If the Republicans win the House of Representatives and the United States Senate, both of them, because of our economic, tremendous economic success, like in history we've never had anything like what's happening. But because of our tremendous strength and success economically, I will issue a dividend to every adult citizen in the United States of America for $5,000. Listen to how the crowd goes wild. Those people, the Magga people, they are the anti-communists. They are not the Socialists. They will go after you for being a Socialist, for being a communist. And then they'll steal from the parliamentary to give to the common folk. It baffles the mind.

Anyway, there's a lot of grifters out there. We're going to talk about them today. Some dude doesn't like math. And we're going to, I'm going to eviscerate him because that's what we have to do. There's one other thing we do have to do here. It's the, I don't know, is it the memorial day of whatever this. Lastly, to my friend Charlie Kirk. Rest now brother, we have the watch. And I'll see you in Dahlala. Love that open. Love the Valhalla. Thanks, Kashpatel. But we're going to get going here right away. Everybody's hang tight. Going to do the intro. Coming in. Eddie Grims already in the chat. Let's go. Things are going to start happening to me now. I think Tyler is amazing. And I'm a fan of this show. I've watched several episodes. Thank Tyler. Thank you Tyler. You stink Tyler.

Never promised a baby. I like that. That's a cool idea. I either of you homosexuals. I go both ways. What do you think? You mean like flaming or? No, we're not homosexual, but we are willing to learn. But I do wonder for others in other cases where the libertarianism today is just an excuse for many on the right to act selfishly. For my look at me. Then some fat asses in Washington started having opinions. The Olympic committee started having opinions. You you bitch. I know you. You started writing your opinions. And it just makes me wonder. You're dead bitch. You know why are you doing this at this board guy? Oh, I'm a libertarian. What I'm getting is the Jivellefajor Georgian Senator. That was the perfect answer. Thank you. Here we are. I think everything's going fine. See how the chat is. We got Eddie in the chat.

I will let a few other people come in. Tyler Yankee, your LPR humble, humble host. Let's get a little bit more light going on here. This is a feels like a last minute thing. That's because I work and then I schedule this out and then I come home and then I never have as much time. I'm going to like I'm going to plan what I'm going to talk about. I'm going to plan it and I've kind of saved up for the week and then the week the the times here and it's just like well, I got a not got actually do it. I love doing this show. It's one of the fun things I do. Last last episode pretty good. I felt it was pretty good. You know numbers wise for us. We're not cracking big numbers people. We're not making life here really go this. I can't get over the math hating thing. Thank you. That's going to come up but that's going to be at the end. It's going to come up the end. Lincoln just hang on a little bit. We're going to talk about it. I didn't even know

I couldn't watch. We're going to play some clips from that. Some dude goes on Tucker Carlson and Bash's algebra and then Tucker's like yeah, and they're like goy slop and I'm like hold on. I hang on a bit. Just give you a background for me. I'm pretty good with math. I have an engineering degree. I combine the two. So I go in a quite a long way with math. When you go into engineering specifically, you have to learn algebra. You take algebra, then you take calculus, calculus one through four. I then then multiple beyond that. It's just out of control. Everything that we have to do with all this math. The point is everything then derives back. You're underlying. You have multiple languages. Calculus is one but that always feeds off of the basic which is algebra. Algebra is like there for everything and it was very helpful. My kids going to school. I'm

able to really help them. I don't want to get into it. Spoil my whole thing. What is this math thing? Hating thing? I'll get to it. I don't understand it. Like I said, I played a clip. Link and you sent me or you got it. You got it to my attention. I saw that on there and then I played it on the loser cast and I went a little bit of a rant. I'm going to do a little bit more but I want to actually see the guys take. We're going to play some of the takes here. Okay. Now, start out of speaking of math. I started up here with this blow hard. Trump. Amity says, if my calculations are correct, now I don't know if she used algebra for this. Trump promises total 12,000 now. 2,000 doge checks. Maybe we should do it. We should throw this in there. Yeah. It's $5,000 tariff checks. Okay. And $5,000 bribes for voting Republican. Now, the problem you have with some of this is,

he's promised more than that. He was going to shut down the Department of Education. He was going to shut down. No, no, no, no tax returns. You know, federal tax income tax. Now, I will say, if you, you know, I saw this impact my own family, which is no tax on tips. I have four kids. One is a legit, you know, nurse. The other three all work in the service industry. They're all waiters, serve staff, what, you know, what have you. So no tax on tips actually was really beneficial for them. But, you know, that's that's that's perfectly fine. But it's just a handout in a way. And I mean, that's at least like saying you get to keep your own money. This, and I just said, this is how you beat communism. That's that's what you do. You give, you, you, you still from the proletariat to give to the proletariat, the common folks, I guess. I don't know. So this blowhard, he's out there. Trump that is is doing that. Now, let's go. We're going to get there. There's a football game tonight, by the way, I don't understand why NFL is playing in Australia. But they are already there.

They should have, I mean, it's tomorrow there. So they should already know who won. Okay, maybe that's going away. Can I, can I tell my Australia story? I haven't been to Australia, but 9-11 happens. Okay, that's tomorrow. Anniversary is tomorrow. But it all struck, this is perfect. But in Australia, it's 9-11 right now. Okay, it's already September 11th over there. First anniversary of 9-11, you know, the towers and whatnot. Australia commemorates the one year anniversary and they do it on the 9-11. But it didn't happen on 9-11 over there. It happened on 9-12 over there. And if they already knew that it was going to happen a day before, why are they not telling us about it? It's like, Miss Cleal not knowing that, you know, the government's coming for. Now, it's a little bit of a joke. But also like, why are you celebrating

on 9-10, right? Are 9-11 over there? You celebrate it when it are at 9-10, whenever it happened. They were wrong. Either way, they were wrong. They were ahead of us or whatever. They celebrated it before us. Yeah, they decided to celebrate it on 9-10 for us over there. And I'm like, this is the dumbest thing ever. I know it's 9-11 for you. It's all dumb. So we're trying to do it when it happened. Okay. Maybe it's not as dumb as I used to think. Now I'm getting caught up in my own, is that dumb? I don't know. Maybe this should celebrate on the day that happened. Okay, this, Dave Smith, we played Clip's here. It's not just a Dave Smith love show, right? Because we play other shows where he gets called a bitch. That is a career ending floor. It is a career. Yeah. That was so stupid. Okay. This is one of the people I dislike the most. I don't know what we'll Chamberlain is trying to do with his hair here, but it's not working. I don't know if he had headphones on. This dude is serious, so he's sloped and he's your typical male who

