What is one personal goal that you are currently pursuing? And what specific actions are you taking to achieve it? Anyone of you, gentlemen, can go first. Mm-hmm. I'm telling you I'm going to go. I'm paying for this stuff. I'm not ready to stand. Yeah, yeah. I'm going to be... A personal goal... I got a few, actually. I'll name one. And a personal goal is to end my project here.

19:31And then... Going to either it be... Most likely it'll be Orlando. But move on to the next stage of my career. Where much more would be expected of me. So that's going to be a challenge. But I like challenges because... One thing about me, I get bored. Like it would work. Like if... You know. So I like to be challenged. Sometimes I do still fuck up. Like that's the fun in it. Like... To me, once you get to a certain elevation, man. Fucking up is just part of the process. Yeah. It's just how you learn. You know. Trial and error is what other people call it. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So with that being said, my... My... How I'm trying to achieve it. I've finished the project that I'm on now. Again. Go to the next project.

20:36Question about... The question about gold. Yes, sir. What... Where personal gold? Are you currently pursuing it? And what Pacific Actions are you taking to achieve it? I'm... I'm personal gold. The kids don't need that. You know what I'm saying? It's just... It's because of you. But... You know, like... Right now, you know, I'm thinking about how much I usually spend on the fourth. Right. You know, spending was necessary and putting money away. Cause I'm tired of paying somebody else's mortgage. I'm tired of working for someone. I just started back. 22:41where, you know, my kids are getting older, I'm missing a tremendous amount of things, you know, I have a boy now. I didn't have this feeling so much when I have my daughters, only because like, you know, I can't raise my daughters to be young women. They're going to learn that from their mother. So I didn't feel as, I didn't feel like my abs, I didn't feel like my abs and when my daughters as much because they need a lot more of their teachings from their mother. Now they still call their dad what they want, you know, that dad advice, which I'm still present, you know, saying in their lives and just not physically there. But me having a son now, you know, I feel the same way. I feel like, you know, the mothers can't teach my son how to be a man, you know, and I feel like, you know, he's only going to pick up more feminine characteristics and mannerisms, the more time he's been around his mother and his sisters because that's his only, that's, you know, that's the product of his environment, that's the environment

23:44that he's in. And with everything that is pushing the gay agenda, you know, I don't want to have my son far by the wayside because I was, I wasn't as present. So because of those things, I'm definitely trying to get to a position where I can be more stationary. And I'm trying to create different forms of secondary and third incomes, you know, me on in these reptiles is just another hobby that can turn into, you know, a supplement of income. Now, would it be my only income? Absolutely not. But if I can make an extra 20 to 30,000 every year of selling the babies of my offspring's wild fathomite, you know, so that's so one of the goals is to become a future breeder. And what I'm doing actively to pursue that is getting all the parts that I need for my projects and that's inquiring all the animals that I need to be, to be able to make

24:48the copies of what I want. And right now, I got 10 animals and I only need two more to have everything I need to make the projects that I want to produce. I really quick off subject. I just wrote past a gym. It's a motherfucker in the park on like pulling his knee-side marano. Like, like, tied up, tied up. Yes, yes. Yeah. Yeah. I was talking now. I was like, no, I can't come on. I got to see somebody that shit. Yeah. Yeah. Hey, look. What's the boys I had tried now for the damn strongest men in a world award? That doesn't look like it, bro, because I ain't seen this in a person only on TV. Yeah. Like, he was literally strapped to the front end wall for the heat. That's my damn. He's like, what?

25:48We need a couple of those guys on the front line. Yeah, man. How do you guys balance your personal and personal? Excuse me. How do you balance your personal goals, your professional goals, especially when they conflict, especially like, you know, to accomplish my professional goals, you may take away from my personal goals. Just for me. Okay. Okay. How about I say, I asked that first because both of my goals, the professional aspect would be me buying another truck and the personal would be me buying a house. Well, um, it conflicts each other because, you know what I'm saying? When you're buying a house, you know, you can't spend money like that. Um, you got to have a certain amount of save. Um, they watch the bank account. All that extra shit. So it's like, I had to come up with a thing of, you know, what I'm just going to buy the house first.

26:50And then I'm going to get down to the truck because when I go buy another truck, you know, 15, 20,000, what's I pay for it? When I could have used that to get towards the house knowing that I wanted by me a house. Yeah. So that's really all I got for that. So the way, so the one way that you was able to manage the conflict was to prioritize which one you wanted to do first. And then focus on the personal goal and then turn around and hit the professional one. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Absolutely. Absolutely. What about you be? Mine is, um, they kind of go hand in hand. Because it's like, it ordered for me to get my person to go die. I got to get my professional to use my work, my worksheet, like, you know. So it ordered for me to get to my personal goal.

