09I've been saying this for years. This is radio survivor. We're going to find out in 10 years it was a science experiment. No, it's just like let's just let's just mess with everything and see if they can manage to get people to continue listening. Friendshow is a chance to bring some a good point I forgot about. Do you still pee in the bushes every morning? No. I do not stop peeing outside now in the morning. What about in your bedroom? I don't pee in my bedroom in my bedroom for anymore either. Oh wow. I'm trying to train my bladder. You used to do that. Wait, what? Yeah, like growing up, I was a kid. I would pee out in the carpet in my bedroom because I didn't want to get up to go to the bathroom or leave my room. Oh my god. Yeah. So then my parents had to rip the carpet out because it probably smelled like pee. Oh. Oh, there's hardwood for something. He was a kid but like he was old enough to know it. Yeah. I was potty trained. Yeah. Yeah. That's what I mean. Like you were making a choice. Right. Yeah.

09Yeah. Wow. Okay. I must have forgotten about it. It is the Fred show. Good morning. Thanks for having us on the radio on the iHeart app live and anytime search for the Fred show on demand. Shelley, I'm curious in all of you guys with partners as well. This is a bird theory. Have you heard about bird theory? Yes. This is another test. It sure is a test. This is another test. I don't like a test. You don't like it. I don't like a situation where I'm in a relationship or a friendship and someone is doing something intentionally to test my reaction. I don't like that. And then they already know what I'm supposed to do in their heads or whoever's asking me to do this. The bird theory, the bird test is a social media trend in relationship concept where a person points out something mundane like a bird to gauge their partner's reaction as a measure of attentiveness and connection. Did you try it? I'm way too scared because I already know what the answer is going to be and I will probably end in a fight. Like, he's not going to care that I said there's a bird. Like, take a look. My husband supports me in all that I do but my husband is too logical and he's not going to care about a bird in that moment.

10So he would say, you would say, hey, look, that's a pretty bird out there and you'd go. Okay. Yeah, he would just be like, I don't know what bird or like he'd be like, okay. What would Mike do if you pointed out a bird? Yeah. I mean, you do the same thing. Oh, sorry. We got two likes. Now we got military. Excuse me. We got Mike to mechanic. I'm sorry. Okay. We got two different likes. You. Apologies. Yeah, just know which one I'm talking about. I didn't say, I didn't say Mike to mechanics, so it's not your fault. What would, what would, what would Mike to mechanic do? I think, I mean, I do this. Like, if we're like driving and I say like a deer, I'm like, oh, look at the deer. And he'll like look and we're like, oh, my God, deer. Like, I don't know. I don't know if it's that, but I think like we just like animals. So I feel like you would want to look at the bird. Okay. What if it were something else? What if it were like, look at, uh, look at, uh, uh, the pothole. I mean, something that was like less of an interest. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I guess if you like animals, I'm like, I'm the same way. Like, if you were to point, say to me, like, look at that bird. Like, I'm assuming that you're showing me something that I, that I think was like, I, I wouldn't normally say.

10Right. Like, if you say to me, look at that bird, I'm assuming it's not just one of the 30 pigeons. I mean, I'm assuming you look, you're pointing at a bald eagle or something. Like, you know what I mean? Yeah. I don't know. Like, I'll show him like, I'm like, oh, my God. Look at this picture of Kim Kardashian on Instagram. I mean, I know he doesn't care about the Kardashians. They'll still look. Okay. All right. And then, and then military Mike, we have lots of mics. What would you do? You point out it because I'll tell you what this all means. But what would, so he, if you just pointed out something just ridiculous, it's normal. Just whatever. Oh, look at that, uh, tree. What would he do when he looked at it? Pretend to be interested. Yeah. Probably more like the lines of hobby. Like, huh? Okay. Cool. And like, go back to like, I don't know. And as far as whatever he's doing, like, he, yeah, I don't know that he would be like, wow, that is cool. Kind of like this. I don't like it. Anything I'm, that you already are looking for an outcome from me. Yeah. And then you've already established what the outcome means. I don't like it, especially if you got it on TikTok. Um, but the bid is one harder makes it bid for connection by pointing out something insignificant. Like, look at that bird, the turn, the other partner responds, turning forward.

12A partner who turns to look, responds with interest or acknowledges that the bid is seen as responsive and connected. I mean, acknowledges that you would then be a connected person. If you don't pay attention and don't care, a partner who ignores, dismisses or gets annoyed, by the comment is not seen as engaged. That seems obvious to me. Okay. I mean, they're into what you're pointing at or I'm not, but I think the amount of my, how I mean to it would matter on the amount of interest in what you're pointing out. Like, if you're pointing out that you're choking and I turn away, and that's the problem. But if you're pointing out that you're choking and then I try and save you call it, you know, for help and do the Heimlich maneuver, well, then I obviously care. But I mean, that's different than, hey, look, it's a, it's a, it's something very normal that you see every day. I don't know that I would necessarily, I think it comes down to not everything that my partner says is the most brilliant thing I've ever heard. And that doesn't make me a bad person. That just means like we're living together, we're together every day. We spend all these hours and minutes together.