doesn't do any working out. He just gets chubby somehow. He has a wife. I don't know. He doesn't, he's all, and that's not just in the physical room. That's also in the mental realm because he, I don't believe he's ever, he's an attorney, but I don't believe he's ever had a real attorney job. It's always like a foundation, some sort of, you know, a government job. It's not real work. You've never had to go out and do billing, so it's always pathetic. But anyway, here's Dave Smith in him arguing this table. I will say that in terms of getting things wrong, you did say back on this show, when me and you were debating, I believe in April, that you were convinced that you would be shocked if the Iranian regime was still standing in a month. So now you're coming back here. You don't even acknowledge that anymore. So no, if you weren't wrong about everything, maybe Donald Trump wouldn't have destroyed his entire coalition, but you were completely wrong, and you're also wrong about the midterms, which you guys are going down for. You guys sound like the migrants. You sound like the Iranian refugees talking about how the economy is so good,

and regular people just don't know about it, because you can pull one down or another one. The people I gave you asked down were we need your own peers? Think about what nonsense it is, dude, Ben Ferguson, the metric that he used, peers, think about how they try to talk past you. He said most people who voted for Donald Trump still don't regret voting for Donald Trump, but Pierce, what? So you could have a 40. So if you were to get if Donald Trump were to get 30 million less votes this time, you could still say most people who voted for him didn't. That's not the metric. The metric is over. He took his winning coalition and completely destroyed it, and to sit here and say, oh, Candace Owens and Tucker Carlson and Megan Kelly and Alex Jones, these are just a few people over here in a group. Yeah, the group is the top five biggest shows in this field, maybe putting Pierce on there too, where the show is dominated by people destroying this war. Dude, there were six war aims for this war when you set out. Last time I talked to Will,

he said the regime was still about to fall. You haven't achieved a single one of them, hundreds of billions of dollars lost, thousands of people, including Americans and little children dead over this thing, and you guys sit here and go, eh, no big deal. That's all you got. Oh, wow, Dave Smith. I'm loading the cannon fodder on the week, week, magas. I like how Ben will tell you where he said top five shows. That's not true. One of those is probably in the top six. How about for on front? These people are pathetic. Speaking of pathetic, let's go to, we're not going to be long tonight because I got to go watch football here in an hour or so. 49ers over there in Australia, as you said. Kerry Baldwin, who I do like, she did a debate against Walter Black once about abortion, annihilated him. She's talking about this news report, so maybe we should go to the report first. Opinion three women on the jury didn't appear to be

stuck way in the state's high bar for the insanity defense. Instead, they fixated on emotions. Lindsay Clancy's murder trial and look, you're like, oh, are you going to actually really get into this one? Maybe someday. I don't know. I'm still kind of waiting. I, like I said, I've watched some boy-yaz that have really gone out of this. I don't believe the state. There's a lot of misunderstandings here too. It's not your straight-out toad analysis, which is she's guilty. It's like, yeah, she's, no, she's claimed she's guilty. But the, the thing is, is there, is it justifiable homicide by reason of insanity, which she's still going to be locked up? Now, if it's not insanity, and they're saying no, which, you know, they were trying to convict her that it was insanity, then no, then we'll see what happens. But they're not going to let her go free. So it's not as crazy as that. Is she, was it, was it, you know, I don't know, I'd like to, I'm going to start diving into this, and I'm going to have to actually go back and watch the trial. But maybe they're going to have

the second trial coming up quick, and I'll just wait for that one to go through. Lindsay Clancy's murder trial ended in a mistrial on September 4, 11 to 1 in a, a travesty of justice for her three young children. Yes, that's true. All of whom were strangled to death in 2023. Nothing will bring back her children, but they deserve some semblance of justice. Now we are beginning to learn why they didn't get it. That's interesting. USA Today is taking this, this lady's taking this stance because a lot of bitches be crazy out there and not in a clinical sense, but just in, in the cloak will sense as Rachel Wilson would say. Nothing will bring back her children, but they deserve some semblance of justice. Now we're beginning to learn why. Three jurors spoke to NBC news about the trial, the deliberations and the lone male holdout who refused to find Clancy not guilty by reason of insanity. Forcing the judge to declare a mistrial. To say I'm disappointed doesn't begin to cover it. They're reasoning about the trial, the prosecution, the holdout juror is appalling and injustice to children who deserve much better.

Massachusetts calls its insanity defense lack of criminal responsibility. Clancy admitted she killed her kids, but her attorney, Kevin Reddington, argued that postpartum mental illness left her unable to bail her criminal responsibility. Now it should be noted in here because I think this is a big part of it. It's not just postpartum, but all the cocktail of drug she was on. Prosecutors though had to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that she was sane and that she knew right from wrong and could control her actions. That's a high bar and most of the juror, jury believe prosecutors didn't clear it. I assume this was why the jury was deadlikes for several days. But after watching these three jurors interviewed, it's far worse than that. These women didn't appear to be stuck weighing the state's high bar for the insanity defense. Instead, they were fixated on emotions. This is interesting coming from a female. Jurer Kelly Farina called the prosecution's opening statement harsh, biased, and without a heart. Okay, yeah. I said prosecutors offered no

character witness to counter the notion that Clancy was a bad mother. Well, I mean, she killed them. That's that's part one, right? Ronnie Carlson, a retired fifth grade teacher, was the jury four person. She described deliberations as emotional, filled with lots of crying, lots of yelling, just lots of tears and then hugging. The jurors are now our friends now. And Carlson said, she'll attend the retrial if there is one to support Clancy. I find it, I find this nauseating, says this author, this author, I'm getting some credit here. Nicole Russell for USA Today. Kind of shocked. I hadn't read this before. I just took this from Kerry Baldwin's things. I find that nauseating. The three women had no patience for a holdout. Jurer, a male, who sounded more logical, stoic, and by their account in client to hold Clancy legally responsible for killing her kids. Carlson told NBC 10 Boston that he, quote, admitted he had reasonable doubt

