GOP Senator Tackles Anti-War Veteran

I have a lot on the agenda today, breaking down news of the day with me, my contributor, none other. They're Mr. Jamie, low always fascinated to have his analysis on the program.

1:03Top story of the day. We have an Indusputable in-depth exclusive. This is a hard story. Put it up for a mask. A black Rutgers student has been missing for 100 days. And the white male last seen with him had threatened him with the knife months prior. You're looking at 22 year old, Mardemore, Mortimer, Wartman, known as Morty. Now this is the 33 year old Adam Zaluk, the man who threatened him with the knife this summer. I'm going to give you as much information as we can. The incident in July that led to Adam facing criminal charges, according to an affidavit, of probable cause. Adam allegedly acts Wartman for a sexual favor.

2:09When he refused this sexual favor, Adam became irate and decided to threaten him, threaten him with the knife by advancing toward him with the blade extended. Adam then reportedly carved the word slut SLUT into the young Mr. Wartman's car before ramming the back of the vehicle two times the affidavit states. Mr. Wartman actually captured the incident on video. Indusputable does not have that video as of yet, we are working to obtain it. So Adam then was charged with third degree, terroristic threats. Third and fourth degree weapons offenses. And fourth degree criminal mischief, according to online court records.

3:15The nature of their relationship is unclear. Morty's brother Ivan Mark said, though he believes they may have met on a dating app and started seeing each other within the past year. Ivan was released without bail in the police department's investigation. I've not declared him a suspect in the mysterious disappearance of this young Rutgers student. Quote, he was chasing my son somewhere around town in Point Pleasant, the public called. He got arrested, father Mortimer, Wartman, the third, to CBS News New York. There is no bail, there was no bail, they let him out. So Adam Zaluk's hearing regarding the knife threat was this Monday, he got himself a plea deal. So Adam actually pleaded guilty, he will avoid jail time as part of the deal, which the ocean kind of prosecutor says was offered because Wartman isn't available to testify.

4:18Now, this is ironic, isn't it? Two other charges of weapons possession of criminal mischief were dropped. Adam agreed to pretrial intervention and to intend an anger management program. Now, because the individual who's the victim is not able to be produced for testimony, to assist the prosecution in executing the case, because of that, the individual that admitted by way of a guilty plea to assault will get a lighter penalty because the individual is missing. I once again, according to the latest information, that person is not listed as a person of interest in the disappearance, okay? All right, so months before his disappearance, Morty filed a protective order that was not

5:19enforced because he was consistently stalked by Adam according to the report. Our Wartman's family says that despite a no contact order, in the weeks leading up to the disappearance, Adam, Adam's white issue V had been spotted outside of the young Mr. Wartman's house, quote, his dad says he did look out there and saw that the car out there and saw the car out there and then the car pulled off, said Wartman's cousin, Omar Reyes. There's another quote, I know Adam did something, Wartman would never just disappear. He would never leave his family. He's a mama's boy. Adam has something to do with it, they say at Wartman's friend, Trinity Cottrell. He was telling me in the summer that he was being stalked by Adam and there were numerous conversations that Wartman expressed was, expressed, excuse me, that he wasn't fear for that.

6:27What happened leading up to this disappearance on November 21st? So according to Marx, Wartman and Adam met up at regional day school the night Wartman disappeared. The two reportedly drove behind the school and Adam's car and went into Collier's meal. That's a wooded nature preserve toward a fire pit. Most individuals then allegedly got into a heated argument before Wartman ran off into the woods. Marx said relaying that Adam's version of the events, relaying Adam's version of the events. Marx said Adam reported Wartman missing around 12 pm the following day. Morty's friend alleged that Adam never checked Morty's house to see if he was there, prior to reporting him missing the next day, according to him, his family coordinated a local search effort, his mother said, quote, my family members, they took off the whole

7:34week, like we were out there every day all the way to nighttime. We were out there for over 12 hours just searching and searching. Mother Johanna Reyes said, in the three months since Johanna has continued to search for her son, she is dedicated to looking for him, ran or shine, quote, I've been out there, I have ripped coats, I have, my pants have gotten ripped, I lost my head a million times she said, I've gotten stuck out there, I'm still going out to search, do I believe he is there? No. Is that all we got? Yes. Well, I continue to search what we have, yes, because that's all I have, Johanna said, they have not found a single trace of him in the woods, as you can imagine, a chance

