Welcome to Love Notes and Ronda. And this is the solution for everything. And I mean everything.
Any difficulty you have, any problem you have, this is the way to shift it quickly.
And how do you shift it quickly? I don't care what it is. I don't care how big the problem is, how small the problem is.
You can shift it quickly, shift your mindset quickly by shifting your filter. Now what do I mean by that?
I mean instead of focusing on the problem, we want to focus on our essential nature.
We want to focus on where we want to go. Now, I want to preface this. It's not about outlining. It's not about, oh, I want to make this happen, right?
Like, so I have a problem. I'm not getting along with somebody. And maybe I want to get along with somebody. And so I start thinking, oh, I'm, I'm just going to see us and imagine that we're getting along.
Now that's nice to do. I'm not saying that may not have an impact. Yet that is trying to change somebody else.
What we want to do is change ourselves. And as we change ourselves, as we shift our mind, it will change the way we see the world.
And in fact, when we see the world differently, it will change the circumstances of our world. It will change the situation.
It will change how we see even the worst of times. So I'm going to give you a spiritual way to think about this.
So if you're not a spiritual person, then go ahead and turn this off. And if you're spiritual, if you're okay with the word God, if you're okay with the word spirit, universe source, again, you substitute the word, I'm going to use the word God.
I was, I was not okay with the word God for 20 years, but now I'm okay with the word God.
So wherever you are, you shift the word. If you want to call it love, if you want to call it source, universe, spirit, the field, God, whatever it is.
Okay. And this is what I want you to do in order to shift your mindset in order to shift from fear to freedom. And it's super easy.
And something you're going to have to practice in order to get really good at. So this is it.
When you want to shift anything, you want to start moving into your essential nature. I want you to absolutely stop thinking about the difficulty, whatever it is.
I want you to stop worrying, thinking, contemplating, languishing, obsessing. Right. I don't want you to think about, oh, what am I going to do? What am I going to do? What am I going to do? What am I going to do?
obsessing, right? I don't want you to think about, oh, what am I going to do? What am I going to do? What am I?
No, I don't want you to sit there. What am I going to do? What am I going to do? What am I going to do?
Oh my god, I can't change this. How am I going to do that? No, no, no. Just want you to stop.
The minute you notice it and I want you to
think of God instead.
Think of spirit instead. Think of source instead. Think of love instead. Think of
again, if your word essential nature is authentic, that's an awesome word.
And in the larger scheme of things, it's really about thinking about God instead.
So if I am worried about my rent and I'm sitting there going, oh my god, I'm going to pay for my rent
or, you know, I want to buy a house and, you know, I want to buy that million dollar house,
but I only can afford 300. Oh my god, I really want the house of my dreams. I deserve it. Oh,
right? Or, oh, I'm not getting along with my mate. Ah, I wish I could get along with my mate.
Oh, I can't stand the way he or she parents. Uh, right? Again, whatever the difficulty is,
whatever you're thinking about, I want you to stop, take a nice deep breath and think about God
instead. Think about source instead, spirit instead, the field instead. And again, you can use
the word love or the word of your essential nature. I want you to think of that instead. Now,
what is this going to do? Well, it's going to help you start creating new neural pathways so that
you do not get caught in equating a problem in your life with being stuck. I want you to know that
when you have a problem in life, it's just literally starting to shift your mind to change your
mind to see things differently. A problem is just something that you're not sure with the answer
is yet. You're not sure. Maybe sure how to trust yourself. Maybe you're not sure what to do.
It doesn't have to take you down. It doesn't have to keep you stuck, right? So I want you to stop
thinking about the difficulty, the problem, the issue, the relationship, the job, the money,
whatever the problem is. And instead, think about God. Now, how do you do that? Well, how you
think about God, right? I would like you. And again, you can do it any way you'd like. This is
what I do. Some of the things I do, either I start listening to a spiritual message, spiritual
spiritual message that I love to listen to, I might start reading a spiritual book. I might
start repeating a mantra. You know, God is all there is. God is all. God is God. God is all there is.
God is all there. God is all. God is God. Or I might start repeating God and I are one. Or God
is just simply God is. Or I might replace it with God is love. I might say God is guiding me now.
Or God is with me. So I want you to be able to make a conscious choice what to think about.
There's going to be many times in our lives where it doesn't feel like we have conscious choice
about what we're thinking about. We all obsess once in a while. And the more that you know that you
have conscious choice about what you do think about, the more when you do find yourself obsessing,
worrying, fretting, you can actually start shifting it. And that's where true power comes.
Right? When you're deciding what to think about rather than your fears thinking for you.
So you're sitting there worried about money, worried about pan rant, worried about love,
worried about your family, worried about again, whatever's fretting you difficulty situation,
obsessing with stuck. Stop. Just take a nice deep breath. And of course, this is a product to
behavior and on the will of freedom. Take a nice deep breath. And go, God, God is all there is.
God is guiding me now. I know exactly what to do in the moment that I need to do it and hop
before. I'm knowing that this too is part and parcel of the plan in order for my greatest
infoldment. I'm knowing right here and right now that all is working in my favor,
regardless of appearances, regardless of what I think is happening. I'm knowing that God is on
the playing field in my life and all is unfolding most magnificently. I know this to be true.
So whatever my humanness sees, however my humanness feels, whatever I'm worried, fretting,
frustrated about, I'm knowing that is not the truth, that is not the reality, that is not the truth.
So I choose to see beyond it and no God is all there is.
And so it is. Now you can again use the word love, you can use the word, you know,
source, you can use the word field, you can even use your central nature. But you do want to
start taking your mind back, right? You want to start taking your mind back. You want to start
being in charge of what you're thinking about. So that my friend, I guarantee you, if you can
start doing that whenever you find yourself frustrated and anxious, moving from a skill 1 to 10,
past a 3, 4, 5 and going up to 6, 7, 8, and you can start shifting that. It will shift the way
that your energy is. It'll shift what you see. It'll shift how you are and it'll shift the
situation. Maybe not the way that you'd ultimately like, but I promise you it'll get closer and
closer to the truth of what needs to happen in order for you to become who you're meant to be.
And so it is. Until next time, be fearless. I love you.