unquote, but then told the group, quote, I'm still not going to say that she's not guilty by reason of insanity. End quote. Freenitz said the holdout juror had the hardest time getting off the fact that Lindsey viciously killed her children. If true, good. I'm glad he held the line, even though it cost the case of mistrial. The Clancy jury missed the point. The jurors' comments reveal they were swayed by emotional appeals. Let's actually move this here. There we go. Not by Lodgix. Fax logic or testimony in the case. Perhaps the prosecution could have made a stronger case, but I'm still surprised that so many jurors felt Clancy deserved to be found not guilty by reason of insanity after hearing it. That Clancy center husband to the store, so he couldn't intervene. Fissiously strangled her children after bringing them one by one down the basement and crushed and and gested pills before attempting suicide suggests the level of

planning and methodological behavior that the holdout juror and many Americans have found difficult to reconcile with psychosis. What expert even testified that Clancy showed no signs of acute psychosis before killing her kids? And that her quote, command hallucinations, unquote, appeared only during the 18 minutes it took her to strangle her kids. Never before or after. I'm not the only one who thinks this way. A U-Gov poll found 46% of adults think Clancy should have been found guilty of murder, and just 21% think she found not guilty by reason of insanity. Spoon by gender is closer than I expected. 41% of the women, 51% of the men said guilty. Now, I'll just take a poll that I took in my own house to women to mend all guilty. So anyway. But we didn't watch the case. Even this case breaks down along party line 61% of Republicans think she'd be found guilty compared to 44% of Democrats. Well, that's because Democrats believe in abortion. So Clancy, which is just legalized killing a little bit earlier, why wait till they're

three and four? Clancy may have needed more mental health health help or at least a doctor overseeing a cohesive medical treatment plan, but she also killed her kids and they deserve justice. I can't explain why Clancy did this and neither can the jurors, but their job was not to become friends, emphasize empathize with Clancy or vow to support her later. It was to decide whether Clancy knew what she was doing was wrong beyond a reasonable doubt. Maybe the defense planted just enough doubt that the prosecution sucked. I mean, from what I've watched and some of it was just it was bad all the way around. Not this empathy's part, but they were just bad. And these jurors felt that they had to equate her, but it sounds like they were ready to empathize and support Clancy from the start. It's just heartening that this that as early as opening statements, these jurors had decided Clancy deserved more compassion than her children received their decision fails to give those three innocent children the justice they deserved. Yeah, yeah, I think you're right. Look, Luke's out here already giving out gifts. Thanks for coming in to the chat. Everybody,

let's just take a look here and see what we've got. I don't believe the state will try her again. Yeah, you know, that would be a question. I think they will. They may come to an agreement though, which would be incarceration in a mental institution. There's no so much discrimination, disinformation being spread. It's hard to know what is fact at this point. I agree. And then the hyperbolic commentary. Yes, exactly. Imagine how good it would feel to tell those disgusting retards to fuck off. I don't know what you're referring to, but I always feels good. Defense did a fantastic job of pointing to medication and the counseling. I didn't buy what the defense was doing, but it worked on the jurors. Yes, exactly. Defense. Yes, you spill it like the brits or the Americans. I am here. High Tyler and Zenz and Steven and $5 and Eddie Patriots. Yo, football. Yeah, football's coming up. People and you sent a football. One gift, YouTube gift. Yeah, people. By the way, we've been doing some, what do we call members only?

We're going to keep doing some of that. So don't forget to like, subscribe, do all the fun things you do here with that. We also got Taliyah, get subsec.com. That's one way to do it. Or you can go here and become a member on YouTube. Okay, let's speak in a crazy way, man. I haven't watched this. I've just seen some of the fallout from it. But this chick talks about her husband, I guess. So let's see what she has to say. One thing about me. I don't like to be told what to do. Never have. Never well. Sorry. Don't care who you are. Don't tell me what to do. Okay. Already. First of all, you recording it like this. It's a lot of noise in the background. That's I'm going to tell you what to do right now, which is get a better way to record if you get a pop these things off. They're going to go viral. Okay, 13.8 million people on YouTube. I'm sorry, X or seeing this. Get your shit together. Now, two, what women mean? You're not going to tell me what to do. I hear this way too often in family law. You got a female client. Maybe they've been under the thumb of the husband. Now they're not. They're getting this divorce. We get something from opposing counsel that's

an offer. I'm like, this is great. Actually, this is good. Here's what we might get out in court. This is very good offer. Let's take it. They're like, he's not going to tell me what to do. I'm like, he's not telling you what to do. I'm telling you what to do. This is a really good deal. And I've had people not take these deals because they don't want to be told anymore. They're now independent. I'm like, you're going to get fucked, you know, sorry about the language there. You're going to get screwed over because this is a good offer. I understand what's your point. So anyway, this bitch already is already making me feel those vibes. Let's keep going. So if you want me to do something, you're going to have to say the opposite and trick me and doing that. Whatever. Okay. How about you keep talking? You want me to do. But anyway, my husband didn't like my haircut the other day. He didn't say he didn't like it, but in a round about way he did. He said, I got my haircut. So she doesn't like being told, but he didn't tell her, but she's going to interpret that. So she doesn't like a lot of things.

Oh, okay. I come home. He says, hmm. What do you mean? What do you mean? He said, my shorter, huh? You sure did? Obviously. Yeah, I did. Does that mean you don't like it or he said, no, no. shorter. If you say shorter one more time, I will buzz my head. All clean off. Bye. I would not say shorter again, sir. I didn't cut it for you. When I'm also not going to grow it out for you, I don't do it for you. I do it for me. So I don't know. Does anybody else like this? Sir, is it just me? I don't know. This is what I'm talking about. This is that's purely psychotic behavior right there. Your husband, he's got opinions about your hair and you're like, that's the person you're supposed to be impressing all the time, okay? And you just, you know, I should keep this up so you could just see her fucking face. And she's gonna, you know,

like the posters. Why do women hate their husbands so much? Yeah. I mean, if I came home and I had a bad haircut, maybe I do, but my wife is like fine with it. So I'm like, then here I go. I'd like to change it. I would like to shave it all off because I just prefer that. And she's like, no, so I'm no. I mean, there's something things, you know, you know, wife at one point had bangs. I have expressed that in like it. I haven't seen bangs come back. Usually bangs appear when a woman is going through some change and she needs, you know, you've got some problems. Show us the peck hands. What's what's that mean? How do you all? Anyone who airs their marital issues publicly deserves a guillotine. Yes, yes, they do. They absolutely do. Parallel you go, oh sweet. Another remember to appear. So, but what's interesting is our girl male who has nothing but time on her hands. Oops, that's not the one I wanted. Let's go to this one. There you go. She did a little bit of research

on this lady. She said there's some kind of weird partnership going on between TikTok and X creators where TikTokers create rage bait videos for the sole purpose of giving X-Wingers another chance to shed on women. Like this woman did not cut her hair. This is literally the length her hair has been since she had her account. Give her take an inch. As recently as May, it was significantly shorter. Same with the Mexican dude who said he called off his wedding over the Lindsey Clancy trial, but just last month he was doing a TikTok live with his wife, girlfriend, and friend with benefits. So this lady's just grifting stories out there. Big old titties. So I don't know what you say about that other than every woman who cuts bangs immediately regrets it. Well, their husbands do if they have a husband or their boyfriend. Yeah, but usually they're doing it because they're going through some sort of whatever in their life. This comes from experience. Okay. Okay.