8:37and hell for a parent is a chance. And so while she can say no, I actually don't believe that it is probable, she's in these woods, there's no other lead but the woods. And so she's continuing to search for her son there. The family, however, is not buying the narrative that he got lost. The family says, what me love the woods, they don't believe he simply got lost, especially with this car parked just two miles away, quote, like he could have got lost in the night, but I know by the next day, he would have found his way somewhere, Mark said, quote, it is very mind-boggling, in quote, and those close to him, don't believe he just ran away, what Miss Sutton disappearance is out of character for the college senior, who is close with his family and involved on campus and active student, that's according to Marks,

9:41he was very invested in his family, a really good kid, Mark said, never the runaway type, he was just always such a bubbly, positive person, Marks said, another quote, absolutely 100% we are all convinced that Adam has something to do with it, Marks added, quote, our family wants an arrest, we want him to be arrested, and this is another day he is walking away free, end quote, said, Marks, I want to reiterate, the authorities have not charged, him and they have not listed him as a person of interest according to the information that we have, all right? All right, there's more to prosecutors office stated, I quote, details about more specific investigative efforts cannot be released at this time, this investigation is active and ongoing, end quote, no suspects or persons of interest have been named in Morty's disappearance, despite the pain she feels not knowing where her son is, Johanna is being patient, quote,

10:44I know it's an ongoing investigation, she said, quote, and I have to trust, trust the process, I want to show you some of the areas, let's put it up, this is Jackson Township, the area that Morty disappeared is known for its confederate flags, and the overwhelming support for Donald Trump to help convey the essence of this town, I'm going to show you photos of a house boasting confederate flags that display what appears to be a KKK Halloween display, this is back in 2021 in that same neighborhood, what a local news outlet posted about Morty's disappearance, locals made a joke of it, you can see them joking there. Ryan says, of course, someone may have harmed him, just take a look at him. Mike says, based on that photo, I'm afraid for the people he's harming, and Diana says, well, well, that damn napkin hair and bull earring, yeah, he don't hang with normal peeps. The kind of person Morty is, so Morty's disappearance

11:48has left a huge hole in the home, quote, he's been and also says he was little, she said, always polite, kind, very talkative, gentle giant, not a mean bone in him, she said, he gave me hugs, kisses, I love you every day, at the time of his disappearance, Morty was a senior at Rutgers University, studying to be a landscape architect and commuting from home, quote, that was his passion, like he loved plants, Trujana said. Morty's hometown with the help of the Center for Missing Persons is offering a $10,000 reward for anyone who might have information about the disappearance that information is there. Also, it is beautiful, we want to help the family, if you would like to donate to Morty's family to help them as they continue to search and hire a private investigator, they're almost at their goal of $40,000. Sometimes

12:52when a case like this happens and I've been a catalyst to help families hire a private investigator or when the body is found a private autopsy, it costs a lot of money, private investigators cost money, autopsy's cost money, getting to the bottom of things, cost money, everything costs money if you do it privately. And when you don't have the kind of support locally required to solve a case or to find a missing person, you have to rely on volunteers and private resources. So if you can do the very best you can to support this family. All right, we'll continue to bring you updates as they come. Dear brother, thoughts? Well, first I want to echo what you just said, I've encouraged anybody who heard this story and found it to be harrowing, like I did, it's the heinous situation I can't imagine being in a family's place, you know, make action out of your feelings and donate to this family going through this terrible moment. You know, as you were going over the

13:55details, it felt like so many miscarriages of justice stacked right on top of one another. And I work in family law here and oftentimes we have situation where a person has a protective order against another person and it is not prosecuted effectively. So complaint after complaint after complaint are made and nothing adequately is done. All of a sudden some done thinkable happens and everyone's looking around like, oh gosh, what could have done to prevent this. And I understand the movement toward this. I think there was some allegations that the gentleman who had the protective order out against him had been released on a previous charge with a cashless bail. And I understand the movement toward that. I'd rather remember in 2020, what the protest for about and all those sort of things. But I think we've over corrected in some instances. I think that, you know, now we've gone to the point of where we were harshly punishing