14So if you point out something mundane, I might not necessarily get up from my laptop to run to the window every single time. I don't think that makes me inattentive, does it? That's what they're saying. But I don't know. I feel like you and my husband have a very logical people that you take it a little too far with his dumb trend. Like I'm just asking you to pay attention for five seconds and look at this bird. So the bird test is a simplified way to illustrate concepts from the Gottmann Institute. Back to John Gottmann's research found that happy couples turn toward each other's bits for connection, 86% of the time in contrast couples who were ahead of a divorce only turn towards these bits, about 33% of the time. I'm not playing. A positive reaction suggests a healthy and supportive relationship where partners feel seen and heard a negative reaction can indicate a lack of attention, emotional distance or the relationship might be in trouble. Considerations. The test can be applied to anything not just birds, it works in various relationships, not just romantic ones. While the theory has a basis in relationship science, it's a simplified tool.

15Factors like partner being tired, distracted or genuinely uninterested in birds can lead to a negative reaction that isn't a true reflection of the relationship's health. Some argue that constantly using the test for minor things could become annoying over time. That's the other thing is I feel like you're going to try this many many times and then either you're going to get a false positive where finally someone picks up on it is like, oh cool, another bird. Or they're going to get annoyed with you and then it's not really a test of whether they care. They're just like, why are you using this stupid internet test on me? I don't do trends or tests. I really don't. You don't do tests? I'm very testy. I am very a testy person. I know I wanted to say that five minutes ago, but I got scared. I am very testy. But I don't like doing them for the show. I don't want to do them for like the TikTok or like the look at this. I'm going to try to get you. I don't want to get you. You're not a prank couple. I'm not a prank couple. No. I'm a little prank. But I don't test people to their limits. That is true. I have a feeling. I think this is going to set you up for failure because most people are not all that impressed by looking at a bird.

17No. But look at this amazing adult video I found. I'm paying attention. There's an airplane. What kind of airplane is that? I'm paying attention. Granted, that's about me. But it's like, look at how I look in this new, very revealing outfit. I'm paying attention. Like, come on. Come on. Let's come up with ways that, like, if you walk in a room and you're like, look at the new lingerie that I purchased. lingerie that I purchased and I don't even turn to look that I failed the test Like Jason if you walk in a new lingerie and new skims and and Mike the mechanic is not very special which Mike I'm talking about because of military Mike walked in that's weird But if Mike the mechanic walked in my dream and or whatever and he didn't even acknowledge you know Now that's bad, but if you're like look at the pigeon. Yeah, and it's just pigeoning And he doesn't turn to look at you. I don't know that I think your relationship is doomed No, I don't think so. I think it's like situational to like I know if he's in his phone like he is a very one-track mind

19Like it's very we do not multi-test very well, so like if he's in his phone I know that I cannot tell him anything. He's not paying attention like anything I'd be like look at that house is on fire and he like won't even hear me. I don't know Maybe I'm just flailing at this test and and I'm just publicly proclaiming that I'm flailing at this test And everyone's listening now going this is why you're not in a relationship dude because Because if she points out the bird look at the damn bird and I'm like yeah, but I Fall for this I would fall for this gets in the lies here because I I wouldn't pay I don't necessarily think I would be impressed by a bird like you give me something better like hey look at the lion walking down the street Like okay, right now. Look at that zebra Like like I'm about to tell you about monkeys that got released and have Herpes and hepatitis look at the monkey Now let me see where that is, so I don't go anywhere near it Don't get the monkeys, you know, now that is we should call this the the herpes monkey test, okay? If you put out a herpes monkey

21And I'm not impressed by that, and I'm not trying to avoid it You're not interested in seeing a monkey with her feet Right, you have a serious problem by run towards it Kaelin's entertainment report is on the Fred show I think we saw this coming but ABC has officially pulled the upcoming season of the bachelor at just days Before I was set to premiere and the decision-sentent centers on controversy involving the show star Taylor Frankie Paul so Literally next week they were about to start airing Taylor season who rose to fame after taking her mom talk Tick-tock group to reality TV on the secret lives of woman-wise, but after the release of that very upsetting video I'm sure a lot of us have seen showing her throwing chairs at her ex and baby daddy Dakota Mortensen in front of her kids now They are pulling the entire season. So I want to clear some things up. So there is also a current ongoing domestic assault of investigation involving both of them that is not involving that so that what we saw

26Was from 2023 and that is actually where the show the secret lives of the woman wives picks up So we all knew that she had these charges the actual The show started airing the body cam footage outside of her talking to police after that arrest She was absolutely hammered now the only difference for us and for ABC is that now we have seen what happened inside Via what it looks like Dakota was filming and somehow that got leaked and shown to the press Now I What she did was completely wrong. I don't think Dakota is a victim in this if you've seen the show her kids are the real victims in the situation It was absolutely heartbreaking to hear her daughter crying, but the show had been scheduled to batch the rat To debut March 22nd, but ABC chose not to move forward instead focus on supporting those affected by the situation And this is the first time they ever chose someone not from the franchise and even if you watch the show You know that she really was like it didn't see she it seemed like she was going to mess with this opportunity one way or another now

