 Leanne Burnett and Valerie Menzel are partners in a company called Strengths Savvy. Their business goal is to use their Gallup training to help coach individuals and corporate teams to understand and leverage their Strengths and the Strengths of those around them, leading to improved understanding and interdependence among team members.

Leanne has previously been Head of HR in both the financial services and pharmaceutical industries and is the mother of four daughters.

Valerie has a background in Communications and previously worked leading corporate teams, and is the mother of two sons.