14:58people based on this socioeconomic status. And to now we're not punishing people actual criminals. And now we've got actual criminals running the streets and badgering people and you know, get arrested and released and released, released, released, released. They finally do something like to amounts to a murder or involved in the disappearance. One of the situation may be here, but this down will be in my thoughts in prison. I wish we had some common sense criminal justice reform that doesn't perpetually victimize people. Yeah. Very well said. We will keep you updated as the story develops. Hopefully there's more information. So the House kills the effort to release reports on congressional, sexual, abuse and misconduct put it up for mass. They're trying to spend the narrative. I will expose the spin. House has killed Nancy Macy's resolution that would have released congressional sexual misconduct and harassment

16:04reports, which came in response to the story we reported on earlier of Tony Gonzalez having an affair with an aide who took her own life. Mace forced a floor boat on her resolution directing the House Ethics Committee to make public all reports on allegations of congressional lawmakers and aides engaging in sexual misconduct or harassment. But in a 357 to 65 vote, the House voted to refer the Mace resolution to committee which basically is a move that effectively kills the resolution. Now, there are nuances here that have to be considered. For example, the privacy of the individuals making the complaint because the ethics committee,

17:06the House Ethics Committee, they guarantee confidentiality in order to shield victims from congressional retaliation or retaliation from their powerful allies. So I get that part and I'm going to talk about that in just a moment. To utilize that as the shield for the reason why you decide to not enact common sense legislation. To expose where all this tax payer money is going is insane to me. In addition to that, according to the narrative, the House Ethics Committee, they are utilizing that investigative arm in order to, let's just say, apply political pressure when it suits them to certain politicians who have been exposed in their investigatory process. You get the picture. Now, the excuse, the Ethics Committee

18:11had encouraged members to vote to refer the resolution in a joint statement, the Republican and Democratic leaders of the committee argued it, quote, could shield victim cooperation and witness participation in ongoing and future investigations and would make it harder for the committee, quote, to investigate and eliminate sexual misconduct in the House, quote, here and elsewhere, perpetrators of sexual misconduct should never be shielded from responsibility of their misdeeds, chairman, Michael Guest, Republican, Mississippi, and ranking member, and a ranking member said, but they added, quote, victims may be re-traumatized by public disclosures of interim work product, excerpts of interview transcripts and certain exhibits, and witnesses who often only speak to the committee confidentially, or on a condition of future anonymity, could fear retaliation if their

19:17cooperation is made public. One representative said, this is why American people hate us, here it is. I just think it's really disgusting how this institution protects itself because y'all just half of them voted to send this stuff to House Ethics where you know it's going to die. We know that members of Congress are using taxpayer dollars to pay off sexual harassment. We just had a member of Congress literally sexually harass someone that then let herself on fire, and you guys all protected him. You guys all protected my, my own side, your side, and so if you guys want to talk about victims, if you want to go out and virtue signal, and then you guys are going to kill her stuff on the floor and then try to pass, yeah, of course, we should subpoena all this stuff, but just I'm not going to sit here and play games. I think it's a complete fraud. I think that's why the American people hate us. I think the midterms are coming up and everyone should go on record for this, and I hope that members are exposed for this. You can provide a conclusive summary of the investigation that redacts or doesn't include the name of the accusers or those who provided

20:19information that the investigative committee interviewed. It's called redaction. You can include that in the resolution. You can include that in the statutory framework. You can assure that victims are protected while also maintaining transparency for those that the committee has concluded to be in violation. And typically if you're paying money out of a slush fund based on the accusation and a preponderance of the evidence due to the accusations, that means there's some there there. There's more. Remember the guy once again that this all started from at least this modern context of the resolution. Well, he initially basically denied that he had an affair

21:20with an aide, gas lit a whole bunch of folks. How dare you make such such an accusation, okay? He has now admitted to that affair. Here it is. I made a mistake and I had a lapse in judgment and there was a lack of faith. And I take full responsibility for those actions. Since then, I've reconciled with my wife, Angel. I've asked God to forgive me, which he has. And my faith is as strong as ever. She's dead. Put him up for a mask. How dare you, man? How dare you? This woman was likely so enthralled with you that the idea of not being with you, and by the way, your charlatan, the idea of not being with you,

22:27the idea of what that would mean to her life because you present yourself bigger than life. But it's all fake. It's all funny. And maybe you get some folks and you can't treat, but you don't have any one outside of a tree. So while you can believe that you're holding onto some dignity by one, dishonoring her even in death by denying any of this ever happened, dishonoring your wife, I'm sure you lied to her first, but it's one thing to lie to yourself, man. So you can believe what you choose to believe about who has forgiven you and who has not. You have dishonored that position and a person, a whole human being who worked for you, who worked for you. It's dead, unalive to yourself. In some decent news, the House Oversight Committee has finally subpoenaed Pam Bond.