27:50After focus on my professional goal, which caused with time management as well. Time management because I still have to focus on my personal goal. But I still have to, you know, do my professional goal. It's last. I still have to focus on. And you got, you got to find an entertainment balance and, you know, sometimes one is more important than the other. Sometimes they're the same because they affect each other. So I mean, that's for the person to figure out how they want to do it. Right. Respect it. My professional goal would be to get a home stationary closer to my children. My professional goal is to get to a position where I'm working for myself and making it and being in full control of my time.

28:50Because when you work for someone else, you're not full control of your time. And so right now, I would need to get to my personal goal. Excuse me, right now I need to get to my professional goal, a little bit opposite in Montana. I need to get to my professional goal so that my personal goal is more realistic. If I have my own option and my own control of my income and I'm making my own money, then I can pick and choose where I want to set up. And I can be more stationary. All right, let me ask you this because we're all on the phone. Me, you, my channel and other home who drives trucks. I really Ali. Yeah, yeah, yeah. So my channel said his goal. He said the same thing. He just said. And the other one said, oh, no, I rather just not have to feel that I don't want to own nothing. I'm just going to make sure I'm out of here.

29:51Right. He rather be in the police. And Montana said he wanted to be more of an entrepreneurship. Yeah, exactly. So I mean, there's nothing wrong with either, either one. Because one that's probably less stressful, which is. Someone helping each other. Yeah, when you, when you work it for someone, there's a lot of more. There's a lot less stress because you're not worried about the overhead. When you own your own, say so when you own your own company, when you're entrepreneur, you care about that overhead, you know what I'm saying? Almost, I will even argue and say that whenever you have your own business, you end up making, you're in a baby working more hours for free. Oh, definitely. Absolutely. What kind of support system do you have in place to help you stay on track to reach these goals?

30:55First is my kids, like, I was on FaceTime, we're doing the day actually earlier. Either they don't know what's going on or they don't care. What happened? I know, I know what's going on. You know what I've looked at already, like, this is why I'm doing this. Like, it's for y'all. This is why I'm doing it. So, you know, so, because I don't want them to call me and say, Dad, I need this. And I can't give it to you. Say so. It's the whole point. Or, yeah, this is why I'm doing this. Because I can stay home. We could be broke. I can live. They say, that's fine. Let's do that. But don't ask me for nothing. Because I ain't got it. So, with that being said, like, you know, and that's, that's my biggest support system. I didn't just send you, like, she's holding it down at home while I'm going. Like, all right. I know she makes it look good, but I know she's stressing out, probably.

31:57Right. And she makes it look good and everything. But yeah, I mean, it's a good support system. Because I mean, she's the one who told me to come back there. Let's get this. Let's get to it. Let's see what we can do next pretty much. Yeah, yeah. It's good to have that support system. Especially when you win, you know, you have to be awake and you've got a team. Someone who can still be there with the children. You know what I mean? I understand what the final goal is. You know, that's my house off earlier. Like, I don't know. That shit matters. That's just important. Um, so to have a teammate that understand what the common goal is. If not being conflicted, conflict, conflicting or basically going against what what the common goal is. That's always a big always. Yeah. Type of support system. You got over there. Montana. Same. Same with that one. He just said.

32:57All lady in the kids. Yeah. And I got so far as homeboys too. Like. Like, not the ones I grew up with. Um, like, people I've met, you know, in the recent decade. You know, saying, and we all push each other. No, we got group chats. We talk about things that we want in life and what we're doing to get there. And, you know, this. That type of stuff. Yeah. Absolutely. I got the family and I got a great, a great group of brothers. Absolutely. Absolutely. I think. Many need to talk more as well. Like you said, you got a group chat. Like we, we got a good chat. We talk obviously. We got a podcast. Mm hmm. May need to be more open as well. And that's good to have. Yeah. No, I'm sad. Absolutely. Um, I have.

33:57I have. My old lady. Who is always supportive of the mission. Um, my children is my motivation. You know, and, um, my peers. You know, are my support system. You know, I bounce ideas off of them. Um, iron sharpens, iron. You know what I mean? When you see your peers in, in, in elevated positions. You know, reaching different pinnacles of success. It doesn't do anything but make you want to, you know, strive for those type of goals and aspirations as well. So, you know, having people around you that are, that are either accomplishing the goals that you are accomplishing. Well, already there. You know, I mean, um, those, those are type of people that are going to help you reach the next level of success, the next level of, you know, um, the next pinnacle of success. Should I say when you, when you want to be a millionaire, I would advise you to have you release some friends that is on the goals of being a millionaire who talks about entrepreneurship.