I'm with you on that. Okay, let's go to the next thing. So I went to Brogrove a few, what last year, a year ago. And there were some celebs there for the Nephilim death squad people. Owen Benjamin, you know, we've talked about this as well. Shane Cashman, a toad, obviously, the whole tower gang me. No. Who else came out there? Lauren Whitsky, her husband, he was a little weird. No offense. She won't hear this. She was fine. She was nice. She was in the pool with her kid and him and he was just a little odd. Probably he was odd because he just kind of like he was taking care of her. He was nice guy. But the odd part was he seemed to have to always be around because I think he was a producer for Elijah Schaefer. So he was always around him and Elijah was the weird one. He was odd. He came in there. I mean, it was it was it was it was. Look, there's a bunch of short kings there. You know, Toad, I'm Toad, Cole, Raven, Daniel, Top Lobster. And then there's the tall Owen, obviously. But, you know, Sam Tripoli's there.

It's another celebrity that came out there. But Elijah act like he was the shit and he was just annoying and he wasn't nice. Okay. He wasn't mean. He just wasn't like Owen or Shane or or Sam Tripoli. And you just the other guys were just noticeably nice. Now he got sued by Alexis Wilkins, right? And now he's settled this case. So here's the subtle. Here's the here's a way to actually wrote about it. See if we get to this in September 2025. I published it. And now this is so this is, you know, hostage video type thing. I published a post on this platform concerning an Alexis Wilkins that implied she was operating as a foreign intelligence asset. It's called the fucking joke, a honeypot against the United States and persons connected to the federal government. I apologize for that implication because it is false to suggest she is a honeypot. It is interesting. Hell he'll take to, um, he'll take to Twitter and apologize and apologize for the

honeypot and apologize for this lawsuit thing. But he's not apologizing for being a piece of shit and cheating on his wife and doing like drugs and shit. Why he's got his kids. That to me, that's it out of bounds. I'm not going to go there. But this I will apologize to. Alexis Wilkins is not and has never been a foreign intelligence operative, foreign asset or honeypot of any kind. There is no factual basis to suggest otherwise. Well, there's a lot. That is bullshit. There is, there is some factual basis. One, uh, her, her bone headed, uh, bone-eyed, uh, let's see if I could actually, I think I have a clip here of who I'm talking about. Well, we just played him at the open, right? Where he's like, um, blowing that thing out there. But let's try, um, let's see if this one is, uh, well, that's the one I was talking about. To my friend, um, I don't want that one. Let's try this one. Rest now, brother. We have the watch. I just gotta let it play. Okay.

Aaron's right. Okay. We need America to wake up and prioritize Israel. And that is not what Kamala Harris is about. We need to bring home Americans and end this war, bring home Israelis and make sure we stand by our number one, Alan. All right. We need to prioritize Israel at foreign. Was Witsky the former method? Yes. Yes, she was. Uh, it led just names like he is fucking, like he fucking sucks. Yeah, I'm sure he does. Well, he, he does suck. And then he sucks, if you know what I mean, let's get back to the Elijah stuff. I, and I just have no problem saying these kind of things about him partly because the whole thing comes out. I mean, that's an interaction with him, no big deal. But it's not impressed. Okay. First of all, and then all the things that have gone on with him and then you hear the stories about, you know, his family and his wife. And that's when you're just kind of like, Oh, okay, okay. You can be, you can do all kinds of stuff. You don't have to be nice to everybody. But no one's out there talking about Shane Cashman being a piece of shit to his wife and his kids, right? No one's saying that about top lobster, about Raven, right? About me. It just, it's not happening, right? You're not going, I'm not going to a convention and begging some,

banging some dude, right? He is not, not just out of convention, but I mean, that's where it was being. I apologize for that implication because there's false to suggest she is a honey pot. But, you know what? Alexis is not and never been a foreign intelligence operative, foreign asset, or honey pot of any kind. There's no factual basis to suggest otherwise. Well, except for the fact that this guy says this, we need America to wake up and prioritize Israel. Okay. I don't know. Alexis sued me as a private citizen. On her own initiative to defend to the reputation, she has spent her career building to recover income. She lost as a direct result of my post. She did not. I, I guarantee, I know they came to a settlement, but there was probably zero proof that that actually took place. And to respond to credible threats made against your safety after my post circulated. Maybe. I mean, but who is making those, who is making those, those accusations? We need America to wake up and prioritize Israel. Israel. Okay. Okay. Just throwing it out there.

That's a boyfriend talking about who he's prioritizing. Okay. Let's get back to, sorry. There we go. A safety, this was the private civil defamation action. It was not brought by the federal Bureau of investigation, the Department of Justice or any government entity. Okay. And then we've got this, which is cash per tell when he did this post here, cash per tell, excuse me, basically quote, tweeted it. You've got to, we've gone through this. You've got to be batch shit crazy to, may, first of all, I'll defend Elijah here for one second, which is he had a lawsuit for, it was like $5 million, which he doesn't have. Okay. It was, it was tragic. He doesn't want to push through. Carl Seraf and got sued for this over the parker, Sam Parker. Also, I don't believe that they've settled those cases. I think the parker one got, I think there was a jurisdiction with you and he won that initially. They'll probably refile. I think that's what the case was there. But,