23:36So GOP representative Nancy Mace has now made a move to subpoena the Attorney General of the United States, and it actually passed 24 to 19. It passed with bipartisan support. Mace was joined by Democrats and fellow Republicans, Tim Birchett, Michael Cloud, Lauren Bobert, and Scott Perry of all people. Also, Commerce Secretary agreed to testify before the House Oversight Committee. So the Commerce Secretary wants a Manhattan neighbor of Jeffrey Epstein, by the way, voluntarily agreed to an interview with the House Oversight Committee over past ties to the convicted sex offender. He told Exe Wilson, I quote, I look forward to appearing before the committee.

24:37I have done nothing wrong and I want to set the record straight. If you work for Trump, you've done something wrong. So let's go ahead and eliminate that ridiculous line. If you work for Trump, you've done something wrong. Because Trump don't hire clean hands. What corrupt politician hires clean hands? So no, you're not drama free. Hopefully it is exposed. All right, dear brother, thoughts here. Well, it was so many. First of all, it's sort of rich. I'm a religious person as well. You commit this heinous act and you're like, well, God forgave me. So we all grab this up here. It's sort of comical. But I don't even like calling it Congress anymore. In civics class, you learn the roles and responsibilities of the three branches of government, the co-equal and checks and balances. This is not what we have here.

25:38They have completely defaulted on investigating other branches of government. So they definitely, definitely, definitely have no interest in investigating themselves on anything. That's the one thing that has bipartisan support consistently is they don't care to be transparent to us about anything. I think it is a step in the right direction that Pam Bondi is being subpoenaed. But ultimately, it will probably be a humongous waste of time because she is belligerent. Her and the rest of everybody else in this Trump administration has no interest in being accountable to anybody, let alone the voters. I think they need to just cut to the chase and impeach her already for failing to abide by the FST release stack. I'm assuming it's the name but we just make it up. But the law requiring her to release the files. Her testimony before the House before the Senate brazenly brazen, brazen, brazen, doesn't care one bit about protecting victims of sexual abuse either at the hands of the FST or at the hands of themselves, like the case

26:42in this Congressperson. And I applaud Nancy Mays for being a champion consistent on this. Now, I watched the Clinton deposition and she certainly has a way of making everything by herself. And that's Mays does. But at least, she's consistent with wanting victims to have that day in court. And Pam Bondi just refusing to meet with anybody. And I have some sympathy for as far as cabinet members go because Pam Bondi has been given the most difficult job. But did you give her a chance for it? President Trump is an amoral person. They knew his name was in it almost as much as Epstein's name was in it. And so you cannot campaign on transparency and know the two of the one that's guilty. So she's caught between this impossible situation. And she's just quit. It's not a job anybody can do. She's a quit. She's a disgrace to the office. The House representative is a disgrace for defaulting Americans for this long President Trump is a tremendous disgrace. But that's off our wrong conclusion. But I'm just tired.

27:46I'm exhausted. I wish we'd get our government back. The government that we pretend like we had. Yeah. Yeah. And hopefully this time because of how much has been exposed, we actually can progress forward rather than having the illusion of progress. We actually make progress this time. When, not if, when the government returned back to people who have some light in them. President Barack Obama. Virginia, we are counting on you. Republicans want to steal enough seats in Congress to raid the next election and wield unchecked power for two more years. But you can stop them by voting yes by April 21st. Help put our elections back on a level playing field and let voters decide not politicians. Vote yes by April 21st. Paid for by Virginians for fair elections. We got some breaking story. Trump fires. Christie. No, Department of Homeland Security.

28:53Gone. She's out of there. Okay. You're not going to see her face in the airports anymore. But there's a new person. Let's put this up full of masks. So Donald Trump announced that the Department of Homeland Security secretary, Chris and I was, quote, moving to a new position. And he was now nominating. And even more unqualified person, Senator Mark Wayne Mulled to take her place. The move comes after growing backlash to Trump's immigration crackdown, nationwide protests, multiple court challenges, especially after two fatal shootings of U.S. citizens in Minneapolis. Trump made the announcement official in a truth social post Thursday.