35:06Talks about business. You know, um, if you, if you want to be in medicine, I, I advise you to get you a few, uh, doctor friends, nurses and nurse pregnant. You know, get in those type of environments. And, and then, and then if not for nothing, man, don't be afraid to network with strangers, man, because I don't miss this. Like Montana said, I don't mean people that, I did not grow up with it. And those people have put me in position to reach certain different goals or aspirations that I may have had for myself. Um, proud is just before the fall. So don't never be too profitable to even ask for help or to surround yourself with people who are doing better than you. You know, I mean, some people feel like they don't want to be around somebody doing better than them because they don't want nobody to look down on them. But how are you ever going to reach a leadership position if all your friends are employees? You know, I mean, you don't have, you don't have no conversations to talk to, to, to, to get to your predecessor to get to, to the next level that you would want to reach to.

36:15If I want to be a superintendent, if I want to be, um, a project manager, maybe I should have me a few project manager friends, or maybe I should try to pull on a cocktail or someone that I know that is heading in that direction of that position. You know, maybe I need to have me a friend as a manager, you know, as a supervisor. You know, I mean, something of that nature. So things that, that's, that's what I mean. So that's the type of support system that I do have around me. A lot of guys that I have around me are doing well in life. Um, and they're reaching their goals and they're building their families, they're building, and they're creating their entrepreneurship. So that's a beautiful thing to have. And it doesn't, it don't do nothing but, but make you strive for more greatness. When you got people around you that are doing well, it makes you want to do well as well. Simple as that. When people around you ain't doing shit, you feel comfortable not doing shit. When people around you was making shit happen, you don't feel comfortable when you ain't making shit happen too. You know, you want to be able to say, hey guys, I just closed this too. Hey guys, I just accomplished this too.

37:15You want to be able to bring something to that circle. That's real shit. Yeah. Absolutely. I think so. Um, how do you face any setbacks pursuing your recent goals? And how do you overcome them? Uh, yes, I did. Uh, move it over there. Yes, I face. Um, a lot of setbacks actually, uh, cause just cause I'm a super attendant. Don't mean I know every job. Right. So I was just, I was super attendant for theme parks. Right. Right now I'm doing renovations. You were thinking if I could build a fucking theme park. I could, if I could put, if I could drive all up, you know, or do framing. Yes, but I had to learn that. And you know, people, people are like, oh, you built the theme park. Yeah. Yeah. We did. Right. That's different from this way. Different plans. It's different structure, different inspections.

38:20And, um, different everything. So the, uh, the way I overcame it was trial and error. And I overcame it by accent, um, superintendents, just who has the same job as me. Them questions. Oh, how would you do this? How would you do that? I'm not afraid to learn from anybody. You know, and that's a problem with people. They're too afraid to ask questions. And one thing about me, I'm going to ask a question. I'm going to ask questions. So that's how I overcame that. Um, it's, it's working so far. I like, I think I could put up drywall. You know, I could, I could do that now. If you want to ask me that in August, then, you know, you're going to be like, yo, how do you build up epic universal theme park, but you can't fucking make a house. It's different. Yeah. Yeah. Absolutely. Definitely, definitely. My turn to make any conflicts that you face, man, trying to get to these goals.

39:30Oh, my tent is going to be for a moment. You know, mute or you busy right now. I don't know. I put myself on mute. I don't know. I'm giving a feedback and shit. So, I'm not on. There's anything that I've faced any setbacks. As of right now, no. But, um, try to keep it that way. Absolutely. Now, if you were, if you were facing any setbacks, how do you, how do you, how do you, how do you fix those? How do you move forward whenever you get a setback? A knowledge of, come up with a plan, you know face it head on, be true what you're talking about. Definitely. Yeah. Yeah. In fact, you know, say I blew some money, like we were just talking about with the forefinger

40:31bar. But like, all right, like you know you have to go ball that shit, you know, you have to go do this. You know, you have to go do that. You know, saying like, yeah, you're just going to be real with yourself. Hey, speaking of what the July memory, you got right now, sir, hey, this kind of worked out a little bit because you got left over fireworks too, right? Who got left over? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. You did, you didn't know you're still, or what? Yeah, I blew up with it. I blew the ship on New Year's. Yeah. Okay. Yeah. Never mind. Yeah. No, no, no, don't get me wrong. I do got some shit still down in the garage, but that's not, those days, that's not what I really incorporated to the show. I just let them all for who they are. Right. Right. Right. That's understandable.