you know, Kyle's pushing back on this and he should. It's bullshit. You're gonna win. Elijah wanted to get out of this. And so he did this. Maybe this was the only thing he had to do, which would be like, okay, it's fine. But he's also a pussy, but I get it. But this is the kind of guy he is. He takes it up the, you know, A with a bunch of boys, boys. What did I say that? I mean, like, they're of legal age. But the accusation, if he's gonna come after me, is that he was sleeping with guys at some of these, you know, grinder conventions, AKA the Republican National Convention or kids, whatever it was. So that's what it is. But there's no way that you're going to say that Alexis didn't do this because she was with no government entity. The head of the FBI, girlfriend, and he is part of the claim. The honey pot is the him, right? She's honey potting him. And then somehow that no government, you don't think that that had a little bit of power, a little bit of meat behind it, right? That a government entity, that some powerful person

in government, and they can fuck you. And as a, you know, Schumer says, you know, screw you six ways to Sunday, the head of the FBI, you don't think that that was at all influential in this. And then his law firm that he used to be a member of is the law firm suing her. I mean, I, you know, once again, I defend in a sense, I understand, you make a deal, you take it, I, this out with all the time, you don't want to do things, you post a little thing. The problem is, this is Elijah Schaefer, this is his only bread and butter, right? He doesn't even have bread and butter. His bread and butter is not actually yeast and, and, you know, butter, but it's better made of milk, churned butter. It's, it's actually the internet. So his credibility, which just is already tanked, now goes down even further because he won't stand up for these things, he's probably telling you to do all the time. I would give no air time to Elijah, the full time, molesto, youth pastor did their past, Kim sex, bad, bad, bad. Okay, women should be

shopping, shopping. Okay, conservative thought. Yeah, honey pot operations are actually incredibly on brand on a Trump. Yes, they are. How does Elijah know what she is or isn't? Well, because that's what he settled to say, this guy's perverting a conservative youth gay pack. Yeah, he admitted stuff with teenagers at church camps. Okay, my retraction retracted. He takes it up the A, I'm walking in El Pacino from the movie crew. Yeah, imagine FedOps colluding and settling to be in further legally binding collusion. Yo, loads of honey. Thanks everybody for coming in. Okay, so that's, but it doesn't get stopped. It doesn't stop there with Elijah Schaefer. He, I didn't even know he's still had a show going on because, you know, well, he has plenty of time because not, not like he's thinking care of kids. So evidently, and then this clip comes out. Let's, maybe let's go over here. Listen to this. I know he invited us. I'm not saying I don't know what this is. I'm just saying Jeremiah is cool. Jeremiah is a ski bat. And his wife is very cool too.

Gary Wayne is going to be there. So fucking hell yeah, make sure you got to show up. Gary Wayne is going to be there. I've seen an interview with him. He's pretty interesting. I have no idea who he is, but okay, never heard of him tell now. So they're in a hotel room. Why are we using a picture from 2020 still? It'll because it looks better than your, your obviously Dave Rubin style body and face right now. I always be that picture. Why this is six years old. It'll always be that picture forever, forever. Also, it is funny. Underneath it says journalism media free speech. It's like, yeah, you mean the guy that goes in and retracts everything on X side note drama. This motherfucker here has been talking a lot shit about me on the internet. I've been seeing clips. So we're going to go in there and we're going to kill him. Now you might be saying, are you threatening to kill him? No, but we own guns. So do we have a

talk? Do we have a choice? Apparently, if you own a gun, you just kill me. Yeah. No, we're not going to do that reference to something earlier. That's a joke. That's a joke from an earlier comment. He should have learned because you usually have to retract jokes on the internet because someone will his voice change. Gay people do that. Gay people, they have that list going and then they can't help it. It just it just infects them. It is like AIDS. Okay, the changing of the voice. I mean, we know all know that you've had gay friends or gay people that you've worked with or whatnot and they have that list going on. You're just like, okay, that's not natural. But okay, well, that's him. It's not he's not natural. Sounds, sounds deeper, but somehow more this being gay. Well, it's maybe his, he doesn't have a DS or on his mic. That's a joke from an other comment. No, I, I don't know him. I don't know him. But I think a lot of you would set me his clips. It seemed like he was like, I don't know if he was trying to talk shit. It really did come off pretty bad. But it also seemed like one of those situations where someone's like,

you're in the news and then they're like, I've hung out with him. Let me tell you a story, but let me make it interesting. And like exactly. And you're like, I don't remember that going down. I would say this because I was like, oh, that could be, you know, what he maybe is talking about me because some of the no one sent it. My clips because I've made those comes. The problem is he was drunk. He doesn't know what the fuck happened at at at brogrove because he was hammered. Okay. And he was just, he was kind of just your piece of shit that wasn't paying attention. So you could say whatever he wants. I'm going to believe Raven. And you know what? Let's finish this off first here. Sorry. Yeah. Like it was like, oh, he spoke like an abble for like two hours. And you're like, it was like 15 minutes, but that was the joke. When you drink, you become an aboriginal. So I kept up the stick for a little while. I don't know why that was negative. Very weird. And then going down. Oh, what a great picture of me. Okay. So those two losers are whatever they're

doing. I don't know what's going on. Here's my point of playing that clip and then what I want to say like black sense. Yeah. Exactly. You got Hillary Clinton going to the South. I was no longer tied or whatever she said. Black appropriation with the black sense. This goes out to Raven. Raven. David, don't back down just because you're going to see this degenerate at a place. Raven does Bible stuff now. He's funny, but he's a family man. He is. I've met him and his wife and his young son. Very nice. Love the guy. Just same with Daniel. David and Daniel. Top of lobster and Raven. Okay. Very, very, very loyal, lovely people. Okay. Don't get and I'm sure you won't, but you may be a little persuaded to be like, oh, I'm going to see him in person. And then we're going to be buddies. And don't, don't back down to the degenerate. Okay. He's going to come in there and he's going to be

like, hey, you know, let's do this to be all buddies and maybe make jokes. And you made fun of me. And I'm going to make don't do it. Stand your ground. Just be like, oh, you know what? We've surpassed you. Yeah. You're a piece of shit in public. God, I hope it forgives you. And, you know, I hope you repent and do whatever. And maybe someday you'll be back in your kids' lives. You know, without taking maybe the gay kid with you, just maybe be a, you know, go visit your kids without trying to indoctrinate them into the gay lifestyle. But I, I, I don't want anything to do with you. Why don't you go, I don't know, go fuck yourself. I go back into your BMW that you lost. You made false claims about and you're gun and all this stuff. I don't care about your stories. Go bang that chick that was getting married and claiming to be a virgin. Whatever. I don't want anything to do with you. I hope that's what the top lobs in Daniel do. David do. But you know, the only way people like him survive is from artificial external funding to gas them up. Yeah. Apparently Gavin McGinnis and his associates finally juice. Goyvin. What a joke that dude is.