29:54He did not explicitly say he was firing, firing, no. But instead phrase did as she had served us well. And quote, we'll be moving to be special envoy for the shield of the Americas. A new initiative. He said he would announce on Saturday is another play play position. Okay, it's a play play job. So just this week, none was subjected to a bipartisan visceration in a Senate and House Committee hearing, as members of both sides of the aisle lambasted her over the good Renee Good and Mr. Freddie shooting. ISIS enforcement tactics, her alleged relationship sexual relationship with Corey Lewandowski, delays in disbursing FEMA to hurricane ravaged areas in North Carolina,

31:02accusations about conflicts of interest for lucrative contracts, her agency gave to friends, and even the admission from her memoir about shooting her dog cricket. That still comes up in Senate hearings. One of the most blazing things that came up during the hearing was a contract, or I think it was $140 million that was somewhere around $140 million. It's a lot of money, that's a lot of coin. For a contract to a company that had been created eight days prior to being awarded the contract. And guess who that company is affiliated with? No, is affiliated with her political agency. So once again, that got exposed during the hearing,

32:04but here's the tool that will take over according to Trump. Mueller's name was being floated as a potential replacement for no in the wake of her disastrous hearing performance, which I'm sure he probably has something to do with. This is likely why Democrats actually came after her, not because they gave a damn about taxpayer money, anything else. Multiple media outlets reported and the Oklahoma Senators seemed to be increasing the frequency of his television appearances in recent days. A generally accepted part of the audition process for the former reality star president. Ladies and gentlemen, once again, we have a game show hostess president of the United States. All right. Reagan news. Dear brother, now that we know the rest of the story, right? Because I was looking at this hearing with Christy North, and I remember saying damn, it's almost as if we're back to normal.

33:09Because they were posing from both sides of the political aisle. They were posing relevant questions. And you could see Republicans seemingly getting angry at the revelations that were made about her dysfunctional style of leadership. And then come to find out on the other end there's a political play. I don't think the political play happened after the hearing. I think the hearing was part of the political play given how these cats work. I'm glad she's gone, but you're replacing bad with worse. It seems as if what was saying. I agree entirely. First of all, when I watched the hearings as well, she also was not and not granted she didn't say anything that I would have said, but she certainly could have been more ballistic than what she was. So we've seen Pambani and those hearings. We've seen other cabinet secretaries and those hearings where they were just did not, not, not, Christy, now I'm sort of sounded contract in some areas. She did.

34:09She was not overly energetic. She lied a whole bunch of times and she came across as super confident, but this is trouble in the stretch. Who doesn't? You know, you get Caspatel flying his girlfriend across the planet like he stole his dad's keys. It is a rotten administration. The course is hard to single out any corruption that Christy and I was doing because they're all corrupt. They're all corrupt. They're all incompetent. They all have no idea what they're doing. I mean, the allegation by her, Dating Corps in the Louis, Noudaski came out during the campaign. She shot a dog forever girl was bragging about that. So this is not the bug. It's the feature. So for, and I think what was the lady who ran for, she's now the national security supervisor. I can't remember if she ran for president as Democrat and then she's in the Trump administration, but it's a mess. The whole system is a mess that's run to the court. Donald Trump is the crux of the problem. Like you alluded to in the last story, you know, somebody with dirty hands, a corrupt politician, any competent politician is not going to surround himself by just the bastions

35:13of government efficiency. So she's doing exactly what he's doing. He's enriching himself in his entire family by his office. So was everybody else that was working around her under her, the head of her. So it felt like she was the scapegoat. You know, Donald Trump does all this stuff for distraction. Now, you know, every time the Epstein files got blown out of proportion, so he's the sixth home and security and ICE to invade American cities. Then that blew out of proportion, so he released some more of the Epstein files to kind of cover up for that original distraction. Now we're in the middle of World War III, so he's got to come and disrupt another thing. It's very fun to watch them and clothe until you remember the fact that these people are still in charge of our government. Yeah, still in charge and according to the narrative, she still would get a government paycheck once again, waste taxpayer money. Okay, we'll bring up this as they come.

36:13A veteran's arm is broken by a Republican signature. We have the video. I would give you the background. Here it is. Israel is the reason for this war. America does not want to fight this war for Israel. Let's go. Come on. Let's go. America does not want to sell it. It's $100. No war for Israel. Your ability to name that shows you have lived this as leaders. This is wrong. Tell me not to please stand up as a Marine and stand up. Let's go for America. No one wants to fight for Israel. What is that? Sir, thank you for your service. Listen to that. You can't go up his hand.