30I did hear they're trying to figure out if they can sue her for all the money lost on that season But I'm not sure about that now the bachelor rat isn't canceled, but her season is so I'm going to be very clear But if you have not seen the show there's a lot to that story and they are both on the show the entire time Meanwhile Taylor's Mormon wives co-stars saw their opportunity to try and bury their own drama and story as Jesse Draper's husband Jordan leader of dad talk has officially filed four divorce after five years of marriage We also saw this coming during the set. It wasn't easy. They're focusing on their kids. They married in 2020 share two children plus Jordan's daughter from another Relationship they also had a rocky relationship that played out publicly on the show including a fairs Separations reconciliation Again him forming dad talk on the co-tails of these women So there's there's a it was a lot going on yesterday. I was very overstimulated Moving on to a happier story pop mart or maybe it's not happy for you But I know a lot of people will be excited pop mark pop mart

31I should say the creators of La Boo Boo and Sony entertainment announced that they are developing a film featuring the law ugly Queue plushie toys the little monsters La Boo Boo's made waves last summer with everyone from like Rihanna to David back up to Jason Brown Scene with these little dolls attached to their bags or wherever they put them I almost made it through 2025 without getting one but in in the final hour I did get the Coca-Cola one and it is on my bookshelf not on my purse But the film is set to be live action and a CGI reboot hybrid rather Paul King He made patting ten in 2016. He is producing and directing the film So I almost made it through without a little boo boo and lastly in theaters this weekend project hail Mary sci-fi film It stars Ryan Gosling Rylan Grace a teacher turned astronaut on a mission to save earth which What a plot if you want to catch up on anything you miss from the show this week all the reports are up there The Fred show on demand is where you will find that on the free. I heard radio app It is the Fred show good morning. Thanks for having us on the radio on the iHeart app live in any time search for the Fred show on demand

35Have you guys ever caught a cheater? Have you ever had to catch a cheater? Yes. Yes. You've been cheated on? Yes I know I couldn't believe it either I couldn't believe that man fumbled like that either. I mean unbelievable What must you how much you feel now? I don't know okay watch it all this action All this fame right for him all this fame. I don't know you just I Maybe this is why you seem to wear the pants and the relationship that you're in now because you just don't allow You're not gonna allow yourself to be put in that position to get or something. I don't know Seven or eight years. I'd figure you guys this man a lock and so I guess I just figured there was never a time Where dude got to like go for far enough away to be able to see that you I'm never at home I'm the perfect person to cheat. I don't mean literally I just mean like out of your purview But now you're distracted by tiktok all the time so anything anything if I wanted to cheat on you I would just I'd be like hey, baby. I got you a bigger iPad with tiktok on it in the meantime. I'm Hey, Jaylo Beyoncé Shakira Kiki. I've been cheated on in Kaelin, but now everybody

40But never Paulina never Paulina you've never been cheated on not that I know of is what I say Like your philosopher, you know what I always say And that's what I know it's what I tell my people I like to be from open, you know, I mean, I'm fairly certain I mean that's not true. I guess it would depend on definition But yeah, I've been cheated on for sure, but no never in a way that someone's like yeah, I was cheating on you It's always like no, no, no, this is what's going on and that's nothing totally different's going on But it's never like I can't say I've been in a committed dedicated relationship First of all, that's a sense by yourself. I can't say In the committed committed dedicated relationship Period, but then also I don't think I've been in one that where somebody could like actually betray me like that If that makes sense. Yeah, people betray me, but not necessarily because we know everything was a hunky-dory and you know We're in this exclusive relationship. I find out whether we're not I bring this up because this morning And people are going to hate me for this. They're going to hate me for announcing this like if but I don't care if the cheaters

44And mad at me about this and let cheaters be mad Your supermarket loyalty card is the latest way to reveal if you're cheating or not A London prime London private investigator says it apps like club card or similar grocery reward programs Whatever you are can actually help catch cheaters the app logs where and when purchases are made Yes, it does so if your partner says while I'm working late But then the app shows that they bought snacks across town at a grocery store or whatever Then that would be a red flag. It says you were at work Why are you in a different part of town at a you know, raw whatever store? I'm not gonna pick on it Whatever store tracks this kind of stuff. Yeah Tech experts also say to watch out for other red flags hidden notifications wiped search history and strange Location check-ins even if your grocery list could be giving up the secrets all that stuff could be too So valid so valid so I share the the loyalty app for one of the stores that my husband and I shop at and I wanted to buy strawberries Because they were on sale like 99 cents. I'm like no for your boyfriend a different chocolate right then you eat off your body

47Yeah, that's what I do Yeah, you know me always doing that with cream to but that wasn't on sale today. I see so I'm like okay Well 99 cents these are five dollars like absolutely So I'm all excited to check out and it's not showing up as a dollar and I was like man like Mr. Miss manager man like this is not working and she came up to me and she goes Have you bought these already and I'm like no I didn't buy these she looked at my history and guess who bought the strawberries for 99 cents Across town Haviere and who and for whom Who it was he dining with to have said strawberries dining with the fire department. I don't know yeah Bucks a firefighter I want to see this firehouse much a firefighter sitting around eating strawberries Hey, I know well like they switch off so sometimes they'll go like stock up or whatever whoever's on the shift So like they switch off every time or whatever and he was the one on that day who was going So he took my strawberries for a dollar. I learned yesterday. They got a whole gym in those firehouses Well obviously a kitchen, but I didn't know you could like work out and cook and hang while you were waiting for fires

