Geno Stone Joins Bills for Playoff Push

Geno Stone signed a one-year deal with the Buffalo Bills after two solid seasons starting

for the Cincinnati Bengals.

He made it clear he wanted a true winning culture, something missing in Cincinnati after

they slipped from nine wins in 2024 to just six.

Last year.

Stone put up big numbers despite the team's struggles.

In his first year there, he grabbed four interceptions and 81 tackles.

Then in 2025, he hit a career high with 104 tackles, two sacks, two picks and a pick six.

He even took a pay cut to stick around, but the victories never came.

What pulled him to Buffalo was quarterback Josh Allen, the 2024 MVP leading his team

to seven straight playoffs.

Stone also has an Iowa connection through his agent, who reps former Bill Safety, Micah

Hyde, another Hawkeye who thrived there.

Meanwhile, the Bills overhauled their coaching staff and brought in new defensive coordinator

Jim Lee and Hard.

He is building an aggressive defense focused on turnovers and attacking the ball, a perfect

match for Stone's instincts and his 14 career.

Interceptions.

Buffalo backed it up with more moves this week, signing safety C.J.

Gardner Johnson to a one-year deal worth up to $6 million plus ed rusher Bradley Chub

and quarterback D. Alfred.

Stone now gets a shot at D. playoff runs playing to his strengths.