37:16He's all the guys. He's said he broke his hand. Come on. Help him. What's the name of this senator? Come on. He's the Marine. Somebody help him. Irony of it. it. Sign up, you believe you're protected in your country, risking life in limb, sacrificing time away from your family or children. You survive. You survive the combat. You come back home to then find yourself in a physical articulation and injured by an elected official whom you fought for. Put it up for a mask. You just watched Montana Senator Tim Shehi assault a Marine Corps veteran during a Senate Armed Services subcommittee meeting. The veteran

38:21protesters name is Brian McGinnis, a grain party candidate running for a Senate seat in North Carolina. According to the Capitol Police, McGinnis faces three counts of assaulting a police officer and three counts of resisting arrest and crowding, obstructing and in commoting for the unlawful demonstration. Protests are not allowed inside the congressional building. There are plenty of other spots on Capitol grounds outside where demonstrations are allowed. This statement said, put up the picture against them. You know what the irony is? That veteran is getting harsher charges than the terrorists that took over the Capitol after Trump lost his election.

39:28This veteran has more charges than generally they were charged with. Do you think Trump is going to pardon him? This morning he posted this video explaining why he was going to the protest or going to protest in the Senate. Here it is. Hey guys, I'm here in DC trying to speak out against the Senate and ask them why they're going to send our men and women to harm's way when our elected officials said that it would be no war or war. Anybody who feels disillusioned and betrayed by our government, you're not alone. Join us in just demanding accountability for this betrayal. You should listen to him. I thought you like veterans. I thought you had respect for valor. I thought it was commendable that sacrifice for the nation.

40:31Every time the word veteran comes up, one of these political debates and a political panel, thank you for your service. We really appreciate it. It's all lives. It's empty. You don't even respect them enough to hear them out. You don't believe they're your equals. You believe they're your ponds. So all of the positive reinforcement talk about service and how you respect veterans, how you appreciate those that are currently that are currently enlisted. It's all lip service from those who have one agenda proxy to power, proxy to power, proxy to power, nothing else. He responded on Twitter, put it up. So Brian McGinnis says, for the record, I've been running long

41:37before this. And yes, even after breaking my arm is standing up for what I believe in, it's only made me more determined. Anger is real. And so was resolved. Take care. Thank you, sir. For being a real hero, a champion, for actual democracy, somebody whom we can all respect. And believe him, I thank you. If you're wondering why Senator Shihi fought so aggressively to silence this protest, to look no further, ah, that okay, a pack. That's a lot of money there, buddy. He had 135,102 reasons why. So the Senator tweeted, quote, capital police are attempting to remove an unhinged protestor from the armed services here. No, sir, a marine court veteran.

42:38He was fighting back. I decided to help out and de-escalate the situation. No, you broke his arm. Because he chose not to whip your ass because he could. This gentleman came to the Capitol looking for confrontation, he says, that he got one. Our hope he gets to help he needs without causing further violence. We showed you this yesterday, but in case you forgot how little the GOP cares about troops of veterans, here's a reminder. This is what the fake news misses. We've taken control of Iran's airspace and waterways without boots on the ground. We control their fate. But when a few drones get through or tragic things happen, it's front page news. I get it. The press only wants to make the president look bad, but try for once to report the reality. The terms of this war will be set by us at every step. Crystal Randolph minutes before the altercation, the woman's eight-year-old son was allegedly, son allegedly threatened to harm the black girl and her friends. And the group sternly told the child to leave them alone. Soon his mother jumped into the middle of her son's situation and things took a disturbing turn. Now understand what an eight-year-old is. An eight-year-old has no self-identified personality. An eight-year-old is mimicking the personality fragments of the adult's around them. Until they get roughly 10, 11 and 12, they start to develop independent personality outside of the fragmentation of those personalities. So basically the eight-year-old is simply a conduit for the adults around them. So if you're talking to an eight-year-old,

The fight happened in front of a throng of teenagers, and at least one of the adults after the girl told the boy's mother that he was cussing and threatening to shoot her. She told the white woman to, quote, watch your child.