41:31It's understandable. What about you, mister? Have you faced any setbacks between your goals? What it goes on for us soon right now is just to get stationary, you know, and to get these breeding shit going. And as a right now, no, I have not accomplished or just keeping accomplished. I have not ran into any obstacles, but one obstacle I would probably say is in order to be able to work for yourself, you know, saying, in a lot of times, you can't be an employee for someone else. So creating enough revenue to be able to come off the road is really my main focus right now. And the only thing that's been hindering that is just weather. You know, we, we was all for like a week because the wind was like 50 miles an hour. Before that, we had a week full of snow, you know what I mean? And just now we started to warm back up. So and then when the summer time comes, you still got the worry about, oh, it's too hot

42:37for working. Heat advisory. Yeah. So, you know, those are the type of little setbacks that we have faced. But none of that is real major. And the only way that we attack a little bit is like everyone else said, hands on, head first. And now there's whatever the setback is and figure out a plan to execute it. Absolutely. How do you measure progress towards your goals and what milestones do you set for your set? Uh, I've said, when it kind of my goals, I set small goals to get me to the bigger goal that I need, like, which comes with how I measure it. I said small goals like I, and I have been realistic with myself like, you know, you can't do this. Like let's be realistic. You can't do this. Like set small goals to get you to that bigger goal.

43:41And that's how I measure as well, like, okay, I didn't got here. Maybe I do it quarterly in this three months, I need to do this by six months, this shit need to be done. So I got to get you three month goal to get that six month goal. And then the nine month goal and then the year, a year is a learn time goal for me. So just small goals equals, it gets you to the bigger goal. Mm-hmm. Now that's real, um, I don't know if you were saying, well, man, what is that now, everybody? Yeah, I've got to talk to everybody. But, um, I was, I would definitely say the same thing, like, because I was, um, I was watching another podcast, or no, though I'm lying, it was a podcast, but it was a real I was watching. And do was like, I'm going to tell you the biggest mistake people make about goals.

44:42He said, when you look when you, when you said goals and you think about goals, try to look at goals as a football game and you're the quarterback. If the main thing you're thinking about is getting a touchdown, then you know what I'm saying, it's gonna, it's gonna, it's gonna kind of make that goal, yeah, more difficult and not obtainable. He said, when you look at, oh, excuse me, when you look at offices, when are they trying to get that first down, yeah, yeah. So like you just said, you said the smaller goal, you get that boom, you run the ball, get 10 more yards. That's another first down. You throw the ball 20 yards, another first down, you know what I'm saying, whatever the case may be, you keep making those small goals to get to that big goal, then you have to touch down. And it's more celebratory because you know what I'm saying, you, you gain so much or you knock that so much in the, in the time of getting there. Yeah, we were all looked over here, Mary and Catch, we got the uptouch now. You know what I'm saying, but, but sometimes it just, it just don't go like that.

45:44So, honestly, just don't go right there, yeah, yeah. And he said, no, he said, no, hey, man, have I been watching the news? Take up in here and about the TSA, the government shut down and TSA workers not working in two to three hours at the airports, man. Mm-hmm. I ain't sure about that, hold on. Oh, man, man. Yeah, they said that the airports at Atlanta, New York, basically all the mental, public and airports, you, you, you're going to have to get there at least two to three hours early man. The lines are always wrapped into check, to where you check in at not the actual TSA lines, but that's how far things is bagged up right now. And the government has been shut down on that part. So the TSA workers have not been getting paid for like a month. So, you got a lot of them calling out, a lot of them not coming in to work. So, you get in short staff and all these people is trying them travel. It's spring break, it's summertime coming, you know, and with the increase in prices

46:48of gas, people are trying to fly, and they're not even finding out they're having conflicts with flyers, because the government may be in shutdown, means the airport don't have federal workers. Mm-hmm. Y'all have an issue with that, were you with the, and the airport, be you? They did send like a, when I ordered tickets, I signed up for the text message, they said to get there three to four hours earlier. Usually it's two hours tops you get there, but they sent like delayed notices and stuff like that as well. And I was only going from, from here to LA, or even from here to Miami, my last trip before that, and yeah, and you got to be there four hours prior instead of two hours, just because of that same thing, and don't be flying to Nashville, it's even worse.

47:50So, yeah, it's worse, it's bad, like packed, like, and people are mad, you see people sleeping on the sides, like on the floor, everything. Damn it. Mm-hmm. I mean, unless you got money to like, change the flight, or, everybody ain't got money like that. Right. Right. Right. Right. Is anybody being affected by these gas prices? Yeah, I think a gas here, I just paid, what, uh, $4.99 a gallon. $4.99 a gallon. Gas is $5 and it was biggest. Yeah, we being affected, but it's like, once you're going to do a walk, yeah, I mean, I got to pay it anyway. You got to be on the sand, like, you got to pay it, like, this is real, like, it sucks. You know what I'm saying? Like, you know, like, with the little car out of this boat, right? Before the shit jumped up, I think I think I only paid like, what, $28, $32 to the car

That's what what you were saying just earlier on my side of like, that needs, you got to make adjustments on how you spend your money because you've got that couple of tickets for that now. Yeah.