50Oh, yeah, oh back in the day day. This is like years ago. I live there for three days. Yeah, oh yeah three days out of the week Not straight at least. Well, I mean, I'm gonna say if people live in the firehouse that have to provide There's a guy who's like designated as a chef and the whole thing Yeah, I talked to a firefighter yesterday He's like it's a frat house without drinking. Oh, yeah, we pray each other. I just didn't know they had Jim I could work out while I'm getting paid. I should have been a firefighter and back in the day like They would drink like wait for the way back in the day or like bring your kids or whatever Let go fight a fire the one in River North over here has a full basketball indoor basketball court inside it. Yeah Nice and they're always in lawn chairs as I walk by and I can always But engine one been in. Yeah, no, I went in there one day My friend my friend Chris is a firefighter there and and I went there for I've been there a couple times and he was a check this out And it's like if you're looking at the building to the right you go kind of around the corner It's like this half court indoor basketball court because they're there all the day So and they mean I get you know who knows they're gonna get called great. There's a gym There's a basketball court in there. I'm sure they have like TVs and video games is they gonna occupy themselves

55Until someone is your life save. I almost was convinced to become a firefighter at this career day like I It sounds great. I mean, they're risking their lives. No, of course. Oh, I think it's a great job Like obviously like it's there's a risk and yeah, you know better be ready for that. The cop was like don't be a cop like be a firefighter I was like, okay. Wow The career she should be to volunteer fire chief for her village Yeah, I don't know. I just I was really thinking everything. Yeah, those benefits. Oh girl. Yeah, they deserve it. They do of course, but you know Back to cheating No, no, no I'm just trying to think of I've ever caught anyone. I know that like I've been in some loose situations where I was told That the previous person was no longer involved in that turned out to like for example I have a history of this. I did it one girl and she interviewed for a job in another city Um, and again, we weren't like in a we were messing around consistently But the most important part of the story is only reason we were doing that is because I was told that the X fiance was no longer in the picture

00And so I sent champagne to her room to celebrate her job interview in this city and he was there Oh, so the champagne shows up at the door. I heard the story later because she told it to someone else who then told it to me Um, the champagne shows up at the door and it's delivered and he accepts it And um, I guess I had there was a card, right? They had my name. I don't I didn't get all the details But like that's happened more than once where I've done something like that only for the person who's not supposed to be there to be there to see it I mean, well where that come from only see the card who sent you champagne your room She didn't get the job by the way go or the guy I walked in on cheating and it's really I'm so content. It's one of the worst pains that I've ever like No, you were just like I have no idea and then what happened? Oh my gosh Can you relive it briefly or just a traumatic? It was really bad I walked in and This girl was in a thong with her butt up in the air on top of my man It was yeah, she was making sure he didn't have any like cancerous muscles or something

01That's what it was I actually blacked out like I don't even in that moment. I was so like oh my oh Was this in college? Um, so this was actually um, you're a girl This is No, yeah, yeah, it was and um Yeah, there it was a party and everyone was there and so everybody saw me go ballistic and um, but it just I've never been no, I haven't been cheated on but I mean to your to your point and it this is not the same but uh I have had like in college. I have had the nightmare of the girl that I liked You like walk out of your fraternity bedroom or whatever you know for Saturday morning You'd go to brunch or breakfast or whatever and the girl that I like the girl that I wanted to hook up with is walking out of my fraternity brothers And it's like oh, man In front of all I announced I made the now it's on the Bolton board downstairs I was targeting this young lady Second of all, but it's like heartbreaking. It's like oh

03You chose somebody else, but no, that's nothing like being in love with someone And oh my god, I can't imagine Other ways that people get cut cheating and the one that's tail so old is time and if you've got a good one eight five five five nine one 103 five I think I want to bring back trauma, but if you've got a good way that you cut someone cheating The tail so old is time and I think people are getting smart to this is the apple idea But for a long time people were idiot because I they'd have the same like their iPad That was unlocked or that they gave the password to they're like oh see I'm so I'm gonna outsmart the system You can have my iPad password or my MacBook password, but yeah, you don't you don't I'm not giving you my phone password because that's where all the stuff is. No, it's not. It's on all of them So like I know so many people who have been on their iPad Married couple they use one person's ID and they're just going to you know doing whatever And they're not even trying to snoop and then I see a little green message box down there because all your text if you set it up That way go right to that and then people click on it and they're like wait a minute and then they read a whole dialogue

05And actually it's tail so old is time so old if you're gonna be a cheater different apple IDs or whatever whatever you use The email trash folder Is is a way that people go through stuff like as you think that you deleted the evidence But you mean a lot of people don't go as far as to like That's just a sophisticated cheating I hope this email finds you well This evening I plan to cheat with you Here's a calendar invite Cheating seven to five I learned 15 minutes Um, but I guess people think that like they're being okay Well, I erase the email and then I can't remember the last time at work I do it but um because for so long you can only have so much storage But like other emails. I don't go in and delete the the the trash. Yeah But I'm also not doing anything. I shouldn't do rouse or history. I guess um Autumn what how would you use this automatic log in and password storage? How would you do that someone with physical access your computer

09Could you software to discover passwords to various services and then log into your accounts? Okay, I guess I don't know what mean I can see if you were sending flowers or something they can see You know where you were spending your money. I suppose like so if I had your Like if I had your laptop password then I could if I got into that then a lot of times I could then log into anything else because everything saved right? Yeah, okay. I get that key loggers and stalking apps Like you can put stuff. I know on computers where it will just track everything that's been put in the keyboard And like printed out for you or give it to you in like a document So you can see just the raw data like what You know what I mean like what like what people have been typing. I mean, I don't know if it's on there But your deleted text folder a lot of people don't even know that that's a folder yet Oh better take a look at that right. Yeah, you want clear that out first Yeah, I knew about that. Yeah um Let me see here GPS trackers of course Sexting apps give users a false sense of security like snapchat. I guess that's the same