In quote, just such a savagery, just felt like behavior, right? She then appeared to grab the girl and continue grappling with her, clearly shaking the young teen repeatedly told the woman to get the blank off me. And then the fight was over. She made a heartbreaking phone call to her mother, quote, high mama. There's a woman over here who just put a hands on me. Perhaps not realizing the cameras had been rolled in the whole time. The agitated white woman immediately denied starting the fight loudly proclaiming, quote, no, no, no, every person knows you touched me first, no sweetie, no, end quote.

56:45for the 8-year-old, saying something so extreme. But the 45-year-old, who happens to be the parent of the 8-year-old, did not have enough maturity to not lay hands on the 13-year-old child. That makes zero sense. And all of our friends, it looked like she was there with a couple of ladies. No one intervened and looked, look, come on, we forgot who her mother is later. Exactly. And then we reported on a couple of these stories where there's an assault, a clear assault. The assault is recorded. And the responding officer, they don't arrest the person. Now, in both cases, it happened to be a white female who committed the assault. The assault was on camera. It was at a park. The assault was against a minor. And they get a ticket. They basically get a summons for court rather than arrest it at the scene, which seems to be a trend now. All right, we'll bring you up to this next to come.

1:06:04Tuesday. When Las Vegas Metropolitan Police arrived at the apartment complex in response to a call from Pate, who said Baker was threatening to kill them all. When police arrived, Pate was standing outside the apartment complex and told cops that Baker was inside the apartment with the gun and the child. Police placed Pate in the back of a patrol car as Baker walked out of the apartment with the boy in his arms. Pate told local media he was not holding the gun, but the video shows he was holding an object pointed at the child. Quentin, the suspect exited the residence while pointing a fire arm at the juvenile, holding that juvenile hostage. In quote, Las Vegas police captain Ryan Wiggins told local media, quote, officers issued verbal commands to the suspect to peacefully surrender. And the suspect refused to comply. Simultaneously, the suspect while pointing his firearm in the direction of the juvenile discharged his firearm. So they're saying that simultaneously as the suspect is being shot, he somehow at the exact same time shoots his child. Now, there's more. Police say both the father and officers fired simultaneously. But the video shows a muzzle flash from an officer's gun and no clearly visible similar muzzle flash

1:08:05from the gun the father was allegedly holding. But police say the boy was struck three times, including twice at close range with one bullet to the head. They also said the third shot to the boy's leg is undetermined as to where it came from. Wait a minute. Does that make sense to anybody who knows a little bit about forensics, a little bit about somebody being shot and simultaneously shooting at the same time. So you're saying that simultaneously, he was able to shoot three times. Initially, that was the narrative. Then he said, well, actually one of the gunshots probably is inconclusive. We really don't know who did it.

1:09:08Well, there's only two people with guns according to your narrative, the police and the suspect. Now, attorneys retained by paid are demanding police, release all of the evidence that would provide a much clearer picture as to what took place in the early hours of February 3rd. Quote, that includes body cam footage, now one one calls, all of the officers that were at the scene investigating officers, everybody that was involved. In quote, that's what attorney took KSNV news. Quote, every single piece of evidence is extremely important to piece this whole story together. But the story that is being portrayed out to the media to the public is not the complete and true story in quote from the attorney. The footage released by police. What you see this shows an image of Baker after having been killed lying in a pool of

Nevertheless, quote law enforcement experts interviewed by the loss Vegas review journal who watched the video said the cops were justified in shooting Baker. Nor did they cause the confrontation in quote. But that still doesn't answer the question as to whether the child was killed by the cops or his father, okay. Quote, Metro has put out their statement. If it was as clear as the cops said, you do know they would have released the footage showing clearly they did not kill a child. Clearly, they did not shoot a three-year-old if they had the footage.

So you can do forensics to determine that and maybe they will and haven't yet. Do I think that this was a justified shooting? I think he was probably wasn't indeed experiencing mental health crimes, but he definitely was a danger to himself and to others and probably warranted force. Now, I know 100% sure they should not have discharged their gun until they knew that the child wasn't at a harm's way. Yeah, you don't fire at a person, even if they are holding a daily weapon if they're holding a child. So you have to make sure that even if he could have hit the potential that you don't

I know even if these cops did shoot this baby and it's my dog making noise, sorry, and to attempt to cover their own asses, that's a terrible situation to be in even that context. So these officers would probably need to receive mental health treatment for the rest of their lives being responsible or involved in a death of a such a young innocent child.
