Gen Z Ditching Church, Embracing Reason

Turns out the data was bogus, giving everyone a much-needed reality check on what's really happening with young folks and faith. That report stood out as weird from the jump, clashing hard with solid British social attitude surveys that paint a different picture. Church of England affiliation has dropped to just 1 in 10 among the general public, highlighting a huge gap between old institutions and everyday people. Fresh breakdown of the VSA data reveals 6 in 10 people age 16 to 34, say they have no religion at all. And it's not some teenage, fad 94% of those, raised without religion, stick with it into adulthood. This shift points to younger generations chasing meaning through reason, kindness, and owning their own choices, so it's time we see the non-religious. Majority as a real community worthy of space in the conversation.