09I guess that's a sexting app according to these people They allow you send photos captions and videos that self-delete after a set amount of time you should have to a few seconds um Signal oh god signal. We don't know about that in the government say similar service but for text messages rather than images I guess There's no guarantee that images will be deleted. It says the company's uh privacy policy. Oh, that's not encouraging. Uh, hey Laura Hi Laura. How'd you catch your accident? What happened? Okay, so back in the day when flip phones were a thing and you were able to call your voice now From another like your household So one night I let my ex use my phone because he didn't have one and He said he needed to use it so I let him use it and that morning when I woke up I called my phone to see if I had any missed calls There was a voice mail on there from the other woman's boyfriend Saying you can go ahead and keep the bee. I don't want her back. Oh

11And when I ended up going to the house. She was there in bed with them I'm so sorry So face the cell phone They've been great. You threw it in space and you shoved it in somewhere Yeah, what'd you do? What was your reaction? Oh, I went there and I started taking all of my stuff out of the house and I packed up my vehicle and everyone back There you go She was so scared She would not come out for one of me to blink her And my ex at the time kept pushing me out of the room while I was trying to get my stuff Because he didn't want me in there seeing what was going on And her boyfriend were in the house and they ran to the other side of the house with the kid Because they had young kids at the time they took off all the other side because they He'd let me in the door when he wasn't supposed to Yeah, Laura. I'm sorry that happened, but thank you for calling have a good weekend Thank you. You guys too love you guys. I love you too. Kenny G

14Hi, Kenny G. It's an honor Man for my money when you singing why can't we be lovers if we can't be friends for me for me on a Friday night There's nothing better, but um How did you catch you caught your cousin's boyfriend? Yeah, so it's my cousin's boyfriend at the time. They're not not together But um, I was actually this girl I went to college with was like yeah, I'm dating this guy and she tells me about him And I'm like wait a minute and then I see who it is that I'm like, oh, that's my cousin's boyfriend So I'm like, we need to set this up. So set it up. She was supposed to meet it over to his house Like and uh, well, he was supposed to go to her house. I stayed a block away saw his car pull up I pulled up behind him like cheater style. Oh, yeah And then had him come out of the house and I'm like all right, dude. We got to have a conversation Oh, man, this guy's Joey Del Greco over here from cheaters, man right here right on this day of the investigation

14Wow Oh wow y'all keep it a family, don't you Yeah, okay Oh, thank you for clarifying kitty G. All right, well keep making great music. Okay, bye Yeah, have a nice day. I love this. This is uh From houseofworks.com 10 ways the technology betrays cheaters reason number one human error If you're gonna be a cheater, don't be a dumb cheater is I mean that's the moral of the story This is the Fred show It's friend from the Fred show my friend Amy with the righty sear on 103 5 kiss FM. Good morning Amy Wedding what wedding event wedding money wedding money wedding money Wedding went now lastly kiki tried to to disconnect the wire Attaction the phone because she's hoping that if people don't answer that she gets the money

It lots of work today Yeah, so I'm looking at your notes says you could use a thousand bucks for some decor that you still need You're also trying to make sure that you have an amazing memory table in honor of your late father um My fiance's grandfather and other family members that you've lost the wedding date that we chose a significant to my late father and my fiance's late grandfather We'd like to have a physical presence to honor them on our special day, which is extremely sweet

17Amy, what should we do for Alicia? Well, Alicia, I have no idea what this kind of thing costs, but can you do it up the decor you want for a thousand dollars? Oh, yeah, absolutely anything for my dad and his grandfather Oh my god, she has not listened to us enough Fred Keke, I'm going to need you to call Alicia on the side. You got to you got a coach Yeah, you know Enter it a thousand would be great, but I could do so much more That's right. If I had more than a thousand dollars and then I would say from one 800 truck wreck You're going to need two thousand dollars for your wedding, Alicia. Two thousand dollars Stop, are you serious? No, she's very serious. You got eight, but I will say you got to learn to be grateful What you are, but also a little negotiation skill with the lawyer You know, if you sent you where I don't know Amy, I think that table is going to cost seven million dollars You know, and that's she comes in with more I just grateful for whatever we did

18Oh my goodness, thank you so much. I believe that. I believe it and you sound You sound like you got a lot of energy and a great spirit. Thank you so much You guys with me in the watch live Yeah, there are a lot of hot friends. I don't know if there are My snow is kind of fine. Oh, yeah, he was okay. I like a man. They go to work Yeah, I'll just eat him at his feet on the ground. Yeah, you know That's hot friend show is on how do you eat your banana more importantly? How do you I guess open the banana What is this it is really debate about this like you're not in your head like you've heard this before