Yeah. I totally agree. Okay. Let's get on to some, I don't even want to, this was, I'm just going to look through this real quick. Republicans and Democrats are teaming up to put college campuses on the spot over anti-Semitism, at least the fanatic and Josh Gottheimer are launching a new congressional caucus focus specifically on universities, treat and protect Jewish students. I mean, this is just DEI all over again. But it goes right into what we started to show with, right? When we started the show, we talked about Trump giving these handouts because it can't help it. Trump can't help but be a socialist, be a communist, and just like the Republicans can't help but be woke. If the Republicans win the House of Representatives and the United States Senate, both of them, because of our economic, tremendous economic success, like in history, we've never had anything like what's happening. But because of our tremendous strength and success economically, I will issue a

dividend to every adult citizen in the United States of America for $5,000. Listen to the crowd there. When they said, oh, then they really get up here. Charles says, what up, TG forever. Yeah, blow one out for those guys. Tyler, have you spoken on the standards of criminal guilt, weighed against reasonable doubt in GR insanity? No, I haven't. I haven't really talked about all that. I talked a little bit about the Lindsey Clancy stuff. The Enfantasy topic of the day. Enfantasydle. Yeah, I mean, I didn't take a big deep dive into that case. It is hard. I think there's some, how do I say this? I think there's some legitimacy to the drugs that are, because we talk about that, right? We talk about pumping drugs into young kids and people whose bodies can't handle it. Postpartum, I imagine at that time too, you're maybe a little bit more susceptible. So there is something to be said with that, right? Pumping these people full of

these drugs and how that affects them. Whether that makes them criminal, it resupply. It seems like a leap to me to go to the drugs and postpartum to killing my kids. Now, I'm not a woman. But if this is the standard we're going to get, which is women seem to not be able to handle things, then we've got to really, really redesign life and hold these women basically a bay from almost anything. But the problem is I've had a mom. Yeah, she had some hormone problems, but those got things a little bit too emotional. Had one wife, we had two kids together. I've had the second wife and we didn't have kids together. I've adopted hers, but so I didn't see her going through that. But I just didn't really see that you can't still make day-to-day decisions, that it was so much. And if you're going to start using those things as an excuse to why things happen, then we need to restrict you gender and a whole from participating in a lot of

society. I mean, just go fuck yourself if you think you're going to be a public official. No way. You can't make rational decisions. You're the people that justify murdering your kids, so anyway, there's a lot of crap out there. I don't know what to say about it. I mean, could I get behind it if he only gave it to white boy racists like me? No big ass. A family law attorney, it's a nightmare. I'm sure. Criminal guilt standards are too high if they can be voided by reasonable NGR insanity doubt. The problem is, no, not necessarily. Not criminal responsible as Massachusetts have by reason of insanity. Every state has something like that. Not guilty by reason of insanity. But then you get locked up. Now, California, I believe this is the case when I did some research on it years ago when I was doing paralegal work before I was attorney. The standard is, did they know right from long

at the time, blah, blah, blah, blah, and then you get maybe committed. If you're going to have come out now, you've got to show that you're not that way anymore. And you just getting necessarily released to the general public. No, that's not necessarily the case. Pumping kids is wrong. Yeah. And pipping them. Okay, let's go here with what, speaking of due process, Dan Bongino, he's real big. Gentle reminder that a sitting congressman named Tom Massey got his ass kicked as a multi-term incumbent in a deep red district and is still whining about it. Why don't you just whining about it? But he did and we've broken that down. It's Jewish, Jewish vote. But in Bongino's defense, I mean, there's different things that people will take. And reasons they will do different things. And sometimes it just has to do with what they're, what they believe in life. What causes the idea to your heart? Causes their to my Israel. The fence of Israel. There you go. So that Badoosh bag, it's hard to

really take anything serious. He's going to say it was complaining. Oh, yeah, he's complaining about foreign interference. I bet Dan Bongino complained about American interference in the 2020 election, right? He's one of those guys, you know, election deniers, but it's okay to, to, anyway, Tom is the biggest disappointment. I saw my team in DC. Dude, you weren't in there a year. He's nothing like he portrays himself to be. He's a smart guy who plays dumb for clicks. I've never seen him play dumb ever. He pretends to be a libertarian while using X to take away due process from people. Do process. That, that, that, that, that cracks me up. I mean, we could probably, I didn't even have the time to go through this, but we could go through the cases where, where, Massey is insisting on due process. That's why you're calling him a live on certain things because he wants civil rights. He wants time to, this is so crazy, Dan Bongino. Also, and by the way, you're the one that is trying to convict Tyler Robinson, maybe, maybe he's guilty as 100%,

but you got to give him due process. Also, Brian Cole, the Schubamer, convict, right? Give him a due process, right? Also, Tom was offered multiple briefings on cases he continues to incorrectly opine about and he refused. Well, he's getting the, are you still able to get all that? Tom was afraid of the truth. He chose clicks and ignorance instead. If you met the real Tom, you'd be disappointed to shame. He's human garbage. Wow. It was a good, this is what the complaint was that, Massey said. It was a good fortune. You're run. I wonder if you'd won any of the three elections. If you lost, you could have made it a full term without quitting. You were a complete non-entity during your brief time at DC, except for that time you panicked and locked up the, I don't know what that, more of that. Okay, let's play some math questions here. Let's go to the math side, folks. We got this douche doing dictation for some lawyer who can barely talk as a fucking nightmare. Are you talking about me? I talk just fine. The stuff they have on Bongino must be horrific. Bongino is one of the

most emasculated in min in our era, Bongino. Anyone not blocked by Dan needs to reply asking about J6 every day. Yeah. Okay, let's test your theory. Let's test your theory. Let's go here. Oh, well, I don't even think I have a Dan Bongino. I didn't have a Dan Bongino text yet. Let's look him up here. Let's go here. Dan Bongino. And I'm not going to be able to pull him up because I am blocked. Let's see if I can even find, here we go. Here's it. Here's a Dan Bongino. There you go. Dan Bongino. Am I blocked? Dan Bongino has you blocked, right there. I liked Masi. You should like Masi. He's a decent dude, I think. I don't know problems with him. Yeah, Dan Bongino is a is a cuck of all cucks and I know you're so caring about what he has to say.

