His high school coach called him a hit junkie who thrives on contact. The Ravens offense ranked in the top 10 five times during Ricard's tenure and never worse than 19th overall. His physical, no-nonsense style could spread to the Giants locker room and pair perfectly with Scottabo to intimidate defenses.