18Yeah, because there's a way that we're all supposed to be doing it and there's the way that we all do do it Well, what is the way that you are supposed to be doing it at the opposite end like not This top stem. So there's the antenna side. Yeah, and there's the butthole side. Yeah, you're supposed to open it from the butthole How can that even be I don't know how would you even do that? You're lucky. I don't know You ripped the antenna side it like you break it a little bit you have a little leverage there And then you peel it down and then you peel it down and then you eat it That's not how they were made apparently that is how you eat a banana there is no other way There's no other way to eat it and I don't know monkeys. They can do whatever they want But like they obviously haven't been taught the proper way And Ever been left waiting by the phone It's the Fred show hey Paul. Good morning. Welcome to the show. How are you? Hey, good morning to be here for me Uh, so what's going on with easy because we want to try and help you out here You feel like maybe you've been ghosted by easy. How did you meet tell us about any dates? You've been on and then and what's going on now? Yeah, so I met easy

18Originally on a dating app But from the second I saw I just initially had a good vibe So we ended up meeting up for drinks And it was a good time. I felt like Personally, I felt like we were meant to meet like it's only I Like she kind of seemed to like a good match both spiritually and Emotionally so yeah, I'm hoping to open to find her and see what happened Look at this guy talking about spiritually and emotionally like you don't hear a lot about that on dating apps I feel like it's more like I'd hit it That's kind of like, you know, that's where we start and then we you know, hopefully evolved from there But you're talking about you felt a spiritual vibe from her. Yeah, I felt like we were connected and more than just the physical Oh, that is fantastic. Yeah, okay. Well, then I can understand why you you would like to hear from her again But you have it So here's what we're gonna do we're gonna call we're gonna play a song come back We'll call easy. You'll be on the phone We're gonna ask some questions on your behalf at some point. You're welcome to jump in on the call

19And you know, we're always trying to make this work and set you guys up on another date and pay for it That's the hope, okay, awesome. Thank you. Hey Paul. Hey, all right. Let's call easy You guys met on a dating app and you like the vibe, you know, you were feeling good vibes about this You're you're looking at this more from like a spiritual emotional perspective, which we don't often hear But that's that's what you were feeling. Oh, definitely. Okay. All right. Well, let's um call Izzy and see if we can connect with her ourselves and hopefully we can straighten this out and set you guys up on another date that we pay for Okay, all right. Thank you so much Hello, hi, is this Izzy? Yes, uh Izzy hi. Good morning. My name is Fred. I'm calling for the Fred show the morning radio show And I have to tell you that we are on the radio right now And I would need your permission to continue. Can we chat for just a second? Would you mind? Okay, I guess Well, thank you very much Simple we're calling on behalf of a guy named Paul who I guess you you match with on a dating app and you you went out recently

20Do you remember meeting this this gentleman? Oh I mean, I'm a pretty ugly person, but this section at least sat down and he started shushing me What do you know? Yeah, it's like Wait, okay, hold on hold on. So you you you do you obviously remember this guy you go on a date You sit down and he said he was shushing you. What do you mean like you start talking and he'd go no no wait No more me or like what do we do? What do you mean? Yeah, he literally told me to hold on Let's sit in silence with each other for a second Just to get to know each other super odd I mean, he just told me he wanted to feel my aura for a second and put his finger up to my mouth and It's just kind of just kind of shocked me Like like he was like like this just Included the fingers like your lips wouldn't move. Yeah But he wanted to

20Do the rest of the night to get telling you to stop talking so we could feel each other energetically I mean, who doesn't want to feel the aura. I'm always trying to get the aura Wow, okay, so he wouldn't let you talk because he wanted to get the vibes and How long did this go on? I mean, I probably lose another hour. So I mean, I knew I wasn't gonna see him again Wow, so not a lot of words just a whole lot of vibes Right, all right, but let me um, I forgot to mention the polish here. I guess he's vibing right now Paul what scared you didn't mention that you wouldn't let her talk Yeah, you know, I this this is just helping me see you know, this is what's wrong with our society, you know With all of the silence, okay, yeah, we're all we're all comfortable with silence and can't sit in it. So I feel like I feel like if we all just gave it a chance, you know, we all see what I was talking about

25I'm willing to be silent right now if we all just kind of see her in silence Let's try for just a second. Let's try it. Hold on Oh, I'm feeling the vibes right now. I feel the vibes. Yeah, I feel your energy and your aura It's just radiating it's emanating through the phone. Yeah, yeah Um, but is it normal? Paul was you say to go on a date and then not speak I mean, I think that's not really that's that's sort of strange for a lot of people and I get that That people you're right. I think a lot of people are uncomfortable being a loner in silence But like you're on a date to get to know someone Communicatively that and of course the vibe is part of that but most people talk on a date I I understand and talking is something I'm okay with but I just think to start to kind of just understand each other In our pure sense if we just sit in silence and look at each other that's you know, we're gonna get so much more of that Is that with a nine inch nail song is about is that is it just about vibes? Is that song about Paul? Is that what I think that is that what he is? Are you not familiar with that work of art? I'm not familiar with it. Okay, that's all right

26Well, because he's you know mostly silent, I guess so Is this is extremely strange? I mean, I can see why you would you know You go on a date expecting to have some light conversation and drink and whatever And maybe you get to the whole vibes part, but like I don't know I can see why don't just me. Okay. Well, that's another thing Yeah, don't be sure she fingers away from my lips. Yeah, don't show me. Yeah, I silence me Are you there is he? Oh, did you have any thoughts on that or you can talk to us? Yeah, you know We write you a lot of silence, but like this is the same place to speak actually. Yeah, I'm not shushing you at all My hands are nowhere near your mouth My hands are over your mouth. I'm sorry I don't know this is yeah, I mean the whole situation was just really really strange It just felt really controlling and I was just like immediately know Look at for just a moment she slipped back into the trauma. I'm not being able to speak No, it's okay. You can talk to us. Just like all right. Look. I'll ask the question

