Reports say they're ready to move on from Star Pass Russia, Kevon Tivado, their 2022 first round draft pick. He's entering the final year of his rookie contract after the team picked up his option last offseason. Tivado managed only two and a half sacks over 10 games. He showed breakout promise back in 2023, but has struggled with consistency since then. Much of that stems from the Giants' shaky coaching and lack of a clear team identity on both sides of the ball. At just 25 years old, Tivado still has plenty of talent, size, and upside that NFL teams crave in a top defender. A fresh star elsewhere could spark a real turnaround for his career.
