening to you. God promise that he is working on a celestial masterpiece and my friends you're a part of it. You must hold on to faith. This is your moment to reach out to God. To ask him to fill your canvas with wondrous and beautiful colors. Ask God to fill you with the hope of his purpose and his plan. Ask him to give you the courage and the perseverance to hold on. The Holy Spirit to minister the truth of God's word and his promise in your heart. Ask God to exchange your ashes for beauty.

9:13Remember although God has given us a desire for the future we can never completely understand what he is doing. We must have faith in his word. Faith that God knows what he is doing. For God knows all things and he does everything at the perfect time. Be encouraged. God has pleasant and amazing plans in store for your life. So seize this day to call on Jesus and do so expecting him to not only answer you but to bless you beyond measure.