27I know the answer, but we'd like to go out with Paul again. You can speak and we'll pay for it I'm okay All right, Paul I'll give you the final word if you have any words or if you You know, meditate I understand Why you guys are afraid of silence, but I think that if you embrace it, they would make your life better Yeah, I mean typically silence in our business is not great, but uh, okay. I got it guys Is he Paul best of luck to both of you. I'm not real No, okay Jonas Brothers in Vegas believe us a talkback message on the iHard app thunder is the word enters many chapters You want the more times you enter the better chance you have to win the trip. It's the Fred show Cameron's entertainment report is on the Fred show the cancellation of the bachelorette continues to just Dominate the headlines. I mean if you have a fall when you've seen it with many wondering what kind of deal time Taylor could receive if Prosecutors charge her for the latest domestic incident with her ex Dakota Morton's and if you somehow live under a rock Taylor Frankie Paul is She started this group on tic-tac called mom talk Then she started a reality show called the secret lives of Mormon wives It's a 12 out of 10. It's a great show

33And then she was picked to be the first bachelorette or anyone that was picked that was not in the franchise of the bachelorette Well, all the strama is happening because a video was released from 2023 of her throwing chairs at her ex And he also filed a restraining order against her as prosecutors are now investigating Their latest incident. So again, we knew about this incident. We're seeing an old video However, there's a new incident that they're investigating on both sides. So domestic on both sides But ABC is just live it over the situation. They had to cancel her whole season Taylor had a breach of contract and they are internally investigating. They've already lost so much money They face losing losing 40 to 50 million dollars now that they've canceled E news spoke with one of the bachelorette contestants Exclusively who said part of me is just so effing pissed We all gave up so much to do this. We came in with open hearts We treated her kindly and respectfully and gave her a second chance

35And yeah, I mean the contestants aren't gonna be On TV at all now either cast members from Taylor's other show the secret lives of Mormon wives told ABC execs At a meeting earlier this month that they had concerns about continuing this show if Taylor remained involved. So I think Is is ABC and who is all that connected? I don't know this is this is a major issue for her and I think that they are so It's it's not looking good because both shows obviously are tied into this one cast member said They didn't feel comfortable filming as long as she's being investigated saying it's a dangerous situation It's a sad situation and we don't know how to navigate it because Taylor is our friend which is really sad They I guess had this virtual meeting on March 7 It was a zoom and the network wanted to tell those girls the girls on secret lives and Mormon wives That they care about their safety They shouldn't feel pressured to do press or film the show So a lot of stuff going on behind the scenes. I'll keep you updated Debbie Lovato is clearing up that very viral moment that's puzzled fans for years

38Her performance of the song heart attack at an American heart association event So in a new interview with our friends on the Elvis Durand show and shout it to Elvis This is an amazing question, but she said the controversial song choice wasn't her idea She explained she actually questioned whether it fit the tone of the heart health charity event But organizers didn't insist that the audience wanted to hear it So she reluctantly agreed the performance broke backlash at the time of course because of the obvious irony But she says she tried to give in meaning by speaking about the connection between mental and heart health during the event now She's simply setting it all straight seeing the moment wasn't meant to be toned up. It was a request She felt obliged or obligated. I should say to honor even if she knew it might raise eyebrows No, I'm interested to hear if the people who threw that event are gonna come for it and be like, you know That's not what happened, but that is what she's saying happen Lastly, where does Usher and Justin Bieber had some sort of tense run-in at Beyonce and Jay-Z's Oscars after party

39I was looking for Taylor So I wasn't really paying attention, but there's photos of this There's now rumors of some sort of fallout between the long-time friends and collaborators So according to people who were there Usher approached Approach Bieber with visible frustration the two got into what witnesses described as a heated exchange Some partygoers initially speculated it could have turned physical, but people close to Bieber say there was no actual fight Just an intense argument It's still unclear what triggered the confrontation though They say that it was brief. It didn't escalate further people kept partying There's a lot of attention on this though because Usher played a very key role in launching Bieber's career making it You know an interesting situation like what could they be arguing over? They've been in each other's lives for so long So I of course will update you on that as well And if you want to get updated I don't know why I sound British from anything you missed from the show this week or any week The Fred show on demand is where you'll find that on the free. I hurt radio app It's the Fred show good morning. Thanks for having us on the radio and the iHeart app live and anytime search for the Fred show on demand

43It turns out guys that if we want to be If we want to experience less burnout and we want to feel completely and totally fulfilled in our lives The kind of job that we have would dictate whether that we can do that and I think we're just in a wrong kind of job I think that's why I'm still burnt out. I'm burnt out. It's not because this place is full of skits and lies It's not that it's not it's nothing to do with the skits and lies that go on around you all the time Well, I'll do that for you. We'll do nothing happens It has to do with the fact that we need a more physically demanding or dirty job To feel less burnout sanitation construction even exotic dancers Makes periods less burnout than those in office roles This could be because they have a clear or more tangible tasks and feel less self-conscious about their work So this is the problem what we need is a dirty job like apparently dirty meaning any dirty physically dirty