Okay, let's go to this math thing. I'm going to play a few clips here. Shocked about what's going to take place. But here we go. This is, I don't even know who this dude is. I've never heard of him before, but he's wearing sunglasses. He's more gay looking than Elijah, but you know, that's saying a lot. But let's see if what he has to say here is legit. I don't know. I mean, why does algebra put letters into numbers? I think just a fuck with you. So you deal. So right away, you can't answer the question. I mean, I know why. Is anybody know why? Oftentimes, I'll give you my what I think it is. Oftentimes you have a quantity, a parameter, a variable that variable will use that because that's the easy way that you don't know. So there's something you're going to solve for, right? We'll call it X. X seems to be one that we do a lot. Okay. And sometimes you have an unknown thing. And so you have an equation. Typically, this is your standard. There's all kinds of stuff in algebra, but the basic stuff that I used,

like you use them database, it's these for me is left side of an equation has to equal the right side of the equation, right? So you can start to move things around and solve for a variable. Sometimes you have, and you can write an equation, the brilliant thing about an equation is it's scalable. Okay. So I don't just have an equation that says this solves for how many, you know, feet of whatever I need, you know, whatever I'm going to do. Okay. Length width, height, whatever you're going to be doing, I can solve for this. Now it's like, but what if I want to make something bigger? What if I want to make something smaller? I have it. Here's a formula. Boom. Comes out. Here's X. X is a variable. I just put it in all the time and it spits out Y, which is the answer, right? So you can have two variables here. One is an answer. One is just, one's a variable. And one's an answer that you're going to get. And it spits it out. And now you have an equation. Okay. That equation is magical. Sometimes you have an equation for something. And then you have another

equation. You have two unsolved. Now you put those two, you have two variables, two unsolved, two, answering questions. You can put two questions together to solve for X and Y of either one. It's fantastic the way this happens. And you go multiple. So you can just, it goes over and over and over. So is this a bit, I don't know, let's keep going with math in your job every day. Well, you've already, I think, demonstrated your grasp of math is high. Very, I mean, functional math. Yeah. Yeah. For sure. Yeah. Well, if you can build a wood-fired kiln, yeah. You understand math. So, but what you didn't add letters to numbers in the process of doing that? That's the weirdest thing. No where did I find any letters in my math to calculate the size and structural integrity of a canary. Well, that's because he didn't use letters. Maybe he used a cat, right? He just said, oh, we had this professor. He would do, he would do, you know, multiple equations and you solve for this variable. And then you would, you know, you'd say X equals this. And then you solve for that. And then you'd say, oh, and they have this other equation that

has access to variable. And then you take this one and you substitute it into that one. He would have cat and he would dev dagger. He would solve for dagger. And then he would stick dagger into cat. Go for it. Now this guy, so he saw, he didn't, I didn't have any variable. I didn't have any letters. Well, what did you solve? Well, you, you're trying to come up, you had to have something, be something, I don't understand what you're doing. Are you just making lengths, measurements? Okay, then you don't have to do it. But if you want to build like this Woodford Kyln or what was the other thing he's going to say? And the arch to calculate the size and structural integrity of a canary arch. And that weird. You didn't need to. You're saying you didn't solve one simple equation for any of that because that is algebra. Okay, you may never put letters, numbers, and here's the problem. Let's say you did this cantonary arch. Okay. And it's got to be this perfect size for you. But you know, if you used algebra and you had formulas and you wanted to build maybe a

bigger arch or a smaller arch, you just have some of these variables and you just put those in. And it would spit out the answers, the structural integrity of a bigger arch, of a smaller arch, of all kinds of different materials structure. This guy, this is the dumbest thing and I can't believe, I'm sorry, I can't believe Tucker Carlson is buying this, but he's keep going. Oh, that was weird. Because everybody, every math teacher was always like, you need to know some algebra. I'm yet to encounter a single person in my life that uses algebra. Well, because you're dumb. Okay. I don't mean this has to be a bit. And let's keep going here. I'm sorry. Actually, have you? So like you, but you would know, yeah, but I mean, I live in a fake world. That's why you use fake math with letters. Congratulations. Everybody out there in the matrix. Good job. You're good little voice slaves. That's amazing. Why? No, you're not voice slaves because algebra was created by the Muslims. Okay, so it's not the Israelites, the Jews that did this. It's the Muslims. Now, this is what's

batshit crazy is. They're using microphones or having tables. They're having all these other things. You use this. These guys, he says, I don't know anybody who uses letters in math on a daily basis. Well, maybe you're not asking them because you are. You have a simple spreadsheet. Your budget, you think Microsoft Excel doesn't use algebra to calculate these things. This is this is a batshit crazy. This, let's see this here. I love the sunglasses. I want to, I'm sorry, you guys are chatting it up and I didn't see us. Being blocked by Dan is a serious flex. Yes, it is. Is it a bit math is like the only real constant we have. I don't even know how you can argue algebra. Is it real? This guy should have stayed on Twitter. Some people don't hold up under questioning. He probably used chat, chat, gpt to do the algebra for him. So technically, he didn't do it. Says Lincoln. Even if he used it via a program, sun glasses in interview. I can't stand him.

Glass. What is this shitty fucking retard? I don't accept it. I wear my sunglasses. Yeah, yes, you do as do I. What was his name? Heart. I wear my sunglasses tonight. Okay, let's go to the next thing because there's there's more to be done here. This is just bizarre to me. And I don't, it's got to be a bit because this is the dumbest thing. In college, I could not pass college algebra because I could not understand why we were putting letters into numbers and math that didn't make any logical sense to me. And I could not get anybody to explain to me how that was ever going to be useful to me. So I continually got into arguments with algebra teachers who thought they were smart, who I found to be very lacking in intelligence. So I ended up in a class called finite math that they had hidden from us that like, it was just, I got drunk with the lady who signs you up for classes like early on in college. Let's be honest, he's talking high school,