47Morally we need a dirty job take it off But I can kind of see how this is true. Yeah, I agree with that too because like I suppose if you're doing a job Hey, and it's like here's the here's the like build this. Yeah, this is the task at hand, right? Whatever build this wall You know what You didn't have to spin that okay, you go exactly what I meant all right. Don't build that wall Build another kind of And your construction job I didn't say a construction job in Arizona. I can say that I never said that okay

47Do not miss Hate you I'm no longer looking at you admiringly and that took three minutes Whatever the whatever the thing is right, but do you have one? I'm gonna have do you have one of these jobs 855591035 do you have one of these jobs and do you think that's true because you know around here It can be a little obscure You know we come in here. We do a good job. We think we do a good jobs and people tell us that we suck But that's okay That will always happen and then and then we kind of cross our fingers and we wait We wait to see what the what the ratings people will tell us And usually it's it's decent news and then every now and again It's all the sudden you guys are bunch of morons, but we have no idea. We have no idea Office workers. They'll have unclear tasks and are always getting Interrupted by emails messages notifications, which can lead to stress and exhaustion Apparently having a straightforward hands-on job might help reduce burnout We don't think it's also true. Yeah, let's say that if I'm constructing a roof

52Or a bridge Or a wall That's part of a house For residential use Whatever if okay if I'm doing drywall I mean again. I was doing drywall. It's like cleaning though Like think about when you clean your house or evacuming especially. It's a very very fulfilling Activity because when you're doing the lawn when you're done Look, I just did that. It's I can see my work as where if I write a thousand emails I don't necessarily walk away feeling like I did something. I really did something Right. Yeah, you don't feel completion because it never ends No, you know exactly like with this type of job like our brains are always on Exactly. It's not like we just get to clock out like when I used to dance at a bear Dallas, you know, I The housewives they left feeling great, you know, I made them. I made their evening better I could see I could see them turn that front upside down As they handed me 20 right and then when you got home the work was done

55The work was done and nobody was eating there were no emails from LeBarr. No, no Manly because we have email back then House load occasionally. Yeah, no, they did they did But you should tell me to come in because the people were lining up. They were like where's the master blaster? Where is he? He's like He can't beat you all the time the guys got to go stretch Work out, you know Okay, I've had this argument in my house before. Oh, yeah, where I'm like, you know Your job you get to turn it off when you come home. It's yes, and he's like girl shut up You know, it's working talk like you go you go have fun with your friends And I'm like it's so much more than that you do not understand But he will argue that his job is much more stressful because it's physically draining is you know Time consuming. I'm just like yeah, yeah, so people. I don't know. This has been a hot button in my house before same here Yeah, like first responder life. Yeah, because like he can come home and and put the axe down or whatever I'm gonna I'm the one He doesn't carry around the house By the way, for the record, he's a fire man. He actually

58For saving lives Maybe I just feel like you know Because you can turn it off you can leave it at work whatever, but with me it's not like that I think a lot of people couldn't relate you know, no, I remember um in college I get a job before radio at a sports morning internship at a sports marketing firm and I'm almost sports marketing Oh, wow, I'm fancy. I'm gonna wear I'm one of more khakis and a button down Sure, I'm gonna go to a sports marketing I'm really going places. Well, they had a side business. They sold bobble heads of like sports figures in sets And what really I did most of the time was I I packed boxes with the six bobble heads that came from a warehouse So I was essentially a manual worker. I did not do a whole lot in the office It was kind of a scheme actually with a scheme I got paid at least but my point is I remember the first day they go go to this warehouse And so I go to this warehouse and I walk in and it's literally a warehouse as big as you can imagine stacked from top to bottom with boxes like you couldn't

00Walk into the warehouse. There were so many boxes and my job with some other people was to grab one of each of the six Cowboys characters or whatever they were and put them in a box and tape it and then someone else ship them But the reason I bring this up is because at first it was daunting But after like two weeks the warehouse was empty because we packed them all and that was an amazing feeling It's like dude, and you could see it like you could see as you did this job like the boxes started to disappear And that it was it was really very it felt very good I haven't really felt that feeling in radio ever But I just I just think like you know, it's you don't really have to think about it You know what your objective is No one's gonna email you and tell you that you didn't you know probably that you didn't do it right Maybe they will if you really screwed it up But I mean for the most part it's up by show up and I do my thing Then I leave and I and I had the satisfaction of knowing that I completed the task at hand Yeah, yeah, like that I missed that Yeah, like I said it never we never feel done

00There you go. All right. Well, there it is Um, I'm a carpenter finish carpenter and I still get burnt out Someone said yeah, I guess so my husband to teamster and delivers beer In a summer they're working like 14 hour days Union iron worker here. There's definitely burn out the end of a hard day But you get the satisfaction of driving on bridges and going in buildings that you helped build That's what I mean. Yeah, that's cool. Like if you build a skyscraper if you're part of that You know, and then it when the things done you like look at the skyline like I help build that yeah They hell am I gonna walk away with and you know whenever this is over right and they get a pension and show is I think we're good looking team. You know some radio people are ugly like We we belong on a magazine We know some people can we be on the cover of Hispanic weekly? Would you like me in this part? That's it. Well, I know I think we should be You're Hispanic and we're on weekly I think it's an exciting weekly. Yeah, I like it