not college. He got drunk in high school, right? At a party. And we became for Cory Hart. Thank you. Friends. And so I never had an advisor. And I would just whatever classes I wanted to take, I'd walk into her office. I was like, hey, sign me up for these classes. She was like, no problem. Yeah. So like, when I came down to graduate, and like I finally had to sit down with like whatever admissions person, they were like, how the fuck they were like, you have taken none of these freshman classes. I was like, yeah, they suck and they're stupid. I was like, I algebra dumb. I don't need to know algebra. Monarch major. Like I want to do. Okay. Well, yeah, I do. Okay. I got a, I got a, we'll back that up a little bit. I'm sorry. I didn't, I didn't realize, I didn't realize what we were dealing with here. We were dealing with an art major. Oh, I'm sorry. I'm sorry. Monarch major. Like I want to, um, okay, buddy, build cool shit. Like I took Western Suves and archaeology classes and history

classes because that's, that's what I wanted to learn about. And I, I feel like it served me pretty well. But then I had to take a math class. So they, this woman was like, have you ever thought about finite math? Like here, it's on the list. And it's got the same credits and accounts. I was like, let's do it. Holy shit. You know why they don't want you taking finite math because it explains to you how much you will pay on any loan for interest. No, it won't. I mean, it could, but my god, if you have a calculation for interest, you're going to have a variable of what the interest rate is going to be. We often use a little i percentage as the interest, okay? That is a simple, that is, that is, god damn it. Because what if the interest rate is two? What if it's 10? What if it's a hundred? What if it's zero? What is the actual outcome going to be? And that is an algebraic equation. And how fast you could pay off alone if you just pay $50. Yeah, present value, future value.

Oh my god, this guy. That's all it was. I think I made it through a week of the class before I cut up all my credit cards and was like, oh, I am never doing that ever. But did you make it through the class? Like did you pass the class? Ever, ever, ever under no circumstances. Will I ever take out a loan and pay twice the value of anything? It just made absolutely no sense to me. So, yeah. Why does algebra? Okay, then they go into the, look, we need to drop from Billy Madison where he says, all, we are all stupider for hearing this. Yeah, that, the principle says that at least he doesn't do homo art. That excavator Wood Stofy built with bad ass. I imagine it is. But can he build a different stove and here's the deal. Is it the same stove? I don't even know who this guy is, right? And he maybe he's building great stuff and he doesn't need to know. But if you're going to, let's say, export this out and if someone's going to then be doing it for you, you're going to have to give

all kinds of math equations. It's just, I, the stuff he is saying now in my 20s is this dude is detached. Yeah. Okay, let's see if this, if there's any more. Why, why is math so bad? It's just, you need to be brought back and told to everybody, Hansel and Gretel or Rumpel Stiltskin, how is Rumpel Stiltskin? Not like the perfect allegory for everything we are dealing with right now creating. But do you think Rumpel Stiltskin was either one that was doing the wheat and on the lathe of the little thing there spinning it and then it turned it into gold or something like that. But he had to do a certain amount and he might have had to calculate how much work out of him well from nothing and only wanting to eat your children in return. And then when you call it out for, so this is the problem when the someone's so batshit crazy about what he's saying. Any, you know, he wants to make it like he's some genius about the math and I'm sorry that you're that dumb that you couldn't

figure out math. This is someone who couldn't figure out math. It happens to us all, not me, but it happens to a lot of people. And then what you have to do is you have to make excuses why you can't figure that. Let me see. Do I have any math books left over here in here? Now I have a really, really complicated math book. I kept one math book from grad school and it was like, I don't know where it's at. Maybe someone opened it up here really. Anyway, so he is a rumpel foreskin. A solid work there by you and Charles and Eddie. Eddie put it in first, but it looks like you were both going there. When someone says something so ridiculous, he may be a great person on everything else, but I'm not going to believe him on this, right? It's, you know, sorry to go down this road, but it's what Almaty's safe, safe and Almaty, safe and Almaty, so whatever his

fucking name was, the Bitcoin standard guy when he, you know, he wrote, um, fiat foods and I'm walking through there and he's just so full of shit about stuff that I happen to know about. And so I call him out. And then he comes into my DMs and he's all screaming at me and acting like a child. And I'm like, but you're, you're, um, you're completely wrong about the stuff you're saying. You're literally lying. That's what I said to him. He's like, anyway, I don't get into it. But, um, I did figure out that instead of lying, he's just really, really bad at doing research. So, um, lazy. So if he's not lazy on something, how do I respect him on any of the other things? You know what? Someone else wrote a book on Bitcoin. I'll listen to the what they said. That's just, people are too dumb to understand things like their fake. Yeah. Um, is there any other, um, Carlson's guests say algebra is good. Yeah. So we, I think we went through all that. Let's do this last thing. This is something I don't know. I don't know what they even say about this.

But here we go. As being terrorist, I know that's an uncomfortable word for some people. There are limitations in what a US embassy can do in another country. We cannot investigate. We don't have that power or authority. We cannot adjudicate. We don't have that power or authority. But we can influence. And we can call attention. There may be a few hundred that are responsible. But that's a few hundred too many. And one of the messages that we have been sending and we will continue to send is that people in these communities have a right to live with a level of security and safety. And that the government has a responsibility to make sure that that happens. What's sad? Okay. So that, if you don't know, he went

out to like the West Bank and there was like some, why he was out there. There were like literally Israeli settlers, terrorists harassing some people. And so he comes out and makes a statement. This is Mike Huckabee. The problem is that Tucker Carlson called this stuff to your attention months ago. And what you did then was went on a tirade for months about how Tucker Carlson is horrible. He's anti-Semite, dead, dead, dead. And this is the kind of shit that's out there. So I don't know what to believe with this guy. But here we are. Is that Mike, a G Edward Griffin or Huckabee Israel? Maybe Tucker is trying to get more black people. Having to bring on actually that Charles Banger, Banger, Banger. We are going to end with that. Oh, dude, I have one more. Let's see. Did I have one more? No, that's the down there thing. There we go. Okay, everybody go out there. This is Mike Huckabee. Go out there. Watch your... What causes the idea to your heart? Causes their to my Israel. The offensive Israel.

But I do wonder for others in other cases where the libertarianism today is just an excuse for many on the right to act selfishly. For my look at me. And then some fat asses in Washington started having opinions. The Olympic committee started having opinions. You, you bitch. I know you. You started writing your opinions. And it just makes me wonder, you're dead, bitch. You know, why are you doing this at this board guy? Oh, I'm a libertarian. What I'm getting is, but you develop a judge or a judge or a commissioner.
